それにくらべて土地の広大な中西部や西海岸は車がなければ不便なので、当選、どこの家にもガレージがあり、ここが若者の格好の練習場所となりました（蛇足ですが、今の日本のロックのサウンドの背景は＜貸しスタジオ＞－－密室－－ではないでしょうか？）。さて、楽器は感覚でどうにか弾けますが、作曲というのは簡単そうでもやはり多少の音楽の素養は必要です。しかし、若者の、なんでもいいからR&Rをやりたい！という想いはこんなことではくじけません。骨と皮だけのロックを、さらに皮も捨てて骨だけにしたのです。それが＜ギター・インストゥルメンタル＞でした。これは、楽器を感覚的にかき鳴らすだけですから、とりあえずだれにでもできました。ジャズの単純化がロックとすれば、これはさらに、ロックの単純化で、その極致であったわけです。

各キャラクターどれも良い味を出しているのに、場面転換が多かったり、
途中に挟まれるサブイベントが多かったり。まぁ良作ではあるけど、名作にはなれない出来だな。
個人的GOTYなんだが。あまり推されていないけど、本当によくできたゲームだとおもう。
数十年前のゲームのがわを使って、こういうゲームをつくれるのはすごい。
youtube実況だと、しゅうゲームズさんと、犬のmidnaさんが好き。
夜中にずっと見ていられる。

なんかテーマが絞られていないというか、あっちにいったり、こっちにいったりというストーリーで、
レベルファイブの現在の迷走をあらわすようなストーリー。出来はいいです。
でも、パンチが足りない。
ドンキーで手に汗にぎると書いてしまったが、こっちはもっとだった。
リプレイが速いので、死んでもすぐに繰り返せるのがよい。
むしろ死ぬのも楽しくなってくる。クリアできた時の快感はひとしお。ゲームっぽいゲーム。
特に期待していなかったが、色物は発売日に買うタイプの人間なので、買ってみたら予想以上に出来が良かった。
ゲームだから筋トレを続かせられるというゲーミフィケーション部分は多くの人が指摘しているが、
筋トレをカウントしてくれる機能（つまりゲームから人間側ではなく、人間側からゲーム側へのフィードバック）が重要だと感じる。
スクワット50回するときに、自分で1回, 2回と数えなくても、ゲーム側があと30回、あと5回とカウントしてくれるので、
脳のリソースが節約されて、筋トレのみに集中できるのがよいところではないかと。まだクリアしてないけど。
ふっつうに面白いぞ。これ。マリオメーカー2がなければswitchのGOTYでもいいレベルだ。
ジム戦が熱いのが良い。こういうのでいいんだよ、こういうので。
ネットワーク回りはクソofクソ。
任天堂のIPの中でうまく現代的に落とし込めたのはゼルダBOTWだろうけど、
風花雪月もシミュレーションRPGというカビの生えたジャンルの中で、うまく現代化に成功した稀有な例だと思う。
F-ZEROはあきらめたので、スターフォックスがんばってほしいけど、スターフォックスゼロの出来がなぁ…

ステルス要素ってのは、敵に発見されないように、ゴールまで行かなきゃいけない要素で、
別ゲーでいきなりそれが始まって、ピコーンとか言って見つかったら
「ち、もう一回最初からやり直そう」「発見されたと思ったが、今のは夢だったみたいだ」
といったクソ台詞で何度もやり直しを強いられるクソ要素のことだぞ。

