別の増田で、ザ・ミレニアムというバンドの「ポップミュージック史上もっとも美しい曲」ということで紹介されていた曲がめっちゃよかった。
しかし考えてみると「美しい曲」というのは，音楽好きの人の、その人なりの価値観がよくあわられる基準だと思った。
だいたい音楽ってものは、記憶なり経験なりから来る思い入れと切り離すのがわりと難しいジャンルだとは思うんだが、「美しい」という基準は、そうしたものと隔絶して存在してるような、そんなイメージがある。失恋したときに聞いてた心にしみる曲とか、そういうの別にどうでもよくて、曲単体でどうしようもなく美しく感じる、というような。
自分の場合だと、ありがちかもしれんが、フレーミング・リップスのRace for the Prizeのイントロなんかが思い浮かぶ。あとはStrawberry Fields Foreverとかかな。あれはもうだめだ。抵抗できる気がしない。
別にどのジャンルの音楽でもかまわないが、増田たちが「美しい」と感じる曲を紹介していただけたら、嬉しい。アニソンでもクラシックでもジャズでもなんでも。

一部の報道で伝えられているとおり、西村博之氏は、世界知的所有権機関（WIPO）の調停仲裁センターに「2ch.net」のドメインの移転を求める申立てをしておりましたが、２０１６年７月２８日付けで、同申立てを棄却するとの裁定が出ました。
これにより、西村博之氏の、同ドメインが違法に乗っ取られたとの従前からの主張が真実ではないことが明らかになりました。なお、同裁定において、Race Queen, Inc は2ch.netのドメインの使用について正当な利益を有する旨が認定されています。（the Panel is of the opinion that the Respondent's use of the Disputed Domain Name constitutes legitimate use under the Policy.）
したがいまして、Race Queen, Inc による2ch.netの管理運営の適法性・正当性が、かかる裁定をもって、正式に認められました。

スターウォーズやスタートレックでメートル法が使われているのは「ヤード・ポンド法を採用するアメリカ人にとっては耳慣れないメートル法がSFっぽく感じるからだ」とするエピソードが広まっている。
