そしてかまととぶるのもあれだから先に言っとくけどLGBTQ+の世界には一通り足突っ込んでるし知識もある。トランスジェンダーに一番近い。
戸籍は女。最近は大体いっつも男ってことで働いてる。体はなんもいじってない。男性ホルモンも摂取してない。
で、不思議というか悩みというかがあるんだけど、自分は何をアイデンティティにすればいいと思う？もうちょいわかりやすく言うと、他者に対して自分はどう映っていてどう映るべきなんだと思う？
男として働いてる女？男っぽい女？
ーいいね。マンガみたい。イケメンパラダイスみたい。イケメン系女子、かっこいいよね。女子高ではヒーローになれる。学生時代はそんな位置づけにされそうになったこともある。そしてこれが正解だと強く思ってしまっている自分がいる。アイデンティティっていうのは自分に対する他人と自分の共通認識なのであって、今の状況を一番正確に書こうとするならこのタイトルが一番合ってる。人によっちゃこれは事実以上の何物でもないというかもしれない。
でも一番にあげといてなんなんだけどこれは絶対却下だ。なぜなら自分は”女ではなく”て、自分を女と説明されることにとてつもない嫌悪感を抱えているから。
女ってーのは事実じゃん、染色体・外性器etc...っていう批判は聞き飽きるほど聞いたけど、自分にとっての女という体験(=人生)は、というか性別という体験はそもそもその定義以上のものを含むものだと思う。
まぁ勘がいい人は性同一性障害とか性別違和とかいうキーワードが頭に浮かんだだろうし、分かんなかったらググってほしい。そしてその嫌悪感を抱くことこそがその障害を持つ者の定義であるわけで、ここを議論しても仕方ないから許してほしい。
というわけで自分を女として知っている知り合いの多くは自分を男っぽい女だと思ってるだろうし、一度女として認識した人間へ向ける視線をひっくり返すのはとても難しい。自分はそれがとても悲しい。通ってきた門は変えられない。
幸か不幸か、自分は初対面の人間に対してその入り口をある程度意図的に変えられる。つまりこれから自分はその人と付き合っていくにあたってどっちの性別で行くか大体決められちゃうってことである。
ちなみにこれは初対面一発目で相手が自分の望む性別で自分を認識するということでは必ずしもなくて、話していくうちにちらちら実は男なんです～/女なんです～要素をチラリズムさせていく、もしくは単刀直入に自分の性別を宣言してしまえば納得してもらえるってぐらいの見た目を自分はしているってことだ。端的に言うと一人称を変える程度で私の性別は揺らぐ。
また会うことなんてねぇだろうなって人は勝手にあっちの想像に任せて話を合わせている。会話の節々で「あっこの人は今自分を君付けで読んだな」とか判断材料にして。
これから長く付き合っていく人間に対してはそうもいかないので、大体付き合いが長くなってきた時点で胸が裂ける思いがしながらも自分でネタバラシをする。しかし卒業を目前に鬱で発狂した自分はもう考えるのをやめたくなって、性別欄のない履歴書を黙って送って、雇ってくれた会社の人に自分の性別の判断を託した。(性別のわかる公的書類の提出はいらないとこだった)
はじめて会ったとき君付けで呼ばれて聞きなれないながらも若干安心して、それからの職場では同じ戦術ながら奇しくもずっと男として働いている。
男として働きだすと言われることが真逆になった。女の子っぽい男の子だね、かわいいね、と。(ちなみにほとんどが初対面の客からである。世の皆さん、人の性別に安易に突っ込まないでください、肝が冷える)
女の子っぽい男の子、というタイトル自体はも満更でもない。それどころかその受け皿に収まってしまおうか、つまりそれを自分のアイデンティティにしてしまおうかという選択肢まで生まれだした次第だ。しかしそう言われるたびに腹の底が冷えるような気持になり、その話題をどうにかしてそらしたくて仕方なくなる自分には、そのラベルで積極的に自分を売っていく気にはまだ到底なれない。
