ゲーム「ブルーアーカイブ（略称ブルアカ）」のファン界隈がちょっとザワメキたっている。ゲーム内に登場するキャラクターのSNSアカウントが、X(twitter)上に4年前から存在したという。公式の仕込みの鮮やかさたるや！
……という騒ぎだが、何点か気になる所があるので情報を整理したかった。
これは公式あるいは誰かを責める・咎めるつもりは一切なく、現状の情報を整理したいだけとを断っておく。
ひとまず以下の7つで整理したい。
終盤2つはただの言い訳なので、1.～5.までの実質5つ。状況によって追加したり削ったりするかもしれない。

ブルーアーカイブ、略称ブルアカ。2021年2月4日サービス開始のスマホゲーム。
ここに登場する「キララ」というキャラクターは作中で「キラキラうるるん☆」（@kawaiikiraraddan）というアカウント名でSNSに投稿しているとされ、その初出は2020年7月17日のティザーPVだ。
（ちなみにこれは、現時点で作品公式youtubeアカウントに残っている最古の動画でもある）
上の動画の0:17に映っている、「みんな聞いた？連邦生徒会の…」から始まる投稿が「キララ」の投稿とされる。
今回話題になっているのは、この内容がX(twitter)上で2020年2月24日に投稿されていたこと。

リンク先を見ると、確かに投稿は「みんな聞いた？連邦生徒会の…」から始まり、ティザーPVの内容に一致する。
「ティザーPVで世に出るより約5か月も早く投稿できるのは、情報を持っているスタッフしかありえない！」
「ゲームがリリースされる遥か前から、こんな仕込みをしていたなんて！」
と話題になっているが……
というのも、ブルーアーカイブはかつて「Project MX」と呼ばれていた時代があり、当時リリースしたPVにも「キララ」の投稿があるからだ。
PVのリリースに触れているニュース記事も残っていて、2020年2月17日付でティザーPVを公開したと書いてある。

もうその動画は消えているが、Xを期間指定で検索してみると、2020年2月17～18日ごろから感想を呟いている人が沢山いることはわかるだろう。

このPVは（良くない事だが…）多数転載されており、中には2020年2月22日に転載されたものも存在する。
2020年2月17日だという公式の物は確認できないが、少なくとも転載動画が2020年2月22日、件のポストの2日前に存在し、「キララ」の投稿がちゃんと載っている。
なので、「2020年2月24日にあの投稿ができるのはスタッフ 『しかありえない』 」は違う。当時PVを見た人なら誰でも再現ポストができる。
ただし、「スタッフが投稿した」を否定するものではないことに注意。
スタッフかもしれないけど、「スタッフ 『しかありえない』 」ではない、という違いは強調しておきたい。
これは一目瞭然だ。違う。何故か一緒どと言う反応もあるが……
ティザーPVの「キララ」の投稿者名とユーザー名は、「キラキラうるるん☆@kawaiikirraddan」。
件の投稿のそれは「キラキラうるるん☆@kawaikiraraddan」
PVに映るのは「kawaii」、件の投稿は「kawai」、iが一つ足りない。ユーザ名は一緒ではない。
が、これによって何かを指摘できるわけではない。ファンならもちろん、公式アカウントでもiが一つ足りないものを使う可能性はあるからだ。
件のポストがあるアカウントが（プロフィール欄に表示される限りでは）2016年8月に開設されており、2020年の投稿どころか「もう7年半も前からブルーアーカイブは用意されていたんだ！」という反応もチラホラ。
2016年8月にアカウントがあったのは事実だろうが、果たしてそれがブルーアーカイブの仕込みであったかどうか……。
まず、ブルーアーカイブの開発が始まったのは2018年。これはスタッフらの様々な講演やインタビューで語られているが、確認しやすいのはこの記事だろうか。アートディレクターの講演を記事にしたものだが、開発が2018年3月に始まったと書かれている。
ブルーアーカイブの開発はネクソンゲームズだが、運営はYostarが行っている。ブルーアーカイブのファンは、ゲームを紹介するPVの冒頭で「ヨースター！」と声が入るのを何回でも聴いたことがあるはずだ。
このYostarが設立されたのは、公式サイトによると2017年1月16日だという。
ブルーアーカイブの統括PDとしてファンに愛されている「キム・ヨンハ」氏は、ブルーアーカイブ以前に「魔法図書館キュラレ（原題：큐라레: 마법 도서관）」というゲームに関わっていた。2014年3月17日から2018年6月28日まで稼働したようだが、内部で「キム・ヨンハ」氏自身がいつまで関わっていたかは解らない。
ただ、ご本人が2021年に行った講演ではキュラレこと「큐라레 마법 도서관」を「2012～2017」と書いていて、その後「FOCUS ON YOU（2017～2018）」を経て、やっとブルーアーカイブの原型であるProject MX（の更に前段階である「萌えXCOM」＝「MoeXcom」＝「MX」）の話題が出てくる。
まとめると、2016年8月には、ブルーアーカイブの開発も始まっていなかったようだし、Yostarも無かったようだし、統括PDである「キム・ヨンハ」氏は「魔法図書館キュラレ」に関わっていたらしい。
これが即ち、件のアカウントがブルーアーカイブと無関係だとは言えない。別の用途に使っていたアカウントを転用してブルーアーカイブに使ったのかもしれない。
ただ、少なくとも「2016年8月から＝7年半前からブルーアーカイブは仕込まれていたんだ！」は現実的でないようにみえる。
項の最後にも書く通り、これは大して価値のある情報ではないが……、情報の整理を目的とした日記なので、とりあえず書いておく。
件の投稿をしているアカウントは24/01/28現在、「キララ」の投稿とブルーアーカイブ公式の告知をRPしたもの、この2件しか投稿が無い。
しかし、2020年4月に3度にわたって「@kawaikiraraddan」がローソンの揚げ物クーポン抽選に応募したと思しきログは、ローソン側の投稿で残っている。

