I am working as an engineer in the IT area, but I managed to hold it for some 2 years.

I do not have confidence yet, and I feel even more confident about my confidence for the rest of my life, the excellence of my colleague.

If I do not desperately do it I am working everyday with feelings that it is not amusing even if I receive a notification outside the fighting strength.

Still, in Japan, I think that Japan has much better skill than CTO in that area.

In the future I thought that if I could return to Japan and contribute to the Japanese society, Japan that is visible from the outside is bad.

What is bad, first aspect of politics.

Politics

The point that democracy is not fully functioning against the fact that there are stupid citizens who blind the LDP, such as Abe's descent.

That other party is also not good. Hope party? What is that lady like that disciple of Ru Ooshiba? Rou Koike?

The more you do not have it, the stupid will be clouded in katakana and psychology. You idiots, you guys say this. I love Katakana anyway, I love psychology, 100% I do not say big things. What is Y's Spending. Do not fix what you normally call katakana.

Since the political system is over in the first place, I think that it is the cause of failure of not receiving popular people, especially elderly people, only short-term and useless policies absolutely. So we will not attack only the LDP.

It is too fatal that politics is not rational and it is impossible to include the policy that should be done. Because it ends with poppiness if I can not vote.

Unfortunately, the trend of changing the political system probably will not happen if it fails.

In recent decades, politicians have accelerated the declining birthrate and aging society to a distortion with outlook on the preferential treatment for the elderly + measures against the declining birthrate.

The decline in Japan's birthrate and birthrate is partly spontaneous, but the world's low birthrate and aging society is not caused by natural phenomena.

There is not any future that putting all the energy to surrender the tax to the old man by tax free over medical care. There is only one person who is not merely a policy of an aging population declining birthrate. Your future is pitch dark.

Were I so stupid as to whom I thought of going back to Japan? What? It is certain that at least the field of view and experience has been much lower than it was now.

If I see myself two years ago, I feel mercy only now.

本27日11時54分（現地時間。日本時間18時54分）から約10分間， G7タオルミーナ・サミット出席のためイタリアを訪問中の安倍晋三内閣総理大臣は，アントニオ・グテーレス国連事務総長（H.E.Mr. António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations）と懇談を行いました。

まず，安倍総理から，北朝鮮情勢について，今は北朝鮮に対する圧力を強化すべきであり，中国の役割が鍵となる旨述べました。これに対して，先方は，昨今の北朝鮮の行動を非難するとともに，北朝鮮に対して圧力を強化するためのツールを国連安保理は有している，今後，関係国との間でも，北朝鮮問題を真剣に取り上げる旨述べました。その上で，双方は，拉致，核，ミサイルといった諸懸案につき，緊密に連携していくことで一致しました。

また，安倍総理から慰安婦問題に関する日韓合意につき，その実施の重要性を指摘したところ，先方は，同合意につき賛意を示すとともに，歓迎する旨述べました。

さらに，安倍総理から，国際組織犯罪防止条約の締結に向けた日本の取組につき説明しました。この関連で，先方は，人権理事会の特別報告者は，国連とは別の個人の資格で活動しており，その主張は，必ずしも国連の総意を反映するものではない旨述べました。

During their meeting in Sicily, the Secretary-General and Prime Minister Abe did discuss the issue of so-called “comfort women”. The Secretary-General agreed that this is a matter to be solved by an agreement between Japan and the Republic of Korea. The Secretary-General did not pronounce himself on the content of a specific agreement but on the principle that it is up to the two countries to define the nature and the content of the solution for this issue.

Regarding the report of Special Rapporteurs, the Secretary-General told the Prime Minister that Special Rapporteurs are experts that are independent and report directly to the Human Rights Council.