話が少しそれるが、自分はあわよくばわかりやすく自分を他人に分かってもらえるようなラベル、アイデンティティが欲しいと常々思っている。しかも自信をもって自分から提示できるような。(この場合の自信っていうのは真実か否かっていう次元の話)
性別不明の人間に対する探るような人々の視線は、一度経験してみてほしいと思う。みんな説明と安心がほしいんだと思う。
男として生きてくのも色々大変なんだ、特殊な業種なんだが仕事中に生理なんか来た時には泣きそうになった。女子更衣室のチェックのために同僚の女の子読んでこなきゃいけなかったときは笑いそうだった。不意打ちのボディタッチはいつも致命傷になりうるししょーじき男として生きるのもしんどい。これが一生続くのかと考えると。
自分(の身体)が女だと知られることが自分への他人の見方を決定づけてしまうことになる一方で、男か女かしかないこの世界で真実を隠し続けながら一生過ごさなきゃいけなくなると思うと死にたくなる、ライトに。積極的に死にたいっていうよりはこの苦しみから解き放たれたいの方が近いほうの死にたい。
悲しくて泣きたいけど、今まで流してきた大抵の涙は、大人になったらよくなるとかなんでそんなことでくよくよ悩んでいるのかとかいう言葉で流されていった。もう大人になってしまった。
Xジェンダーとか、LGBTだけにとどまらない言葉は世の中に無数に存在していて、それに出会うことはできる。でもその言葉に含まれる人々は、一般社会の中で存在していることになっているだろうか？その受け皿は、いまだ世の中に生まれてはいない気がする。
アイデンティティは自分と他人の共通認識で、他人の中に存在できない自分は、いない。それがとても虚しい。考えても分からない。どうしよう？
意識の高いメディアや皆様が「アフターコロナ」を声高に叫んで、
アクセス数を稼ごうとしている。
でも、誰もアフターコロナの世界を具体的に示している人はいないし、
ましてや自分自信の仕事に参考になることを話している人はいない。
東日本大震災の時もそんなことをあてにせず、震災後自分で判断していち早く行動した人が
短期的に銭を稼いだんじゃなかったっけ？

そのあとゆるゆると、世の中はもとどおりになり、コロナを迎えた。
これから1年前後、テレワークが増えて、オフィスの専有面積が減って
医療ベンチャーが盛り上がる、くらいのことがアフターコロナなんじゃないのかな。
あえて言うと1年の間に貧乏な人が増えるのがアフターコロナなのかもしれない。
その間に、特定の会社（旅行会社とかイベント会社）がつぶれて、
騒動が終わったら、雇い主が変わるだけで産業構造は変わらないんじゃないの。
生きながらえた飲食店はもしかしたら死ぬまで借金返済に追われる。
火事場のバカ力的に新しいものが生まれる可能性もあるけどそれは一部の人。
はてなーの一人として、はてなー兼務のVTuberを期待する気持ちはわかる。
残念ながらそういうVTuberは今の所一人もいないが、ADHDであることを配信中に公言した女性VTuberなら一人だけいる。
彼女の人物像は、リアルで生活に支障を抱えたままネットで荒らし化し、古来2ちゃん～5ちゃんでアンチスレorヲチスレが立つレベルの問題ネットユーザーそのものである。
そういう臭くてキモい男が、女になってVTuber化したら…というif設定が現実化した物といっていい。
というか彼女を見ていると、一般的な女性の「こんな男はカネ稼いでいてもマジ無理ってか吐きそう」という気持ちを体感できる。
かくいう筆者はホロライバーDD(誰でも大好き)のキモオタだが、上述のVTuberは以下の理由で受け付けないどころか、嫌悪感を催すほうである。

以下は、彼女についてこれまで明らかになったレジェンドの一部始終である。
ちなみに内容はこれでもすべて配信のみで得られた情報であることは驚愕に値する。
自分でも書いてて疲れるくらい書き並べてみたが、何度も言うが男性の「残念な人」枠に、この手の輩は多分そこまで珍しくないのだろう。
なんなら一ヶ月に一度しか風呂入らない奴もいるし、地下アイドルのイベには必ず前歯がないファンがいると聞く。
ただし条件がある。
