個人的には、これは女サイド、というよりも、最初の発言者を批判してるサイドの言い分に筋が通ってないと思うんだよな。
男は、というと主語大きすぎて語弊があるけど、最初の発言者の人は、どうも女には男とは違うプロトコルがあり、気を遣うことが大事とされるらしいから、男同士でいるときよりは気を遣おう、というのを前提としてきた……っていうのはさすがに読み取れるよね？
俺もそうだよ。どうも女の付き合いというのは気遣いとかそういうのが大事らしい、と薄々知ってはいるので、男の付き合いとは違ってなるべく気を遣って異文化交流しようとしていた。
で、そこに女の側から「『女扱い』してほしいんじゃない！ 普通に対等な人間として扱って！ 具体的には同性の友達を扱うように！」って言ってきたわけ。
とすると「え？ ほんとうに同性の友達と同じように扱ったらこうなるけど？」って言うほかないじゃん？ 本当にそれを望んでいるんですか？ って。
そしたら「男同士には他人を尊重する文化がないのか！ 礼節を重んじる女同士と違ってなんて野蛮なんだ！」とお怒りになっている。
先進国民向けにお客様待遇してあげてたら「こんな侮辱的な扱いは信じられない！ ちゃんと自国民並に扱って！」と言われた発展途上国の人みたいなすれ違いはあるな。
え？ お客様待遇やめてほしいの？ ほんとに自国民並でいいのね？ って確認しただけなのに怒られる発展途上国の人かわいそう。
そして問題は我々は発展途上国で満足しているのであり、むしろ先進国のようには振る舞えないし振る舞いたくもないから発展途上国サイコー！ と思っていたりするということだ。
相手を尊重しているし自分を大事にしているからこそ、「細やかな気配りなんてするのめんどくさいし、相手もそれは同じだろうから、俺とお前のあいだでは最低限の気配りしかしないってことにしといた方がお互い楽。なんか追加で気配りしてほしいこと（疲れたから歩く速度を緩めてほしいとか、ソファ席に座りたいとか、えらいことしたから褒めてほしいとか、そういう）があったら自分から言えよ、俺も自分で言うから」って態度になるんだよな。
「相手が不愉快にならないようにお互い細やかに気配りしよう」とは真逆の理屈だが、それでもこれは配慮のひとつの形なのだ……ということはさすがに理解してもらいたいわけだが。
それなりに配慮の上に成り立っているプロトコルを一方的に野蛮だの他人を尊重してないだの言われる筋合いはないだろ。多様性とかどこいったんだよ。
少なくとも日頃多様性だの何だのと言っていた女の論客のかなりの割合が一方的に男のプロトコルを野蛮だのと決めつけて「あなたにはもっと友達から尊重される権利がある」とか的外れなこと言ってるのは失望しかなかったよ。
いやだから相手を尊重してるから相手に余計な気遣いを要求しないし自分を可愛がってるから相手に余計な気遣いをしないってだけです……俺は友達を尊重してるし俺は友達から尊重されてます……
相手を尊重してるから丁重に扱うし自分を可愛がってるので相手から丁重に扱われることを望む、という論理とはまるっきり逆だというだけ。これはどちらが良い悪いでもない。単に同じ前提（相手を尊重したいし自分を大事にしたい）から真逆の結論が出てくる典型的な事例。相手を尊重しなくていいとは誰も思ってない。ただ尊重のありかたが違う。
南の島で裸に腰蓑で気楽に暮らしていたらヨーロッパ人の宣教師が現れて「裸に腰蓑なんて！ もっと自分を大事にしてスーツとかの文明的な装いをしなさい！」って言われてる気分。そりゃあんたらの国は寒いだろうからスーツが快適なんだろうけど、こっちだと蒸して暑いだけだから嫌なんだよ、裸に腰蓑がいちばん快適なんだよ、みたいな。
いやある意味宣教師よりも悪質だな。ヨーロッパ人は整った衣服を重視してると聞くからちゃんと長ズボンを穿いていったのに、「我々を侮辱しているのか？ 同胞といるときと同じ装いをしろ！」と言われたので「それって裸に腰蓑で行ってもいいってこと？」と確認を取ったらなぜか怒りだした。マジで理解不能。同胞といるときと同じ服を着ろと言ったのは自分なのに裸に腰蓑姿を見て怒りだすとか何なんだよ。
