This winter's large rain event naturally flushed out the entrance, which makes bar crossings much safer. Anglers surf fishing out at Bullards Beach State Park reported good pinkfin surf perch action last week. Live sand shrimp or Berkley Gulp sand worms in camo colors have been working best. Perch fishing has been good up on the beaches in Coos Bay. Anglers are also catching pinkfin and striped perch along the Coos Bay south jetty. Boaters are catching rockfish inside the bay near the No. 7 buoy and the train trestle bridge

That start gives off a strange whiff of competition with—or emulation of—Marvel’s irrepressibly successful “Avengers” films, the first of which, in particular, is an unabashed post-9/11 allegory. One of the climactic moments of “Batman v Superman”—a leap from the ground that vaults through the atmosphere and into outer space—is a virtual duplication, both dramatically and visually, of a similar climactic feat in “The Avengers.”) In Snyder’s new film, Superman appears, from the start, as a hopeless naïf, a battler for good who doesn’t admit to his own capacity to do incidental evil, a blinkered warrior who deploys his nearly infinite powers according to his unquestioned moral intuition rather than to the prudent calculation of results.
O Wonder Woman, która zgodnie z obietnicami zadebiutowała w tym filmie mogę w sumie napisać tylko tyle, że… do tej roli wybrano świetną aktorkę. Przynajmniej z wyglądu, bo po tych strzępkach dialogów, które pojawiają sie na ekranie z jej udziałem ciężko się zorientować kim właściwie jest ta pani, która w pewnym momencie pojawia się z tarczą i mieczem u boku Supermana i Batmana.

Or his mindfulness that 'There is a body' is maintained to the extent of knowledge & remembrance. And he remains independent, unsustained by (not clinging to) anything in the world. This is how a monk remains focused on the body in & of itself.

瞑想とは何か・・・。上座部仏教徒にとって、瞑想とはなにかというテキスト的な役割を果たすのは清浄道論です。しかしながら、より実践的な瞑想の方法を学ぶためには他の仏典が参照されることもあります。今回は清浄道論でない仏典を参考にしつつ、より具体的に、瞑想とはどんなことをすればいいのかを見てみましょう。
さて、ヴィパッサナー瞑想の詳しい紹介に入る前に・・・そもそも、ヴィパッサナー瞑想はなぜ行われるのでしょうか。それに関して、例えば古代の仏典であるMaha-satipatthana Sutta（大念住経）にお釈迦様の言葉があります。
・比丘たちよ、ここに一つの道がある。その道とは、人々を清め、悲しみと悲泣を乗り越え、肉体と精神の痛みを滅し、聖なる道を得、涅槃を観るための唯一の道である。それは「四つの念住」である。
・この四つとは何か ? 比丘たちよ、比丘は、努力して、正しく知り、気づきをもって、そして世間の貪欲と憂いから離れて、「身」をただ（自分でもない、自分のものでもない、自我でもない、ただ現象に過ぎない）身であると絶え間なく知覚して住むことである。
・努力して、正しく知り、気づきをもって、そして世間の貪欲と憂いから離れて、「受（感覚）」をただ（自分でもない、自分のものでもない、自我でもない、ただ現象に過ぎない）受であると絶え間なく知覚して住むことである。
・努力して、正しく知り、気づきをもって、そして世間の貪欲と憂いから離れて、「心」をただ（自分でもない、自分のものでもない、自我でもない、ただ現象に過ぎない）心であると絶え間なく知覚して住むことである。
・努力して、正しく知り、気づきをもって、そして世間の貪欲と憂いから離れて、「法（ダンマ）」をただ（自分でもない、自分のものでもない、自我でもない、ただ現象に過ぎない）法であると絶え間なく知覚して住むことである。
すなわち、ヴィパッサナー瞑想をすることによって、知恵（insight あるいは understanding）が強まり、「自身」という存在をより正しく知ることができるのです。そして、その道を極めることによって、最終的には悟りすら得られる瞑想です。
それでは、ヴィパッサナー瞑想とはどんな瞑想なのでしょうか。ヴィパッサナー瞑想・・・といったときに、もっとも有名なのが呼吸を対象とする瞑想です。この呼吸瞑想はどこで紹介されているのかというと、やはり古代の仏典である、ānāpāna-sati（アーナパーナ・サティ）に記されています。このānāpāna-satiは、日本では安那般那念という名前で知られています。

