■シアトル（アメリカ）で使っているサービス

他の人のまとめを見るのは楽しかったので、シアトル（アメリカ）で使ってるサービスのうち、前の記事に書いてないものをリストする。ほとんどはすでに言われているので、追加するものを考えるのにすこし苦労した。友達が少ないので、流行っているかどうかは自信がない。

Venmo

手数料が無料で、個人間でお金の取り引きが簡単にできる。めちゃくちゃ便利。はてぶのコメントでも紹介されていた。友達といっしょにレストランとかスーパーに行ったり、何か建て替えてもらったときに即座に支払いができる。使う頻度が高い。銀行口座とつなげる必要があり、あまりウェブサービスが好きではない系の人に導入してもらうのがややハードルが高いのが曲者。

Shutterfly

写真共有サイト。こどもの学校で撮った写真をクラス内で共有するのに使っている。写真の共有は無料で、その写真を使ってフォトブック、コップ、カバンなどいろいろなオリジナルグッズを作れる。オリジナルグッズはそこそこ高いが、クーポンをいろいろな機会に手に入れることができる。

Craigslist

中古品売買サイト。日本でいうところのメルカリみたいなものだが、メルカリよりだいぶ昔風味なサイトである。車を買ったり、家具を買ったり、なんでも買える。特にメルカリみたいな感じでサービスが充実しているわけではなく、電話番号やメールを晒して個人同士で話しあって、価格や受け渡しなどをする。

TopCashBack

AmazonやWalmartをはじめ、いろんなサイトでキャッシュバックを得られる。日本におけるハピタスみたいな感じのサイト。とりあえず買い物する前にクリックすると、少しずつ現金が貯まる。

Safeway Rewards

近所にあるスーパーのポイントシステム。1ドルにつき1ポイントたまり、100ポイント貯まるとガソリンスタンドで1ガロンあたり0.1ドルの割引になる。アプリがあれば、100ポイントにつき卵1パックとかをくれるのにも使える。他のスーパーにも似たような仕組みがあり、たいていガソリン代が安くなる。

Lyft

Uberの類似サービス。Uberはブラック企業ということになっているので、意識が高い人はLyftを使う。もともとはUberはチップが不必要で、Lyftはチップが必要だったが、いまはUberでもチップを払える。Lyftは同じ時間・場所でも人によって、足元を見て値段を変えてくるという噂。

UberEATS

レストランからご飯を届けてくれるサービス。この分野はものすごく沢山の競合がひしめいている。Grubhub, UberEATS, DoorDash, Clustertruck...競合がたくさんいるので、よく新しいサービスが出てはクーポンが発行され、そのたびに15ドル無料になったりする。

Limebike

シアトルのまちなかにある緑色のシェアバイク。電動のものと電動でないものがあり、電動のものは結構高い。シアトルは夏以外雨が降っているので、あまり盛り上がっている感じではないのと、ヘルメットを持参しなければいけないのが曲者。街中移動には便利。最近はUberがはじめたJumpという赤いシェアバイクもはじまった。昔はofoという黄色いバイクとSpinというオレンジ色のバイクもあったが、駆逐された。その前にもドック型のサービスがあったが、それも駆逐された。新陳代謝がはやい。

Orca

シアトル近辺のバスや電車、フェリーに乗る電子マネー。Suicaみたいなもの。バスや電車乗り換え割引があり、一度バスに乗ってから120分以内なら乗り換え無料という素晴らしい特典があるため、用事を早めに済ませれば片道の値段で家まで帰ってこれる。日本と違い、他社間でもこの乗り換えサービスがあるため、便利である（バス→電車→他社高速バスみたいな移動でも1回分でよい）

Peach

毎日日替わりでいろんなレストランから会社まで昼ごはんを届けてくれるサービス。アプリかウェブサイトで頼んで置くと昼には配達の人が来て、レストランから頼んだご飯を運んでくれる。数人集まって申し込むと、配達してくれるようになる。

Mint

家計簿ツール。いろんな金融機関やクレジットカード、電気会社、保険会社などのアカウントを登録しておくことで、家計がわかる。請求書がいつ来るかもわかる。日本でいうところのZaimとかと似ているサービスである。アメリカは現金を使う機会がほとんどないので、ほぼ自動で家計が把握できる。確定申告ツールで有名なTurbotaxを作っているIntuitがやっている。

Credit Karma

クレジットカードのスコア管理ツール。アメリカではクレジットカードのスコアは重要であり、クレジットカード作成、家のローン、車のローン、学生ローン、アパート契約などいろいろなところにスコアが影響する。その数値が常にわかる。TransUnionとEquifaxの2社が自分のところでは見れる。700あればだいたいよし。

ParentVUE

こどもの小学校の成績・出席・お知らせ管理サービス。こどもの出席日数や、成績などがわかるようになっている。Notificationシステムがあり、たとえばこどもの成績がある数値以下になったらメールを送る機能があり、自分がこどものときにこれがなくてよかったなと思うツールである。

PayPAMS

こどもの小学校の給食費管理サービス。クレジットカードやデビットカードでお金をチャージしておくと、こどもが小学校で給食を食べられる。チャージを忘れると悲惨であるため、額が減ってくるとお知らせメールが来る。こどもは自分に割り当てられたおパスコードを覚えており、それをカフェテリアで打ち込むことで毎日の支払いが完了する。

brightwheel

こどもの幼稚園の園児の様子・親との連絡帳・月謝支払いツール。こどもの幼稚園の写真が日々送られてきて、今週やったこととかが文書で見れる。幼稚園にいったときと帰りには、幼稚園にあるiPadでその日の出席ボタンを押す機能もついている。ボタンを押すとお知らせが来るため、夫婦どちらかが幼稚園で送り迎えをしたときに、ちゃんとされたことがわかる。月謝の支払いもここから。

