I. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) together with all the documents referred to in it constitute a legally binding agreement made between you as a natural person (“you”, “your” or “user”) and We (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the software application for mobile devices (the “App”).

III. RESTRICTIONS ON WHO CAN USE THE APP
In order to download, install, access or use the App, you must (a) be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the App, so if you are between the ages of thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) years and you wish to use download, install, access or use the App, before doing so you must: (a) assure and confirm (if needed) that your parent or guardian have read and agree (get your parent or guardian’s consent) to this Agreement prior to you using the App; (b) have the power to enter a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws.
Parents and guardians must directly supervise any use of the App by minors.
Any person under the age of thirteen (13) years is not permitted to download, install, access or use the App.
You affirm that you are either more than eighteen 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement.
IV. GENERAL TERMS
The App is a utility program designed to enhance your device experience. The App allows to scan any types of document to high quality PDF or JPEG; to save and store any scan copies of documents on your mobile devices; to share your scans via email; upload scanned documents to cloud services like box, Evernote or Google Drive (see the full performance list on the App’s page on itunes.apple.com). All documents shall be stored locally on your device and shall never be sent to any third-party unless you export them to other apps or devices by means of the App.
The App is intended only for your personal non-commercial use. You shall use the App only for the purposes, mentioned above.
V. PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed the Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how we process, use and store information including personal data. Access to the App and use of the Services is subject to the Privacy Policy. By accessing the App and by continuing to use the Services, you are deemed to have accepted the Privacy Policy, and in particular, you are deemed to have acknowledged the ways we process your information as well as appropriate legal grounds for processing described in the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Policy from time to time. If you disagree with any part of the Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using the App and Services. VI. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
By using the App, you undertake to respect our intellectual rights (intellectual rights related to the App’s source code, UI/UX design, content material, copyright and trademarks, hereinafter referred to as the “Intellectual Property Rights”) as well as those owned by third parties.

These works and means of individualization may not be copied, reproduced, retransmitted, distributed, disseminated, sold, published, broadcasted or circulated whether in whole or in part, unless expressly permitted by us and/or our partners and/or contracted third parties, as the case may be.
All rights, title and interest in and to the App and its content, works and means of individualization as well as its functionalities (1) are the exclusive property of We and/or our partners and/or contracted third parties, (2) are protected by the applicable international and national legal provisions, and (3) are under no circumstances transferred (assigned) to you in full or in part within the context of the license herewithin.

You agree not to use the App in any way that:
is unlawful, illegal or unauthorized;
is defamatory of any other person;

You shall not make the App available to any third parties. In addition, you shall not modify, translate into other languages, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derivative works from the App or any documentation concerning the App.
You shall not transfer, lend, rent, lease, distribute the App, or use it for providing services to a third party, or any rights to the App or any documentation concerning the App to a third party.
Misuse of any trademarks or any other content displayed on the App is prohibited.
You shall not copy and/or duplicate and/or distribute and/or publish and/or use any content in the App, directly or indirectly, by way of a violation of our Intellectual Property Rights.
Moreover, you shall not make any attempts to use the App or part thereof for malicious intentions.
Also we are not responsible for the way you use the App.
It is clarified that we may adopt, against a user who violated the present Agreement, any legal measures at our disposal pursuant to the applicable laws.
All disputes arising from the usage of the App, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and shall be submitted to the sole jurisdiction of the competent courts of New York, New York, the United States of America.
VIII. AVAILABILITY OF THE APP, SECURITY AND ACCURACY
In order to use the App, you are required to have a compatible mobile phone or tablet, and internet access. However, please note that we offer you widgets that save translations and allow you to access them later in offline mode.
The App is available for downloading and installing on handheld compatible mobile devices running Apple iOS Operating System 11.0 with minimum system requirements.
We do not warrant that the App will be compatible with all hardware and software which you may use.
We make no warranty that your access to the App will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Neither does Apple have an obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
You acknowledge the App is provided via the internet and mobile networks and so the quality and availability of the App may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control.
The version of the App may be upgraded from time to time to add support for new functions and services.
We may change or update the App and anything described in it without noticing you. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the App, or close it indefinitely.
You also warrant that any information that you submit to us is true, accurate and complete, and you agree to keep it actual at all times.
You can discontinue using our Services at any time by choosing the relevant option in your iTunes Account Settings. If you decide not to use the App for any reason you should uninstall the App.
The App is provided on a paid basis. You will need to pay a one-time fee of $14.99 in order to download the App. Once you download the App, you will get access to all its features.
Prices are in U.S. dollars, may vary in countries other than the U.S. and are subject to change without notice.
You may be charged by your communications service provider for downloading and/or accessing the App on your mobile phone or tablet device, so you should check the terms of agreement with your operator. If you have any queries, concerns or complaints about such third party websites or mobile applications (including, but not limited to, queries, concerns or complaints relating to products, orders for products, faulty products and refunds) you must direct them to the operator of that third party website or mobile application.

