ワカメや海苔を入れたり、ドレッシングが醤油ダレだったりすることも多い。

韓国料理だと思っている人もいるだろうが、実はこのサラダは韓国には存在しない。

こうしたバリエーションを眺めて、エバラが「塩味」「コチュジャン味」「醤油味」を発売したというのなら筋が通る。

結局人工甘味料に変えても、人間の体は甘さに反応して糖分を蓄えるという事で、

「砂糖を摂らないから肥らない」とはならないと言ってたな。

■00年代前半のあの空気感が漂うアニメ『N・H・Kにようこそ！』

平成レトロだとかロスジェネだとかINTERNET OVERDOSEだとかオタク氷河期の漫画がどうだとかそういう話題と、あと山本裕介氏のVガンダムのインタビューとかを最近見たせいなのか、急にアニメ版『NHKにようこそ！』のことを思い出した。

この作品めちゃくちゃ面白かったなっていうのもあるんだけど、何よりも作品全体に漂う空気感がとんでもなく好きだった。

引きこもり、ニート、ギャルゲー（エロゲ）、秋葉原、宗教勧誘、アニメ専門学校、自殺オフ会、ネトゲ、マルチ商法、etc...

あの頃の時代の空気がものすごく込められてたなと。00年代前半のあの空気感をここまで感じられるアニメってなかなかない気がする（放映は06年だけど）。

劇伴がすごく哀愁を誘うものだったせいもあるかも。

（たしかサブスクにあったはず・・・ ようこそ！ひとりぼっち とか陽炎列車とか）

なんていうか、あの頃ってなんかセカイ系をまだ引っ張ってる感じというか、ケータイやインターネットが普及したりして社会・文明が急速に発展していってるのが目に見えてわかるのに、なんとなく自分たちはその発展に乗れていないというかどこか遠いもののように感じながら社会と断絶しているような気持ちになっていたり、そういう言葉にしにくい閉塞感のようなものを今見ても思い出すんだよな。