様々なケースに当てはまると思うが、主にいわゆるバリキャリ女性が子供も欲しいなら高校生で子供を産めばいいという話だ（バリキャリ男性も）。
バリキャリとは高学歴・高職歴を目指し仕事や資格取得に邁進する意識高い系の人たちだ。
一般的に10代で子供を産むのはヤンキーの所業だが、これには圧倒的なメリットがあるので、バリキャリ勢も彼らを見習ってその奥義を導入するべきだ。
どう考えても一番人生うまくいっているのは「高校を卒業して地元の工場とかに就職してから10代で結婚・出産」のパターンだ。
これは男女問わずそうだ。
まずここで、大学に行くより高卒で就職する方が有利であるといえる。

さらにここを突き詰めていけば、実は高校生で子供を産むのが一番賢い選択なのではないかと思えてくる。
多くの20代後半から30代の男女が、仕事と私生活のバランスに悩まされている。
30をすぎると急激に婚活市場での価値が下がるので婚活は20代前半で始めないと間に合わない。
男性だって今どき育児を妻に任せきりにできない。ある程度仕事をセーブして育児を手伝う必要がある。
それであれば、30歳で婚活を始めるより、20代を育児に注いで30代で仕事を頑張り始める方が効率がいい。
さらに、悲しいことに30歳をすぎて独身の人は人間性に問題があり仕事ができない奴扱いされやすい。
よく就職直後の若者が『今はプライベートよりも仕事を優先したい』とか『今は仕事が忙しくて彼女（彼氏）作ってられない』などと呑気なことをおっしゃっているが、
もっと言えば30位になって『子供は欲しい』とか言っている未婚男女は、とっくに......
そうなると、仕事をそれなりにこなしてから結婚や出産などのライフイベントに挑むよりも、就職する前に子供を作る方が合理的なのではないかと思う。
高校生で子供を作ったら、一時はヒソヒソされるかもしれないが、30歳になったら今度は独身の方がヒソヒソされるし、男女とも子持ちはそれだけで『なんか立派な人』感が出るのでトータルで得だ。
いきなりだせえ。
これは馬鹿にできた話ではない。
世の中の多くのキャリア女性が、３０後半になって子供を作ろうとして困っている現実を知って欲しい。
勉強は後で取り返せるが、体の年齢は取り返せない。
似たような点として、女性の場合は若い方が市場価値が高く有利である。
ただし、これは合成の誤謬が発生するので、高校生で結婚する人が増えたら意味がなくなる。
男性の場合は、勝ち組になるか負け組になるか確定していない状態で自分を売ることができる。
サブプライムローンみたい話だ。
もしその男性が『自分は現在モテていないが、将来仕事で活躍してお金持ちになって美女と結婚するのだ』という意思がない限り、
なるべく勝ち組になるか負け組になるか判断つかない時点で結婚することにはメリットがある。
親も10代で出産していた場合、大体30歳くらいで祖父・祖母になる。
ということは、子供を作った本人たちに経済力や育児力がなくても全く困らないのだ。
別の観点として、モテることにお金を使わなくて良いという点がある。
おまいらは今までモテることに幾らお金と時間を使っただろうか。
高校生で結婚すれば、後の人生のそれらの出費を全部節約できる。
圧倒的にコスパが良いのだ。
まず、出産する女性が物理的に高校に通えなくなるという批判があろう。
もちろん僕は妊娠した女子高生を放校したりするべきだとは思わないが、カリキュラム上自ずと限界はある。
だが問題ではない。そもそも大学なんか行かなくて良いし、高校だって『彼氏を見つける』以外の価値はほとんどない。
人間は知識と教養を身につけることで自律した人間になり、様々なことに対して事実をもとに公平に判断でき、自由人たる尊厳を得ることができる。
僕は決して『女性は産む機会だから教養なんて不要だ』と思っているわけではない。
もちろん僕は結婚や出産より勉強や仕事や趣味を優先する男女のことを全く否定していない。
あくまで、人生の中で子供が欲しいと思うなら、10代・20代・30代のどこで作るべきか冷静に比較検討すると10代が最善というところに落ち着くだけだ。
