Many studies have shown that a diet rich in whole grains reduces the risk of diabetes, obesity, and heart disease more than a diet rich in refined grains.
Familiar whole grains include foods such as bread, pasta, and oatmeal made from whole wheat grains, brown rice, sprouted brown rice, millet rice, and barley rice containing barley.

The study was conducted by James Ganwish and colleagues from the Bagelos School of Medicine at Columbia University in the United States.
77,860 women were studied for three years.
Insomnia is often treated with pharmacotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, both of which are costly to the patient and expensive. Improving one's diet is low-cost, easy to implement, and free of side effects," says Ganwish.
The study is based on data from observational studies conducted by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Women's Health Initiative Study (WHI) to obtain information to prevent and treat health problems among women.
The researchers examined the association between insomnia and 77,860 postmenopausal women who participated in the WHI. They surveyed them about their dietary habits and followed them for three years from 1997 to 2001.
The participants were analyzed by dividing them into five groups according to GI level, an index that indicates the ease with which blood glucose levels rise after a meal.
The results revealed a 16% higher risk of developing insomnia and an 11% higher prevalence in the group with higher dietary GI values. The study also found that the higher the intake of vegetables and fruits, the lower the risk of insomnia.
The study also found a lower risk of developing depression.
The study found that "a spike in blood glucose levels after a meal stimulates the secretion of insulin, which lowers blood glucose, and may lead to a state of hyperinsulinemia. Gunwish noted, "We need randomized clinical trials to determine the benefits of improving diet and increasing intake of whole grains and complex carbohydrates to prevent and treat insomnia and depression."

In the past week, we have seen a rapid escalation of cases of COVID-19.
More cases and deaths have now been reported in the rest of the world than in China.
We have also seen a rapid escalation in social distancing measures, like closing schools and cancelling sporting events and other gatherings.
But we have not seen an urgent enough escalation in testing, isolation and contact tracing – which is the backbone of the response.
Social distancing measures can help to reduce transmission and enable health systems to cope.
Handwashing and coughing into your elbow can reduce the risk for yourself and others.
But on their own, they are not enough to extinguish this pandemic. It’s the combination that makes the difference.
As I keep saying, all countries must take a comprehensive approach.
But the most effective way to prevent infections and save lives is breaking the chains of transmission. And to do that, you must test and isolate.
You cannot fight a fire blindfolded. And we cannot stop this pandemic if we don’t know who is infected.
We have a simple message for all countries: test, test, test.
If they test positive, isolate them and find out who they have been in close contact with up to 2 days before they developed symptoms, and test those people too. [NOTE: WHO recommends testing contacts of confirmed cases only if they show symptoms of COVID-19]
Every day, more tests are being produced to meet the global demand.
WHO has shipped almost 1.5 million tests to 120 countries. We’re working with companies to increase the availability of tests for those most in need.
WHO advises that all confirmed cases, even mild cases, should be isolated in health facilities, to prevent transmission and provide adequate care.
But we recognize that many countries have already exceeded their capacity to care for mild cases in dedicated health facilities.
In that situation, countries should prioritize older patients and those with underlying conditions.
Some countries have expanded their capacity by using stadiums and gyms to care for mild cases, with severe and critical cases cared for in hospitals.
Another option is for patients with mild disease to be isolated and cared for at home.
Caring for infected people at home may put others in the same household at risk, so it’s critical that care-givers follow WHO’s guidance on how to provide care as safely as possible.
For example, both the patient and their care-giver should wear a medical mask when they are together in the same room.
The patient should sleep in a separate bedroom to others and use a different bathroom.
Assign one person to care for the patient, ideally someone who is in good health and has no underlying conditions.
The care-giver should wash their hands after any contact with the patient or their immediate environment.
People infected with COVID-19 can still infect others after they stop feeling sick, so these measures should continue for at least two weeks after symptoms disappear.
Visitors should not be allowed until the end of this period.

Once again, our key message is: test, test, test.
This is a serious disease. Although the evidence we have suggests that those over 60 are at highest risk, young people, including children, have died.
WHO has issued new clinical guidance, with specific details on how to care for children, older people and pregnant women.
So far, we have seen epidemics in countries with advanced health systems. But even they have struggled to cope.
As the virus moves to low-income countries, we're deeply concerned about the impact it could have among populations with high HIV prevalence, or among malnourished children.
That’s why we’re calling on every country and every individual to do everything they can to stop transmission.
Washing your hands will help to reduce your risk of infection. But it’s also an act of solidarity because it reduces the risk you will infect others in your community and around the world. Do it for yourself, do it for others.
We also ask people to express their solidarity by refraining from hoarding essential items, including medicines.
Hoarding can create shortages of medicines and other essential products, which can exacerbate suffering.
We’re grateful to everyone who has contributed to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
Since we launched it on Friday, more than 110,000 people have contributed almost 19 million U.S. dollars.
These funds will help to buy diagnostic tests, supplies for health workers and support research and development.

