個人的にはいまの広告配信型ビジネスモデルは限界だと思う。コンテンツ制作者と広告配信者が一致していないせいで、ノイズでしかない広告が差し込まれる。質の高い広告とはたとえばYouTuberのレビュー動画やオモコロのPR記事のようなものだと思う。PR記事や動画をクリックしてみにいくとき、つまり能動的に広告を見に行くとき、ウェブサイトに差し込まれる広告のような嫌悪感はない。その広告を見たくてみているので。
（これは余談だが、個人的には広告よりもたとえばコインハイブのようにPCパワーを奪ったり、InstagramやTiktokのように完全に嗜好に合致しており煩わしくないと感じる広告の方に未来があると思う。そしてもちろんそのような広告たちもブロック可能であるべきだ。）
コンテンツブロックはマナー違反なので黙ってやれという意見がある。私はそうは思わない。私は無差別に投下された汚い広告がwebを埋め尽くす世界を望んでいない。間違ったビジネスモデルでなければ生き残れないサービスは滅びた方が良い。それを滅ぼすかどうかは私たちが決める。サービス側ではない。

性同一性障害の誤診（戸籍上の性別変更の取り消し）について当事者ご本人と性同一性障害の専門家である精神科医の針間先生が発言されています。以下は「性同一性障害に関する診断と治療のガイドライン・第4版改」に基づく私の考察です。
①”女性であることが嫌だという強い確信の先に求めていたものは、実は男性への性転換治療ではなかった”ことが、ご本人の言葉で語られています。この誤診の原因は、「反対の性別を求める主たる理由が、文化的社会的理由による性役割の忌避」に該当することが「除外診断」されなかったことにあると考えられます。
②実は、誤診に気づかれるチャンスもありました。性別適合手術を始めとする身体的治療への移行に先立って、「カムアウト」と「実生活経験（real life experience:RLE）」という「精神科領域の治療」が行われていたならば、その過程でご本人が身体男性化への違和感に気づくことができたかもしれないのです。この点は、今後の性同一性障害治療ガイドラインの改訂に生かされて然るべきと思われます。
また、この動画は、精神医学的な診断と治療の重要性を如実に示し、ひいては、WHOが性同一性障害を性別不合と改称し脱精神病理化したことがそもそもの間違いであったことを示してくれました。精神科医の一人として心から感謝したいと思います。
③最後に、気になったコメントについて批判します。針間先生が解説されていたように、性自認を決める要因には、生まれつきの生物学的要因とその後の発達過程での環境要因の二つがあります。そのうちの生物学的要因を過小評価する若新氏の発言はミスリードです。”今の社会は女性であることを忌避させる男女差別に満ちている”という氏の認識には強く同意しますが、この問題の解法は、若い女性が性別違和を感じた時に”男性への性転換をしなくても済む（＝女でも男でもなくて済む）ように、男女以外のIDを作ること”ではなく、そもそもの男女差別を解消することにこそあると私は考えます。戸籍制度を無くせば男女差別が無くなるという主張にも聞こえましたが、”男女”や”家”といった”言葉”を抹消したからといって、女性差別という現象の”存在”は消えません。
こうした発言と同様、「性は多様なのに、日本の法律では2種類の性のみが記載」というLGBT法連合会の資料を提示したり、兼近氏に「生まれた時点であなたは男だよって洗脳されて生きてきた僕の場合は...」などというトンデモ発言をさせたりするあたりには、ジェンダーイデオロギー寄りの番組作りであることが明らかではありました。貴重な資料であることに変わりはありませんが、これらがミスリードであることだけは指摘しておきたかったのです。