勉強なんて家でできる。
また、高校生で出産すれば、30歳くらいには子供の手がかからなくなる。
30歳くらいになって『子供欲しい』とか言ってる同僚を尻目に、子育てを終えて残りの人生は仕事と勉強と趣味に全力投球できるのだ。
こっちの方が強くないだろうか。
おかしいと思っている人がいるからおかしいということになるのであって、みんなが気にしなければ誰も気にしない。
確かに現代社会では人間的に成熟した人に結婚の権利があり、経済的に自立した人に子供を作る権利があるということになっている。
まず、そんな概念が定着したのは極々最近である。日本史をちょっと思い返せばわかるはずだ。
それ以上に、女性が22歳になってから本格的に婚活・妊活を始めるのが当たり前である今の社会の方がよほど狂気の沙汰ではないか。
また、残念ながら30歳になったって成熟しない人は成熟しない。

お父さん：35歳
お祖父さん：70歳
逆に、15歳でも子供を作って良いと言うことになったら
赤ちゃん：0歳
お父さん：15歳
お祖父さん：30歳
曽祖父さん：45歳
ひいひいじいさん：60歳
である。
そんなことを言っている人だって、子供が大学に行くなら学費を出すのだろう。
22歳の子供の学費はを出すなら、22歳の子供の子供のミルク代を出したって良いだろう。
時々、親（赤ちゃんから見てお祖父さんお祖母さん）と同居したくない理由に「考えが古い」をあげる人がいる。
今現在は高校生で妊娠するのは田舎のヤンキー感満載だが、実はそっちの方が合理的なので、それが当たり前になるべき。
好きな子と結婚するのがいいと思うが、こういうご意見があるので参考にして欲しい。

28年の人生で1番好きになった人とお付き合いさせてもらい一年弱が経つ。
好きだと押して押して押しまくりラッキーで付き合ってもらえた。
一方私は、認知の歪み、優柔不断、感情優先、不器用、依存傾向、自己肯定感の低さetc. 良くない要素てんこ盛り。
彼は、私の歪みの矯正に根気強く付き合ってくれている。
正直、今の自分のまま彼を全力で好きでい続けることに自分自身疲れた。
幼すぎて彼の力になれた試しがない。
何もできないのだからせめてと彼の気持ちを深読みしては、彼の望まない見当違いの方向へ。
甘えてばかり、自立心が足りない。
友人に会った。本を読んだ。ガンプラを組んだ。映画を観た。SNSをやめた。事務作業をやった。それでも気持ちをコントロールできない。
好きで仕方ないからこそこれ以上間違えたくない。
私はずっと憎んできた、許せなかった。

変わりたいけど変わらないんだよなぁ。

私も遭遇したことあるし、同僚の女の子からも聞くんだけど、めちゃくちゃなクソ客っているよ。本当にあそこ痛くなるくらい手でガシガシやってくるとか、超無理やり挿入とか、隙あらばゴム外そうとするとか（ちなみに私の住んでる地方では一部ヘルスは生外基本なので、ソープの方が色々マシなんでソープに移った）、etc... お店に出禁になるレベルのクソクソオブクソ客はなかなかいないので、そういう、クソ客なんだけどお店には来れるくらいのレベルのクソ客にしかつけてくれなくなったらヤバい。高速でメンタルも身体もダメになってく。
風俗で安定して稼ごうしたら無茶なことしてこないまともな本指の常連さんを増やすのが急がば回れで、本指増やすためには接客、つまりプレイ時間中は疑似恋人として振る舞えないと話にならないのに、股開くだけでOKとか思ってる女の子が問題ある子にありがち。甘く見過ぎ。でもそういう子って本当の新人期間中の稼ぎが頭から離れないみたいなんだよね。そんな美味い話があるわけないのにね。

2ヶ月ほど前、3年くらい付き合ってた彼女と別れました。
ごたごたが収束して僕にも新しい気になる女の人ができたので今これを書いています。
・発達障害らしいが、それを言い訳に使って僕に家事をさせたり金を出させたりする。
・ちょっと休んだだけですぐ「私のこと放置した！どうでもいいの？」と鬼電(夜寝かせてくれない日も何日もありました。そのせいで今は僕が精神科にかかる羽目に......)
