Twitterの抗議が絶対に失敗する理由(#検察庁法改正案に抗議します)

Twitterで「#検察庁法改正案に抗議します」というハッシュタグトレンド入りして、数は時間によってやや異なるものの、およそ300万ツイート突破している。

署名サイトChange.orgでは「【要請東京高検検事長黒川弘務氏の違法な定年延長に抗議し、辞職を求めます」として30万ほどの署名数を目標として、20万の署名数は突破している。

芸能人アーティスト漫画家なども参入して、抗議が広がっている。

だが、この抗議によって検察庁法改正案が止められるかというと、もちろんそうではない。

なにか新しい風が吹いていると熱くなっている人は、数に注目するといい。

「#検察庁法改正案に抗議します」のツイート数は300万程度で、この程度の数では改正案を止める量としては非常に少なすぎる。Twitter Japanによると、2017年10月27日の時点で日本における月間利用者数が4500万。よく取り上げられる「Nielsen Mobile NetView ブラウザおよびアプリからの利用」の調査データ適用するとTwitterヘビーユーザーは22%の990万人。そのヘビーユーザーが全体の利用時間の82%を占めている。この議論には異論もあるだろうが、概ね他の調査でも同様の結論が出ている。例えば、ヘビーユーザー割合についてモバイルソーシャルメディア月次定点調査では16.7%、マイボイスコムインターネット調査では8.7%で、ニールセンのものよりも低い数字だ。

ところで冒頭にも書いたが、この抗議はネット上ではあるものの、署名活動を行っている。30万人を目標としているようだけど、これは本当に数が少なすぎる。海外の事例になって申し訳ないが、イギリスで行われた最上位の署名活動をいくつか見ると、「EU Referendum Rules triggering a 2nd EU Referendum」が415万ほどの署名を集めたが、失敗。「Give the Meningitis B vaccine to ALL children,not just newborn babies」が82万ほどの署名を集めたが、失敗。「Block Donald J Trump from UK entry」が58万ほどの署名を集めたが、失敗。「Consider a vote of No Confidence in Jeremy Hunt, Health Secretary」が33万ほどの署名を集めたが、失敗。言いたいことはわかるよね。

まとめると、Twitterの抗議が必ず失敗する理由は、単純に数が少なすぎるからもっと数を集めて、さら投票という実力がなければ、ずっと失敗し続けるよ。ここまで敷居の低い活動でも、この程度の人数しかまらない感じだと決着がついている感じはするけどね。

それにしても、安倍ちゃんは「バカで愚かでサイコパス」なんだから三権分立とか独裁とかそういった高尚なお話民意が通じるわけないじゃない笑。結局、今回も「法案成立前に大声で騒ぐ→結局成立→また同じように騒ぐ→成立」のいつものパターンみたいだけど、いい加減飽きてこない? 原発再稼働、安保関連法、特定秘密保護法……何度も何度も繰り返してきて、その度に「民主主義は死んだ」「日本は終わった」というオオカミ少年安倍政権ができてから何年も経つのに、そういった高尚な方々が「民主主義が死んでいるオワコン国家の日本」から脱出して海外移住しないのは不思議だけど、コロナが収まった頃には移住するのをオススメしておくよ。ツイートとかしていないで移住の準備、進めておこうね。

You shall not transfer, lend, rent, lease, distribute the App, or use it for providing services to a third party, or any rights to the App or any documentation concerning the App to a third party.

Misuse of any trademarks or any other content displayed on the App is prohibited.

The App is available for downloading and installing on handheld compatible mobile devices running Apple iOS Operating System 11.0 with minimum system requirements.

We do not warrant that the App will be compatible with all hardware and software which you may use.

We make no warranty that your access to the App will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Neither does Apple have an obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

You acknowledge the App is provided via the internet and mobile networks and so the quality and availability of the App may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control.

The version of the App may be upgraded from time to time to add support for new functions and services.

We may change or update the App and anything described in it without noticing you. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the App, or close it indefinitely.

You also warrant that any information that you submit to us is true, accurate and complete, and you agree to keep it actual at all times.

You can discontinue using our Services at any time by choosing the relevant option in your iTunes Account Settings. If you decide not to use the App for any reason you should uninstall the App.

IX. CHARGES

IIJ mioのeSIMをiPad Proで使ってみた

去年の3月iPad Pro 11inchのセルラーモデルを買ってからLINE mobileSIM運用してきましたが、全くLTE回線を使わない月もありました。

LINE mobileデータ専用回線も十分安いのですが、新しいものに惹かれてIIJ mioのeSIMに乗り換えてみました。

料金

初期手数料が3,000円とeSIMの発行手数料が200円かかります

また、使っても使わなくても維持費用として毎月150円かかります

その上で実際に回線を使うのであれば、1GBあたり300円払って(10GBまで、途中で単価かわります)利用することになります

そのため、毎月1GB運用するのであれば、初期費用3,200円+450円 x 月数だけ支払う必要があります

なお、購入したデータ容量は月末までの利用期限があり、翌月に繰り越しはできません

機種変更など別端末にeSIM契約を移す場合は、eSIMアクティベーションコード再発行手数料として200円チャージされます

1契約あたり1つのeSIMのため、複数の端末でeSIM運用する場合はそれぞれで初期手数料がかかります

手許にクレジットカードを準備して手続を進めてください。

UIは良好ですのでそれほど苦労せずに申し込みが可能だと思います

私は最初データ容量は購入せず、オプションも全て入らずに契約しました

アクティベーション

申込が完了すると、数分してアクティベーションコード発行の案内メールが来ます

私の場合iPadで使う予定だったので、iPadの設定アプリモバイルデータプランその他でQRコードを読み込むと設定が完了しました。

もともとLINE mobileAPN設定がされていたので、それをIIJのものに書き換えて使用しました。

困ったこ

  1. アクティベーションコードの削除

アクティベーションコードiPad登録したあと、戯れで設定を消してしまったのですが、再登録ができず、再発行することになりました(注意書きにも書いてありました)。

再発行すると200円かかるので消してしまわないように注意しないといけないです。

  1. QRコードの読み込み

アクティベーションコードQRを読み取る際にiPhoneQRコードを写してiPadに読み取らせたのですが、いまいちちゃんと読み取れているか不安になるUIでした。

ここにQRコードを持ってこいと言われるのですが、そこに持っていかなくても読み取ったりするので本当にうまくいっているのかどうかがよくわからない挙動でした。

  1. LTEへの接続

APN設定をIIJのものに変えても最初3Gしか接続せず、何度かAPN設定を打ち直しました。

全部消す→再度入力→ほっとくを繰り返した結果、LTEに接続されましたが、少し挙動はなぞでした。

使い勝手

LTEと繋がったあとは特に問題無く使えています

普通SIM通信しているのと特に変わりありません。

まとめ

はいつ外で使うかわからないiPad Proの契約として利用していますが、そういった人は本来テザリングで十分かもしれません。ただ、私はテザリングで繋ぐ一手間が面倒ということもあり物理SIMを入れていたので結果的コストパフォーマンス良く運用できる形のeSIMが出てきて満足です。

iPhoneの2回線需要を見越したプラン設定のように思いますが、こういったいつLTE回線を使うかわからないタブレットでの運用にも向いていると思います
