官公庁システム構築案件で「経験10年以上、さらPMPもしくはPMを取得した人」みたいな要員要件(プロマネ)がよく書かれているんだけどさ、こんな要件ばかりじゃ伸び盛りの若手技術者プロマネとして挑戦する機会がまるでないように思えるんだよね。

キュレーション問題アジャイル開発の敗北

DeNA報告書を読むとアジャイル開発関連用語結構出てくる。POとか。用語説明が足りてないので一般人にはなんだこれ状態だが。

一言でいうと、今回はアジャイル開発の敗北と言えるのではないだろうか。サービスを小さく始めて少しずつ良くして行くはずが、少しずつブラックに変わっていき、会社もそれを制御しなかった姿を報告書は指摘している。

そして各サイトPOは全員コンプライアンス意識が欠如していたことも指摘されている。

アジャイルの弱点としてコンプライアンス軽視がある。アジャイルの雄だったDeNAですらこんな体たらくだし、楽天とかはグレーゾーン名物ランナーを何年も続けている。

アジャイル関連資格のCSMやCSPOコンプライアンスは問われていない。ウォーターフォール資格であるPMP情報処理PMではちゃんとコンプライアンスが問われるのとは対照的

そもそも、アジャイルソフトウェア宣言が作られた時期の米国IT業界を調べればすぐわかるが、アジャイルソフトウェア宣言は、当時ドットコムバブル崩壊恐慌が始まっていたエンジニア業界が、自分達が失業しないために出した「いつでも何処でも何でもすぐやります宣言に過ぎない。そこにはコンプライアンス文字は無く、スピード以外は無視するという悪い概念が取り入れられた。

今回のキュレーション問題は、そんなアジャイル開発全体の敗北ではないだろうか。スピード感があればなんでも許されるわけはない。「永久ベンチャー免罪符ではない」のフレーズは、その意味も込められている。

ごめん、なんか論点が掴めないや。

もし「実力主義といいながら、大した実力がなくても受かる試験を条件にするなんて矛盾してるから嘘くさい」なら、その講義の内容が経産省(当時はまだ通産相か?)の情報処理技術者試験カリキュラムと被ってたからなんだよね。

から試験に受かれば講義不要、って判断だったみたい。

そのカリキュラムレベルが低すぎるって話なら、それこそFランだし、あるいは上の学校でも基礎レベル講義ってのはあるだろうし…

あるいは、なんか伝わってなかったら申し訳ないけど、この試験は本当に就活時点だけの話だよ。

入社後の研修ではソフトウェア開発(今の応用情報処理)の勉強時間もらえて受かったし、その後は技術資格全然取ってないし…某ERPコンサル資格とかPMPとかなら業務命令で取らさせれたけど。

上流はコンサルをじゃんじゃん入れて、ABAPerもできる人を入れないと

きっこない。となると、社員はなんだ、、プロジェクト管理もまともに

できないし、技術もない、業務も分からない、どうにもこうにもどうしようもない。


だいたい、どこでもそんなものなのだよね。

たとえプログラマとして優秀な社員だったとしても、そういう役割としては

置いてもらえず、PMPとかとって、管理しろ、としかいわないわけだ。

ああ、終わってるな、と。せめて自分だけは何とかしないといけません。