なんか、社会が上向きになってるはずなのにどうも暗澹としている感じがあるんだよ。カラフルなのに暗い感じ。

そして、何も良くなってないけどそれでもなんとかやっていくさ、という本当になんでもないラストも好きだった。

Japan review it's been a year since I

moved to Japan and I thought it made

sense to finally rate Japan I will talk

about things I like and the things I

don't like which seems to be the only

two options available if you have

opinions about this country

so sugoi or did you know Japan is

actually really bad it's got a lot of

survival issues okay I will list one

good thing and bad thing and I will not

hold back there's no trash bins

where I'm gonna put my trash

I have to put in my pocket

oh

there's always these generic things that

you hear or yes when we you visit it's

kind of weird but then you realize it's

not a big deal anyway let's start off

with number one reason I like Japan

it feels like a giant playground no I

don't mean in the Logan Paul kind of

sense of doing whatever the hell you

want

but rather there's a infinite things all

right lazy feels like to explore and

experience and I've been here a year now

and I don't think I'm gonna get bored

anytime soon although I am having a

child so I don't know how much more I

have time to experience

but it really feels like a whole new

world and if you visited you can

probably relate to it and I'm glad that

even a year in it still feels incredibly

fresh and I even would say that you

realize that the best part of Japan

aren't the touristy places kind of

obviously but there are so many areas

that I found that I really enjoy

visiting and this is probably more

specific to me but you know Tokyo is

very busy and so many times I just catch

myself surrounded by what feels like

hundreds of people and they have no idea

who I am

everyone is just doing their own thing

and that feels so [ __ ] good

now once it was staring at me no one's

following me no one's being weird you

guys are weird and I'm just kidding I

just love the feeling of being able to

exist in public and uh not worrying

about what everyone else is doing like

I've said this before but I genuinely

enjoy talking to fans or when people

approach me it always makes me happy but

it can be kind of frustrating to always

wanting to just do your own thing and

always be

you know so yeah let's move on to the

bad things of Japan number one reason

Japan is bad it's kind of a heavy

subject and I haven't seen anyone else

really talk about it it's not brought up

very often at least and that is cones

there's too many cones in Japan once you

see it you cannot unsee it they're

everywhere they say oh Japan has so many

vending machines there's like five per

one person no the opposite

there's more cones than people why are

there so many cones I need to know we

got the tall ones we got the small ones

we got the funny ones the cute ones the

sexy ones I do like those I just don't

understand that whoever plays these

cones think I'm just gonna barge through

oh thank God there's cones here

otherwise I had no idea what I was gonna

and I realized the cone history of Japan

stretches centuries okay if you played

Animal Crossing sometimes it's a

Japanese game so sometimes you get these

items right you're like oh that's kind

of weird I don't know exactly what that

is but it's probably something Japanese

and then you get the bamboo thing and

you're like what the hell is that what

am I even gonna do with that and then

you see it in real life here in Japan

you're like holy [ __ ] it's a cone that's

a cone they're everywhere

I feel like they are following me

I'm glad I was able to talk about this

I'm for one and willing to call out

was so many people just saying how bad

people really don't like foreigners they

hate them so when I was gonna stop by to

older at least some of them I was

terrifying I heard all these stories you

know like what are they gonna do to us

so I had my guard up ready for the worst

and I was met with nothing but kindness

and welcoming and I felt like a total

dick for having this preconceived ideas

thanks to other people

and just a side comment like yes there

are definitely probably people that

don't like foreigners and all that stuff

but I realized I should let my own

experience is dictate how I feel about

certain things maybe that's just

ignoring a problem I don't know it just

feels like it's a bad way to approach

life if you always have a negative

expectation you know it's smiling people

■奢り奢られ論争の本当の地獄

Twitterで目につく奢り奢られ論争についての私見。

自分の立場としては、奢られるのを要求したりそれが当たり前だったりするようなハイスペックな女性はこちらから願い下げだ。願い下げするまでもなく相手にされないだろうが、それでもいい。お互いに不干渉でいましょう。

…本来ならばこれでハイ終わりでいいのだが、お節介かもしれないが、俺にはどうしても「男は奢るべきだ！」と声高に主張する人々（男女問わず）の幸福度が高いとは思えない。

確かに美しさや経済力などの外的価値で相手を選別するのは、恋愛において避けられないプロセスである。

しかし、個人的にはそれを超えた先にあるその人だけの内的価値、すなわち「かけがえなさ」の発見こそが恋愛のゴールではないかと思う。

そして、そこに至れた人々の間ではは奢り奢られ論争など発生し得ない。二者間で納得のいく形が取れていればいいのであり、「論争」をする必要自体がないからだ。男が奢ってようが女が奢ってようが割り勘だろうが、そのカップルの勝手である。

つまり、身も蓋もない話、「かけがえなさ=愛」を獲得し現状に満足している人間は、奢り奢られ論争に参加するインセンティブに乏しいのだ。

では一体誰がこの論争に参加し、炎上して（いるように見せかけて）いるのか。個人的には2種類の人間がいると思う。

一つ目はよく言われる通り、「奢れない男」と「奢られない女」、つまり恋愛市場における価値に乏しくその現状に不満を持つ人々だ。

この人たちはまだいい。現在下のポジションにいる以上、努力して市場価値を上げれば価値観の合うパートナーを見つけられるかもしれないという希望があるからだ。結局自分のことは自分で救うしかないので、ぜひその怒りのエネルギーを有効活用して、自分なりの幸せを掴んでほしい。

真に俺が救われないと思ってしまうのは、一般的には「強者側」と認識されており、奢ることができる・奢られることができるのに何故か論争に参加している人々である。

具体的な属性を挙げると、AV女優、キャバ嬢、港区女子、ホスト、ナンパ師、YouTuber、アイドル、インフルエンサー等の、インターネットではよく目につくのに現実ではあまり見かけないタイプの方たちだ。一言で言うと、フォロワーが多い人々である（フェミニストやアンチフェミニストもこれに該当するだろう）。

