挑戦的な作品を作っていたのはせいぜいポケモンスナップ（１９９９年）とポケモンGO（２０１６）ぐらいですよね。

カービィボウルの焼き直しをしたり、不思議のダンジョンをやったり、ポケモンレンジャーなるアクションRPGを作ったりと色々やってはいましたが、どれも「１＋１＝２」にすら出来ずに終わっていたような印象があります。

単に既存の作品にポケモンを載せただけというか。

数少ない成功例であるポケモンGOはIngressの無味淡白なゲーム性（ハマる人にすれば「三体」の如くシンプルながら奥が深いクソゲーだったらしいですが）を一新することに成功し「１＋１＝１００」とも言える驚きの進歩を実現しました。

ポケモンという圧倒的なパワーのあるIPを保有していれば、こういった実験を毎年３回ぐらいする余力はあったはずなんですよ。

でもやらなかった。

それどころか、ポケモンアルセウスのような形のゲームデザインに到達するのにさえ２０年以上の歳月を費やし、ポケモンスリープは発表からリリースするだけでとんでもなく待たせた上で「これただダルいだけじゃね？」で終わっております。

おっかなびっくり安全運転な割にはいまいち打率が高くないなんとも頼りないコンテンツ管理者と言わざるを得ません。