実際に行ってみてわかったこと。
天気予報が毎日「ところにより雨」。雨雲が小さくて予測が難しいらしい。しかもザバーーーって強く降る。折りたたみ傘必須。

（ 2019年春アニメ1話ほぼ全部観たから感想書く その3 からの続き ）
津田がいない「生徒会役員共」。思春期を謳歌し始めた女子のラブコメショートアニメ。制作はSILVER LINK。
監督はSILVER LINK制作のアニメ「すのはら荘の管理人さん」助監の人。エロとラブとコメのバランスはアレくらい、だと思っていた時期が私にもありました。2話から本番が始まる。横手美智子脚本ほんとキレッキレで好き。主人公はかぐや様くらいウブ（ただし英才教育済み）なので、何気ないモノローグがひっどいことに。でも思春期ってこんな感じだった気がする。
キャラがかわいい（キャラデザ：大島美和）。今期1,000個さんのキャラデザも同氏が担当していて、しかもメインヒロインの声を共に和氣あず未が担当しているという偶然の一致。声でいうと親父の声（CV.津田健次郎）で笑った。しわがれた声とイケボ駆使して笑かすのやめろぉ！
異世界転生の異世界転生モノ。角川資本の4英傑によるちびキャラアニメ。参加作品は
・このすば（劇場版公開予定。響ラジオステーションでラジオ配信中）
・幼女戦記（劇場版が評判良いらしい。音泉でラジオ不定期配信中）
本編のクロスオーバーというより、各アニメの本放送と並行してようつべで配信されたちびキャラアニメ作品のクロスオーバーという感じ（なおこのすばだけちびキャラアニメ化は初）。この4作品に限らず、各ちびキャラアニメの監督はすべて「怪獣ガールズ」でおなじみ芦名みのる。ということで本作の監督も同氏が務めている。
基本的にギャグアニメなんだけど、とにかくこのすばみが強い。意外と順応してんな！と思ったんだけど、よく考えると主人公は全員異世界転移経験者っていう性質を利用したシナリオになっているのが面白かった。異世界転移モノが現代の価値観をモノサシに使って異世界を測るお話なのに対して、これは異世界人（元現代人）が、現代のモノサシを使って理解した異世界の価値観をモノサシに使ってこの世界を測るお話という入れ子構造に。基本的に「俺、異世界転生人でーす」的な身バレはNGという共通の常識のせいで、お互いに腹の探り合いをするコメディだった。2話クッソワロタ。
芦名みのる作品は元作品の読み込みが丁寧で好き。本作でめぐみん＆エミリアを演じる高橋李依が自身のラジオで語ってたのは「エミリアは自身がハーフであることや髪の色が白いことでずっと迫害を受け続けていたので、こっちの世界で様々な種族の人たちが（一部を除き）同じ教室で仲良くしていることがすごく嬉しそうに描かれていて、いちファンとして嬉しい」とのこと。これに限らずセリフの一つ一つに各作品のバックグラウンドを感じさせる。監督ももっと俺めっちゃ拘ってるんですよアピールすればいいのに。
大人のトイ・ストーリー。ショートアニメ。制作は「フレームアームズ・ガール」で3DCGを担当したstudioA-CAT。
FAGは主人公が素人なので「プラモってなあに？」という視点から語られてたけど、こっちはオタク強度の高い主人公なので、視点がガチ。あとこっちはフィギュア。
FAGやトイ・ストーリーと違い主人公が大人なので「主人公が少年から青年になる過程で成長する姿」とかは無く、あらゆるトラブルに対していい感じにやってくれている。トイ・ストーリーが「身バレ＝死」だったのに対して本作は主人公が教育済みなので安心。観やすい日常アニメ。
FAGの3DCGを担当したスタジオによる作品ゆえ、3DCGの動きに拘りを感じる。周りをキョロキョロして何かを見つけ、そっちに駆け寄るとことか、頭の上に持ってたマグカップをよっこいしょして置くとこが特に好き。
銀魂みたいな水曜どうでしょう。制作は美男高校地球防衛部シリーズでおなじみスタジオコメット。
本作のテーマはSF版東海道中膝栗毛とのこと（東海道中膝栗毛…江戸時代に流行った水曜どうでしょうみたいなやつ。弥次さん喜多さんという呼称でもおなじみ）。無一文なのにやたら調子のいい主人公一行が、遠路はるばるイセカンダル（「イスカンダル」と「お伊勢参り」を掛けたジョーク？）を目指す。
銀魂、美男地球防衛部の監督による作品ということで、あんな感じのノリ。特にSF描写が銀魂っぽい。借金取りに追われ命からがら宇宙に逃げ切ったと思ったのも束の間、追いかけてきた鯱に捕縛され絶体絶命の主人公が突然スーパーロボット大戦を始めるシーンとか、2話のラストがまさに「あーそうそうこういうノリだったわ」感。口コミの評価を参考に食べ物買ったり旅館に寄ったりするSF宇宙旅行とか合間にちょくちょく挟まる劇中CMに監督のセンスが光る。
