It's no longer possible for those of us in this room to ignore or minimise these issues with our industry or these issues with our art.

But just as this year has exposed all that ugliness, it has also exposed a new generation of creators and activists who are fighting for video games and video game culture. They are fighting for us, the independent games community. I really don't think they want our gratitude at all. I think they need our support. I think they need us to work together as a community to show people a new way to engage with each other and play. So let's all fight back against this hate, the best way we know how: through our games, and through our teams, and through our collaborations. Let's make sure our games are not embodying any stereotypes or caricatures. Let's make sure as a community we are supportive of one another, and we are as welcoming as possible to any and all new voices. To me, it really gets to the core of what it's about to be an independent developer. We don't have any stock prices to fret over. We don't have any entrenched political dogmas. We own our art. My impression before i coming shanghai has never changed....in fact, some people is noisy, no manner, and there are garbage on streets. but my image that chinese people is honest and they are good at merchandise is also true actually.
The changed point is ....fact that chinese elite is not so smart. I mean they are good at studying and getting a good score on the paper test but they dont have mind of creation. Deeply thinking, there are nothing good product originated in china...many are made in america or japan. Basement of economic of china is rehash...? and that have not still changed? that culture make chinese elite boring? anyway, i can meet earnest guy easily, but it is difficult to find guy beyond my mind. their opinion tend to be like newspapers, just there is little different from which newspaper they choose as their opinion.

A possibility of the change clothes and mental growth in a Strike Witches
１．はじめに
かつて王様は『馬鹿には見えない服』を纒い、裸であると指摘された。王様はそれに恥じ入ったが、そうするべきではなかったのだ。彼はこういえば良かったのだ。
『裸じゃないから恥ずかしくないもん』、と。
それが如何に認知上でパンツのように見えたとしても、属性としてパンツでなければどれだけ見せても良いのだと、多くの人に知らしめたアニメーション作品も遂にそのテレビ放映が終了となった。果たして今後『マエバリじゃないから恥ずかしくないもん』と言い張る作品が出るのかどうかが議論される昨今であるが、今回はこうした議論の活性化に貢献したそのアニメーション作品について、追悼の意を込めて一つの考察を行いたい。
なお、以下は全て同作品のTVアニメ版の設定に準拠するモノであり、小説版・漫画版に関しては必ずしも同一世界上であると限らないので考慮には加えていない。その為、一部の考察に関してそれらの設定と矛盾があるかもしれない事をご理解いただきたい。
さて、問題となる作品において活躍した連合軍第501統合戦闘航空団に一人の少女がいる。少女の名はサーニャ・V・リトヴャク。彼女が他の機械化航空歩兵達と一線を画する部分として、スカートの様なモノの着用が上げられる。魔力伝達の阻害の軽減、戦闘脚の着脱時の簡便化、文化等の様々な『理由』により基本的にスカートや、我々が言うところのズボンを穿く事がない機械化航空歩兵達の中において、サーニャ・V・リトヴャクだけがスカートの様なモノを穿いているのである。戦闘脚を必要としない看護師でさえ下半身を露出した制服である世界観の中において、これはある種異様な事である。
