これは、復活のお知らせメールみたいなんだけど、赤版て書いてあるの？

１文目にある"was suspended"を垢BANと解釈したけど、ちょっと言い過ぎかもしれないかな。

とりあえず、垢止めはされた。で、最後に今後の使い方次第では垢BANするから気をつけろよ、と書いてある。