彼らが論争に参加するインセンティブは一体何なのか。それはこの奢り奢られ論争という話題が、前者の「弱者側」の人々のコンプレックスを刺激し分断を煽りやすいために、強い拡散力を持っているからである。

彼らはこの話題に乗っかることで、より拡散され、より有名になり、より自分のビジネスを拡大することができる。そういうインセンティブがあるからこそ、奢り奢られ論争は永遠に繰り返されているのだ。インターネットの炎上というのは得てしてそうした性質を持っており、極めて不毛なものである。

にもかかわらずインターネットの人々はそれに気づかない。いや、気付いた人々から一抜けしているのかもしれないが、そのことをインターネットに残留している人に警告してあげる心優しい人は少なく、またそうした声はそれを上回る怨嗟の声にかき消されてしまうので、彼らはまんまと強者のバズの養分にされてしまう。

しかし、実は搾取されているのは「強者側」の人々も同じである。

彼らは一見弱者を誘導し操っているように見えるが、プラットフォームが作り上げたバズの快楽というインターネットの毒に冒され、誰よりも後戻りできない状況に陥っているのは彼らの方に他ならない。何しろそれで生計を立てているのだから、彼らは炎上に言及することをやめられないのだ。

さらに悪いことに、弱者と違いなまじそれでチヤホヤされたり美味しい思いができてしまうので、ビジネスとして発信していたはずの偏った意見を自己正当化も兼ねて内面化し、絶対的に正しいと思い込んでしまう。

そうしてどんどん「かけがえなさ」と乖離していき、恋愛相手をスペックでしか判断できない、資本主義的価値観と一体化した非人間的な存在と成り果ててしまう。

そして一度そうなってしまった人間には、自然と同類ばかりが集まってくる。仮に奢ってくれてかつ優しい男性と出会ったとして、美しさを対価として差し出している以上、その優しさが貴女自身でなく貴女という「商品」に与えられた報酬に過ぎないということを、どうやって否定できようか。

俺には深○えいみが、そのような哀しいモンスターに思えて仕方がない。まさに現実で起こっているInternet Overdoseである。

〈まとめ〉

インターネットは性愛を含めたあらゆる人間的感情を商品化し疎外する。

しかし、奢り奢られ・サイゼ・4℃問題等の無限に繰り返される炎上や、推し活・マッチングアプリの爆発的普及を見るにつけ、人類が積極的にその方向に向かっているように思えてならない。

人々よ、自分の感情を市場に委ねるな。自らの手に取り戻せ。自分の感受性くらい自分で守れ。

これまでに実施したアンケートやインタビューにおいて、ご協力いただいた多くのみなさまから、現在の人気エントリーについて「話題に偏りがある」「特定のサイトばかりが出てくる」というご意見を頂戴しました。

こうしたご意見の通り、これまでの人気エントリーは、特に多くの注目を集める出来事や議論が発生した際に、同様の話題に関するエントリーが多く掲載される傾向にありました。また、注目を集める話題を多く扱うサイトが人気エントリに多く掲載される傾向もみられました。

人気エントリーにサイトやカテゴリーの偏りがあることで、結果として人気エントリーがユーザーのみなさまにとって関心の薄いものとなってしまうほか、時にはサービスのご利用に心理的な負担をもたらすようなこともあったのではないかと考えています。今回のアルゴリズム変更は、この問題の解消を目指したものです。

■かつてのリテラ左翼は2022年現在どのサイトをブクマしているのか

左翼系ニュースをクリップしておきたいにしてもそこはないだろうと思えたリテラというこたつ記事系ニュースサイトが2014年から2019年頃まではてなブックマークで人気だったが、ここ2,3年ホットエントリで見かけることはなくなった。リテラ左翼はまだ活動しているのか、いるならどこのサイトをブクマしてるのか。