特別報告者については、事務総長は、総理大臣に対して、特別報告者は独立した人権理事会直属の専門家である(id:nisshi_jpさんの指摘通りだなと思ったので変更、ついでに人権委員会も修正。染み込んだ感覚で人権委員会と書いてしまう。)、と伝えた。

言ってること全然違うくないか？このコメントが出たって言うことは、日本のマスコミがなんか聞いたんだろうけど。前半は賛意（support?agreeのことか）に関しては、日本と韓国がお互いに納得して決めればいいことだって以上のことは言ってないですね。歓迎（welcome）のほうはよくわからないですが、韓国に対する勧告（CAT/C/KOR/3-5）の中ですらwelcoming the agreementしてますからね。日韓で合意したことそのものは歓迎する一方で、条約14条の要請する目的と内容に対して不十分だという発表でしたからね。

　まぁ安倍さんがいろいろ説明したけど、事務総長自身は、「そうだね、二国間で話し合って決めてくださいね」といったというだけなんだと思う。合意の履行も、見直しもどちらにも言及してないっていいたんでしょうし、事務総長の立場で、二国間合意についてコメントを求められても困るよね。

　後半については、やっぱり、人権理事会の委託で独立して動いていて、報告は人権理事会にするから、事務総長である私に言われても困りますよ、というコメントだとしか思えないですが。国連とは別の、国連の総意といったタームがどのような形で出たのかはやっぱり気になしますが、国連の総意でないのは、総会決議を受けていない以上当然だとは思いますが。たとえ話に意味があるかはわからないけど、これはたとえば天下りとか日報隠しみたいな問題に対して、ある省庁から委託を受けた外部監査委員会みたいなのが出した結論が、国の総意を反映しているわけではない、みたいな場違い感がある発言だと思いますので、「国連の総意ですか」とでも聞かない限りそういう発言は出てこないと思うんだけどね。

■不規則動詞の分類別一覧

英語の不規則動詞はおおまかに，過去分詞がtかdで終わるもの（以下dtタイプ）とnで終わるもの（以下nタイプ）に分けられる。ほとんどのdtタイプの動詞は過去形と過去分詞形が同じ形で，A-B-B（一部はA-A-A）のように変化する。また，原形の末尾がdかtの不規則動詞はほとんどがdtタイプに属する。（例外：eat,get,bid等）一方，ほとんどのnタイプの不規則動詞は原形，過去形，過去分詞形がすべて異なり，A-B-Cのように変化する。

原形から過去・過去分詞形になるときに起こる変化は基本的に母音が変化するか末尾にdtnが加わるかの2種類，あるいはその両方で，原形にあった子音がなくなることは原則としてない。（例外：-ught型,went,had,made）

すべてdかtで終わる。特に末尾tで短母音のものが多い。get,sitが含まれないことに注意。形が1種類で覚えやすいが，英文中の「have put」「is put」等を見てもビビらない心構えが必要。

【Ad-Bd-Bd】型

原形がdで終わる動詞が母音を変化させて過去形・過去分詞形になる型。最後のplead,readは発音のみ変化する。

【Ad-At-At】型

原形の末尾のdがtに置き換わり，それ以外は綴りも発音も変わらない。endで終わる動詞が多いが，end自体は規則動詞。原形のほうが過去形っぽく見えたりするので注意が必要。逆パターン(At-Ad-Ad)は存在しない。

【At-Bt-Bt】型

【Ad-Bd-Bd】の末尾tバージョン。get,sitはこちらに含まれる。

【A-Bd-Bd】型

末尾にdが加わるという点で規則動詞に近いが，付き方が特殊で母音も変化する。

【A-Bt-Bt】型

末尾にtが加わる。原形の/iː/が/e/に変化するものが多い。

【-(o/a)ught】型

末尾が-oughtか-aughtに変化する。どちらも発音は/ɔːt/。wentを除けばもっとも原型をとどめない変化が起こるので過去形から原形を思い出せるようにしておく必要がある。

