その説明文を、全部じゃないけどログを取っておきました。３本ずつ載せます。元の動画、ＵＲＬがあるものも、無いものもあるけどごめんなさいね。

不満は、言わなければそれでいいのか？
脳内は、静まっていさえすればなんでもいいのか？
疑問を持ったり、よくよく考えて怒ったりすることはとにかく良くないからやめさえすればいいのか。果たして思考停止が『永遠の『宿題』の提出』の最適解なのか？
認知を正常に健全にしておくことはとても大切だけれど、いっぽうで、社会で作ってる普通の規格がはなはだ合わない私たちなので、まだまだこだわるところはこだわっていいのでは。「考え過ぎだよ」とたまにたしなめられると嬉しいくらい、私たちは確かに疲れている。でもやめないで考え過ぎることも物事によっては、必要なのではないかと。

なにが変わるかというと、正規職員複数勤務で開きなさいというルールから、正規職員一人で、あとは非正規、もっとゆるく言うならパートの職員でも開いて営業していいですよと、そういうルールに変わるんだそうです。『朗報』と表現されるということは、人員が不足しているんだろうなと……。非正規の職員でも、教員や保育、看護師などをリタイアした、腕に覚えのある人たちに恵まれるといいなと願います。あとは、腰とか壊しやすそうなので、病気休暇とか労災適用とかの福利厚生も厚くなって欲しい。
個性的な子どもたちと関わりたい、若い人たちも自活していけるように、給料が増えて、専門知識の研修を受けやすくして、正規職員を雇いやすくなるともっと支援は充実するはず。