但し、日本の山である場合には川は必ずしもslowlyではなく急で滝もあるというのはその通りだが、反対の登る時を考えると、「登ったからといって必ずしも登山道に復帰できるとも限らず、寧ろ悪路により滑落するリスクもある」のであり、そもそも山の中腹以上であるなら登山道に復帰するまでは短いが、山裾であると尾根であってもヤブが多いためそのもの移動に危険性とコストが掛かり、道なき登山は無意味であると考えられる。
これらのことにより、本書では「登るのが良いとも下るのが良いとも言えない」と結論付けている。

有名人に限らないことだが、上の例で述べたように、Twitterは利用者にコンテンツを紹介するという意識を持たせないまま紹介させる。上のいとうせいこうのtweetにしたって非常に小さな情報でしかない。この性質こそが既存メディア比べたときにTwitterが決定的に違い、また強いポイントだ。
つまり、今回の件はTwitterでなければ起こりえなかったと言える。(いとうせいこうがブログだけを使っていたら深夜のUstreamを取り上げただろうか？2chのスレッドにUstreamのURLを貼って2000人が集まっただろうか？)
この点で、今回の件は既存メディアによるものと異なり、また「祭り」とも異なっている。
しかしそうはいっても、結局音楽はあまり関係無しに「祭り」として楽しんだ人もかなりの数に上るだろうし、そうでない人たちも結局終わった後はそれぞれのクラスタへ帰ることとなる。
確かにそうかもしれない。だが、今回の件はあってないような（なくてあるような）それにして確固としたクラスタの壁を突き破ることが出来たということもまた事実である。
それはゆるく広い繋がりを志向するTwitterの功績でもあるが、それだけではなく、壁を破る原動力としての音楽の価値も認めて良いはずだ。いくら有名な人間が勧めたとしても、批評についてのUstreamや高校生の独り言を垂れ流すニコ生では、こうはいかなかったように思う。それは恐らく音楽の持つ普遍性によるのだろう。
音楽が中心にあり、その周りで人々が騒ぐ。この構図を見ると、これこそ括弧無しで祭りと呼ぶのにふさわしいのではと思える。
中心に別に音楽でなくてもいい。しかし、中心に何もなくただ集まるだけの「祭り」の行き着く先は袋小路だろう。
そう考えると、Twitterがキャズムを超える日が来るとすれば、それはカリスマやコンテンツ化した人間の存在や「祭り」の場であるがゆえでなく、価値あるコンテンツと人々を媒介する場としてであろう。
Twitterのこうした媒介としての側面は、これまであまり触れられてこなかったことのように思う。しかし、有名人のTwitter参入が相次いでいることや、アルファTwitter-erの出現を見ても、今後はこういったケースがますます増えていくはずだと考えられるし、別に有名人やアルファTwitter-erでなくても媒介することは可能なはずだ。

I get where you`re coming from because I`m tired of utopian solutions from dreamers in Europe.
But I believe Murakami is a guy who also understands the tank driver and our kids in Sderot. I know we`re not used to having media acknowledge our citizens as people, so we get defensive, but I give Mr. Murakami the benefit of the doubt.
From his speech I feel he`s criticizing the entire system that has our neighbors trying to destroy us in the first place and the world legitimizing it and the common acceptance of boycotting Israel because it`s the in thing to do. 「イスラエルは卵じゃない」
わかりにくい？ 日本のベストセラー作家である村上春樹から聞く事になる説明としてはこれが唯一のものだろう。まさしく村上のスタイルであり、さらにどことなく曖昧である。
時差ボケ、政治的論議、マスコミの群れに逆らって日曜に彼は受賞のためやってきた。
シモン・ペレス大統領とエルサレム市長であるニル・バルカトを脇に従え、落ち着いた態度で彼は賞を受け取った。壇上で一人、フラッシュを浴びる事もなく彼は本題にかかった。
「ついにエルサレムに来ました。小説家として、嘘の紡ぎ手としてここにいます」
「小説家だけが嘘つきなわけではないです。政治家も（大統領、失礼）外交官も嘘をつきます。しかし小説家とその他の人々を分け隔てるものがあります。私たち小説家は嘘つきの嫌疑で訴えられる事はありません。賞賛を受けるのです。嘘が大きければ、またより高い賞賛を受けることになります」
「私たちのつく嘘とその他の嘘の違いとはすなわち、私たちの嘘が真実をもたらすという点です。総体をもって、真実を把握するのは難しい事です。だから私たちは真実を創作の領域に落とし込みます。しかしなによりも、私たちの中に潜む真実がどこにあるのか明らかにしなくてはなりません」

