明確に1個誤りがあったけど、指摘したからかわからんが現在は修正してますね。"Router(結局Routerもlinuxで動いてる)" という奴。
そもそもMACアドレスをMacアドレスと表記することも余り褒められたものではないけども（Network系のドキュメントにそう書かれてたら信頼度がさがりますね）
なお、元記事を書いた当人はかなり勉強していることは参考資料の量からもあれだけの長文を書く気概からも理解できている。
ちょっとしたネットワーク関連の資格試験なら合格しそうな分量を学んでいる。あれを最低限と言えるのは立派で、そこは素晴らしいと思っているのを補足したい。
最低限のNetwork知識 https://zenn.dev/hee/articles/ce9002ae525622 という記事がブックマーク400を超えていて、どうしてこのレベルの記事に400もブックマークが集まるのかと問いたい。
覚えたことをまとめてアウトプットするのは素晴らしいことだと思うしそれは否定しないんだけど、勉強したての見習いが書いた薄い内容とベテランがまとめた記事だったら、学ぶのに適しているのはどちらかという話である。
そんなわけでちゃんと勉強するならITMedia系でプロに金払って書いて貰っている記事を勧めたい。

マスタリングTCP/IP が名著だしおすすめなのは間違いないけど、ネットワークを専門としないであろう人にまでおすすめするのは少しハードルが高い気がするよ。
SNS（ソーシャル・ネットワーキング・サービス）で提供され、不特定多数の参加者同士が相互に交流し、競争や協力をしながら遊ぶオンラインゲーム。ソーシャル・ネットワーク・ゲームsocial network gameともいう。アプリケーションプログラムを使用機器にインストールする必要がなく、ウェブブラウザー上で動作する。
おまえらかーちゃんには「ガンダムじゃなくてダイターン3だよ！」とか厳しいくせにアプリゲーム（主にガチャがあるゲーム）をソシャゲっていうのやめーや。
これいうと「もう実際ソシャゲで定着してるから」とかいうドアホウがいるけどじゃぁダイターン3もガンダムアンテナみたいなのあるしガンダムアイみたいになってるからかーちゃんの細かい間違いぐらい許したれや！

別に2020年に発売されたゲームというわけではない。というか、大抵はSteamセールで買った奴。
Endless Spaceが良かったことを覚えていたので買った。
買ったのは良いのだが、1と違って2はいまいちハマれていない。理由は良くわかっていないのだが、一応インストールは続けているので暇を見て遊び直すつもりだ。
鉄道網を中心とした交通会社運営シミュレーションゲーム。
A列車を知っている人間に対して言うが、TpF2で複雑怪奇なダイヤを組むことは出来ない。それどころかダイヤを組むことすら実質的には出来ない。というのも、このゲームは1850年頃から現代までを網羅する都合上、ゲームスピードが結構早く、隣町に辿り着くまでに数ヶ月かかるみたいな事が起こる。なので、ダイヤに拘るならA列車に拘るしかない。
C: SのDLC。確かボイロ実況を見ながら買った。
このDLCの要素は、まだやってない。
確かゆっくり実況を見ながら買った。いや、お薬ボイロ実況だっただろうか？ どっちでもいいか。
Project Hospitalは2018年に出た病院経営ゲームだ。同年に出たTwo Point HospitalがTheme Hospitalの精神を継いでコミカルな方面に振っているのに対して、Project Hospitalの方はリアル方面に振っている。ただし、狂犬病は治る。あと、米国の保険システムをベースにしているので、日本とはちょっと違っていて、もちろんゲーム的な味付けはあるのだろうけど、契約した保険会社が客を送ってくるし、基本的には保険会社によって客単価――患者単価が変わってくる。あと最初に契約するのは保険無し。つまり……君達に500$とか請求するけど、破産しないよね？ ということだ。
さて、Project Hospitalが何かというと、患者が死ぬ前に全ての処置を行えるように専門処置室を設置し、医師と技師、看護師を配置し、患者の命を繋ぎ止めていって大金をせしめるゲームだ。
まず、動線が悪かったら患者は死ぬ。必要な診察室がなくて何の病気かわからなくても患者は死ぬ。キャパオーバーしていて充分早く診察が行えなくても患者は死ぬ。そして、それら全てをクリアしてどの病気かわかったとしても、治療が間に合わなかったら患者は死ぬ。
ゲームの最初はそんなにシビアじゃない。総合診療科は基本的には軽い病気しか扱わないからだ。しかし、新たな診療科を開業していくに連れて難易度は上がっていく。
俺は最初の病院で、総合診療科の次にうっかり内科を開業させてしまった。数多の患者が肺に水を溜めて死に、病院の経営は悪化し、新たな施設投資は夢物語となり、そして、数多の患者が肺に水を溜めて死んだ。