「メンヘラってかわいいイメージあるよなw」とか抜かしてきた僕の友達、見てるか？
メンヘラが可愛いんじゃなく、可愛い子がメンヘラだと許せるだけ
これに尽きます。見た目の伴わないわがままは殺意を向けざるを得なくなる。
では、なぜ僕がそんな彼女とお付き合いしていたのか。思い返すと、あの頃の自分はいわゆる「オタ仲間」に飢えていたように思います。同じジャンル、キャラクターを愛するフォロワーさんにはそこそこ恵まれていたのですが、いまいち話のピントが合わない。そんな時にツイッター上で出会ったのが彼女だったのですね。ツイッターはアイコンを本人にする義務がないので、顔が基本的にわかりせん。まあ、ツイート内容のキモさと言うか、オタクとしての"濃さ"みたいなものがにじみ出ていて、よく考えられたらその時にこじらせたブスが背景にいるアカウントであることは察してしかるべきだったのです。僕のミスです。
愚かだった僕は、その子(元カノ)にコンタクトを取りました。「〇〇さんのツイートほんと共感性高い！」みたいなことを言って褒めちぎりました。彼女は頭が悪い上、一度もモテたこともない汚い女だったので、すぐ僕になつきました。深い話を通話でするようになりました。
ここが騙されたポイントで、彼女は気持ち悪いツイートばかりする「限界オタク」のようでしたが、初めて一対一で通話した時には「意外と声が可愛いな」と思わされる声質だったのですね。通話では顔は見えません。僕は彼女がもっと自分に好意を持つように、「かわいい声」「お話がおもしろい」などと褒めちぎりました。これが大きな過ちの一つだった。
男でも女でも陰気なブサイクはモテない。分かりやすい言い方をするならちやほやされたことがない。彼女もまたそうで、「かわいい」の一言を両親以外から言われたことがなかったようでした。(もちろん交際経験もゼロ)そうなると、毎日馬鹿みたいにそいつを褒めてやっていた僕は、ブスの片恋の的にされてしまうわけです。
複雑な事情があり、大きく端折りますが、結果的に僕とそのメンヘラブスは付き合うこととなってしまいました。
僕は幼い頃のさまざまな経験や育ちから自己承認力が弱く、汚いメンヘラの女からでも優しい言葉をたまにかけられるだけで依存してしまうほど弱い存在でした。
いつしか思考は「この子を手放したら自分には誰もいなくなってしまう」という強迫観念に囚われていました。
働かない彼女にご飯を食べさせる。誕生日に花束を贈る。汚いメイクのようなものを頑張ったね、上手になったね、と褒める。自分に優しくしてくれる存在であればどんなことでもしてあげよう、と思っていました。今考えると完全に病んでいますね。
余談ですが、僕の好みはボーイッシュ系が映えるショートの美少女、体型はスレンダーが好きです。しかしこのメンヘラ彼女は真逆で、手入れされていないボサボサの黒髪をだらりと流し、大会はババアかよって何度も言いそうになるくらいブヨブヨでした。そんな彼女を必要に応じて何度も抱きました。頑張って自分を奮い立たせ、彼女に失望されないようにそれだけを考えていました。そうしていたら、別れる間際から別れた直後あたりはセックスという単語を見るだけで彼女を思い出して具合悪くなるまでになってしまいました。