（こちら側に問題があるとすれば異文化理解の解像度が足りなかったことか。要するに長いズボンを穿いておればいいのだなと理解していたら首に細い布を巻き上掛けを羽織る必要があるとは思ってもみなかった、みたいな。それを知らずにユニクロの長袖シャツとジーンズで行ったのはまあ悪かったよ。我々裸族としては、なるべく着衣族の習慣に合わせた衣服のつもりだったのだが……）
でもって、これがホンモノの宣教師なら「まあシューキョーやってる連中は頭固いから土地ごとに違う文化があるってわかんないんだね」って諦めモードにもなれるんだけど、日頃多様性とか言ってる人たちが急速に自文化age他文化sageを始めたのは絶句するほかない。びっくりするほど自文化中心主義！
こっちは少なくともあいつらは違う文化を持ってるんだなぁという程度の知識はあったのに、なんであいつらは我々がぜんぜん異なる文化の持ち主だって気づかず今頃になって驚いてんの？
「南国人にも腰蓑は嫌だから長ズボン穿きたいって人がいるよね」という話なら、「そうだね。スーツは窮屈だから南国人みたいにラフな格好したいヨーロッパ人もいるよね」ってだけの話だから異論はないです。
「南国人と言っても色々いるだろ！ 一緒にするな！」そうですね。腰蓑族である我々の村でペニスケース一丁の人を見かけたら流石にギョッとしますし、逆にお隣の村に行ったらアロハシャツを着るのは最低限だろという怒られが発生することもあるので、南国人といっても色々ですね。きっとヨーロッパ人の間でも「スーツ着るのめんどい」とか色々なグラデーションがあるんでしょうね。そこにも異論はない。
「私たちの文化ではスーツを着ている人が重んじられるんです」そうなんですね、ところ変われば色々な文化がありますね。多様性ですね。別にそこに文句はないですよ。そちらの文化ではそうなっているんですか、勉強になります。
でも「裸に腰蓑なのはおかしい」とか「スーツもまともに着ないなんて人間として尊重されてない」とか言ってきたら「余計なお世話だうるせえよ」って言わざるを得ないってだけ。だってスーツってパリッと着こなせばかっこいいことは認めるけど暑くて窮屈で着るのめんどくさいじゃん。蒸れるし。裸に腰蓑のほうがよっぽど快適だよ。
で、下手な比喩はこれくらいにしておいて、お互いのプロトコルがこうまで真逆だと、異文化交流のやり方がわからない、っていう人が一定数出てくるのは当然だと思うんですよね。
男女共通のプロトコルを新しく作りましょう、という話なら、まあ話を聞く用意はありますよ。男女双方がちょっとずつ快適さを捨てれば成り立つプロトコルってことですよね（男は他人に配慮しなくともよい快適さを諦め、女は他人から配慮される快適さを諦める）。
でもどっちかのプロトコルに統一なんて無理でしょう？ 無理なことを要求するのやめよう？
どっちかに統一すべきだって主張するなら俺は女のプロトコルはおかしいから男側に統一すべきだって言うよ？ 本気で言うよ？ だって雑で鈍感な人間でも気楽に生きていける社会の方がいいもの。他人に配慮できない人間は針のむしろになる世界よりも、配慮してほしいことがあるなら口に出して言えよそうじゃねえとわかんねえんだからよ、っていう世界の方が絶対にいいよ。楽だよ。俺にとっては生きやすいよ。雑で適当な鈍感人間の自分が生きやすいプロトコルはこっちだよ。気遣ってほしいやつもこれで別に困らないだろ。気遣ってほしいことがあるなら言えばいいんだから。
自分が客として気持ちよく過ごすために店員にスマイル0円を強要する社会よりも、自分が労働者として快適に過ごすために無愛想な店員を我慢する社会の方がどう考えても健全だろ。
今俺はすっごい女側のプロトコルを悪し様に言ってるわけだけど、このくらいは言っていいよね？ 男のプロトコルにはあれだけ雑な批判を投げつけてもポリティカリーにコレクトな界隈では許されてるみたいだし、多少雑に女のプロトコルを叩いても問題ないって理解でいいわけだよね？
女側が「それでも私たちは配慮しあってお互いに快適な環境を維持するプロトコルの方がいい」というなら、別にそれは止めません。色んなプロトコルがあっていいよね。多様性ってやつだよ。