俺はその病院を放棄し、別の病院を開業することにした。今度は整形外科から作ると誓ってな。
航空事故が血によって航空機の安全を確保してきたように、このゲームもまた、架空世界の患者の命を犠牲にすることで、より良い医療体制を追求する事ができる。
そして思うのだ。あぁ、ゲームで良かった、と。
理由はよく判らんが何故か買った。多分セールかなにかだったんだろう。Steamは魔境だ。セールと言うだけで特に遊ぶわけでもないジャンルのゲームがライブラリに増えている。怖い！
長寿シリーズの高評価リメイクだけあって俺が何かを言う必要も無いほどに良い。
一つだけ気にくわなかったのは龍が如く7のおま国だったが、無事解除される事になったので特に言うことはない。
と終わろうとしたが一つだけあったわ。どこでも真島のせいで真島さんのストーリーでの立ち位置が意味不明になってない？
C: SのDLC。確かボイロ実況を見ながら買ったが、その実況でこのDLCが使われているわけではなかった。
このDLCの要素は、まだやってない。
Wargameシリーズや、更に遡るとRUSEを開発していたEugen SystemsのWW2 RTS。
Wargameのように一定の制限の元にデッキを作り、デッキを使って戦うゲームだ。
さて、そのデッキを組むのがちょっと面倒だ。まず、Steel Division 2では東部戦線が舞台になるのだが、その中の師団（一部旅団じゃね？ って気がするのもある）から1つ選んで、デッキを組むことになる。各師団は戦車師団であったり歩兵師団であったりして、それに応じて戦車が強かったり、歩兵が強かったり、砲兵が強かったり、航空戦力が強かったりする。あと、資源の増え方が師団によって異なる。だが、それを師団名とちょろっとある説明でわかるというのは難しくない？ とは思うし、何よりどのユニットが良いのかわからん。俺はV号戦車がIV号戦車より強いのは知っていても、T-34-85こそが当時の万能戦車であることは知っていても、ナントカ歩兵がホゲホゲ歩兵より強いのかは知らないのだ。結局、俺はYoutubeを参考にお手軽デッキを組み、それから歩兵を減らして偵察を増やした。
ちなみに、パン偵（Aufklärungspanzer V――アウフクラルングスパンツァー フュンフ）は個人的に結構良いユニットなのではないかと思っている。
さて、デッキを組んだのでスカーミッシュに繰り出すわけだが、CPUが結構手強い。
俺みたいな弱者は戦車師団を元にした戦車デッキじゃないと勝つことが出来ないくらいには強い（どの難易度のCPUを選んだかは忘れた。Easyだった可能性はあるが、Normal的なのだった気もする）。
いや、ほんと歩兵師団でどう上手く立ち回るんだろうと思いながら別ゲーに逃避している。
Netflixでミート・イーターを見ていたらやりたくなって買った。
俺には合わなかった。
代わりに高い肉を買ってきた焼いた。
美味かったが、大自然の風味はしなかった。
大航海時代っぽい奴。面白そうと思って買ったみたは良いが、そこそこ近くでも移動するのに30分掛かり、さらに別の港までは逆風で60分ほど掛かったのでプレイ継続を断念した。
好きな奴は好きだし、ハマる奴はハマるゲームではある。
まだやってない。
たしかPS4で買ったのだが、PS4は弟に譲ったので買い直した。
スパロボはスパロボだが、ヤマト2199が出て来るという点で異色か。
版権の問題で難しいとは思うのだが、αやZシリーズをPC移植してくれないかな。
3D版Factorioと表現したくなるような奴だが、Factorioと違って原住生物の襲撃がないのがちょっと物足りない。
しかし、工場を立体的に構築するという点についてはFactorioとは違った面白さがある。
これは前からセイギャラ実況動画で知っていたのだが、ETS2以外にのんびりするゲームが欲しいなと思った時にセールで買った。
石灰を撒き、肥料を撒き、耕して種を植えてから肥料を撒き、除草剤を撒き、もう一回除草剤を撒き、そして収穫する。これらを全て違う農機を駆使して行う農機シミュレーター。
かつては農業シミュレーターと呼んでいたのだが、サクナヒメが出てからは農機シミュレーターの方が合ってるなと思って俺の中での呼び方を変えた。
ボーッとゲームをしたいときにするゲームの1つ（もう1つはETS2）。
一応ハンコンにも対応しているのだが、あまり合わない気がする。
クッキングする系ゲームだが、プロパン爆破ゲームと勘違いされている気がしなくもない。
まぁ、ケーキやクッキーを作れるようなDLCを買ったのは良いのだが、現実でやらんタイプの料理をコイツでしてもなんか面白くないなと思って結局本体だけやってる。
教授の動画のようにMODを増やしていくことで経済面が充実していくので楽しいのだが、今はE:Dに回帰してしまった。