ここで一つ正直な事を言えば、筆者は見直すまであれはビスチェ状の部分と一体化しているワンピースの裾であると思い込んでさえいたのだ。これは全くもってリトヴャカー（サーニャ至上主義者の意）として度し難い失点であり、猛省している。しかし、これはそれだけあの世界において、そうした服装が特殊であると認識されるという事でもある。
さて、ではサーニャ・V・リトヴャクが世界唯一のスカートらしきものの着用者なのかと言うと、そうとは言い切れない。第一話において登場した宮藤芳佳の祖母はモンペの様なモノを着用している事が確認されているし、母親の方もスカートの様なものは穿いていなかったが、丈の長い白衣風のコートのようなものを着用していた。また一部のモブキャラもスカートらしきモノをはいている様に見られ、第八話においてはサーニャ・V・リトヴャクと同隊のミーナ・ディートリンデ・ヴィルケが足下まで裾のあるドレスのようなものを着用しており、下半身を隠す衣服が文化的に存在しないわけではない事が示されている。
しかし一般的にスカートが着用されない中において、サーニャ・V・リトヴャクだけが日常的にスカートのようなモノを履き続けているのである。これにはどの様な意味があるのだろうか。
３．魔女は何故穿かないのか
まず、何故そもそも一般的な機械化航空歩兵は基本的に下半身を露出しているのか、という事について考えてみたい。機械化航空歩兵達が我々の言うところのズボン等を穿かないのは、特に戦闘脚の着用に理由があるとされている。これに衣服による魔力伝達の阻害の軽減という理由を合わせれば、とりあえず納得する事は不可能ではない。こうした観点から見た場合、サーニャのスカートのようなモノは実質的には他の機械化航空歩兵達の上着の裾と同程度の丈であり、戦闘脚に対する阻害はない。しかしこれは十分条件を満たすというだけであり、必要条件ではない。
次に文化的側面から考えてみたい。機械化航空歩兵達が下半身を露出する事は上記の理由により一応の納得を得る事が出来る。しかし、それ以外の一般人、看護師や学生等が何の理由により下半身を露出するのだろうか。こうした疑問に対して、原作者である島田フミカネは「この世界では普通のこと」であると答えている。つまり現実において様々な服装が変遷したように、あの世界では下半身の露出の高い服装が一般的であるという文化が培われてきたという事である。
あの世界では魔法が存在すると言われれば反論できないように、あの世界ではパンツではなくズボンであり、下半身の露出度は高いものだと言われれば確かに誰にも反論は出来ない。或いは、あの世界において一種のカリスマである魔女達が、先の魔力阻害の理由から露出的な格好であった事から、世においてもそうした服装が流行していったのだとも推測される。
しかし、そうであるならばなおいっそうの事、何故サーニャ・V・リトヴャクはスカートの様なモノを着用しているのかが不明瞭になるのである。
４．穿く魔女達
サーニャ・V・リトヴャクだけを見た上での検証には限界がある為、ここで一度視野を広く取って考え直してみる。実のところ、下半身の露出を抑えているのは彼女だけではないのだ。ただ実際にアニメ上で、ワンピースのような上着の裾の延長ではなく、下半身を隠すための衣服を明確に着用している事が確認できるのは、当のサーニャ・V・リトヴャクと宮藤芳佳の祖母、また第八話において赤城乗組員より宮藤芳佳に贈呈された芙蓉人形だけである。（アイキャッチにおいては他キャラのスカート姿も見受けられるが、イメージボード的な意味合いが強いと見られる為、考慮に入れない）また、もう少し範囲を広げ、ワンピース状であっても下半身を隠すのに十分な丈のある衣服で確認してみると、宮藤芳佳の幼少時代、同様にサーニャ・V・リトヴャクの幼少時代、ミーナ・ディートリンデ・ヴィルケのドレス姿があげられる。
これらの情報から共通点を見つける上で、芙蓉人形に関しては巫女服に類似している事から、何らかの正装として形式的に固定化されているデザインであると考えられる。またサーニャ・V・リトヴャクのスカートの様なモノに関しても、十人以上いる第501統合戦闘航空団において一名だけの着用であり、特殊性が高いケースと見る事が出来る。この為、この二点に関しては一度考慮から除外する事とした。
残されたケースについて見てみると、最初に目につくのが年齢層的な偏りである。4件中3件は幼い少女及び老婆であり、思春期、成人期を外れている。10代の女性ばかりである第501統合戦闘航空団（一部に『さんじゅうはっさい』と見られる人物もいるが）においても着用者がサーニャ・V・リトヴャクだけであり、一般的でないと見られる事は先に述べたとおりである。また、詳細に確認はとれていないが、モブキャラでスカートの様なモノを穿いているのも、壮年期に近い女性であったように見えた。
この事から、一つの仮説として、一般的に年頃とされる年齢層の女性は下半身を積極的に隠す服装をしないという事が言える。こうした年齢層の女性に限る行動について、まず考えられるモノが異性に対する性的な訴求である。つまり、この世界における露出的な服装は、年頃の女性達にとっては異性に対する性的訴求の一種であり、またそれが、服装自体としても流行しているのだと考える事が出来るのである。これは現実におけるミニスカートの流行を考えると、可能性としては考えられる事である。
この説が正しいとすれば、番組側は二度もの機会がありながら、何故ズボン丸出しの幼女を出さなかったのか、という全くもって度し難い愚行についても、納得はともかく説明は出来る事となる。
５．性と露出
また、興味深い話として、現実の中世ヨーロッパにおいて未婚の女性は下半身の衣服を短くし、結婚した女性は長くしたという学説がある。これは、女性の持ち物は男性が買い与えるモノである、という男性主導的な考えによるものであるが、作品世界において、先の仮説と併せて、こうした風習が一般的に広がっているとしたならばどうであろうか。
