Macだと何かやりたいとか困ったりしたときにネットで調べたらちゃんと情報が出てくる
SurfaceとかLavieとかHP PavilionとかThinkpadはみんなWindows搭載しているけれど
実際に使ってみて困ることってWindows部分だけじゃなくて、そのPC特有のことが多い
メーカーが勝手に付加してるパフォーマンスコントローラー系のソフトウェアが原因のこともあるけど
そもそもCPUがIntelだったりAMDだったり、その中でもモデルナンバーや世代が全然違ったりするし
GPUもバラバラ、USBコントローラーも全然違うので困ったときにググってでてきた情報で直らないってのが多い
かといってSurfaceとかLavieとかで調べてもユーザー数が少なすぎて全然ヒットしないし
GPU特有だったり相性問題だったりすると原因を特定するのにめちゃくちゃ時間がかかる
もちろんMacもIntelだったりM1だったりM2だったりするわけだけど
Apple Siliconが出てきて結構経ったので困ることはなくなったし
何より気にするのは基本的にそこだけだからWindowsとは桁違いにトラブルが少ない
（Intel一色だった頃はもっとトラブルが少なかったのは確かだけど）
同じことがiPhoneとAndroidにも言えて、iPhoneで困ったら周りに聞けばいいしネットで調べたら情報が出てくる
Androidだと周りに全く同じ機種使ってる人がいる確率は低いし
機種によって付加されてる機能が違うしAndroidのバージョンも違うし
おまけにプリインストールされてるゴミアプリのせいでバグってる可能性もあったりして解決まで時間がかかる
結局はマジョリティに乗るのがトラブルが少ないからみんなそうするんだよね
もちろん自己解決できる情報強者はお好みのスペックを選ぶなり自作するなりすればいいんだけど
一般人はそんなことに興味がないんだよね