この表現が正しいかどうかはわからないが、これはカイロソフトの『ゲーム開発途上国』の系譜にあるゲーム開発会社運営ゲームであると言って良いと思う。
似たようなゲームとして『Mad Games Tycoon』や『Game Dev Tycoon』がある。『Software Inc.』なども類似性があると言えるかもしれない。
City Game Studioは、複数のスタジオを運営できたりと、この系譜の現時点での完成形と言っても良いと思っていたのだが、『Mad Games Tycoon 2』が出ていたのでその判断は差し止めて置く。
ただMad～Tycoonのグラフィックは結構人を選ぶタイプなんだよなとは思う。
地下鉄駅のネットワークを営業するシミュレーションゲーム。
どうもロンドンのチューブをベースとしているらしく、東京の雪崩を相手にする必要は無い（そっちは多分STATIONflowがそんなのなのでは？）。
俺は捻くれているので、実況とは違って音楽系U-Tuberになることにしたのだが、あまりクオリティが高いとは言えない音ゲーが挟まるのがストレスポイントになって終了した。
ピラミッドとZUNTATAのスマホゲームをやっているので買った。
こいつは古き良きRTSに近くて、ただマップが球体であり、宇宙があり、そして、他の球体がある。
俺は古のConquest: Frontier Warsがゲームの原体験なのでこの手のゲームは好きなのだが、Steel Division 2の話で気付いたように、俺は弱い。
俺は弱いのだが、Planetary Annihilation: TITANSはそんな俺でも爽快感に満ちる事が出来る。なぁに、途中の趨勢が悪かったから何だというのだ？ スーパーレーザーで惑星ごと破壊してしまえばこっちの勝ちだし、惑星を破壊すると言うことはそれがなんであれ、最高に気持ちいいのだ。
超細かくて楽しいことは楽しいのだが、このゲームをやっているとその時々の自動車産業史を調べたくなってしまって中々進まない。
例えば、このゲームの序盤はピックアップトラックを作って各国軍に売り込むのが初期資金を作り上げる手として有効なのだが、この時に自動車用エンジンの設計もすることになる。この設計をするときに、史実のこの年代だとどの程度のエンジンが開発されていたのかを参考にしたくなる。そしてそのたびに手が止まる。
そもそもピックアップトラックは1900年に存在しねーよとかは、まぁその通りだが（歴史上初めてのピックアップトラックは1913年に作られたし、メーカーの純正モデルになったのは1923年らしい）。
買ってインストールし直して起動していない。
Cyberpunk 2077が話題になっていたので買った。
なんか動画を見てゲームを買うことが多い年だったな、と思ったが、ゲームを知る経路がジャンル別のPV集から実況動画に変わっただけな気もする。
そして実況動画で受けた印象とは違うプレイフィールに気付くのだ。あぁ、実況動画って繰り返し作業はカットしているな、と（実際、俺も試しにYoutubeでの再生数2桁の実況動画を作ったが、1時間録画して使ったのは10分とかそう言う感じだった。序盤でそうなので、ゲームが進んで作業が増えてくると使用率は推して知るべしとなる）。
まぁ、でも2020年のメインは、PCクライアント版が投入されたピラミッドのアリスギアだったんだよな。フリック回避が暴発することはあれど、大画面とXBoxコントローラーでするシューティングゲームは息抜きには丁度良かった。丁度良すぎて数時間調査に費やしたことがあったが、あれも多分息抜きだったのだと思う。
そして俺はピラミッドの思惑通りにブキヤ沼にハマり、今はFAガールが2箱、メガミが4箱、創彩少女庭園が1箱、ギガンテックアームズが1箱積まれている。多分、少ない方だと思う。
アフガニスタンというと、日本では人道的支援やODA（政府開発援助）の話が中心で、最近の情勢がどうなっているかという報道がほとんどない。なのでちょっと書いてみたい。
もうずいぶん昔の話だが、2001年9月11日にニューヨークの同時多発テロがあった直後、アメリカはアフガニスタンに侵攻してタリバンをパキスタンに追いやったのだった。
タリバンとはパキスタンのマドラサ（イスラムの学校）発の運動で、1990年代末にはアフガニスタンを掌握していた。
なぜアメリカがタリバンと戦ったかというと、アルカーイダ（同時多発テロを主導）の中心人物だったウサーマ・ビン・ラディン（2011年にパキスタンで殺害）を、タリバンがかくまっていたからだった。当時のブッシュ政権はテロとの戦い（The War on Terror）を標ぼうして、それに参加しない国は敵として侵攻もやむなしという国防戦略をとっていた。NATOの加盟国から軍隊がアフガニスタンに行ってタリバンと戦争をしていた。
タリバンは滅びていない。それどころかアフガニスタン国内で着実に支配を拡げつつある。一方、アメリカを中心とするNATO軍は今年（2021年）の5月までに完全撤退を目指している。（日本ではあまり報道されないだけで、）この間ずっと戦争は続いていた。