さて、安那般那念の該当部分を見てみましょう。ここにはこう書いてあります。（以下はwikipediaからの抜粋）

しかし、瞑想について具体的に紹介しているのはānāpāna-satiだけではありません。Maha-satipatthana Sutta（大念住経）にも瞑想方法が紹介されています。ここには呼吸瞑想以外の瞑想方法が紹介されています。それを引用してみましょう。以下は英訳版Maha-satipatthana Suttaからの引用と、私による（英文の）和訳です。

韓国を訪問したオバマが「慰安婦はとんでもない人権侵害だ」と発言した。
それに対して安倍総理は「筆舌に尽くしがたい思いをされた慰安婦の方々のことを思うと本当に胸が痛む思い」だとし、
「２０世紀は女性を始め、多くの人権が侵害された世紀であった。人権侵害が起こらない21世紀にするため、日本も大きな貢献をしたい」と述べた。
これはちょっと意外な発言で、日韓のメディア、右派左派ともにちょっと戸惑った感じがしたように思える。
安部首相の真意がどういうものなのか、これからの行動を見ないと分からないが、
これは、慰安婦に対する人権侵害を認めつつ、「慰安婦制度をやっていたのは日本だけでなかった」という文脈を作ろうとしているのかなと思えた。
それはオバマの発言に対して、「米軍慰安婦はどうなんだ」「朴正煕の韓国軍慰安婦管理はどうなんだ」という反応が多く見られたものを反映していると思う。
「20世紀」という一般化といい、正直なかなかうまい手というか、慰安婦問題に対して右左をなだめる、これまでにないスタンスになるかもと思った。
そうなってくると、戦後の韓国の慰安婦制度が本当にあったのかという話になってくる。あったなら、慰安婦像を海外に建てるキャンペーンが別の意味を持ってくる。
別に「あいつらもやってから、俺らは悪くない」という意図ではなく、
実際問題として、日本が謝罪もし、アジア女性基金も設立した一方で、韓国自身が実は同じ問題を抱えていたのに黙殺するという事態は、事実を明らかにする上でも好ましくないと思う。
まとめサイトではソースがあいまいなものも含めてよく目にするが、いくら内輪で盛り上がっても意味は皆無で
海外でどのようにどのように研究されているか、というのが重要になると思う。
残念ながら、メディアという点では海外では概して「20万人の韓国人が日本に性奴隷にされた」「日本はその歴史を否定しようとしている」という文脈で報じられているのがほとんどだ。
しかし、アカデミズムの分野では、ここ最近韓国自身の慰安婦制度に目を向けられているものも増えているように見受けられる。
おおよそ中立的な立場であると見受けられるC.Sarah Sohという研究者の2009年に出版された"The Comfort Women"という本は海外でも評判が高いようなので、色々調べようと思った。

検索すると、Google Readersで一部内容が見ることができ、その部分にちょうど韓国の慰安婦制度について記述しているところがあったので、メモ代わりに引用しておく。
もちろん、この本は、日本の慰安婦制度、および人権侵害にも厳しい目を向けているが、
この部分の結論としては、韓国は慰安婦生存者を日本の抵抗のシンボルとして英雄扱いする一方で、韓国自身の慰安婦制度含む性の人権侵害には目を向けてこなかったということを言っている。
「韓国が戦後慰安婦制度を使用してきた」という事実は、単なるネット右翼のデマではなく、海外の研究者にも裏付けられている事実であり、もっと注目されるべきではないかなと思う。

After its liberation from Japanese rule in August 1945,the Korean Peninsula was divided into two: Soviet troops occupied the northern half and the US military the southern half. The ongoing US military presence in South Korea led to the formation and maintenance of “Camp towns” (kijich’on, in Korean) around the military bases, a development that has had a striking social impact on Korean communities. Kijich’on (literally, base or camp [kiji] village [ch’on]) refers to the civilian world of commercial establishments and residential buildings that have sprung up around the US military bases and cater to the needs of the American GI’s. It is “ a place where Koreans and Americans- mostly male military personnel- meet in an economic and emotional marriage of convenience”. As of the end of 1996, 37,000 American troops supported the economies of ninety-six kijich’on. The estimated number of kijich’on prostitutes over the first four decades of the American presence ranges between 250,000 and 300,000.

