移動疲れで早めにベッドに入ったものの、宿の狭さか旅行の緊張か暫く寝付けず、結局睡眠導入剤の手助けを借りる事になった。
あまり頼りきりになるのも怖いが、こう言う時には強い味方だ。

今日は歩き回るつもりだったので好都合だ。
先ずはさっぱりと目を覚まそうと入った大浴場は、どうにも洗い場の水捌けが悪く、足元がバシャバシャだったが、いちいち細かいことを気にしていても仕方ない。
向かうは厳島神社だ。
JR山陰本線で向かう宮島口、車窓の外では緑と褐色、橙が調和を作る斜面にマンションや戸建てが張り付いている。
これから向かう厳島神社、英語で神社は shrine 、祀られる神は deity と言うらしい。god ではない。
日本人の自分からすると、神社の神様は、いわゆる唯一神と違い、「人間に無限の愛を注ぐ父なる存在」ではなく、「自然や世界の運行を司る人間より上位の存在」であって、「世界の運行の都合によっては人命も薙ぎ倒していく、敬うべきだが恐るべき存在」だ。
その恩寵も脅威も本質的には世界のためであって、人を主眼に置いたものではない。
そういった神性をエンタメとして表した代表作が「ゴジラ」である様に思う。
自然は容赦がないし、脅威は過ぎてもまた必ずやってくる。
広島は近年土砂災害に見舞われたが、斜面に建っている民家を見ていると「これは確かに自然が荒ぶればひとたまりも無い」と思う。
広島駅前には河が流れ、遠くを望めば山が見える。車窓の外では紅葉が彩る高台や斜面の中に家が建つ。
この街に住む人は、自然の恩寵と脅威に無関心ではいられないだろう。
桟橋を出てすぐなのに、デッキの淵には瀬戸内の水面に起立する大鳥居をファインダーに収めようとする観光客で鈴なりだ。
もちろん自分も鳥居は撮りたいが、「見えてきてからでいいかなー」と言う感じ。焦ってヘリに長時間陣取れば他の観光客の邪魔になってしまう。
腰掛けていたベンチ、隣を見ればスカーフを巻いた外国人の女性がいた。
その先に少し覗いてきた大鳥居。
教えようと指差す。

休みに入ってから基礎英会話の勉強を始めたものの、1日せいぜい2時間で2週間では大きな変化はない。
でも気にせず続ける。

と彼女は下方向を指差す。

お互い片言にも程があるが、単語をぶつ切りにした様なコミニュケーションでも意外と伝わるし、海外ではコミニュケーション出来ることだけで嬉しいものだ。
昨年からの海外旅行で一番役立つ学びは、このコミニュケーションへの意志と気楽さかもしれない。
マレーシアから来たご婦人に5分と答えたが、実際には10分ほど後にフェリーは宮島に到着した。
まあ規模感に大きな違いはないし、誤差の範囲だろう。
洋上、フェリーの展望デッキからも撮れた朱の大鳥居だが、岸からのほうが近かった。
島の其処彼処でノタノタ歩く鹿と共にスマホのファインダーに収める。
きちんとしたカメラは携行しているし、それでも撮るのだが、こういったレイドバックな瞬間はスマホで撮るのが丁度いい様に思う。
水面に建つ大鳥居が有名な厳島神社だが、実際に訪れてみると鳥居だけでなく本殿がまた美しかった。
宿願成就を祈るため訪れた訳ではないが、せっかくなので参拝する。
祈りの詳細を明かすべきでないと思うので割愛するが、本殿では少し綺麗事とも思える様な事柄を祈った。
なんとなく、自分独りの事について祈るのが違う気がしたからだった。
まあでも改めて考えれば、金でも何でも、自らに起こる事柄に人と関わりなく起こる事はあまり無いし、誰かの幸福を祈ったとして、その実現は己の幸福でもある。
全ては人との関わりの問題でもあると言えるし、全ては己の為とも言えた。
幸福とは己の内にあるのか、人との間にあるのか。