だからといって、これが何を示すものでもないことに注意。X（twitter）のユーザー名は変更可能だからだ。
件のアカウントが2020年4月当時にユーザー名「@kawaikiraraddan」を使っていた保証がない以上、揚げ物のクーポンに応募したのは別の誰かかもしれない。
また、仮に、もしかして公式だとして、揚げ物クーポンに応募しないとは限らない。カジュアルな言動でカスタマーに親近感を抱かせる企業アカウントは存在する。
よって、これは「2020年4月当時に＠kawaikiraraddanを使っていた誰か（現在と同一とは限らない）」が揚げ物クーポンに応募した？ことしか解らない。特に意味のない情報だが、この日記は情報の整理が目的なので一応書いておく。
分からない。これはあくまで情報を整理するための日記で、何かを断じるものでは無いからだ。
こうに違いない！というのは野暮かもしれない。
仮に、これが公式だったなら、4年前から作っていたことを尊敬する。
これまでほぼ出番がなかった「キララ」は現在開催中のイベントで急にスポットライトが当たったが、これが4年前のポストから計画されていたなら凄いとしかいえない。
仮に、これが非公式だったなら、情熱的なファン心理を尊敬する。
Project MXの初期には作品に着目し、PV公開から7日後にはSNS投稿を再現し、今日まで追い続けてるとなれば、最古参にして非常に強いファンだ。敬意しかない。
だからこの日記で何か結論をするつもりはないし、「運営や開発や誰かを責めたり、咎めたり、暴いたりする意図はない」です。
……ないんだけど、「2016年、ブルーアーカイブを運営するYostarの設立前からブルーアーカイブの広報活動はあったんだ！」は……難しいんじゃないかな……と思ったので、最低限の情報の整理まで。誤解されませんように。