Carfax

中古車の車の事故履歴を調べるサービス。中古車を買うときに、その車が事故車だとそのあとで壊れる確率が高いため、先に調べておく必要がある。Craigslistなどでほしい車が見つかったら、そのVIN#を入れることで事故歴を調べられる。事故歴の他にも、どこでどのような整備を受けたか、どこの陸運局で登録を更新したかなどが一覧でき、きちんとした整備がされた車かどうかがわかる。これとは別にmy Carfaxというアプリもあり、そちらでは車の整備状態とか、現在の車の価値とかをお知らせしてくれる。

Nextdoor

ご近所さんSocial Network。Facebookのご近所さんバージョン。近くで泥棒が入ったとか、犬がいなくなったから見つけたら教えてとか、家庭教師探してますとか、そういったことが日々話されている。逆にちょっとリスクがあるんじゃないかなとも思っている。

Concur

出張精算ツール。クレジットカードをリンクでき、それをそのまま出張精算に上げることができる。また、領収書をカメラで撮って添付できたり、車の走行距離を調べてくれたりもするので便利である。

GoToMeeting

電話会議ツール。パソコンの画面をシェアしながら複数人で電話会議ができる。音質が高く、安定性も高い。個人的にはSkype BusinessやWebExよりも信頼できるツールである。

DocuSign

電子署名ツール。アパートメントの契約に使われている。契約書を読んだあと、印刷物にサインするかわりにサービス上で電子署名をすることができる。紙と違って自分で保管する必要がないので便利である。

MyIR

予防接種の記録管理サイト。病院やドラッグストアで予防接種をすると、記録が残り、いつそれぞれの予防接種をしたかがわかるようになっている。ここから出力される予防接種記録はこどもの学校入学に必須となっている。予防接種記録は病院でも出してもらうことができるが、結局MyIRと同じものである。

WDFW

ワシントン州魚類野生生物局（WDFW）のサイト。釣り、潮干狩り、猟などのライセンスを購入することができる。これないと基本的には釣りや潮干狩りはしてはいけないことになっている。購入したライセンスは郵便で送られてくるが、ウェブサイトで買った瞬間から有効なものを印刷して携帯すればOK。

License eXpress

ワシントン州の自動車免許・自動車登録の管理サイト。免許の更新や、自動車の登録などをネットで可能。日本でも免許更新や自動車登録に比べはるかに楽に、ネットだけで完結する。

OneChart

病院の記録管理サービス。病院への支払い、医者へのメールでの質問、予防接種記録の管理、健康診断結果の閲覧、過去の検査履歴、アレルギーの登録、処方箋のリクエスト、医者の予約などができる。日本よりすごい優れている。曲者なのは、病院と保険会社との交渉で医療費自己負担額が決まるため、病院にいって数週間や数カ月たってから支払いが来たりすることである。

Verified Volunteer

こどもの学校のボランティア資格証明サービス。アメリカではボランティアが盛んであるが、ボランティアと称して性犯罪者とかが学校に入るのを防ぐため、父母であってもボランティアをする場合はお金を払って犯罪履歴がないことを証明する必要がある。それをオンラインでしてくれるサイト。自腹である。

SignUpGenius

こどもの小学校のボランティア募集サービス。アメリカではボランティアが盛んなので（2回目）、学校からよくボランティアの募集が来る。基本的には早いもの勝ちで、このサービスを通じて手を上げることができる。アメリカの学校は予算が足りてない場合が多く、遠足、健康診断、クラスのお楽しみ会みたいなやつとかでもよくボランティアが招集される。基本的にすぐ埋まるので、ボランティアしたい場合は迅速に手を挙げなければいけない。

Apartments.com

アパートメント検索サイト。家を探すときにはこれでだいたい見繕っておき、予約をとってアパートのツアーをしてもらう。予約なしでもだいたいいけるが、露骨に嫌な顔をされたり、待ち時間が発生したりもする。予約をとっていても待つことがしばしばあるので、そこまで予約は重要ではない（個人的には）

Luxer One

アパートの宅配ボックスサービス。たとえばAmazonで買った荷物は、アパートの宅配ボックスに届く。届いたら、荷物の写真と宅配ボックスを開けるパスコードが自分のメールまたはテキストに送られる仕組み。いつでも荷物を受けとることができるので非常に便利である。

PACER

訴訟記録管理サービス。訴訟記録を調べることができ、たとえばどこの会社がどこの会社にどのような訴状を出しているかを見られる。1検索ごとにどんどん従量課金されていくので、ググる感覚でどんどん使うとお金が結構かかる。けちるためには、どれだけ最短でその訴状にたどり着けるワードを探せるかにかかっている。

SurveryMonkey

サーベイサービス。誰かの発表会があったときに、今回の発表はいかがだったでしょうか、というフォームを作って集計してくれるサービス。なぜこれが使われているのかはよく知らないが、よく送信されてくるのでよく使う。

Marcus

これはサービスというより実は単なる銀行である。銀行ではあるが、カードがなくATMも使えない。単なる普通預金でも利率が高く、今日現在で2.25%である。口座に100万預けておくと、月に15ドルくらい利子がはいるイメージである。余ってお金をここに回しておくとすこし得する。

他にもいろいろありそうだがとりあえず思い出した範囲で。