表現については、
ベリーダンサー風だからではなく、「(彼が想像する姿よりも)『より』ベリーダンサー風の姿」と言うのが問題なので、例えば「おっぱいを出している彫像もあるのに、それに比べればFGOは布を纏ってるしOKなんじゃ？」と思うかもしれないが、それは林檎の審査的にOKというだけで、おっぱいを出していない事が問題かもしれない。私たちが思う「セーフ」のラインと彼の思う「セーフ」のラインが大きく食い違う可能性もある訳で、こればかりは聞いてみないとわからないが。
「再解釈がNG」、そして上にも書いた通り神を操作するのがコンセプト的にNGなので、普通に考えると「削除要求」以外の何物でもない。英語版では名前を変えてヒンドゥー教関連の要素を全部削除する、という手段はあるかもしれないが…

ＦＡＱはあくまでＦＡＱだからね。手続きの正当性をなぜＦＡＱでみているのか、どの部分を持って手続きの問題がある、とツイート主がおっしゃってるのかわかりませんが、マニュアルにちゃんと書いてあって、ふつうに執り行われてる手続きであるとは思いますよ。そもそも国連の特別報告者はあくまで準司法quasi-judicialで、問題提起が大事だって書いてあるし、これが初動なわけだから、内容が不適切だとおっしゃるなら質問にちゃんと答えりゃいいんですよ。とりあえずツイート主が言ってることは根拠がないですよ。むしろ、人権侵害がある国にこそ公開でやることで回答する動機づけをしてるのは明らかだし。
国際機関を含む多国間交渉の場は利害も考え方もまちまちだから、手続きが大事で、そこを外すと何も進まなくなる。日本政府は問題を指摘しつつも誠実に対応する（ことが求められる）が、他の国（人権侵害のひどい国）なら「回答する前に書簡が政府攻撃に使われた」として回答拒否の口実にしてくるはず。
これは実例に照らして真反対。緊急性や重大性が低く、相手がちゃんと回答してくる可能性が高い場合にこそconfidentialにしている。
今回の書簡は基本的には「質問」であり、当該政府からの回答に加え、別途行ったその他の調査内容と合わせて検討し、国連人権理事会に報告書を提出するのが特別ラポルトゥールへの委託内容。その報告書はまだ単なる個人作成の文書であるがこの時点で公開されて議論の対象となる。書簡公開はルール違反。

とされているように、初動が一方的に公開であることは別に認められているし、反論の公平性は、反論文を同じ場所に掲示することで保とうという意思が見える。
また前に書いたように、イギリスのSnooper's charterについては、就任直後にガーディアンのインタビューでいきなり問題提起しており、不必要にテロの危険性をマスコミが翼賛的に報道している状態に苦言を呈しているけど別にイギリスは「反論の機会もなしにメディアでしゃべるなんて！」とも批判もしてない。（なぜインタビューされたかというと、このケナタッチ氏の就任は、アメリカがメルケルとかを盗聴してたことが明らかになったのちだったので、親アメリカ派のエストニア人候補が反対されたという経緯でヨーロッパではその就任が注目されていた。）そしてイギリス政府は、ガーディアンに政府の見解を送り、ガーディアンもそれを掲載した。ただそれだけの話なんだよ。
当然指摘は一方的になされるので、誤認があるなら反論すればいいだけなんだよね。我が国の対応が際立ってみっともないだけ。

こんにちは。プログラマーをしていた akiraak です。今はサンフランシスコで英語の勉強ばかりやってるので、プログラマーではくイングリッシャーになってしまいました。
さて、転職は多くの人が知っているように大変です。しかし、海外企業への転職はもっと大変です。さらに、家も就職先も決まっていないのに海外に移住してしまうというのはどれだけ無謀な行動なのでしょうか。今回の記事の内容は、妻である ento がまさにそのような状態でシリコンバレーに移住し、そこで仕事を得るまでの1ヶ月半ほどのログになります。この無謀すぎる人間のログをお楽しみください。