【A-B-An】型

過去分詞形が原形+nとなるもの。過去形では母音が変化している。fall,eatにはenが，do,goにはneが付くことに注意。

【A-Aed-An】型

【A-B-An】の亜種で，showに代表される過去形が規則変化(-ed)になっているもの。

【A-B-Bn】型

1930年代ぐらいからイギリスを中心に流行ったネタ。ただし執事に責任をなすりつけるのではなくて、執事が真犯人であることを暴く場面のパロディ。

当時の推理小説では執事が犯人というパターンはすっかり使い古されていて、パロディになるくらい定番だったらしい。P.G.ウッドハウスは1957年に同名の小説を書いている。

論点は「those “authorities” pro-fessing to know」の部分。

「lots of dissention～」の前にコロンがあるから、

U.S. grammar is all sixes and sevens の「sixes and sevens」の言い換えで、

「U.S. grammar」=「lots of dissention～」っていう理解で合ってるだろう。

「to know」の解釈は２通りしかない。

①those “authorities”にかかる不定詞

②pro-fessing の目的語としての不定詞

those “authorities”のthoseが指すのは、「Scour the “rules”」の「the “rules”」で合ってるはず。

「pro-fessing to be known」じゃなくて、「pro-fessing to know」なんだよね。

①だと解釈すると、“authorities”to know（知っておくべき権威？）が、pro-fessingしているとなる。

professは一応自動詞として使えるみたいだけど、どうも意味不明だ。

②だと解釈すると、knowの目的語がないからやっぱり意味不明。

knowが自動詞だとしても、意味が理解できない。

ちょっとさすがにお手上げだ。

●追記

「pro-fessing」を名詞と解釈すればいい？

those “authorities”の言い換え？

名詞だと解釈すると、to knowとすっきり連結すると思えるけど。

わからない。

■アメリカBBCニュースからうんこじゃない文章の例を拾ってみたわ

Relatives and friends of the 150 passengers and crew on Germanwings Flight 4U 9525 are due to go to the crash site high in the French Alps.

Lufthansa will operate two special flights - one from Barcelona and one from Duesseldorf - to Marseille, and both groups will travel on by road.

Reports say one of the two pilots on the doomed flight had left the cockpit and had been unable to get back in just before the crash on Tuesday.

There were no survivors, officials say.

They say the Airbus 320 from Barcelona to Duesseldorf hit a mountain after a rapid eight-minute descent.

Germanwings chief Thomas Winkelmann said 72 passengers were German citizens, including 16 pupils returning from an exchange trip.

Spain's government said 51 of the dead were Spanish.

Other victims were from Australia, Argentina, Britain, Iran, Venezuela, the US, the Netherlands, Colombia, Mexico, Japan, Denmark and Israel.

Germanwings is a low-cost airline owned by Germany's main carrier Lufthansa.

Cockpit mystery

Families and friends of the victims are expected to arrive at the crash site at Meolans-Revels later on Thursday.

Separately, a bus carrying 14 relatives of Spanish victims left Barcelona on Wednesday for the crash area, because they did not want to fly.

In France, special teams have been prepared to assist the families during their visit.

On Wednesday, French officials said usable data had been extracted from the cockpit voice recorder of the Germanwings plane.

Remi Jouty, the director of the French aviation investigative agency, said there were sounds and voices on the cockpit voice recorder but that it was too early to draw any conclusions.

He said he hoped investigators would have the "first rough ideas in a matter of days" but that the full analysis could take weeks or even months.

But the New York Times quoted an unnamed investigator as saying that one of the pilots had left the cockpit and had been unable to get back in.

"You can hear he is trying to smash the door down," the investigator adds, describing audio from the recorder.

A source close to the investigation told a similar story to the AFP news agency.

There had been earlier reports that the second black box - the flight data recorder - had been found. But Mr Jouty said this was not the case.

'Flying to the end'

Mr Jouty said the plane's last communication was a routine one with air traffic control.

The plane confirmed instructions to continue on its planned flight path but then began its descent a minute later.

Mr Jouty said controllers observed the plane beginning to descend and tried to get back in contact with the pilots but without success.

He ruled out an explosion, saying: "The plane was flying right to the end."