アメリカにとってアフガニスタンでの戦争は史上最長の戦争になったが、負けたという見方が強まっている。戦費の負担はアメリカにとってずっと重荷だった。オバマ大統領は2014年に多くのアメリカ軍を撤退させたが、完全撤退にはならなかった。アフガニスタン軍を育てて、アフガニスタン人に自分たちでタリバンと戦ってもらおうというもくろみだったのだが、これはあまりうまく行っていない。毎年アメリカがアフガニスタン軍の費用の4分の3（50億ドルぐらい）を注ぎ込んでやらないと戦えないからだ。
トランプ大統領は去年の2月末にタリバンとの和平交渉をまとめたことになっている。ことになっている、というのは、その内容がかなり怪しいからだ。アフガニスタンの国土をアメリカとその同盟国(allies)の安全を脅かす活動に使わないこと、タリバンと現アフガニスタン政府が和平交渉を行うこと、をタリバンに誓約させるかわりに、アメリカは今後一切アフガニスタンの国内問題に介入しないこととしている。
これは実質的に逃げを打っているのであって、NATO軍が去った後、これまでの努力は水泡に帰してタリバンがアフガニスタンを支配するのではないかという見方が強まっている。
アメリカとタリバンがまとめた合意にしたがって、去年の秋からカタールのドーハでアフガニスタン政府ととタリバンの和平交渉が続いていた。今月の5日からこの交渉は再開する予定だ。
2001年末にパキスタンへ逃げた当時のタリバンは完全に弱体化していたが、パキスタンやイランの支援のおかげで今はプロの軍事組織に成長していて、最近の構成員は6万人くらいいるといわれている。
和平交渉を行っている間も休戦にはならず、タリバンはアフガニスタン国内で毎日のように人を殺しまくっている。以前は政府や軍の高官をターゲットにしていたが、最近では一般人（女性の活動家を含む）を中心に襲っている。タリバンが政権中枢で力を持ったときに歯向かいそうな人間をあらかじめ殺しているといわれている。
タリバンはイスラム法の厳格な運用を目指している。現在タリバンが実効支配している地域ではだれもタリバンに文句を言えないそうだ。
女性は基本的に家を出ることはできず、外出の必要があれば親族の男性が付き添わなくてはいけない。もちろん学校に行くこともできない。
現在の政権下では女性の社会進出が進んで、労働人口の5分の1が女性になったらしい。タリバンが政権を取ればすべてが昔に逆戻りになるのでアフガニスタンの女性は脅威を感じているそうだ。
だがこの数年で現政権は交渉力をかなり失い、タリバンは力を伸ばしている。
今月再開される交渉の結果、タリバンがアフガニスタンのあり方を大きく変えるか、交渉決裂で内戦が起こる可能性がまことしやかに議論されている。
日本はこれまで開発援助でアフガニスタンを支援してきた。これは基本的に親米の現アフガニスタン政府とのつきあいだ。テロとの戦いでは基本的にアメリカに同調してきた。だが今回のアフガニスタン和平交渉の結果、タリバンのメンバーが政権中枢に入ることになれば、これまで実質的に「テロリスト」扱いしてきたタリバンを相手に日本国民の税金を原資とした開発援助が使われるという事態にもなりうる。
ちなみに、アメリカがタリバンと締結した合意では、アメリカの「同盟国」がどの国かは具体的に書いていない。これは安保条約の適用対象で日本も含まれるのかどうかはよくわからない。そうだろうと日本人が勝手に思っているだけの可能性もある。

Windows 10からManjaro Linux KDE Plasmaへ移行したときに、それまで使っていたクラウドストレージ用のクライアントアプリが見当たらないので、どうすればよいのかと思っていた。
がKDE にかぎっていえば、KIO GDriveというアプリが用意されており、インストールして使えばあっというまにGoogle DriveがファイルマネージャのDolphinから使えるようになった。
pacman -S kio-gdrive
インストールできたらDolphinでNetworkのフォルダを開くと、Google Driveが表示されるので、ログインするとフォルダが表示される。

I would like to write about what I know and understand about the Soka Gakkai because the D.C. Times published an article titled "China's Manipulation of Japan, NPOs and Soka Gakkai Act as Pipeline = U.S. Think Tank Report".
First of all, as a premise, the Soka Gakkai is a cult.