彼の小説は超現実的かつ想像力にあふれたもので、しばしば突拍子もないところまで話が進む。彼の本を読むのはピカソの絵画を見るようなものだ。普通の状態から離れる事を必要とされ、村上の世界では事物や出来事は彼固有のロジックに落ち着きどころを見いだす。
しかし彼の小説の根底にはロジカルなカオスとはまったく対称的な個人がいる。非常に人間的で、自己に目覚めた慎ましやかな個人だ。すなわちその個人の内的格闘は我々のものと同じなのだ。
村上を受賞者に選んだ選考は速やかに満場一致のうちに終わった。普遍的ヒューマニズムと現存する回答困難な問題との取り組みが（受賞理由として）引き合いに出された。しかし審査をめぐる論議はほとんど起こらなかったが、村上自身は受賞について複雑な心境だった。
「受賞の意志を打診されましたが、ガザでの戦闘の件があり、訪問を取りやめるよう警告がありました。私は自問しました。はたしてイスラエルを訪問するのが適切な事なのかと？一方の側を支援する事にならないか？」
「ちょっと考えを巡らしました。で、来ようと決めたわけです。大抵の小説家のように、言われたのとはきっちり反対の事をするのが好きです。それが小説家として、私の根底にあります。自分の目で見ず、自分の手で触れないものを小説家は信用しません。だから私は見る事にしました。なにも言わないよりはここでしゃべることにしました」
「ここに私が来て、言いたかった事があります」
すると村上は主要人物の仮面を脱ぎ捨て、端役へと回った（彼の小説では明確な啓示はしばしば主人公の奪還から立ち現れる）。発言は明快で、再考の余地はなかった。曖昧さのための時間はなかった。
「固く高い壁があり、卵が壁に打ち壊されるなら、壁がどんなに正しく卵がどんなに誤っていても私は卵の側に立ちます」
「どうしてなのか？私たちそれぞれは卵であり、壊れやすい卵にくるまれた唯一無二の存在だからです。私たちそれぞれは高い壁を前にしています。高い壁とはシステムです。それは通常では個人として受け入れがたいものを私たちに強います」
「私が小説を書く理由はただ一つです」続く彼の声音は控えめで、誠実な響きがある。
「すなわち個人が持つ唯一無二の神聖さを描く事です。唯一無二なるものを満足させる事です。システムが私たちをめちゃくちゃにするのを防ぐ事です。だから私は生と愛について物語を書きます。人々を笑わせ、泣かせます」
「私たちは皆人間であり、個人であり、壊れやすい卵です。壁を前にして、望みは失われます。高く、暗く、冷たすぎるのです。暖かみと力のために、私たちの存在を一つにして壁と戦わなくてはなりません。システムが私たちをコントロールするのを許してはいけません。私たちが何者であるか、決めさせてはいけません。システムを作り上げたのはは私たちですから」
村上は読者への感謝の言葉で締めくくった。受賞のために人前に出る習慣のない人物としては、本当に特別な事だ。
「イスラエルの皆さん、私の本を読んでくれて感謝します。意義ある何かを共有できればと願う次第です。あなたが私がここにいる最大の理由なのです」

Son corps ne comprenait pas ce qui avait lieu.
Dans les jours de 14 ans, il étend enfin au viol.
Je pensais que je "étais sur" au moment.
Là n'ayez pas besoin d'être la chose qui oublie le jour avec ces yeux partout dans la vie de M.. UN.
Je décide d'apprendre ..... maintenant audacieusement.
Comme pour la peur pour M.. UN, pas seul le corps mais aussi le coeur a été taché avec noir dans la substitution pour désespoir et haine après le jour.
Seulement la mémoire du jour a été laissée hors de mon esprit que je ne peux pas endurer en quelques minutes.
La mémoire d'un jour a envahi pour le cauchemar du seul jour après jour lorsque je suis venu d'âge et marié a ranimé et il est devenu difficile de vivre dans la paix.
C'est effrayant de sortir à un mari et je suis encore désolé pour un mari.
Je qui était faible a choisi le divorce que maintenant et s'est échappé de la place.
Alors je passe les temps cassés.
Il y a la colère intense et désespère en moi.
Je comprends comment long je qui est un tel être humain devenu les apparences laides.
Je n'avais pas le pouvoir de résister ce jour sans l'existence de la voix élevé.
Une voix n'est pas sortie.Ce n'était pas capable de bouger.

La colère intense comme lui a ruisselé en bas mon corps.

Mais heureusement l'envahisseur et moi n'avions pas de capacité.

Il y a quelquefois une personne pour aller évaluer la sympathie, mais n'achète pas de chose.
Il y avait les temps durs, mais il ne peut pas y avoir la chose que je pensais que je me suis senti désolé pour héroïne... de la tragédie, soi.
from now on I try to write down my diary here everyday because I want to improve my English skill.
Today I talked with my friend, eating lunch. He majors in comparative literature.
I didn't know how I can say "hikaku bungaku" in English. So I asked him how I can say it in English, then he answered "you can say comparative literature."
I had no idea what it is like because I don't know much of it.So I wanted to ask him about that.
But he had little time to explain that, for he had to attend the intermediate presentation of the papers,or "chukan happyo".
he complained about the presentation because he can't get enough "constructive" opinions.
"Generaly speaking, the professors in Japanese univ aren't interested in education." ,I said.
"Yeah, they tend to give critical opinions rather than constructive one", he said.
He also told me that that's one of the reason he prefers writing feedbacks rather than speaking one.
