If you mean peeing inappropriately, "wet oneself" is the phrase. "Accident" is also often used for preschool kids.
If you mean pooping, I don't know a typical phrase. I've seen "poop oneself" but that doesn't seem popular. Diarrhea-like situation may be referred as anal leakage or fecal leakage.
Other usage of "morasu" (e.g. himitsu wo morasu) can be just said "to leak".