キャラデザは八尋裕子。キツめの目つきがすごくツボみたい。とじみこ然り、グラクレ然り、かぐや様然り。特に借金取りのアニキが好き。アニキ（CV.杉田智和）の歌に感動した。
Netflix独占
夢追い人のケツを拭くダークヒーローの話。原作は中国の漫画で、ジャンプ+でも連載されている。というわけで制作はぴえろプラス。
本作がトリコとかハンターハンターから強く影響を受けていることを原作者自身が公言してるらしく（ソースが中国語だから良くわかんなかった）、あんな感じの異界に挑戦する人々の群像劇になっている。出てくるモンスターのデザインもあんな感じ。
決定的に違う点として主人公が探検家ではなく「無謀な探検家を連れて帰る」という一歩引いた役回りなので、夢追い人の人間模様を俯瞰する立場という語り口になっている。なのでクソみたいな探検家を切り捨てたりクソみたいな研究者が異界を荒らすことを諌めたり、比較的世界のバランスについて重きを置いたシナリオに。
序盤のぬるい感じと後半の戦闘パートとの振り幅が大きい。アクションシーンの作画熱量が高く、さすがぴえろプラス。
苦労してない方のハリー・ポッター。SILVER LINK制作のなろう系はデスマ以来？エスタブリッシュメントの日常アニメ。デスマはOPがランガで、これはIRIS。そういう感じ？
1話のあらすじ：不慮の事故によって命を失った主人公、記憶を持ったまま異世界で幼子として生を受ける。が、またまた不慮の事故によって第2の両親を失い命も風前の灯火。そんなとき彼は一人の老人に拾われる。実はその老夫婦は名だたる大賢者で、孫同然に寵愛を一身に受けながらすくすく育った主人公はいつしか天武の才にも恵まれ、大賢者の友人であり主人公とも親交があった国王の助力を受け学徒となり、社会人としての一歩を踏み出す。学校では素晴らしい友人にも恵まれ、弱々しかったかつての幼子はいつしか立派な孝行息子となっていたのである。めでたしめでたし。
それにしても、なぜに学校生活。ファンタジー作品は基本的に「ここがどんな世界なのか」を描くのがテーマになっていることが多いけど、本作はあくまで学校の中でのお話がメインみたい。ハリポタみたいな感じ？
異世界転生自体が極端なチートということも無くはないけれど、それ以上に多様なチートを授かってて草。才能（魔法、体術）はまだしも、師（賢者、王国きっての剣士）、親（優れた思想や資産）、人脈（王様と親戚）とか、現代におけるチートってこういうことだよね的なやつを授かるってちょっと斬新。
主人公のチート具合を端的に表している魔法の練度。主人公が科学の申し子だった頃の記憶をもとに外法を編み出していくのだけれど、それらが全部世の理を逸脱していて「めっちゃ強い」というより「オーパーツ」になっている。1話サブタイが「世間知らず」と銘打っていることからわかるように、実は主人公の魔法を見ててもこの世界の普通を理解することができず、「世界を識る」という縦軸の上では主人公は実質ゼロスタートだったりする。その上で、主人公の別ゲー魔法は「いやいや、魔法ってそういうもんじゃないから！これが普通の魔法だよ」っていう比較のためのモノサシになっていて、例えば主人公がどこでもドアを使えば「ねえよ、そんなもん」というリアクションをもって「この世界にワープ魔法は無いのね」ってなる。ノリは基本的に軽めかつサクサク進む。主人公の存在自体ギャグみたいなもんなので実質ギャグアニメ。
主人公の外法と学生の魔法に差がありすぎて好き。入学試験のあれ（風よ踊れ！）めっちゃかっけーじゃん。中二病て、君も大概やで。魔法の作画や演出にこだわってるところを見るに、お話の中心は魔法と魔法使いなのかな。
魑魅魍魎が跋扈する街こと新宿区の日常アニメ。ED歌わないんかい。って歌うんかい！「公式サイトのURLを初見で音読するのが難しい今期のアニメ」暫定1位。
公務員として、人間と妖精の境界を管理するお仕事を描く。1話は新宿御苑の騒音問題を地道に調査するお話。途中で「新宿御苑は複数の区にまたがってるので、一部が別の管轄になってる」というガチ解説が入るとことか、よその管轄の公務員に連絡するシーンとか、リアルな背景（特に役所の中の廊下がめっちゃリアル。背景：スタジオ・ユニ）とか、あくまで新宿の日常の一コマというリアリティを大切にしているみたい。調査に訪れる場所も、どうして妖怪がそこに居着くのかちゃんと理屈を説明してくれるところが好き。