The kijich'on sex trade consolidated and expanded during the second phase, which began with the Korean War. In her testimony, Pak Sun-i who had laboured at three different comfort startions in Japan 1944 to the end of the war, recalled:
"At twenty-seven years of age, I was having a hard time making ends meet in Tongduch'on (the largest kijich'on just outside Seoul). I ended up cohabiting with a staff sergeant of the USArmy for about two years... One of my friends from the days at a comfort station in Japan also worked as yang-gonju, but she passed away."
An American veteran who served in Korea in the 1950s after the end of the Korean War recounted that on Friday nights half-ton trucks would bring into the base a few hundred women to stay the night or the weekend with the soldiers. In 1958, five years after the armistice, the majority of about 300,000 prostitutes in Korea reportedly served American soldiers. Some of them, like their earlier Japanese counterparts(RAA), married and emigrated to the United States as wives of servicemen.
The fact that the Korean military also availed themselves of the "special comfort unit" during the Korean War has received little public attention even after the Korean women's movement in support of the "comfort women" began in the 1990s. Only piecemeal anecdotal materials on it had come to light from memoirs written by retired generals and generals and the testimony of soldiers who fought in the war.

Characterizing the Korean military comfort system as an "unfortunate offspring" of the Japanese colonial legacy, Kim Kwi-ok called for victimized women, civic organizations, and scholars to come together and confront the unresolved issues of this historical injustice. The media reports of Kim's work, however, have generated little response. There has been no public outcry regarding the Korean military's use of "comfort women" during the Korean War or its violation of women's human rights. Korean silence over these issues is reminiscent of earlier societal indifference toward survivors of imperial Japan's comfort system, It mirrors the reticence of many Japanese to come to terms with the history of their country's wartime comfort system. As in the case of Japan, many in Korea, including retired military leaders, apparently regard the women's sexual labour simply as the performance of gendered customary sex labour in order to meet the needs of fighting men. It is noteworthy that military authorities have acknowledged that the system of special comfort units contradicts the national policy of banning licensed prostitution. Nonetheless, they have insisted that the special units were created to fulfill an important strategic end.

However, when it comes to the issue of Japan's wartime "comfort women" system, which has been redefined by the international community as a prominent case of violence against women in armed conflict, no social critic or public intellectual in Korea would dare to take the customary masculinist position that such a system benefits the economy or promotes national security. This is because the comfort women issue has been redefiend as military sexual slavery and a war crime by the international community owing largely to women's collaborative movement for redress in Japan and Korea.
Still, little critical public discourse has occurred on the legacies of that historical institution or the social structural dimension of Korea'S comfort women tragedy. Few are willing to consider the unsavoury fact that, accustomed to indigenous public institutions that have granted customary sex rights to men, and licensed by the colonial government, many Koreans did not hesitate to collaborate in recruiting and runing comfort stations by trafficking in girls and young women. Rather than deal with the messy and unpleasant complications of the historical record, Korean public discourse has simplistically elevated the survivors to heroic symbols of national suffering under Japanese colonialism and its imperialist war of aggression.
By contrast, Japan, which is unavoidably seen as the perpetrator nation, has been in turmoil over contested representations of the comfort women phenomenon and its responsibility in the matter. Meanwhile, the international - as well as domestic - trade in public sex prospers in capitalist economies of Japan and Korea despite endless incidents of criminal abuse of women so employed by both foreigners and compatriots. The social historical legacies of masculinist sexual culture and political economic realities in the two countries continue to help construct women'S sexual labour as stigmatized yet customary care labour for masculine "need".