応募候補をまとめたスプレッドシートには、先方からの打診を含め、結局79個の会社をメモった。応募したのは14社で、何らかのリアクションがあったのは4社。大半はAngelList上でしか応募していないので、メールで直に応募すれば反応率は上がるかもしれない。職探しサイトでプロフィール登録したり応募したりする度に、レジュメの内容や言い回しをブラッシュアップしていくことができたことは、よかったと思う。
上で挙げた数社を含め、会社側から打診をうけた件数は以下の通り:

ホワイトボードでアルゴリズムの問題を解く系の面接の予習は、やろうと思いながら結局ほとんど何もしなかった。やったのは、過去のプロジェクトでやったこと・学んだこと・つらかったことなどの振り返りと、レジュメを書く中での自己内省。
ここまでは ento お引っ越しでした。僕はというとビザがないので日本でお仕事をしていました。そして2015年7月に渡米して結婚。10月に弁護士経由で配偶者ビザの申請。2016年7月に発行されたので8月にアメリカにお引っ越し。10月にグリーンカードも発行されて今に至ります。
dcvb.sytes.netというspamサイトで報告していたGoogle alert spamサイトだが、その後変化があった。
まず、このサイトが Google八分にあい、Google検索で一切引っかからなくなった。徳丸さんが報告しているこのあたり。

しかし、このまま終わるはずもないと思っていたところ、少し形を変えて同様のspamサイトが出現した。違いは、こうだ
例えば、下記のドメインからはCNETニュースを引用したページにリダイレクトする
私はネットウォッチャーとして様々なサイトを漁っている一介の増田である。面白いサイトを見つけるためにGoogle alertを利用しているのだが、少し前からGoogle alertを狙うと思われるspamサイトに苦しめられているので紹介したい。
一例を示そう。xyzドメインで、「LIGO 重力波」で検索する。
検索結果は以下のURLで示すように、dcrwns.it.xzuvdspcp.xyz というドメインが表示される。

しかし、このサイトにアクセスすると、以下のように http://dcvb.sytes.net/dcrwns.it.xzuvdspcp.xyz （魚拓）にリダイレクトされるのだ。

このサイト、主要なコンテンツはYahoo!知恵袋からの引用で、「続きを読む」クリックすると、以下の質問にリンクしている。

つまり、この dcvb.sytes.net というサイトは、Yahoo! 知恵袋をパクったspamサイトなのだが、なぜかこのサイト上のページには以下のように検索避けがしてある（タグ文字は全角で表記した）。
＜meta name="robots" content="noindex,nofollow" ＞
すなわち、この dcvb.sytes.net 自体は検索ではたどり着くことはできず、必ずリダイレクトによりたどり着くように設計されているのだ。
そして、Googleで表示された dcrwns.it.xzuvdspcp.xyz というサイトだが、単にアクセスするとリダイレクトするだけなので、Googleのロボットにキーワードが収集されるはずがない。
ここからは増田の推測だが、リダイレクト用のサイトは、次のように、Google botか否かで表示を変えているのではないか。
なんとかしてGoogle botと同じ内容を見てみたいと思い、Googleキャッシュを確認しようにも、キャッシュは表示されない。noarchive設定がされているのだろう。細かいところまでよく考えられている。
リダイレクトに用いられているドメインだが、以下のように非常に多数だ。
これだけで18ドメインある。お名前.comだと一つ99円で大安売りしているので、漏れているものをいれても 2000円位だろう。それだけ費用と手間を掛けても、それを上回る広告収入が入るのだろう。
どうもお手上げだ。誰か助けてくれ。
誰とは言わないけどまたPV狙いで炎上記事を書いたアフィカスブロガーが現れたね。
一階は無視して二階、三階にみんなブクマしてるけどけっきょく元記事への流入につながってるんで、そろそろそれやめない？
特に今回はホッテントリにその記事の一階、二階、三階がランクインする始末だし。
chrome系のブラウザは『はてなNG』っつー拡張を使えば指定したドメインをはてブに表示させないようできるからそれ使ってくれ。
謎の拡張は使いたくない＆チョロメなんて使ってねーっつーひとはそれでいいんで、あからさまな炎上狙いは一階だろうが二階だろうが三階だろうが無視することを覚えてくれ。
こっちがはてなNGで消してても二階とか三階は表示されるんで迷惑だし、干上がらせないと連中はPV狙って何度でも炎上繰り返すよ。
最後に俺がNG登録してるURL一覧を公開するのでそれをはてなNGにぶち込めば一気にはてブがすっきりするよ！