前者は人工甘味料を加えたアルコール飲料のほうが通常のアルコール飲料と比べて呼気中のアルコール濃度が有意に増加するという報告であり、後者は人工甘味料を加えたアルコール飲料ではアルコール吸収速度が増加するという報告である。特に後者は、メカニズムに関する考察があり、興味深い。
『レヴェナント』はめちゃくちゃ難解なんですが、ポイントを押さえれば、イニャリトゥ監督の過去の作品と大してテーマは変わんねぇことが分かります。
イニャリトゥ監督はデビュー作『アモーレス・ペロス』から前作『バードマン』までひたすら「親子」をテーマに映画を撮り続けてきた監督です。なので『レヴェナント』でもテーマは「親子」です（インタビューでもそう言っています）。もうちょい言うと、『レヴェナント』では「親の子に対する愛がいかに深いか」ということを描いてます。
主人公グラス（ディカプリオ）の台詞をちょっと考えてみれば分かります。
“All I had was my boy... but he took him from me.“
「私にとって息子は全てだった。しかしフィッツジェラルドは私から息子を奪った。」
“I ain't afraid to die anymore. I've done it already.”
「私はもう死ぬことを怖れていない。私は既に死んでいる。」
これはグラスが救出された後にヘンリーに語った言葉ですが、この2つの台詞から分かることは、①グラスにとって息子ホークは生きる意味そのものであったこと、②グラスは物語のどっかで既に死んでいて、それにもかかわらず基地までたどり着いたということです。
死んでます。具体的にはフィッツジェラルドにより埋葬された後、息子ホークの死亡を確認した時点で力尽きています。通常、熊に襲われて、内蔵が見えてしまっていて、脚は複雑骨折、その上発熱していて、ろくな治療を受けられないまま生き埋めにされたら（さらに生きがいであった息子が殺されたら）、それは死ぬだろ、と思いませんか。
あれは肉体が死亡していながら精神の力（息子を愛する力）だけで動くゾンビみたいなもんです。ジョジョを読んでる人は、ボスにぶっ殺された後のブチャラティみたいなもんだと思ってください。
小難しい話になりますが、イニャリトゥ監督は前作『バードマン』で死と再生の話を描いていて、映画では好んで用いられるモチーフです（『鏡』、『8 1/2』など）。主人公が死んで復活するというのは映画では珍しい話ではありません。
加えて、本作のタイトルが"Revenant"（つまり「死から蘇った者」〔someone who has returned from the dead〕）であることもこの説を補強します。
解釈の問題になりますが、海外サイトの中には、グラスは死にそうになるたびに、野生動物に生まれ変わった（死と再生）のだとする説がありました。
最初は熊です。これはグラスが熊の毛皮を着て、熊の爪のネックレスを身につけ、川で魚を手づかみにし（木彫りの熊ですね）、それを生のままかじり付いていた点に表れています。
次は狼です。これはインディアンにバッファローの肉を求める際、四つん這いに這いつくばって、人にへつらっていたことと、投げられた肉を生のまま貪りついていたことから分かります。
その次は馬です。これは文字通り馬の腹から這い出てきたことから分かります。
最後になんかの肉食獣です。これは最後の戦いでわざわざ銃を捨てて、斧（牙）とナイフ（爪）で戦っていることから分かります。
グラスはこれらの野生動物に生まれ変わる過程で回復していったと見ることができます。
愛です。
ここも解釈ですが、息子を失って生きる意味を失った以上、野生動物と同然の存在に成り下がったと見られるのではないでしょうか。
グラスが一匹狼のインディアンから教わった言葉です。「神の手」というのが直接的には川下に居たインディアン（リーさん）だったため、海外サイトではリーさんは神の復讐の代行者であると言う人が多かったです。「インディアンがあんなに近くに居るのに川に流したら殺されるに決まってるだろ」と言う人も居ますが、個人的には死と再生を繰り返したグラスさんの聖人パワーでリーさんを引き寄せたと思っています。つまり愛の力です。
あの表情には元ネタがあります。タルコフスキーの『僕の村は戦場だった』のイワン君(12歳)の表情です（https://vimeo.com/153979733のラスト）。どういうときの表情かというと、まずイワン君はソ連の少年兵なのですが、ナチスに母と妹を殺されています。そんで夜中に1人でナチス軍に対する戦いをシミュレーションしている最中にあの表情をします。つまり、純粋さと愛にあふれた少年の心が、ナチスに対する復讐心で壊れかかっているときの表情です。これをグラスに類推するなら、あの表情は、復讐を終えたことで（生きる意味を再び失ったことで）グラスの精神が壊れかかっている（もしくは壊れてしまった）ことを意味しているのではないでしょうか。
あの吐息音をめぐって、海外掲示板では「グラスは死んだのか否か」について熱い議論が交わされています。これは監督の前作『バードマン』でもあった論争で、そこでの論争が、主人公は生きているという決着で終わったため、今回もグラスは生きているだろうという説が有力です。ただ、私の考えとしては、グラスは精神力（愛の力）だけで動くゾンビ状態なので、その精神が崩壊した以上、グラスは真の意味で死亡したと思っています。ジョジョを読んでる人はシルバー・チャリオッツ・レクイエム出現後のブチャラティを（略
愛する息子を殺され、肉体的に死亡した主人公が、愛の力で死と再生を繰り返し、敵に神罰を与えて、やっと死ぬ話です。つまりテーマは親の子に対する深い愛です。
ちょっと違いますが、そういう側面があった可能性が高いです。というのは、イニャリトゥ監督が今回の撮影で目標とした映画というのが、①黒澤明『デルス・ウザーラ』、②コッポラ『地獄の黙示録』、③タルコフスキー『アンドレイ・ルブリョフ』、④ヘルツォーク『フィッツカラルド』、⑤ヘルツォーク『アギーレ/神の怒り』だからです。映画ファンであればすぐ分かるのですが、これらは映画史上最も撮影が困難だった映画群です。例えば④の『フィッツカラルド』なんかは巨大な蒸気船を滑車を使って実際に山越えさせています。つまり、監督が映画史に残る過酷な映画撮影がやりたかったところに、アカデミー賞がどうしても欲しかったディカプリオと利害が一致した、というのが真相なのではないかと思っています。
掘り起こそうと思えばたくさんあります。例えば『レヴェナント』では上記の表情以外にもタルコフスキー作品からの引用が多い（「宙に浮く女性」、「貧しい人にご飯を分け与える姿」、「鳥」、「隕石」）のですが、それがただタルコフスキーの真似をしたかっただけなのか、意味があるのかがよく分かりません。それとフィッツジェラルドが神について2回話すシーンがあるのですが、その意味がよく分かりません。
それと、作中何度も繰り返される"As long as you can still grab a breath, you fight."という台詞の意味が実はまだよく分かっていません。特に、エンドロールが始まってからも聞こえる吐息音を考え合わせると、グラスが生きている説も導き出せるため、重要な要素である可能性があります。何か思いついたり新情報が出たらこっそりこの記事を訂正するかもしれません。
