この症例報告はHPV ワクチン接種後に単関節炎または多関節炎を発症した2人の日本人少女についての報告である。

細かい内容は各自に読んでいただくとして、この報告の問題点を端的に表すのは以下の一文である。

4. Conclusion
HPV vaccination may occasionally induce true joint lesions.
(Abe et al., 2016:112)

日本語に訳せば「結論：HPV ワクチンは、稀に関節病変を引き起こすかもしれない」といった感じか。

元増田でも指摘したが、疫学的に調査しなければワクチンと疾患の因果関係は明らかにできない。

それにもかかわらず、たった2人の症例報告でこのような結論に達するというのは、どう考えても言い過ぎである。

文章自体は弱い表現(may occasionally)を使っているが、疫学的にはHPV ワクチンと各疾患の関連は概ね否定されているため、結果として強い表現になっており、極めて不適切な結論であると言わざるを得ない。

あるブックマーク コメントへの返答

ROYGB http://www.kobe-np.co.jp/news/iryou/201510/0008513286.shtml のような重い症状の人が未接種者にもいるのかどうかが知りたいところ。
ワクチン未接種だけど同様の症状の人が同程度にいるのならば、ワクチンは無関係だけど。

まず前提として、HPV ワクチンの接種によって各疾患の発症リスクは上昇しないというエビデンスが存在する。

これは元増田で示しており、コメントを下さった方もそれは承知していると思われる。

したがって、上記のブクマコメントは「HPV ワクチンの接種によって、自然に罹患した疾患が重症化するリスクが上昇するのではないか？」という意見だと受け取らせていただいた。

名古屋市の調査結果(*2)を見ていただくとわかるが、「物覚えが悪くなった」「普通に歩けなくなった」「杖や⾞いすが必要になった」等の症状の頻度は接種者と非接種者の間で差がなかった。

また、複合性局所疼痛症候群(CRPS)などの疾患においては記憶障害や運動障害が症状に含まれることが知られており (*3)、HPV ワクチン接種者に特有の症状というのは今のところ見つかっていない。

よって、HPV ワクチン接種による疾患の重症化リスクの上昇は恐らくないものと結論付けても良いだろう。

重症化リスクに着目した論文が見当たらなかったため少々歯切れは悪いが、これで疑問への回答となっただろうか？

これらの記事は主に、HPV ワクチン副反応とHLA型が関連しているという主張および池田氏の発言について批判している。

指摘の内容は基本的に私の書いたものとほぼ同じであり、これについては特に付け加えることもない。

ただ、私がスルーしてしまった点として、鹿児島大のデータで示されている有意差について実際に計算すると有意にならないということが示されている。

試してみると、確かにFisher’s Exactでもカイ二乗でもP＜0.001にはならず、なぜ資料ではこんな値が出されていたのか、大いに疑問である。

実は有意水準ではなくP値の方を1/10してしまったなんてことは......まあ流石に無いだろう。

あたり一帯は標準所得か、標準よりやや高い程度所得層が持つ低層住宅地。

もちろんまったく無関係の住所である可能性もある。

設立は1999年 9月13日となっているが、口座開設という意味なのか

実体会社設立と同一日なのかはなんともいえない。

株式会社ハウルを2006年株式取得、とある。

星出氏ならば仕事上、ニウエが事実上のアダルトドメインだ

という事実は知っていても不思議ではない。

だがそれとパナマ文書の会社と関係があるかどうかは現時点では不明。

今後の実体調査を待つしかない。

「すべてがFになる」アニメ見た人はあれが20年前に描かれた話でトリックだと気づいたんでしょうか？

そういえば、犀川先生は「意味なしジョーク」というものを使いこなしてる。ドラマではあんまり出てこなかったけど、多分意外と考えるのが難しいのだ。

あれはいかにも意味がある駄洒落のように聞こえるけど、実際は意味がまったくない。相手の思考を一時停止させる技だ。

「チャオ」
「何ですか？チャオって」
「さようなら」
「先生、お願いですから、やめて下さい。今どきチャオだなんて……。恥ずかしいわ」
「面白かった?」
「わざとですか？」萌絵はくすっと笑う。「それが、新しいジョーク？」

駄洒落と言ったらおっさんくさいので、言葉遊びと言うことにする。

20周年記念に（？？）そういう言葉遊びを抜粋。森先生のダジャ…言葉遊びの面白いところは、例えば本のタイトルが物語に結構密接に関係しているところ。あとサブタイトルで英語（や日本語）で韻を踏んでいるのに気づいたら面白い。その英語に意味もあるから三回くらい楽しめる。ついでに表紙もオシャレ。

■ここ一句/ここ一首に延々鉄擬人化腐ネタを反応させてる奴がウザい

twitter にツイートをを解析して 575/57577 の音節になった部分をツイートする bot がある

(575は kokodeikku_bot, 57577は kokodeissyu_bot)

ここ数ヶ月、意図的にここに鉄道擬人化ホモネタを延々反応させ続けている異常者がいるので、誰なのか個人的に気になった。

元となる tweet を検索しても結果が出ないので、おそらく鍵をつけているのだろうと思っている。

ので以下の条件でアカウントをリストアップしてみた。これ以上追跡できそうにないので、誰かやってくれ

kokodeikku_bot にフォローされている( tweet を bot に反応させることが出来る)
kokodeissyu_bot にフォローされている( tweet を bot に反応させることが出来る)
protected なアカウントである

元ネタはblanky jet cityの「sweet days」だよ。sweetest Day of May というの今聞いたんだけど、意味合いはさほど変わらないと思った。すいすい言ってるし。ちなみに「すいすいすいようび」の真意は知らない。

On "morasu":

If you mean peeing inappropriately, "wet oneself" is the phrase. "Accident" is also often used for preschool kids.

If you mean pooping, I don't know a typical phrase. I've seen "poop oneself" but that doesn't seem popular. Diarrhea-like situation may be referred as anal leakage or fecal leakage.

Other usage of "morasu" (e.g. himitsu wo morasu) can be just said "to leak".