本作と同じくライデンフィルム制作のアニメでいうと「Phantom in the Twilight」に似ている。ただあっちは自警団なので、組織的に街の平和を守っているわけではなく突発的な事象に対して武力制圧がデフォ。一方こっちは公務員なので総じて組織的、事務的に街の平和を守っている。ちなみにどちらも結構な大事件が多い。
本作での呼称は「アナザー」で、日本古来の妖怪だけではなく海外の妖精とか天使とか色々出てくる。彼らは基本的にはよそのアナザーと共存するための対話ができる程度にはインテリジェンスを持っているので、概ね平和。さすが新宿、ダイバーシティ。
音楽めっちゃ好き（音楽：Evan Call）。同氏が去年担当したアニメの劇伴と比べてかなりJAZZY。こういう日常感の演出もいいよね。
秘密のケンミンＳＨＯＷ内で流れる茶番ドラマみたいな名古屋県の日常ショートアニメ。d’アニメストア等でロングバージョンが公開されており、内容はリアル名古屋の紹介動画。
基本的に（トーキョーモンの）主人公と八十亀ちゃんの対話形式で進む。本作が名古屋観光文化交流特命大使に任命されていることから、会話内容がほぼ名古屋県のご当地ネタ紹介。赤福美味しそう。原作は4コマ漫画なので、4コマ特有のテンポ感を失わない怒涛の展開。
あの時代と現代における婚姻制度の違いをテーマにしたラブコメショートアニメ。「超可動ガール」「女子かう生」とこれの3作品が、双葉社のアニメ作品を扱うTV枠「ふたばにめ！」として放送されている。制作は3つともアニメーションスタジオ・セブン。
よく考えたらあの時代における奥さんって「幼な妻」という表現が適切だよね。ジト目かわいい。「好意の有無と婚姻に関係はない」と明言している通り、あくまで信長を落とすことを重視しているスタンスなので、煮え切らない信長に対し「は？こいつ何いってんだ？」という視線を向ける嫁かわいい。2話は「どうやったら13歳と罪悪感を感じずにSEXできるのか」という話。こと恋愛に関しては経験値ゼロの二人なので、急にドギマギしだすの好き。
シチュエーションエロアニメ。内容はタイトル通り。ウルトラCなシチュエーションによって外堀が埋められていく主人公と先生のお話。ショートアニメ。規制のゆるいバージョンが各種配信サイトで見れるけど、ぶっちゃけあんまり変わらない。
OP：上坂すみれ 音楽：吟（BUSTED ROSE）という組み合わせはポプテピでおなじみ。1話からEDM全開の劇伴すき。ていうかこの組み合わせにこの作風、これじゃまるでSYDやらシモセカ等でお馴染み須藤孝太郎プロデュースのアニメみたいな・・・クレジットにいたああああああああああああああ
無声？ショートアニメ。「超可動ガール」「ノブナガ先生の幼な妻」と共に構成されている双葉社のアニメ枠の一つ。うち本作とノブナガ先生は監督も一緒だったりする。
まさかの全編セリフ無し（一応声優が何らかの声を当てている）。京アニの「日常」にあった無声フィルムめっちゃ好きなんだけど、あんな感じのシュールギャグ。そうはならんやろ。
メルヘン・メドヘン（映像修正版）：各種配信サイトで5/1～配信開始
増田に感想を書くのはこれにておしまい。全てのきっかけこそ「最近のアニメおもんないやんけ」みたいな言説に対してカウンターの意味を込めて書き始めたものの、いざアニメを観始めたら当初の予想に反してその尽くがあまりに面白かった。気づけば「ねえねえ！このアニメ見て！めっちゃおもろいねん！」という内容に終始した感想になってて、正直カウンター云々なんてどうでも良くなってしまった自分がいる。今まで世論や風潮に対する不満や反論を書く場として増田が適切だろうという建前で書き続けてきたので、現状もう増田で書く理由がない。
今まで書いた感想としては「こいつどんだけアニメ好きなんだよ」に尽きる。逆説的だけど「これだけアニメのことで文章かけるくらい、この人はアニメが好きに違いない」という自己認識の仕方をもって、多少胸を張って「私はアニメが好きです」と言えるようになった事は大きな進展だと思う。と同時に、「好き」を伝えることの難しさを痛感した。面白いと思ったはずなのに、なぜか言葉にすることが出来ない不思議。「面白い」って、どうやって書けば良いんだろう。
ともあれ、これまで書いた増田をもって「最近のアニメおもんないやんけ」に対する私なりの反論ということで（これでも不十分だとは思うけれど）ご査収ください。お目汚し失礼しました。今後もし書くならブログかな。