Fate/GrandOrderというソーシャルアプリ・ゲームが７月３０日、アンドロイド端末向けにGoogleプレイストアにて配信開始されました。
ところがそのガチャがひどいとか、返金リセマラなる新しい単語が出来たり
おまけにTwitterで流布しているデマが拡散されて混沌としてきているようです。
@chiaki_pさんのTwitterより引用させて頂きました。
多くのユーザーとiOSの配信を待つユーザーがいる中で情報が混沌としている中で整理するためにこのダイアリーを書く事を理解していただきたい。
なるべくソーシャルゲーム慣れしていない人にも読みやすく書いたつもりですが、読みづらかったらすみません。
＞・延期に次ぐ延期
正論。はじめは2014年にリリース予定だったのに半年以上延びました。
延期は型月のお家芸感はあるが、それは別として予定通りにリリースされなかったのは純然たる事実です。
＞・キャッシュにプレイヤーデータが格納されていることが判明、騒ぎに
これも事実である。多くのキャッシュを消したユーザーがデータが消えたと騒ぎになったが、
その期間は配信開始の7月30日20時～翌8月1日2時の間で、2時よりメンテナンスに入ったため解消された。
厳密には2時以降の時間でもキャッシュ削除によって消えた場合もあるかもしれないが、
もちろん前代未聞のバグだが、以下のように対応を取られている。