でもそうすると、何度も言うけど、どうしたって異文化交流のやり方がわからんとか、異文化の人たちが理解不能でこわい、みたいな人たちは一定数出てくるわけ。これは双方にね（もちろん、自文化が嫌だ、あっちの文化が羨ましい、みたいな人も双方に出てくる）。
そこは受け入れよう？ 「人間扱いすればいいだけ」みたいな思考停止はやめよう？ 「同性と同じように扱ってほしいだけ」がトンチキな要求だって自覚しよう？
友達の前でスーツ着てネクタイ締めてナイフとフォークでフレンチ食うのが「対等で親密な付き合い」の文化圏と、友達と一緒に裸に腰蓑の格好して手掴みで肉食うのが「対等で親密な付き合い」の文化圏があって、お互いに価値基準がぜんぜん違ってるときに、「人間扱い」なんて言われたってわかるわけないじゃないですか。
スーツ民と会うためにわざわざジーンズ穿いてきた腰蓑民に「そんな格好で来るなんて我々を侮辱しているのか！ 同胞と過ごすときのような格好をしろ！」って言うのがめちゃくちゃトンチンカンなのはわかるよね？ むしろ異文化を尊重しようとしているのは腰蓑民の方じゃん？（失敗してるけど……）
共通のプロトコルに統一しよう、我々も手掴みで肉を食うことにする、というならまあ上半身に服を着るのもやぶさかではないけど、自分たちはスーツもナイフもフレンチも捨てないけどお前らは腰蓑も手掴みも捨ててスーツを着ろ、それが「人間扱い」だ、なんて馬鹿な理屈がありますか。異文化蔑視の自文化中心主義にもほどがある。相手を対等な人間と見做してないのはお前らの側だろ……
自分たちの快適なプロトコルを維持したいなら「人間扱い」なんてフレーズが他者には通じないことを理解してください。「人間扱い」に共通の見解を見出したいなら自分たちのプロトコルを（快適さを多少犠牲にしてでも）変える覚悟を持ってください。
異文化交流はどうしたって理解不能で不愉快なものなわけです。私も何年間か外国に住んで、現地人の友達や親しい人はたくさんできたけど、それでもやっぱりあの雰囲気には違和感がある、ていうか現地人の距離感おかしくね、みたいな感覚は残って、そこが残るってのは結局どれだけ言葉やら習慣やらを勉強したって人類共通のプロトコルなんて成立させるのはめちゃくちゃ困難だということじゃないですか。
私が行きたくて行き住みたくて住んだ国でも「やっぱりあいつらの文化にはどうも馴染めないところがある……」となるんだから、たまたま同じ社会で隣り合って生きてるだけの人たちがお互いの文化をちっとも理解できないのは仕方ないですよ。だって別に住みたくて同じ社会に住んでるんじゃなくてたまたま隣人として生まれついただけだもの。
まあその文化に馴染めないってのはお互いに仕方ないとして、異文化がそこにあることを認識しそういうものなのだと尊重する、が結局のところ第一歩なんじゃないかなぁと思いますね。
異性の文化を野蛮だの尊厳がないだのと侮蔑し「人間扱いしろ」なんて思考停止ワードをわめいてる内はそもそもスタートラインにも立ててないというか、ポリティカル・コレクトネスって知ってる？ 多様性の尊重について考えてみよう！ みたいな啓発講座を受講してから議論に参入してほしいとしか言いようがないですけど……
ていうかこれアレだよな、研究テーマにいちいち口出してきて自由なテーマ設定はさせないけど親身に進捗状況を尋ねてくれたり執筆を手助けしてくれたりする教授と、自由に研究テーマを選ばせてくれるけど基本放置（会いたいと言えば時間作ってはくれるし指導してくれと言えば論文添削はしてくれるんだが自分からはやらない）な教授とどっちがいいかという話だよな……ｳｯ頭が……
（ちゃぶ台返しすると、そら社会に出て社会人として、つまり同僚やら何やらとして知り合った相手にいきなり「仲良しの男同士のコミュニケーション」は適用しないですよ。そういう男のホモソは親しい間柄に限り、仕事上の付き合いしかない男や女には適用せず、一般社会でそれなりに丁寧な無難な扱いをしておく。それは女も同じでしょ？ ただの職場の同僚にそんな細やかな察してコミュニケーション満載の女のホモソは適用しないじゃん？ だからまあそれなりの相手には男女双方のホモソから離れた中立的な取り扱いをしておけばよろしいのでは……それを「人間扱い」と呼ぶのは友達を人間だと思っていないことになるのでまったく賛同しないけれども……）