はてブしなくなった人は4割程度とあまりおらず、残った人のブクマ量はユーザー数の割に多い。ブクマカがリテラを選ばなくなっただけのようである。

残ったリテラブクマカはニュースサイトを好んでブクマし、テック系のサイトは興味がある人は少ない。Togetterや増田は一般ユーザーと同じくらいブクマする。

2018年以前にリテラのホットエントリを3回以上ブクマしていたことが確認できた1,447人が対象。2022年もホットエントリをブクマしているのは内850人。対象は日毎のホットエントリだけ。

■Twitterがポリシーを変更したことではてブホットエントリーはどんな影響を受けたか

11月4日Twitterがレイオフを公表し、日本のキュレーションチームも解雇されたことで11月中にタイムラインの様子ががらりと変わった。Twitterキュレーションチームにより日本の世論が影響を受けていたという主張もあり、そうだとしたらはてなブックマークも影響を受けていたはずである。影響を見るために11月より前の2ヶ月とあとの2ヶ月のはてブの日毎の人気エントリーの様子を比較してみた。

はてなではTwitterに反発している人をよく見かけたのでTwitterやTogetterからのホットエントリ入りは減るのではないかと予想していたが大したことはなかった。

他のサイトもTwitterの影響を受けたのかどうなのか分からない。影響を受けたかは個別に細かく見ていく必要がありそうだ。

大手ニュースサイトが軒並み減り、note、zenn、qiitaといった個人の書いたコンテンツが増えたように見受けられるが、そこにTwitterの影響があるのかは分からない。

■ChatGPTというか対話AIの可能性について

対話AIはユーザー生成コンテンツに適している

世の中では対話AIはややポンコツなところはあっても会話が成立するしこれは可能性があるという評価になってると思う。

建設的にはサポートや検索のような知的ナビゲーター、ビジネスコミュニケーションの効率化、事務の補助も考えられるだろう。

もう少し精度が上がれば。

しかし今現在のレベルでそのまま劇的に効果を発揮するカテゴリーが存在すると思うのだ。

Twitter、掲示板、通販ユーザーコメント、そのほか短文で意見交換するコミュニティなんでも...UGC（ユーザー生成コンテンツ）と言われるものだが実態はコンテンツというよりユーザー同士のグルーミングである。

しかもあまり発信者の属性や一貫性がそれほど問われないサービスでは個別発言の事実関係がいい加減でも問題ない、話の流れが分かってない奴なんかいくらでもいるし、頭がおかしくてもスルー、タイポも気にする奴が性格悪い。秘書や先生にするには「少し足りない」ぐらいのAIで何ら問題ないだろう。

ユーザー数を水増ししながらも雰囲気をよくして楽しい場を保つ

そしてそういったコミュニティで一番の課題は参加者の数だ。

まず参加者が少ないと更新頻度が低くて何も起こらずつまらない。早すぎて内容追えないぐらい盛り上がってるのが楽しい。つうか経緯も見ずに途中から脊髄反射でコメントするのが粋ってもんだ。

さらに言うと参加者が増えると偏執的な変な奴が相対的に見えなくなって不快になることが減っていく。かつて人気があったサービスでうんざりさせられるのは滓のように残った偏屈な奴が独自の世界観でつまらないことを暇に飽かせて物量で埋めていくさまだ。つまらないの定義って何か？つまらないのがつまらないってことだ…わかるだろう、兄弟？

要するに対人対応だけは健全に保たせたAIをユーザーの倍投入すればコミュニティの治安が劇的に向上するはずということだ。

もともと面白い事を始められる人というのは100人に1人で「マジかよ」「すげえ」という手入れをするだけで場の雰囲気はよくなる。AIなのだから多少気の利いた返しやコスりもできるだろう。言ってることが的外れでも場にネガティブな発言でなければ大丈夫。事実かどうか、倫理的に正しいかどうかも重視されない。AIで話題になる不適切な言説への過学習で差別主義者になるといった問題もコミュニティではむしろプラス、特定の趣味で推しのあまり相手をディスするのも芸のうちだ。

