That’s pretty good for a Japanese person outside of a few minor hiccups and also the last sentence which imo would be better written as something like: It’d be a whole book if I were to go into the details.
That said, native speakers and even some of the competent non-native speakers often use much more complex vocabulary and rhetoric like you’d see on 4chan, especially on /pol/. Personally I’ve never seen a single Japanese with that level of fluency except for 帰国子女. And I wouldn’t consider someone to be truly 英語ができる or ネイティブレベル unless they’re at that level. Just my two cents.
I went to a language school in UK for a bit. My grammar sucked tbh but I was somewhat good at speaking. There wasn't much grammar study. It was more like training each pattern again and again. Like you train "so that" pattern in 10 different settings for example. Then I came to the states and just started working. You swim or drown situation. I didn't wanna drown obviously so did everything. I memorized thousands of vocabularies, read hundreds of magazines and mangas, watched tons of sitcoms and animes, practiced differentiating and pronouncing vowels and consonants, limiting myself to only search in English, basically anything you can think of except using Japanese materials as I didn't find it helpful. It'll be a book if I go into the details but you got the idea.

簡単に言えば、少子化の主因を捉えていないから、少子化対策にならない。
これは繰り返し言われてきたが、少子化の主要因は、非婚化と言われている(注1)
詳しくは注記に文献を上げておくので見てほしいが、簡単に言うと

結婚した夫婦がもうける子どもの数は微減状態にはあるが、そこに合計特殊出生率の変化のグラフと、婚姻率のグラフを重ねてみてほしい。そうすれば一目瞭然で「結婚した夫婦も減ってるじゃ無いか」という抗弁は枝葉であり、全くマトを得てない事が分かると思う。
結婚しない人を結婚させるより、3人目を諦める人を支援した方が良いと言う事実はない事も既に研究で明らかになっている。確かに理想の人数の子の数を諦めた理由という調査では、その理由に経済を上げる人が多いが、統計で分析すると
要するにまともに取り組むなら晩婚化の対策が必要だと言うことになるが、政治的にタブーでありこの路線はほぼ無理だと思われる。
もちろん、ミクロで金銭的理由を子どもをもうけない理由に挙げている人がいるかぎり、それをフォローする事は重要ではある。また経済対策として子育て支援は効率が良い施策なのでやるべきではあるのだが、これを有効な少子化対策として捉えられてしまっても困る。
子育て支援は少子化対策としては有効ではないと言うことをとにかく認識してほしい。
よく「子育て支援・少子化対策」と並べる人がいるが、この二つは似て非なるものである。少子化対策とは別に考えるべきだ。
まず、前提の事実を並べる
最新の統計はコロナ禍の影響があるとは言え、再配分が間に合っていない状況である。
その中で、最近は所得制限なしに給付を行うのがはやり始めている。高所得者層にはそれほど大きな金額ではいのかもしれないが、負担率という形でみると低所得者層ほどインパクトが大きいので、所得制限無しの上に、低所得者層に給付対象者が少ない助成金などをやったりすると、一気に格差が広がる。
つまり、言い方はあるにせよ
と言う事で、現在の状況をより補強し、子育て支援は本質的に少子化対策としては問題が多い。
特定の部分をターゲットにして単純に補助金を作ると、産業が補助金に対して最適化するので、全体として金額が上がって非効率になる。例えば、ネットで買うと5000円、地元で買うと8000円だが、1/2補助の地域振興券がつくので地元で買う、と言うような現象だ。この構造から、一見すると消費者に対する補助の様に見えるが、実際には店側の方への補助金としての性質が強い。
また、最近問題になっているのが、出産一時金である。出産一時金をはじめとして、出産に関する各種の補助は強化されて金額が増えているが、結果どうなったかと言うと、病院がそれに合わせて、出産費用を値上げをした。出産に関わる費用が上昇しているのである。
妊娠出産は自由診療であり、病院は自由に価格設定ができるためだ。結局、出産する人たちへの負担軽減には効果が限定的であるというばかりか、効果の怪しい代替治療のような者まで出ている。これを受けて政府は、出産を保険診療のように、標準報酬のようなものを定めようとしている。
これらから、何も考えずに補助を作ると、大学にも同じ現象が発生する。授業料分は補助が出るだろうが、全体としては助成金を充てにして値上げが行われるだろう。結果、補助の大部分は大学への補助として作用し、実際に支援したい子育て世帯への恩恵はわずかになる。
ではどうするかというと、補助をする対象を個人では無く、大学に支払うようにするべきだということだ。何故かと言うと、個人に給付するときに個人に条件を付けるのは難しいが、大学に条件を付けることは容易だからである。
例えば、便乗値上げをしない事、上限金額を決めた上で「追加で対象の学生から授業料を徴収しないこと」といったはどめをかけて、条件に合致する大学にだけ対応させるといった処置である。
再掲するが、せめて
が必要だ。
ばらまきはある程度民主主義のコストであるので、人気取りで分かりやすい施策をやろうとするのは、まぁ仕方が無いと思う。
ただ、それで「やった感」だけを醸し出して、あるいは、有限の予算の中で優先度を間違えて支出された予算になってしまって、本質的な対策が行われないがまずい。
政治的に
みたいなことを堂々といったら炎上するだけで難しいのはわかる。例えば、子育て支援は所得制限無し無制限が支持される一方で、自治体が頑張って結婚相談所を作っても参加補助どころか無料も無理で、実費請求されるところがほとんどだ。これは有権者の支持が得られないというところであろう。
が、もうこれを上手くオブラートに包んで実行していくほかにないのでは無いと思われる。
子育て支援をするなと行っているのでは無い。子育て支援はやるべきだ。しかし、子育て支援は少子化対策にならないのを直視して、少子化対策は別枠でちゃんとやってくれと言う事である。