There has been a sixth night of rioting in Sweden's capital, Stockholm, despite police reinforcements being deployed.
Cars were set alight in poor suburbs inhabited largely by immigrants, although the unrest was reportedly not as serious as on previous nights.
The rioting also spread outside the capital for the first time on Friday, with youths torching vehicles and buildings in two towns.
The US and UK meanwhile warned their citizens to avoid affected areas.
The UK Foreign Office advised people to stay away from large gatherings in the Stockholm suburbs of Husby, Hagsatra, Ragsved, Skogas, and to take care and monitor local reports.
The riots began on Sunday in Husby, a deprived, predominantly immigrant area in the north-west of the capital.
It is believed they were sparked by the death of an elderly man nearly a week before, who was shot by police after he allegedly threatened to kill them with a machete.
大学生だった2007年頃から趣味で他愛もないホームページをつくっていた。
ワードプレスやライブドアブログのようなCMSには頼らず、1から10まで自分で作ることにこだわった。
すぐにのめり込んでいき、大学の図書館にこもりWEB関係の本を借りまくった。
しかしWEB関係といってもPHPやSQLは理解できなかったので、まずはHTMLとCSSだけ勉強して静的なページをべた書きで量産していった。
HTML,CSSですら最初はつまづいていたけれども、自分の意図した通りにデザインできるようになってからは面白かった。
アクセスは全く増えず、一日100PVにも満たなかったが、僕はめげなかった。
講義には出ず、学園祭にもサークルにもいかなくなり、周囲からは「まだやってたの」「何がしたいの」と呆れた目で見られるようになった。
付き合う人も限定されて社交性は衰えていった。
半年が経っても動的なページをつくれる技術はなかったので、未だに力押しでページを量産していた。
しかしデザインにはこだわっていたので、単純なHTMLでも、見た目にはそれなりのサイトに仕上がっていた。
内容はくだらなくても、いっちょまえなレイアウトで書けば、それだけで見栄えのする物になった。
PVはすぐには伸びないとわかっていたので、平均滞在時間、平均PV、直帰率を目標にしていた。
ユーザビリティには独自性は無用で、正解があると思っていたので、ヤコブニールセンのWEBユーザビリティの本を買って、素直に勉強した。
PVが少なかったので、平均をとっても余り意味がないのだけれども、平均PVは8はあったと思う。
ビジネスの基本は選択と集中だと考えいたので、PVが伸びなくてもサイトのテーマは広げず、なるべく狭く深くを追求していった。
サイト制作をはじめてから8ヶ月ごろではじめてグーグルアドセンスが振り込まれた。
ヤフーニュースの関連する記事にリンクが貼られたことも大きかった。
アフィ収入は年間400万を超えて、僕は大学3年で親の扶養を外れた。
稼げるようになってから、周囲の目が変わった。
いまどきアフィリエイトかよと呆れていた人が僕にジャンルや手法を訊いてくるようになった。
この頃から僕は自分にはプログラマの適正があると勘違いし始めた。
HTMLやCSSは狭義のプログラミングではないにもかかわらずだ。
調子に乗った僕はプロの話を聞きたいと思って、広告で見た翔泳社のデベロッパーズサミットに参加した。
年に一度開かれるITエンジニアの割と大きなカンファレンスだが、仕事で来てる人がほとんどだと思う。