そうまでしてなぜ繋ぎ止めたのか？やはりこれは僕の自己肯定感の決定的な不足だったと思います。あとは周囲に本音で語れる人がいなかった。いかに関係作りが大切かその頃の僕は気づいていなかった。本当に、恋人以外に本音を話せる友人を作ることは大事ですよ。
そんな彼女との縁の切れ目が見えたのが交際して2年半ほどのころ。
毎日僕が先に眠ると、明日は仕事だから寝かせてくれと何度伝えても暴れて起こされます。まるで赤んぼうのようですが、彼女は20代の太ったブス。僕の精神は完全に疲弊していました。
その日も、僕が明日に備えて早めに床に着くと、「あたしがブスだから逃げるんでしょ！」「あたしのこと嫌いだから寝るんだ」等の支離滅裂な言葉を叫ばれました。彼女はこのように「自分のせいなんでしょ」というスタンスでこちらを攻撃してくるタイプの人格障害者でした。
その次の日は本当に大事な仕事があったので、つい「そうだよ。だから寝かせて」と曖昧な返答をしてしまいました。
当然メンヘラの彼女はショックを受けて、黙ったのち彼女の鍵アカウント(僕も当時は相互でしたが)に勢いよく愚痴を書き込んでいるようでした。その日はその光景を横目に寝ることができました。
次の日の朝、いつものように彼女が「ごめんね、昨日暴れちゃって......」と誤ってきます。そうです、迷惑をかけるだけかけておいて、そのあとついでのように謝ることで自分は悪くないと思いたいクズ人間なのです。
僕は寝ぼけながらいつものように「〇〇さんは悪くないよ」と優しく言いました。重ね重ねですが、当時の僕は初めてできた"恋人"を何が何でも失いたくなかったようです。
そんな言葉を交わして僕が会社へ行き、帰ってきて通知を確認すると彼女から「ごめんね」「ブスで」
とだけメッセージが。これは「ブスじゃないよ待ち」です。しかし、夜中に大騒ぎされ、就業の後で疲弊している僕は優しく対応する気力はなく、つい「そうだね」と返してしまいました。常日頃から醜い姿(顔だけではありません、体型や体毛の処理の甘さなども辛かったです。)を見せつけられ続けているストレスも溜まっていたのでしょう。
そうすると、彼女から「え、やっぱりブスってことでいいんだよね」
という返信。そうだっつってんだろ
これを送った瞬間、「終わった」という気持ちと「言ってやった」という気持ちが混在した不思議な気持ちになりました。
そしてしばらく連絡が途絶えた彼女。しかし1週間後に「ごめん、かわいくなるから。捨てないで」というメッセージが届きました。
しかし、こちらとしては一週間距離を置いたことで彼女に対して実に冷静な対応ができました。
「それは聞き飽きた。誰のお金で可愛くなろうとしてるの？たぶん〇〇さんじゃ無理だよ」
突き放すことができたのです。自分で自分を褒めてあげたかった。
「見た目も問題かもしれないけど、〇〇さんの性格の荒さにはもう付き合えないよ」
ときっぱりと追い討ちをかけることができました。
その後彼女からの鬼のようなメッセージや着信が来たので、すぐに全ての連絡先とツイッターアカウントをブロック。だいぶ端折っていますが、そういう感じで彼女とは切れました。
「意外とあっさり別れたんじゃん」
と思われるかもしれませんが、生々しいので省略している箇所が多々あります。彼女から受けた暴言、軽い暴力、メンタル的なハラスメント、金銭の搾取......etc.