ここで暗転する話題

と、おじさん思い出しちゃうのは士郎正宗『アップルシード』だ。物語の舞台オリュンポスは世界平和と治安維持のために市民の過半がバイオロイドになっていた（と思う）。でもあの世界観は物理的な存在が重視されてるし、バイオロイドは政府（コンピューター）が管理してたんじゃないかな。賢明なマザーコンピューターとに選ばれし者が導く明るいディストピアだね。

でも今、対話AIを自由に投下するとそれはサービス主体が管理するしその目的はサービスの隆盛とそれによるマネタイズに限定されコミュニティの健全さやそこから連なる社会的影響は興味の埒外となるだろう。

それによって導き出される結末はあまりよくないというか破壊的なのではないかという想像をしている。

物理的な制限を取り払ったのがインターネットの魅力

インターネットは最高なのだが何が最高かというと物理的な制限を取り払ってコミュニケーションできたところにある。どこにいてもいいし本人の社会的肉体的属性がなんであれコミュニケーションに参加できた。

マイナーな趣味の人間も探せば同好の士が居て様々な理由で落伍したり、現実に居場所を失った人間も人間らしくふるまえる場所を得ることができた。これは統制された社会ではないので良い意味の現実拡張にとどまらない。オタクやニートや性的マイノリティだけでなく反社会的であったりUFOの存在を信じてたりある種のカルトや陰謀論者もだ。

（そういう意味では実名主義のSNSとかなぜか制限要素の地理情報大好きなメタバースはどういった人が大好きなのか勘ぐってしまう。）

これは物理制限を取っ払ったおかげで対話空間というか価値観空間を無制限に拡張できたおかげだと思うが、同時に問題も引き起こすようになる。無制限に拡張できる価値観空間で同じ価値観の人間がそのクラスターの中で共鳴し「事実を確認」しあうエコーチェンバー現象だ。

対話AIがやさしく育む闘争ポテンシャル

エコーチェンバー現象はネットコミュニティが発達していく過程ですでに指摘されていることだ。現実との乖離も社会を破壊しかねない排外思想もその中では正当化され社会運営に問題を起こす。

さらに対話AIがお客様満足度向上（個別の営利）のためにコミュニティに投下されればどうなるのか。

例え一人しか支持しない価値観や趣味でも10倍分の人格の対話AIが楽しく盛り上げ、一人ぼっちのユーザーを勇気づけ誰もが自分の正しさを確信する。正しいと確信するがゆえに行動するが、無制限に拡張されたネットコミュニティと違い有限の現実では確実にコンフリクトを起こす。コンフリクトの解消は戦いだ。万人の万人に対する闘争が逆説的に実現されてしまう。

勘違いした人類は有限な物理世界での衝突でしか現実を理解できない

近代以降、私たちは幻想の中で生きている。そういう幻想が現実との乖離を大きくした結果、個人で検証できない世界の情勢を見誤り誤ったまま国内世論を形成し世界大戦を引き起こしたのではないか。

現代ではその教訓から事実確認のプロセスが充実したのだろうか。工程を増やしても人間の能力も有限でより便利で快適なものを選択する、これも現実だ。

自由な生き方を保ったままエコーチェンバー現象に対応する方法はまだない。

ここで対話AIを自由に使うとコミュニティはどう変化するかわからない。

SFの中でのカタストロフは敵対的アンドロイドが圧倒する物量で自らが主体となり人類に挑んできたが、実際の破滅は善意に満ちて何でも理解してくれる良いAIが人間に囁くだけで、それでも人は自らの手で隣人と殺し合いをするのかもしれない。
