copilotと書かれていると「コピロット……コピロート……コパイロット？」と読みを考える時間が発生してしまう

いや、この疑問は別の論点が眠っている気がする

何故pilotはピロートではなくパイロットと読むのか？

なんでiをイではなくアイと読んでいるんだ

likeのように末尾がeのときじゃないとアイと読まないルールではなかったのか

・ドイツ語だとpilotはピロートと読む　流石ドイツ語だ、ここら辺の発音ルールは厳格なイメージがある

・英語で末尾e（というか母音）じゃなくてもiをアイ発音する単語は結構ある　例えばvirusとか　日本語だとウィルス……英語だとヴィールス……と思いきやヴァイルスと発音しているようだ