名刺がないので受付で恥ずかしい思いをした。
javaのカリスマエンジニアやオラクル、NTTデータ、MSの偉い人、はてなの人などが講演していた。
当時HTMLとCSSしかわからず、PHPとMYSQLをかじったばかりの僕には話の内容は1割も理解できなかった。
引きこもってプログラマごっこを続けているうちに大学4年になった。
一生アフィで食っていけるわけもないので、就職活動をはじめた。
WEB系はブラックが多いとそれとなく聞きかじっていたので、大手IT企業や大手SIerを中心に受けた。
（新卒でWEB屋の門を叩かなかったことを、今でも本当に後悔している。）
結論から言うとMSもデータもオラクルもグーグルもユニシスも全部落ちた。
営業職も応募したけれど、いずれにせよPHPとSQLをかじっただけでは戦力にならないし、そもそも、WEBとSIでは言語の畑が違うのだろうが、たぶんそういう技術的な事はどうでもよかった。
技術的な事は入社後に教育する体制ができてるので、学生には何よりもまず社交性を求めていたのだろう。
～でも、私には在学中に専攻外の事を勉強していった自主性があります、
～これに関しては誰にも負けません。
とアピールしたのだけれども、ダメだった。ただの独り善がりの変なヤツに見えたのかもしれない。疑わしきは落とす。
結局僕は社交性、人間性、社畜適正、その他、大企業が学生に求める普遍的な魅力を欠いていたから内定がでなかったのだろう。
文系の学生が独学で中途半端にプログラミングの勉強を始めたばかりに、それはIT業界から内定を得る上での強みになるどころか、致命傷になったのだ。
友人は立派な会社に就職していったので、当時リーマン不況のまっただ中で就職難だったというのは理由にならない。
facebookで大学の友人をみると勤務先がNTTデータとかアクセンチュアになっていた。僕よりも人間的な魅力があったのだろう。
サイト制作は趣味と割り切り、日本を支える製造業を仕事に選んだ。
内定をもらってから卒業するまでの間に、僕よりもずっとITに明るい友人に、アフィで成功していたことを買われて起業を持ちかけられたが、何度も衝突し、結局2ヶ月で僕の方から音を上げてやめた。
起業するなら一人でスタートして人を雇うなり外注するなりすべきで、チームで始めるにしても誰が一番偉いのか最初に明確にすべきだと、このときに確信した。
就職したが、毎日のような飲み会と、週末のゴルフ、一発芸の強要など体育会系の慣習に嫌気が差した。
僕は仕事の傍らの片手間の作業でも収入が増えていくアフィに目をくらませて、半年で退職し、専業アフィリエイターになった。
今は無き海外ニートブログの労働観と、後述するコピペが僕を後押しした。
専業になってから収入は伸び続け、一番多いときで月80万を超えたが、その代わり孤独になったので、以前のような精神的な余裕がなくなった。
技術的には大学在学中からほとんど成長しておらず、未だにhtmlのべた書きで、サイトの一部でphpとsqlを使用してる程度だったからだ。
僕のサイトはWEBサービスといえるような代物ではなく、ただの一方通行のサイトで、コメント欄をつくる技術もないので、放置していもユーザーが勝手にコンテンツの価値を高めてくれるということはなかった。
ページを増やすのは社員を増やすようなものだと考えていたけれども、僕の身体は一つなのでべた書きで増やせる量には限界がある。
一人で安定してコンテンツを生み出すには、今後は趣味のサイトからは卒業し、より商業的なユーザー参加型のCGMを作らなくてはならない。このままではまずいと感じていた。
しかし僕はcakephpのようなフレームワークを使用せず、というかMVCを理解できず、。

僕と同じ個人事業主がつくっているW3Qのような立派なサイトをみるのが怖かった。
僕のサイトはブログやニュースサイトではなく、テーマが普遍的なサイトだったので、放置していもPVは減るどころか増えていった。
あぐらをかいた僕はサイト制作を完全に放置して、不安を紛らわすために現実逃避で遊びはじめた。
目的地も決めず、平日に思いつきで一人旅やサイクリングにいった。
仕事を辞める引き金をひいたのが、2chの独身男性板でみたこのコピペだった。
もし仕事に行きたくなくなったら、そのまま反対の電車に乗って、
海を見に行くといいよ。
陽に当たりながら飲むといいよ。
ビールが無くなったら、そのまま仰向けに寝ころんで、
流れる雲をずっと眺めるといいよ。
そんな穏やかな時間がキミを待ってるのに、何も無理して
毎朝ネクタイを締めるときにストレスで吐いていた僕の背中を押してくれた。
なんて罪なコピペだろう。
気晴らしのはずの一人旅なのに、旅館の人に今日はお仕事お休みですか？と聞かれたのが辛かった。
