Was told "no foreigners" by a clinic
I just recently moved to a new area in Tokyo, I called a nearby clinic to make a reservation (in Japanese) and pretty quickly into the conversation, the receptionist asked if I could go somewhere else instead. When I asked why, she clearly and blatantly said "they don't take foreigners." I was shocked so I asked again just to make sure I heard right and again she said they don't take foreigners.
When I accused the clinic of discrimination they tried to deny it and claim that "it's difficult to communicate with foreigners," though I've never had that issue at any other Japanese speaking only clinic or hospital.
If this were just a bar or something I'd drop it, but the fact that a CLINIC can blatantly discriminate against patients seems insane to me. I'm not expecting much sadly, but is there anywhere I can report them?
I'm paranoid about just leaving bad reviews because I've seen a first hand case of someone getting sued over one.
UPDATE:
I called a "patient voice" hotline for reporting these sort of things. I explained the situation and they said they would contact the clinic. They later updated me and said they were actually able to talk to the doctor, and he just doubled down and insisted they did nothing wrong because "communication with foreigners is difficult." After that they basically could not do anything else other than offer sympathy lol...

あくまで現状においてですが、LoRAによるAIポルノ被害は日本では全然耳にしません。
アメリカ人はフォトリアルなポルノを作るのに対し、日本人は萌え絵を作る。
萌え絵のおかげで日本人女性はあまり被害に遭わないというちょっと不思議なおはなし。
もちろんこれはあくまで傾向です。例外はありますよ。アメリカ人にも萌え絵を生成する萌えオタはいます。また、古くはグラビアアイドルでコラ画像を作る日本人もいました。
昔はコラ画像を作る技術を持った人たちはごく一握りだったのに対し、技術を持たないアホが画像生成AIを手にしてしまったということが数々の問題を引き起こしています。
アメリカでは大量のアホがフォトリアルなエロ画像を生成しているせいで出てくる問題なわけです
逆に言い換えれば、日本にも知人でLoRAする知人の写真で追加学習させるアホが探せばいるかもしれないけれど数が少なすぎて表面化しないということですね
念のためAI画像生成絵師さん達の名誉のために書いておきますが、Pixiv等でルールを守って投稿されている方々は何のトラブルも起こしていません。生成している絵もこだわりが込められていて、使う道具が違うだけで愛があるのだと感じます。まともな人ほど静かで目に入らない、問題のあるやつほど悪目立ちするというのが話がこじれる原因ですね

で、食べてみたらこれ、めっっっっっっっっっっっっっっっちゃ美味しい。なんだこれ。いわゆる高級感のある甘さ、下品で無い甘さという形容ならそこらのケーキ屋のちょっとお高めケーキでも味わえると思うんだが、それらとは一段違う感じがする。
ベースとなる紅茶のスポンジ、ここにちゃんと紅茶みを感じるのも凄い。よくある紅茶のシフォンケーキって紅茶っぽい残り香はするが紅茶じゃないよなーってな感じなのに。ひどい喩えを使うなら、スーパーに並ぶメロンパン食べてメロンみを感じるか？って話。紅茶の香りだけでなく味をケーキできちんと味わえるとは思わなかった。
挟まれてるのもクリームチーズだけでなく、ちょっと歯ごたえのあるチョコクランチもあって良い。5,000円超えのケーキを舐めてました。
丸ごと食べたら1,600kcalにもなるので半分だけ食べるつもりだったのにあまりに美味しくて完食してしまった。いや流石に9割ぐらい行くとちょっと…な感じもしてきたが、胸焼けしてもう入らないみたいにはならんのな。紅茶を飲んで一息ついたら普通に完食。大変美味しゅうございました。

そしてホールケーキを独り占めして食べるのは食べたって感じがして単純に良い（なお摂取カロリーは無いものとする）だけでなく、味の解像度が上がることがわかった。カットケーキだったら甘さの質が違うのはすぐ気付けても、軽い歯応えの正体や僅かな紅茶の味わいにも気付かず結構美味しかったですまるってなってそうなので今回はホールで正解だったなと。

セブンの予約受付してるタイプのケーキは実質通販みたいなものっぽく見える。半額叩き売りされてたらしいのはキャンセル分か都会特権の店頭販売分とかかも。近場のセブンで定価5,000越えのケーキが並んでるのは見たことない。
ケーキ屋は1件近所にあるけどこじんまりしてて入るのがめっちゃハードル高くてちょっと近寄りがたい（客が3人も入れば手狭に感じる小さなケーキ屋に異常独身男性オーラを発するおっさんが一人で来たら不審者と思われても仕方ない）。
デパ地下系でも悪くはないんだけど実物見てしまうとビビって正気に戻ってショートケーキでもいいかなと折れそうになる可能性があった。
そこでネットでポチってコンビニ受取、「家族のためにケーキ注文しただけですが？」って顔で堂々と引取できて堂々と持ち帰れるという訳ですよ。
そら一番数が出る時期なんだからそらそうやろなと納得してしまうが、逆に言うとイベント時期でないと多種多様なケーキを見て選んで勢いでポチるなんてできないなと思うと意外とクリスマスって良いイベントだったんだな。
ファミマで哀しく取り残されていたベイクドチーズケーキ（税込1,080円）を確保しました。クリスマスっぽい包装だけど価格的に個別に紹介するまでもないのかURLなし。

By all means, if anyone has any interest in Rival Schools 3, bombard Capcom Europe for a new Rival Schools. I would love to do that. One of my life goals, before I retire, I want to give Batsu and all those characters a proper graduation.
Hideaki Itsuno: Yeah, just like Rival Schools - Dragon's Dogma 2, give me a way to make it now. If someone would let me, it's what I'd want to do. I already know what the story would be. It's just about convincing people to let me make it. So please bombard Capcom Europe!