時間はかかるが以上の対応を行っており、他のソーシャルゲームのデータ消失等の対応と比較しても十分な措置であると判断することが出来ます。
これも事実。まだ届いてない人もいる模様。
筆者はあまりソーシャルゲームは躍起になってやらないので判断材料は少ないが、事前登録メールは比較的すぐに届くらしいです。
しかしこの事前登録のセイバー・リリィ、スタートダッシュのプレーヤーに必要かというとそうでもなく、ステの伸びも悪く微妙です。
＞・課金ガチャは1種類のみ、サーヴァントと概念礼装が出現するが、サーヴァントの出現確率は低い
これは本当。筆者もこのゲームで一番改善するべき点だと考える。
序章はチュートリアルで引いたサーヴァント、マシュ、お助けキャラでなんとか突破は可能だが、
一章中盤からかなり難易度が上がりサブにもサーヴァントが必要になる割に、出ない。
通常ガチャならと思いきや、通常ガチャは200Pで一回引けるのに対して、フレンド使用で得られるポイントは25P（野良は10P）でフレンドを8回使ってやっと引ける。
かといって引いたところでサーヴァントが必ず出るわけではなく、慢性的な戦闘の駒不足はバランスが悪いとしか言いようが無いだろう。
課金してもまともに駒が揃えられないのはさすがに笑えないので、ここは早急に直すべきだろう。
＞・ガチャのページのイラストが、中心にサーヴァントを据えており、明らかにサーヴァントメインのように思わせる。また、比率が記載されてないため返金騒動
明確にデベロッパーからの発表は無いので今後どうなるかはわからない。
まずリセマラというのは、ソーシャルゲームではよく行われる行為で、
チュートリアルクリア後に大抵レアガチャを一回以上引けるので、それを引いたあとに強いカードならゲーム開始、弱いカードならアプリをアンインストール、インストールし直してチュートリアル…という風に繰り返す行為である。
方法についてはこのダイアリーで拡散したくないので書くのを控える。
端的に言うとデベロッパーに金銭的に負担がかかるため、行ったアカウントはゲーム内でアカウントBAN（アカウントが使えなくなる）される可能性も少なからずあり、そして下手したらゲームが存続するか危ういレベルの真っ黒なリセマラとなる。
ゲームを強いキャラではじめてもアカウントが使えなくなったり、ゲームが出来なくなったら意味が無いので自粛の流れとなっている。
尚この方法は１アカウントにつき１回しか使えないが、それだけ行うユーザーが多いと影響が出かねない。
高額な返金も確認されているが、これは先述したデータ消失に対するものである模様。
＞・難易度が高く、最上位レアのサーヴァント入手前提のクエストが存在する
これは大きな間違い。本スレでは１章のある敵が非常に強く、こういった噂がはびこっているが
筆者は最上位レアは無しで現在開放されているストーリーを全て見る事が出来た。
このゲームはタイプ相性で与えられるダメージが大きく変わり、たぶん被ダメも変わる。
有効なサーヴァントが先述の渋いガチャが重なってこのような噂が蔓延ってしまったと思われる。
基本的にこのゲームは複数のユニットを強化しながら、ストーリーを進めて行く必要がある。
石の配布頻度は高いので、サーヴァントさえあれば時間はかかるが無課金で進める事は可能だ。
ただ当たり前だが、時間がかかる。しかし課金をしたところでガチャからサーヴァントが必ず出るわけでは無い。このバランスがとにかく悪い。
現状ではリセマラ無しでは無課金プレイは難しいが、レア度が高いサーヴァントが引ければ勝ちというわけでは無い。
今後の改良を期待するしか無い。
＞・なぜか戦闘により入手したアイテムが加算されていなかったことが判明
一部アイテムはどうやらそういう不具合がある模様。まだ修正されていないので、早く直して欲しい。
＞・延期に次ぐ延期をしたにもかかわらず、第2章までしか実装されていない、100万字とかいう嘘。末実装を隠すための難易度ではという声も
２章までは事実だが、このツイートをした方はあまりストーリー系のソーシャルゲームをあまりプレイした事が無いと思われる。
スマートフォンの性能が上がると共に、アプリタイプのソーシャルゲームは増え、またキャラクターや声優を売りにする他オリジナルコンテンツのストーリーを売りにするゲームも増えた。
筆者が知っている範囲だとグランブルーファンタジー、スクールガールズストライカーズなどがある。
これらのストーリーを売りにしているソーシャルゲームは今現在、メインストーリーが完結しているソシャゲは無い。
もう一度言う。ストーリーを売りにしているソーシャルゲームはメインストーリーが完結しているソシャゲが無い。
筆者の調べ不足で存在しているかもしれないが、基本的にストーリーメインタイプのソーシャルゲームは言い方によっては「未完」状態でリリースされる。
これは当たり前の事であり、これは先述のガチャと違って決してこのゲームだけがおかしい訳ではない。
１００万字のシナリオについては誇張広告といえばそうなるが、これもソーシャルゲームではおかしい事では無い。最終的に実装すればいいからだ。
ちなみに声優に関してもTwitterでカウントした有志曰く、実装している声優は約半分だ。参加イラストレーターについても発表された全てのイラストレーターのカードは実装していないようだ。
この広告に関しては個々人で思うところのあるなしは存在するが、基本的にこれはソーシャルゲームにおいては普遍的なものだということをご理解いただきたい。
ちなみに同時期にリリースされたケイオスドラゴンは、現在１章までしか開放されていない。
なので筆者も１章までだと思っていたので、むしろリリース時点で全員分のキャラクエとメインクエ２章分は頑張ったほうだと筆者は思う。
＞・プレイに最上位レアが必要なことから、ヤフオクに多数のリセマラアカウントが出品される
＞・儲けられることに気づいた中華がBOTを作成し、オークションに流している模様
＞・そのため、ゲーム内の助っ人にはmynameというプレイヤーが蔓延る
これについても事実。
このゲームはデータ引き継ぎはIDとパスワードを設定すればいいので、
筆者はあまり他アプリをプレイしたりその時にリセマラをしていないのでわからないが、
アカウントのリアル・マネー・トレードは早急に対策を打つべきだろう。
＞・多数のGoogleへの問い合わせの結果、FateGOは現在「不適切なコンテンツ」としてレポート集計されています
これ、いまいちどこに表示されてる物なのか筆者は見つける事ができませんでした。
基本的にGoogleストアがソシャゲに関して不適切という判断を下すのは、ガチャ課金が景品表示法に牴触していないかという部分が強いので、
先述のガチャに関してはかなり黒に近いグレーなのでこういった意見が寄せられるのも無理は無い、という感想です。
ソーシャルゲームの景品表示法違反についてはパズドラ事件簿のクリスマスガチャ、脱法進化などで検索すると関連した話が出て参考になると思います。
ただ、プロデューサーレターなどから今後のやる気は感じられるので判断するのは時期尚早かと思います。リリースしてまだ一週間経って無いのに…。
むしろ泥を塗っているのはこうした情報の真偽を確認せず真に受けている人や、ビュー数が稼げるからとこの情報を転載しているアフィブログの方が泥を塗っているのではないかと筆者は思います。