■DID撮影に失敗したお話

最近の失敗談をどこにも書くわけにも言うわけにもいかず、でもどこかに吐き出したくなったので書く。

僕はDIDと言うジャンル(簡単に言うと本番の無いSMみたいなもの)が好きでAVを探しているが、理想の一本が無く、大量の時間を費やしては悔しい思いをしていた。

それならば自分で作ればいい！

と思い立った。

調べてみたら緊縛に興味のあるモデルを募集している掲示板(報酬の相場は1〜3万)があったので、そこに偽名HNと偽名用のgmailを作って申し込んだ。

これで動画撮って自分のフェチサイト作れば、自分の性欲は満たせるわ、動画が売れれば副収入になるわで、良い話やん！と思った。

掲示板に書き込んだらその日の内に3件の申し込みがあり、皆「緊縛に興味があります！」と書いてあった。

正直返事が来るなんて微塵も思ってなかったからかなり舞い上がったし、妄想は現実になるんだと高まった。

しかし、連絡を交換していくうちに3人が3人とも「早めの日程でお願いしたい」と書いており、会話の節々から「1秒でも早くお金が欲しい」という想いが伝わってきたので、この時点で「緊縛に興味がある女性」では無いことが分かった。

あの掲示板からは「お金を払ってでも女性のアレな写真や動画を撮りたい男性」と「本番は嫌だけど早くそれなりな額が欲しい女性」が交差する場であったのだ。

普通に考えればそうなのだが、トントン拍子に進んでいたので舞い上がって忘れていた(汗

掲示板に書き込んでから2日後、最初の女性と会った。

本当に来るとは思ってもみなかったが来たのでホッとしたが、今思えば来ない方が良かったとも思った。

最初の女性(以下Oさん)は普通に働いてる人だが、色んなイベントが重なりお金がかかるので、とにかくお金が欲しいとの事だった。

しかしこのOさんははてなで言うところの「はあちゅう」みたいな性格をしており、「女性は脱毛やらエステやらホワイトニングでお金がかかるの。だから男は奢って当然」とか「彼氏の大学慶応なんだけど、上智の男ってどう思う？」等々、ネットでしか見た事ないような勘違い系女性そのものであり(しかもあんま可愛くない)、やる前から僕のモチベーションはどんどん下がって行った。

ホテルについてさあやるぞ！となっても、やれ「苦しいから嫌だ」とか「服が汚れるから垂らしたくない」等、文句ばかりである上に見栄えがとても悪く、もがく時もぼへーとしているか、わざとらしいかのどちらかであり、こんなの無料だって誰も見ないだろみたいな内容だった。

服がどうだこうだうるさいので、持ってきたブルマに着替えさせた時に、俺は愕然とした

なんと醜い……

腹も足も肉がつき過ぎていて、服を着ていた時よりもかなり太って見えた。

ブルマのサイズが小さめなので余計に目立ったのもある。

お前写真と別人すぎるだろう！！！と怒りたくなったが、着痩せするタイプなのだろうし、細く見えるように服装等をこだわっていたみたいなので、何も言わなかった。

勿論縛っても全然見栄えが良くない。

こんなのお金貰っても見たくないレベルである。

お前は外面や見栄えばっか気にする前に自分の内面や体型をどうにかしろよと言いたくなった。

ちなみに縛っている間「商社の男は〜」「女はプレゼントが〜」とどうでも良い内容を永久に喋り続けていた。

ずっと口枷付けていたかったが、付けても文句しか言わないので付けるのも辞めた。

結果的に何も高まることなく、3時間で入ったのに2時間で退出。

こんなざまでもお金+交通費まで請求した挙句に「またよろしくお願いします」とか言う始末。

こっちは二度と貴様と会うもんか！と思った。

2人目(以下Kさん)は164cm、51kg。写真のルックスも悪くなく、セーラー服持参可とかなり期待値が高かった。

Oさんは制約が厳しく(なのに一番高かった)何も出来なかったが、Kさんはそれなりに出来るということで、今日という日を楽しみにしていた。

しかし、前日までに散々調整していたのに、今日になって何故か決めた額よりも高い金を提示して「◯◯ですよね？」とか言ってくる始末。しかも文面には先払いでお願いします。とか書いてある。

