2010年代は政治思想により異なった広告を出して分断を煽ったデータ分析企業があり、それがトランプ大統領の誕生やブレグジットに大きく寄与したと言われている
それが判明して世界的に大騒ぎになって、欧州ではGDPRなど色々な枠組みができてユーザー情報保護を前進させてきた流れがある
つまり原理的に、FacebookやGoogleのような巨大テック企業が持つビッグデータがあれば、ユーザーの嗜好や思想などを把握するのみならず、特定の行動に誘導するのも容易だということが証明されている
企業は自社の本業の宣伝として、個人は承認欲求や自己PRで築かれるのかな。あとは、寄付や課金で成り立つ機関の知識共有。
もちろん有料サービスは今と同様で。
検索するとコピーサイトだらけ、それっぽいページでも開けば大小の広告、そっ閉じ。の繰り返し。
どしたらいいのかなぁと。俺が考える最強のインターネットを実現するには。
寄付の仕組みは進化してる気がするから期待するけど、安定しなそうだからそれに頼るのは難しいのかな。
インターネットは教育格差を減らす最強ツールだと思うので、あまねく人達に届いてほしい。
そのために広告収入が必須なのかと言ったら、今はそうなんだろうな。。

中国のグレートファイアウォールは批判されるが、経済的には成功だったという認識でいる。
貿易と関税によって他国から国内産業を防ぐように、中国国内の産業が発展するまでの時間を稼いだ。
EUは後から気づいたけど建前上同じことは出来ず、GDPRやらなんやらで抵抗しているが上手くいってない。
米国でも日本でもそうだが、都市部の塾代、大学の授業料など高くなっていく。
ゲームエンジンは長期的な投資に対してリターンが継続してあるが、多くのゲームは1発当たるか当たらないかだ。
日本にいると忘れそうになるが、ゲーム市場が大きい米国でも未だにゲームはいらない子扱いなのはあるし、
日本の政府批判を規制されない表現の自由というのは大事かもしれないが、
メディアに取り上げられ続けることの方が有利となっている政治家は、毎日逆張りのコメントを出せば批判されるが、
そもそもそれも織り込み済みなら痛くも痒くもない。
今はまだ中国から豊かな生活を日本語で発信するということは起こってないが、
将来、戦略的に行われたらどうするのか。

・俺がなんとなく余暇に積極的になれないのは地方の進学校出身で大学に行って夢を叶えようと刷り込まれていて未だその途中という認識だからかもしれない。社会人になって知り合ったシティボーイ達の優雅な余暇の過ごし方には死ぬまで憧れ続けるのかもしれない

まあ理由は既に書かれているんだが
nisezen: GDPRのせいと明記すると「現状GDPRに対応できていないと分かっているにも関わらず今まさに欧州からの接続を許している状態である」とGDPR違反を証明することになり、自分で自分の首を絞めてしまう
補足すると、トップページとかに「本サイトはGDPRに対応しておりませんのでEEA所在の方はアクセスしないでください」などとドキュメントガードみたいなことするのもアウト。
なぜならそう注意を促すこと自体、このサイトにEEA圏からアクセスがあり、当該ユーザの個人情報を管理している（管理していた）と自白しているようなものだから。
Yahooの場合はアクセス制限の理由をGDPR非対応とは明言していないので、現状黒か白かは分からない。まさにグレー。疑わしきは罰せず。
ただ4/6(水)までにGDPRの監督機関から「オイおめぇ、あんな怪しい告知を出しているが、まさか現時点でGDPRに対応せずのうのうとサービス運営している訳じゃあるめえな？」と腹を探られた場合は知らん。
個人情報が流出した時だけじゃなく、個人情報を取得するフローに少しでも不備があったらその時点で莫大な罰金を請求されるから大変だよね＞GDPR

Googleやマイクロソフトのソフトウェアが強いのは技術が高いのは確かだが、その差別要因になっているのは膨大なサーバーだ。
サーバーのハードウェアの規格をオープンにして価格競争にもちこんでいる。
なんで物量で勝負してるかは、高性能なパソコンと1人の天才によって覆されないようにする為だ。
アメリカが強くて欧州が弱いのは、物量を集めるだけの資金がない。
欧州が勝ててない理由はアメリカの法律だ。輸出関係をするとアメリカ法律の面倒くささは分かる。他国に介入するのだ。
GDPRなど欧州の法律が日本にも影響して面倒くささを感じてると思うが、欧州はそれをしないと対抗出来ないのを知っている。
中国もわかっている。

GoogleやMicrosoftが世界中にオフィスを持ち、優秀な人を雇用してるのは、転覆されるような天才を内に取り込む為だが、アメリカだけにオフィスがあると、アメリカに移住したくない人を取り込めない。
もう一つ、世界中に中国系移民がいるということは、海外から得た優秀な知識を中国にもっていけるのと、サービスを世界中で使われるということだ。地政学的リスクばかり話されるが、それだけではない。
鉄道などもそうだが、人口が多いので国内需要を捌く必要があるので、仕方なくやっている面もあるかもしれないが、そのままグローバルに展開できる。アメリカが脅威に感じているのはその辺りだろう。
日本はだが、ソフトウェアは輸入に頼り切ってしまった。内製もそうだが国産出来ていない。
オープンソースをなぜアメリカ政府が放置してるのか？普通に考えれば他国の利益になることは禁止する筈だ。使われた所で脅威にならないと判断してるということだ。
Googleからも沢山公開されるが、公開しても脅威にならないか、自社の利益になるからである。
日本がグローバルに展開出来ないのは、オフィスをアメリカ以外に持てない、どこに置いていいかわからないといった、情報の少なさが１つの要因だ。

いちいち許可取るダイアログでも出すんか？って憤ってる人たちいるけど、GDPRでCookieはそうなってるし、広告系がそうなったところで特に不便はない。ダイアログでたらNoを押して終わり。2、3サイトでそうしたらもう慣れるよ。
解析スクリプトも同等だろ。実行されていい人は同意すればいいじゃん。今までが野放しすぎたんだよ。広告切ったら快適になるのなんてみんなわかってるだろ？
広告なしに無料なコンテンツは減ってくだろうなー。まぁそれでいいんじゃないか？何事にも金はかかるもんだ。金払わずに見るならユーザーが広告閲覧とかに同意すりゃいいんだし。
ユーザーから同意をもらったんならエロ広告表示でも勝手に動画再生でもマイニングでも好きにしたらええわ。それを同意なしにやったからダメなんだろ。
ただなー、高裁の判決も、広告表示プログラムについての話は馬鹿っぽいからなー。あの話の持ってき方でコインハイブだけ有罪にするのは流石に無理があるわな。そこにキレるのはわかるぜ。しかし同意なしにマイニングするスクリプトを合法と言うのはどうかと思いますねぇ。