つまり、あの世界においては、女性は未婚時には下半身を露出した服装で異性に対して性的訴求を行い、婚姻後は（或いは個人差はあるだろうが）露出を控えていると考えるのである。この仮説に基づいて考えてみると、幼い少女時代のヒロイン達や、既婚である宮藤芳佳の祖母が下半身の露出を抑えていた事も無理なく説明できる。また、ミーナ・ディートリンデ・ヴィルケのドレスについても、あのドレスを贈ろうとしていた男性からの一種のプロポーズであると考えられる（実際、追想シーンにおいて出立前に彼女が燃やしていた衣服の裾は短く見受けられた）。更に芙蓉人形に関しても、巫女服に近いあの服装が、ある種の神仏に対する官職の制服であると考えると、信仰対象に対する忠誠・隷属を示す上での処女性の証明の一つとして、精神的な意味における神仏との契り、また他の一般の異性に対する雑念の払拭を示す意味合いでの服装であると見る事が出来る。
では、問題となるサーニャ・V・リトヴャクについてはどうだろうか。彼女が結婚しているかどうかは、考えるまでもなく未婚である（これはサーニャ・V・リトヴャクが筆者の嫁である事からも明らかだ）。ならば彼女が、まだそうした事に気をかけない程に子供であるかといえば、それもまた違う（これはサーニャ・V・リトヴャクが筆者の嫁である事からも明らかだ）。で、あるならば、何故サーニャ・V・リトヴャクはスカートの様なモノを穿いているのであろうか。性格的な側面から考えてみると、彼女は基本的には男女問わずに人付き合いを不得手としている事が伺える。本人がコミュニケーションを嫌っているわけではない事から、これは性格によるモノよりも、経験不足によるものであると考えられる。この様に同姓に対してもコミュニケーション不全的な面を持つ彼女が、異性に対すれば更なる窮地に陥る事は想像に難くない。況んや、恋愛沙汰となれば尚更である。
第501統合戦闘航空団においては、隊長であるミーナ・ディートリンデ・ヴィルケにより厳正に異性との接触が管理されていたが、これは私的な事情による部分が強く、別の隊においても同様であるかは定かではない。しかし軍隊である事と、機械化航空歩兵の存在が戦況を左右する状況下において、当の機械化航空歩兵に不快感を与える事は極力避けるであろう事から、程度の差はあれ異性との接触は制限されていると考えられ、相互理解を深めるほどの交流があたとは考えにくい。また、サーニャ・V・リトヴャクはネウロイ侵攻の混乱によって幼少時に両親と生き別れており、性的な面での教育が不十分であったと思われる。そうした異性に対する理解が不十分な状況下において、無言のうちに異性を避ける為の諸策が、あのスカートの様なモノではないだろうか。
10代前半の彼女が下半身の露出を抑える事で、既婚であると思われる事はないであろう事から、これは性差を気にかけない幼児的な服装の意味合いによって、自身がまだ子供であると装う性的な面におけるモラトリアム行為であると考えられる。こうする事によって彼女は自らを性的な対象外とさせ、恋愛面の複雑なコミュニケーションを避けているのである。
７．終わりに
サーニャ・V・リトヴャクは、性的方面における精神的な成長の不足から、スカートの様なモノを身につけていると考えられる。しかし、これはやがて彼女の内面が成長するにつれて変化をする事だろう。つまり、彼女はスカートの様なモノを脱いだ時からこそ、不鮮明な子供から確かな少女へと成長を遂げるのである。そして、次にまたスカートの様なモノを穿く時にこそ、女性となるのだ。
そして筆者はその日を待ち続ける。彼女によく似合うスカートの様なモノを握りしめて。

学生はその時点で注目されている技術やトピックス，最新情報の入手に汲々（きゅうきゅう）としている。しかも，それらの技術情報は検索エンジンを使って得られたものが大半で，本質的な技術情報ではなく，表層化された技術情報である。専門科目に関しては表層化された技術情報や単なる知識の習得だけでは不十分であり，専門科目におけるリテラシーを確立する必要がある。専門科目におけるリテラシーとは，科学的リテラシーと同様に，知識・概念，プロセス，活用・応用から成り立っていると考えている。
しかし，課題の要求していることが何であるかを理解・把握・明確化し，識別し，一歩踏み込んで文献を調べ，熟考し，結論・予測を導き出し，評価し，自分の言葉で記述・表現し，説明・伝達する，という科学的プロセスを行なわない。プロセスを伴わない勉強では本質を把握できない。
開発の道具としての専門科目を身に付けるためには科学的プロセスの方法論を会得する必要がある。私は大学時代に電子・電気やコンピュータを勉強したことがない。例えば，電卓の電源回路の設計時には，まず，数種類の程度の異なる本を購入し，仕事に関連する課題リストを作り，勉強し，1冊のノートを作成した。次に，実際に使われている電源の回路図を理解・解析し，最後に自分自身で電源回路を設計・試作・評価した。

「3匹のくま」に登場する金髪の女の子「ゴルディロックス」は健在だし、米国と世界経済が下降傾向にあると弱気になっている「クマ」の言うことなど、全く意に介していないらしい。
「ゴルディロックス」とは今や、世界的に通用する経済用語だ。成長速度が下がっても不況に陥らず、適度なインフレをもたらす経済の状態を指す。
（訳注：ここで言う「クマ（bear)」とは、「下げ相場」「弱気筋」を指す市場用語。また民話「3匹のくま」では、クマの家に入り込んだ女の子が、熱すぎず冷たすぎずちょうどいい温度のスープや、堅すぎず柔らかすぎずちょうどいいベッドを選ぶという展開が一般的）
市場では、先々のトラブルを予感させる指標がいくつかある。金相場の上昇は通常、インフレ到来の予兆となるものだが、昨年は20パーセントも上昇した。ドルは急激に下落した。そして米財務省証券のイールド・カーブ（利回り曲線）は「逆イールドカーブ」の状態だ。
逆イールドカーブ現象が続いているとはつまり長期債利回りが、短期債利回りを下回っているということ。これはつまり、FRBが金利大幅引き下げを実施するという予測が強いということ。そして一般的に、FRBの金利引き下げは、経済失速を見越してということになる。しかしやり手投資家の中には、全体を総合的に見た上で、ゴルディロックス的展開を有望視している人もいる。