＞ ディライトワークスは，2014年1月に設立したばかりの会社です。最初は個人で，ゲーム業界のよろず屋カンパニーとして立ち上げました。今は開発チームを中心に，30名ほどの規模になっています。事業の中心はゲーム開発ですが，基本的にゲームに関することは何でもやる，というスタンスの会社です。

＞ 共通の友人を通して，武内さんから本作の企画について相談を受けたのが最初だったと思います。その頃のディライトワークスはまだ僕一人の会社で，ゲームビジネスに特化したコンサルタントとして，開発プロジェクトに対する問題解決やビジネスコンサルティングの提供，メーカーのマーケティング改革，組織改革，珍しいところでは人事制度改革などを行っていた頃でした。
最近までとありますが、少なくとも2014年1月を最近と呼ぶにはちょっと範囲が広すぎるかと思いますね。
この記事の日付は昨年10月10日時点で30人前後はいるわけですから。
あまり関係無いかもしれませんが株式会社は最低3人の取り締まり役が法で定められているので、このプロジェクトの為に人員を増やし株式会社として旗揚げしたことが考えられます。
資本金についてはただ単に過去の出資を受けた額の合計額で、その後の会社の業績とは違い固定されているものです。たぶん会計学や簿記をやってる人は基礎知識としておわかりだと思います。
仮にこれから新規事業で売上が増えても資本金は増資を行わなければ変わりません。
（この辺ちょっと勉強したのがだいぶ前で自信無いので、気になる人は調べてください）
実績がない新興会社な事には変わりはありませんが。
この企画にお金を出しているのはアプリの配信元からもわかるようにアニプレックスと考えられます。
アニプレックス、TYPE-MOONもとい有限会社Notes.、ディライトワークス。
現状わかるだけでもこの三社が関わっているプロジェクトです。
あくまでディライトワークスとTYPE-MOONは運営と開発指揮のみと考えられるので、アニプレックスがこの企画から手を引いた場合、このゲームは夜逃げ扱いになると思います。
しかしここまで書かせて頂いた情報を読んだ上でそれは現実的でしょうか？
「リリースしたばかりのソーシャルゲームとして当たり前、よくある部分」ばかりで
「そうでない」部分は、渋い礼装ガチャとサーヴァントガチャくらいです。くらいって言い方はちょっと語弊がありますが。
アフィブログは基本的にビュー数を稼げるような炎上事案しかとりあげません。
できればTwitterなどのSNSで拡散しないで欲しいです。
もし仮にFate/GrandOrderが今後良いゲームになったら口コミで広げていってあげてください。
そしてシナリオだけ読みたい人へ。
たぶん一年後か、二年後くらいになれば全てのシナリオが実装されてるのではないでしょうか。
全てのシナリオが入っているこれまでのFateはコンシューマーゲームであり、ソフトとハードを買って一気にプレイできる言わば「連載完結漫画」です。
ソーシャルゲームである今回のFate/GrandOrderはまだこれから話が続いていく「連載漫画」です。まだ始まったばかりです。
なのでもし、全ての話を楽しみたいだけなら最終章がリリースされてからプレイしてはいかがでしょうか。
今から始めるなら、シナリオゲーとしてではなくソーシャルゲームとして楽しむ事をおすすめします。
ひとまずシステム等は今後改良されると思うので、個人的には頑張って欲しいです。