それでも、しばらくは喪失感にぼんやりする日々が続いていました。
僕が今現在素敵だなと思っている人は、またツイッター上にて知り合うことのできた同じジャンルのオタクの方です。彼女とも話が合い、なんども通話を重ねていっているのですが、やはりあいつ(元カノ)はおかしい。今の方は人の話を聴くのが上手だし、僕の話を遮ってどうでもいい自分の自慢をしない。すごく大人な方に感じます。
依存体質のままで、まともに恋愛はできません。狂った恋愛をするか、別のものに依存するかです。僕の場合、「新しい爽やかな出会い」が腐らせないでいさせてくれましたが、「メンヘラモラハラ恋人とは別れましょう」と言ったところですぐに分かられられないのが依存カップルです。
だからこそ、今一度関係や、相手のことを見直してほしい。たいして好きでもない相手に、自分の大事なリソースを割かないでほしい。若いうちに考えましょう。意外と、自分のことを理解してくれたり、受け止めてくれたりする人なんて結構いるもんです。
前提を先ずは語ろう。
ここでいう海事関係者とは「海の事」という意味であり、広義的な意味では海自(海上自衛隊)をも含まれるが、海上自衛隊を限定して指す言葉ではないことに注意して頂きたい。
海事関係者として語るにあたって、当方は以下の資格取得者である。
なお、上記資格一覧から理解できるように専門教育は海運を中心としたものであるが、生家が漁師であるため漁業に関しても実務経験がある。つまり当方は生来からの海事関係者であるという理解で良い。
さて、当方がこのエントリを書くに至ったのは、はてなブックマークやTwitterなどへ投稿されている主張があまりにも素人意見に過ぎるものであり、その素人意見を元に日本政府の対応へ非難を浴びせる者が多いから書くに至っている。
本題へ入る前にこれは強調しなければならないだろう。船員の労働組合である「全日本海員組合」は憲法の改悪に対して反対する立場であり、憲法改悪に対して現在の日本政府へは与していない。また港湾労働従事者の組合である「全日本港湾労働組合」も同じ理由で現在の日本政府へは与していない。
第二次世界大戦後の政府が行った商船企業へ対する保障の件を知っているのであれば多くの海事関係者が(現在問わず)日本政府に与しない理由も察していることだろう。
ではまず、当方が眉をひそめた主張として「中国からの帰国者の一部がウイルス検診を拒否した件」へ寄せられた「強制的にウイルス検診を受けさせるべきだ」という類の主張である。
はっきりと言おう。これは日本政府どころか世界中の190以上の国家と地域は強制的にウイルス検診を受けさせることが出来ないようになっている。
有り難くもこのエントリを読んで頂いている方々は、当方に対して海事の専門家として期待を寄せているだろうから、強制的なウイルス検診が不可能な根拠を示す。
国際保健機関(WHO)に加盟する190以上の国と地域は国際法として国際保健規則(IHR)に縛られている。

引用したPDFをご覧になった方は直ぐに理解できるであろうが、規則としての機能するであろう一番最初の明文が「人権の尊重」である。
今回の件に対応しなければならなかった日本の高級官僚はおそらくこのPDFとほぼ同じものを比較的早期に読むことになったであろうことは想像に難しくなく、そして一番最初に目へ飛び込んだのは「人権の尊重」だ。
日本政府はIHRによって人権の尊重を履行しなければならないので、ウイルス検診を拒否した者の意思をそのまま受け入れた日本政府の対応を非難するのは誤りある。
もし非難する点があるとするならば「説得の失敗」という点。ただしどのような説得があったか不明であるし結局は相手の人権を尊重しなければならないため、相手にやむを得ない理由などがあるのならば誰が説得しても困難だろう。
これは脅しているわけではなく1つの注意として、そう例えば忠言のようなものだと考えていただければ幸いだが日本国へ疫病を蔓延させんとする優しいアナタの主張は人権を脅かす可能性があるのだ。
Twitterやはてなブックマークなどでの主張の中で、当方が申し訳ないが認識を改めて欲しいと感じた主張は「罹患者を早期に下船させ陸上の設備の整った病院で治療させるべき」という類の主張である。
こういう類の主張をした方々は「日本国が島国であるという認識を持っていない」と思われる。
ここでこのエントリを読んでいる方々に考えて頂きたいことがある。それは「島国日本の水際とは何処か？」だ。
こんな設問は小学生でも理解しているだろう。日本の水際とは港湾である。