いくつか星をいただいたので、これに対するコメントだと思うのだが、以下のようなコメントがあった。
id:skel 2024/01/03 「着地前ならゴーアラウンドで回避できた」とか言ってる奴がいて目眩がする。日没後に数キロ先の海保機が目視できるわけないし、目視できる距離になってから回避動作しても間に合わないでしょうが。。。
これが結構星を集めているので、上のコメントについていくつか補足説明をしたいと思う。
ブコメは100文字なのでコメントでは十分な説明ができなかったのだが、「充分手前で」というのは、復行操作が間に合う程度に手前でという意味であり、「見えていたはずだ、ということになれば」というのは、日没後なので航行灯や閃光灯で機体の存在を認識できればという意味で書いた。
また、仮に視認できていれば復行で回避できたはずだというコメントは主に2つの航空事故・インシデントを念頭に置いて書いた。
一つは事故でロサンゼルス国際空港地上衝突事故 - Wikipedia、もう一つはインシデントでエア・カナダ759便ニアミス事故 - Wikipediaである。
この事故は滑走路上にいたスカイウェスト航空5569便に着陸機であるUSエアー1493便が衝突した事故である。
事故の主な原因は管制官のミスであり、滑走路上にスカイウェスト機を待機させているのを失念してUSエアーに着陸許可を出したことが事故を引き起こした。
事故調査は直接的な原因を見つけて終わりではなく、事故を引き起こした様々な要因をできる限り多く見つけ、再発防止に役立てようとするものである。
であるから、仮に管制ミスがあったとして、着陸機側の判断で事故を防ぐことはできなかったのかというところまで調べられる。
事故調査では着陸機は滑走路上にいるスカイウェスト機に気づくことができなかったのかどうかも調べられた。これを調べることになったのは、気づくことができていれば復行で事故を回避できたはずだと考えられたからに他ならない。
また事故当時は日没後であり、管制官が滑走路上の機体を探した際、滑走路の照明が眩しく機体を見つけることは困難だった。またUSエアー1493便から見た場合、滑走路上の照明と5569便の衝突防止灯や航法灯が直線状に重なっていたため、着陸前に機体に気付くのは困難だった。
「メーデー！」ではスカイウェストのマニュアルでは離陸許可が出てからストロボライトを点灯させることになっており、滑走路上で離陸許可を待っていたスカイウェスト機はストロボライトを焚いておらず、点灯されていたストロボ以外の航行灯も滑走路のライトと同化して見えなかったという話になっていたはずである。
つまり、この事故の場合、着陸機側から(地上機がストロボを焚くなどして)見えていれば回避できたが見えなかったのでノーチャンスという話になる。
このインシデントはエア・カナダ機が着陸許可された滑走路ではなく、並行している誘導路に誤って進入したために、誘導路上で待機していた4機の機体と衝突寸前まで近づいたが衝突はギリギリで回避できたというものである。

原因は、パイロットの疲労、NOTAMにあった滑走路閉鎖情報の見落とし、それによる滑走路と誘導路の誤認、ILSを用いずVisual Approachを採ったことなど様々あるが、このインシデントでは実際に衝突を回避しているので回避までの様子を中心に話をしたい。
午後11時55分46秒、エア・カナダ機が空港まで0.7マイルの地点に来た時、機長は滑走路28R(と誤認している誘導路C)上に航行灯があることに気づき、管制に「And Tower, just wanna comfirm. It's Air Canada 759, we see some lights on the runway there. Please, confirm we are cleard to land?」と確認を求めた。
同56秒、管制は「Air Canada, comfirm. Cleard to land runway 28R. There is no one on 28R but you.」と滑走路28R上に待機する機体がないと応答した。地上の4機が待機していたのは誘導路C上であり滑走路28R上ではないため当然の回答である。この時エア・カナダ機は空港まで0.3マイルの位置に接近していた。
確認を受け着陸を続行するエア・カナダ759便について午後11時56分01秒に待機列にいたユナイテッド航空機から「Where is this guy going? He's on the taxiway.」と誘導路に着陸しようとしていることが無線で伝えられると、同10秒に管制から復行を告げられた。
この時エア・カナダ機は誘導路から1/4マイル、地上高81フィートまで降下していた。待機列の航空機まであと29フィート(8.8m)というタイミングであった。
エア・カナダ機のパイロットは違和感に気づいており、管制から復行を告げられる直前、地上高85フィートの地点でスラストレバーを押して復行の動作に入っており、その後2.5秒間降下を続け、地上から59フィート(18m)の位置から上昇に転じた。
このインシデントでわかるのは、(誘導路上と滑走路上では状況が異なるが)待機列上にいる機体の航行灯は0.7マイル(約1.1km)手前からでも視認できたことと、違和感に基づいて400mほど手前から衝突前数秒というところから復行操作をしても地上の機体を回避できる程度の高度は維持できるということである。
基本的にはこの文章の最初に引用したコメントの後段の通り「断片的な情報から事故の全体は分からない」ということに尽きる。
コメントで例え話をしたのは、海保と管制だけに原因・要因があると決めつけるのは時期尚早だと思ったから。まだしばらくはわからないよ。

Yes. Elon Musk frequently uses warnings of bankruptcy to motivate; he did it at Tesla and SpaceX. But this time, with X’s advertising tanking and attempts to create new sources of revenue falling flat, there’s a good chance it will happen.

Will the Bank of Japan raise rates above zero?
No. 2024 will be the year the Japanese central bank finally ditches yield curve control and negative interest rates. Contrary to market expectations of several further increases, however, rates will end the year no higher than zero.
With mediocre wage growth, a stronger yen in prospect as US rates peak and reasons to prefer a steeper yield curve, the BoJ is unlikely to set a positive rate — although as with any central bank forecast, much depends on the incoming data. Robin Harding