何度かのメールのやり取りであまり文章を読まない人なのは分かっていたが、ここまで読まないとは思ってなかった。これは都合良く解釈しかねられない……

文章考えようと思ったが、朝飯の為にメールの返信を忘れていたら、さっきのメールから1時間後に「午後急に仕事が入りました。行けません。来週なら可能です！」とか来た。

こっちが出る70分前でね……これは完全なドタキャンである。しかもこの30分後に不審な非通知の電話がなって男が何か語っていたが、雑音で聞こえなかった。

ドタキャンする上に嫌な予感がしたので、こいつはもう無視しようと思う。

正直Kさんにはかなり期待していたので、かなりショックだった。

3人目は体型が微妙だが、こちらが出した条件を全て+こちらの想定していた一番安い値段でOKしてくれたMさん。

楽しみにしていたのに、当日の昼に風邪とか言ってドタキャン。職場に道具を一式持って来ていたし、当日定時で帰れるように仕事の調整もしていたのに、このザマである。

代わりの日程をーと連絡しても音沙汰ねーし……

2人とも事前の打ち合わせではレスポンス早いのに、いざとなると急に返事が無くなってくる。

某技術ブログを書いている人です。

批判もあるかと思いますが、できればすべて受け入れてくださると、僕と僕みたいに困ってる人が嬉しいと思います。

気が向いたらでかまわない。参考に聞かせて欲しい。

6つ要望が書いてあったが、例えばその6つを満たす技術ブログや技術解説記事(雑誌含む)を聞いてみたい。次の情報があると助かる。

• 英語か日本語で書かれている。
• ページのURIか収録されている雑誌・書籍へのリファレンス。
• 実際に6つの基準に照らし合わせて特にどこが良かったか。
  • 全てを満たしていなくても、特にある1点が良いのならばそこを示して欲しい。
• 3つ以上あると嬉しい。

あと、6つの要望について、自分が留意している点を書き残す。

• 1) How to doは多いけど、Why I did in this wayで書かれてる記事が極端に少ないこと
  • 技術選択に際して、調査経緯を書くようにしている。
• 2) 僕たちはみんなMacやbashを使っているわけじゃないこと
  • 前提として「この環境」で検証した、と明記している。1)でも述べられていた「細かい手順云々」と言うひとは、自分で読み替えることができることを期待している。もちろん、文量を割く必要がある・価値があるなら可能な限り様々な手順を書くつもり。
• 3) 断定口調で間違ったこと言うのやめてほしいです
  • よほど自信が無い限り断定しない。または、この条件ならこうだ、と検証結果を添えて伝えるようにしてくる。
• 4) コンパイル不可能なソースや実行不可能なコマンドを載せないで……
  • 推敲中に一通り自分で手順をやり直すようにしている。もちろん、検証した環境を明記している。環境が違うと結果も違う可能性がある。
• 5) 情報源に関してはなるべく明記してくださるとありがたいです
  • 当然出す。出典明記は、参考にさせてもらったという意志を示す礼儀だよな。あと、自分自身の主張を確固たるものにするにも必要だ。法律以前に。
  • 参考文献自体の検証が必要な場合もある。参考文献が前提とした前提条件(バージョンとか)が時とともに変わったり、舌足らずのこともある。
• 6) あなたにとってとても簡単であたりまえに解決したことは、全然簡単じゃなかったりします
  • 読んでくれそうな人のレベル設定は想定して書くように心がけている。また、可能な限り想定読者も明記している。ただ、想定から外れているのに参照することになったとしたら、ごめん。

これは技術ブログだけじゃなくて専門書全般に言えるよなー。天下り式に定理説明してるだけの大学の教科書多すぎ。

解析力学とか、結局どうしてこういうものを使うようになったのかという歴史的な背景がわからないと本質的な理解はできないと思う。