岸田政権は、５年で43兆円、GDP比２％という防衛費の増額を打ち出しました。しかし、防衛費は、その詳細が明らかにされておらず、どう捻出するかも決まっていません。むしろ、この軍拡は周辺諸国の緊張を高めました。これが、私たちの国のためになるのでしょうか。
政府がこれまで掲げてきた、少子化対策や労働者の賃上げ、女性や1人親家庭、非正規労働者、性的マイノリティ、子どもなど、社会的弱者のための公的支援の政策が、マイナスの影響を受けるのは明らかです。
政府の全世代型社会保障構築会議は昨年末、改革の方向を示しましたが、働く女性の過半数を占める非正規労働者、子育て支援のための財源論は先送りされました。現状の日本の教育への公的支出は先進国で最低レベルです。大学までの教育無償化や給食費無償化は、３兆円でできると言われながらも先送りされました。これでは物価高の中、子育て世帯の負担は重くのしかかるばかりで、この国の喫緊の課題である少子化が防げません。
ところが、自民党税制調査会は、こうした課題に真剣に取り組まず、軍事費増額については、法人税、所得税、たばこ税の3税を増税して財源の一部にあてることを大筋合意しました。
子どもや女性、少子化対策をなおざりにした軍拡は、この国を衰退させ、諸外国に敵を作るだけです。軍拡の前にもっと外交努力を積み重ね、平和を模索してください。
今こそ、軍事に進む政治から脱し、生活と平和を守る「女性」目線の政治が必要です。軍需産業の育成でなく、平和のための産業や技術、人材に投資してください。女性が安心して生活し、働ける環境なしでは、男性も子どもも貧困化します。
戦後の安全保障原則の大転換が、国会審議も、総選挙や国民投票もなく、特に女性や社会的弱者の声を聞くこともなく進められています。私たちはこの歯止めのなき軍拡の決定を認めません。
私たちは、岸田文雄首相、政府・与党、野党各党の代表、連合代表に対し、