では、新型コロナウイルスを日本の水際で食い止めたいとした場合、日本の何処で食い止めるのか？港湾である。
陸上の病院へ送致した時点でそこはもう日本の水際ではないのだ。
日本は明確に島国である。島国であるからこそ日本経済を根本から支える物流は海運へ極度に依存している。
どれくらい依存しているかと言えば日本の国内物流の40%以上、日本の国際輸出入になれば99%以上が海運である。
そのことから当方が「聞くに値しない」「何も理解していない」「この人物は一切信用ならない」と判断した主張は「安倍政権は経済重視なので新型コロナウイルスの対応を遅らせた」という類の主張をした者たちだ。この者たちには当方は敬意すら持ち合わせない。
この類の主張を1度でもした者の主張は今後一切聞かないほうが良いと当方は非常に強く多くの人々へ忠言する。
前述した通り、日本の国内物流の40%以上、日本の国際輸出入になれば99%以上が海運であり、自民党、旧民主系政党、社民党、共産党、維新の会、公明党、幸福実現党、れいわ新選組、泡沫政党、その他政党、どのような団体が政権を握ろうがこの事実は揺るがない。
海運とは遣隋使から続く日本経済の根幹と言って過言ではない。もはや真理である。
今回は日本の水際、日本経済において非常に重要な港湾で起こっている大災害なのだ。
こういう類の主張は唾棄に値する。馬鹿や阿呆は褒め言葉と取られることもあるのでこの者たちへは愚かだという言葉を投げつけよう。
愚か者たちがTwitterやはてなブックマークへ下らない主張を投稿する電力の燃料はどうやって運んでいると考えているのか。
日本国民の衣食住はどのように運ばれてきているのか。その40%以上が届かなくなる危機へ瀕しているのに何を下らないことを言っているのか。
トラックや鉄道で運ぶ？どうやって動かすのか。燃料を含む国際輸出入の99%は海運だ。
多くの賢き人々は理解し唾棄しただろう。この愚かで下らない噴飯ものの主張の質を。
ここで改めて旗国主義を説明するのであれば、船舶や航空機など公海公空を行き来する乗り物の内部に関しては、その乗り物が所属する国家の法律が適用されるというルールである。

ダイヤモンド・プリンセスを例にすると、ダイヤモンド・プリンセスはイギリス船籍でありダイヤモンド・プリンセスへ乗船している間はイギリス国法が適用されるということだ。
あまり詳解すると問題があるので軽い説明に留めるが、日本では基本的に賭博は禁じられているが、賭博合法国の船籍を取得し船内へ賭博場を持つ、いわゆるカジノシップという存在もあったりする。
このように日本の領土領海領空内に居ながら旗国主義は合法的に治外法権を得られる仕組みとなっている。
それが今回の件で足かせになっている。
つまり、ダイヤモンド・プリンセスへ乗船する前は日本国法が適用され、ダイヤモンド・プリンセスへ乗船するとイギリス国法が適用されてしまうので、例えば日本で言うところの薬事法の違いなどが発生する。
もちろん日本とイギリスには定義される人権1つ取ってみても揺らぎがあることが予想されるし、ダイヤモンド・プリンセスの対応を日本国として行っているという視点がかなり面倒なことになっているのだ。
IHRは国際法であるが、その機能を各国が履行するには各国で法制化する必要がある。法制化するということは各国で他の法律と矛盾の無いように法制化する必要があるわけで、ここで法制度上の様々な定義に各国で揺らぎが発生するというわけだ。

日本に住まう大半の人はイギリスの法律なんて存じ上げないと思われるが、イギリスの合法的な対応を日本人が取れるのか？と言われると非常に疑問である。
例えばイギリスでは肖像権が法制度化されているが、ダイヤモンド・プリンセス船内を日本の報道慣習に合わせて放映している日本のマスメディアは大丈夫なのだろうか？と心配になる。日本のパブリックとイギリスのパブリックがイコールで結ばれるのか？と。
結論として、IHRに合わせ人権を保障しつつ、その人権の定義はダイヤモンド・プリンセス上ではイギリス国法にあり、更には日本経済の根幹である海運を維持しつつ、新型コロナウイルス対策をこなさなければならない。

いやアレは"正しく自由と公平を重んじたリベラリズムの精神に基ずく行為"だと記事を否定するブコメがほとんどないところを見るに
ポスターを批判していた人達は自由と公平が嫌いな、リベラリズムの精神を持ち合わせていない反自由主義者だと規制派、反規制派両方の意見が一致したようでよかったです
