Być może się czepiam, ale gdyby Luthor się w tym filmie nie przedstawił, nie miałbym pojęcia kim właściwie jest ten rudy gość, który z jakiegoś powodu postanowił być bardzo złośliwy.

That start gives off a strange whiff of competition with—or emulation of—Marvel’s irrepressibly successful “Avengers” films, the first of which, in particular, is an unabashed post-9/11 allegory. O Wonder Woman, która zgodnie z obietnicami zadebiutowała w tym filmie mogę w sumie napisać tylko tyle, że… do tej roli wybrano świetną aktorkę. Przynajmniej z wyglądu, bo po tych strzępkach dialogów, które pojawiają sie na ekranie z jej udziałem ciężko się zorientować kim właściwie jest ta pani, która w pewnym momencie pojawia się z tarczą i mieczem u boku Supermana i Batmana.

アメリカン・コミックスにウォッチメンってのがあって、映画にもなってる。
長く冗長で無駄に大味なセックスシーンとか暴力描写とかアメコミの再現度は高いんだが、おすすめはしない。
その中に、ロールシャッハってキャラクターが出てきて、白黒ハッキリ付けたがる。絶対に妥協しない。悪を許したりグレーな領域を認めたりしない。
杓子定規というのとはちょっと違って、Justiceという単語がぴったりな、盲目で剣を持ち天秤で判断する正義の女神のグロテスクな表現に見える。
パチンコ、という遊びがある。まあギャンブルだ。スロットもそうだな。
法の下の平等や、実態としての賭博の規制などを鑑みると、そこにあるのは不正義だな。正しくない。
射幸心を煽り、勤労意欲を削ぎ、経済に影響を及ぼすので、ギャンブルは悪いことだとされている。
ただ、公営ギャンブルという存在を見ても分かる通り、お上の管理する賭博は良しとされている。
昭和の時代までは、競輪競馬競艇オートレースは、地方自治体を潤すお財布だった。
意識している人が少なくなるようにイメージ操作してるが、宝くじもギャンブルには違いない。
刑法が取り締まるギャンブルもそのものズバリ「賭博及び富くじに関する罪」だ。富くじは宝くじと同じだな。
どうやったって一定数そういうのをしたがるヤツがいるなら、お上がコントロールしてやるのが一番効率が良い。
変に潜らず目に見えるところでやるなら、パチンコみたいに、民間委託するのも、まあコントロールの範囲内だ。
繰り返しになるが、これは不正義だ。まったくもって正しくはない。
じゃあこれが正義、つまりは法律が正しく運用されて、かつ、ある程度吸収できるような方策を考えると、手詰まりになったりする。
つまりパチンコパチスロに慣れたジャンキーを吸収できる公営ギャンブルを設立できるかという問題だ。公営カジノが一番近いがやはり違う。
あの客層をそっくり収容できる娯楽施設が、まだ世の中に存在しない。
何度もパチンコが危機を乗り越えて存続している一つの大きな要因だ。
ただ、この世界もそろそろ終わりになってる。何度も繰り返しになるが、いままでが不正義で、正しくなかった。
ドヤ街に日雇い集めてその中で完結させる、日雇い払いの賃金を酒や焼き鳥で消費させて次の日に回す、働けなくなったらホームレスになって、働けないほど体が悪いから遠からず冬を越せずに死ぬ。つまりはそういうスラムが日本にもあった。他所の国のスラムに比較すれば健全なのかもしれないが。
本来正しくは生活保護を受けて、健康で文化的な生活が送れることが保障されている人たちだ。
この国が整備しているシステムが正しく運用されていれば、乞食は存在しない。
浮浪者も、餓死者も、それを望まない人たちはそうならないように文面では既になってる。
そして正しく運用されていないという不正義が問題視される程度には、日本は先進国となり、社会的に成熟してきつつある。
苛烈な正しさは、見える範囲の綺麗さと見えない部分への皺寄せという形をとることが多いが、シワを隠せる領域が減ってきている。
見えないところに追いやってそれとなく回していた不正義が許されなくなり、破綻しないようにさらに外側にシワを寄せようとしている。
東京のイベントに向けて、都内は綺麗になっていき、そのシワを吸収するべく既に受け皿ができていくように見える。見えない人もいるだろうけど。
でもきっと、そういう外出しした不正義も、糾弾されていくんだろうな。
例えばフィリピーナをネット越しに英語教師にするのは、日本に連れてきた移民を低賃金で働かせるより問題になりにくい。
同一労働に対して低賃金払っていることには変わりないけれども。
さらに苛烈な不正義を先に糾弾すべきというのは方法論として正しいし酷い現場はまだまだある。
海外へ仕事出す先が高賃金化でどんどん移動してるというのも、不正義だとはみなされにくい。
結局何が言いたいかというと、盲目のまま正義を無条件に実行すると、そこには正義だけが残るんじゃないかってこと。
理念への純粋性は美しいけど、たいてい現場の泥臭さが勝ってきた。
ものすごく卑近な例で言えば、シリア難民を救うために、とりあえず日本人とシリア人とで子作りして、それから在留許可を求めるという手段は難民申請よりもずっと現実的だし少子化対策にもなる。もちろん足元を見た人身売買だし、偽装としない為に子供を産むことになるし、当然に非人道的だろう。
この例は極端だから、この例なら文字通り死ぬほうがマシだったりするだろう。それがほんとにマシかは本人にしか解らないけれども。
でもきっと、正しければ多少の人死はやむを得ないというのは、すぐそこだと思う。
浮浪者はテントを張れなければ死ぬが、収容施設に入らない人間が死ぬのは自業自得だと思う人間が多数派になった時、対象は浮浪者から高齢者になり無職者になり、いずれ低所得者になるんじゃないかと、今から自分は怯えている。

11. 軍事を目的とした産業はダメというのが抜けているし、いろいろ直訳っぽい。『日本国がその経済を持続するため、および物資的賠償を可能にするための産業を維持することを許可する。ただし、新たな戦争に向けて軍事力を復活させる目的のものは許可されない』。原文の"permit the exaction of just reparations in kind"は正直なところ意味が曖昧だと思う。just reparations in kindということは「物資的な賠償」だと思うのだけど、これは誰に向けての賠償なのか？なぜ金銭的な賠償ではないのか？がちょっと不明。
あと『この目的を達成するために、原材料を入手することを許可するが、支配することは許されない。』
"Eventual"は『そのうち』『長期的』という意味だと思う。
