この僕にしても、ちょっと油断しただけで、虹の橋が見えてきて、生きた心地がしなくなる。
だからこそ最近は、自宅でひとりきりの時も、シャドーボクシングならぬ、シャドートーキングとして、目の前にドッペルゲンガーの僕がいると想定し、ひっきりなしに喋るようにしている。
もしくは、僕の作業部屋――、後ろでいつも見守ってくれている、グッドガイ人形のチャッキーに、「おめめパッチリで可愛いな」「おまえのクレイジーさを見習うぜ」などと話し掛けて、心を上向かせてゆく。
要するに、『セルフトーク（心の声）』の狂気版であり、なるべくアホでポジティブな話題を、たった1人の時にもばら撒いて、頭を前向きにバグらせる……という寸法。
ではなぜ、これらの事を全力でやるのかと言えば、いつだって鬱々しさのスタートは、『自分の視線が脳に向かう感覚』『意識が内側に閉じこもる感覚』から始まるゆえ、思いつきの言葉を物理世界に投げ込むことで、悩ましさから脱出するのだ。
それだけじゃなく、なるべく貧乏揺すりをしたり、部屋の中でも歩き回ったり、横になる時間を減らしたりして、自動的な思考を止めるようにしている。
正直な話、なんの安定感もない暮らしの為、横断歩道を渡っているとき、4トントラックで跳ねられたくなったり、交番の前を通っているとき、発狂した警察官に射殺されたくなったりと、「そろそろ魂を休ませたいな」と、しょっちゅう願ってしまう。
これってのは、鬱症状だとか、考え過ぎだとか、そうした個人の問題ではなく、社会病理――是正されない格差の問題だ。
たとえばアメリカでは、学歴の格差、経済の格差により、尊敬されたり、感謝されたり、愛し愛されたりする機会を損失し、やり甲斐をなくして不健康になり、そのままぶっ倒れてしまう事を、『絶望死』と呼んでいるらしい。
よくよく思い返してみれば、そんな別大陸の話をせずとも、僕たちが住む日本――『氷河期世代』以降の人々はとくに、薄給の非正規がゴロゴロといて、ストレスだらけで暴飲暴食し、孤独な日々で自暴自棄になり、身も心もズタボロであるから、「続々と早死にするのではないか？」と言われている。
稼ぎを得る体力/知力/精神力も……技術も人脈も資金力もないとなれば、年々、生命力が衰えるごとに、より不安定で貧窮した暮らしになりやすい。
こうした現実を直視すると、「不幸のどん底に堕ちる前に、若年性のぴんぴんころりで、さくっと全てが終わったら良いな」と、巨大なる虚無感に襲われる。
だからこそ、頭のネジを外して問題を起こしまくるか、死んだ魚の目でぼけ～っと過ごすか……そうやって自分の心を守る為に、極端に生きがちになる。
よく世間では、『中庸こそが幸せの秘訣』と叫ばれる――「何かに偏らずに、真ん中の道をゆっくりと進もう！」という教えだが、そんな悠長な事は言っていられない。
統計的に見ても、経済的に困窮した弱者は、健康を害しやすく、孤独を来しやすく、早死にしやすいからだ。
――そうは言いながらも、闇雲に生き急いでしまうと、ちっちゃなミスを連発し、コツコツと修行できなくなり、周囲の人間をないがしろにし……などなど、より一層、ピンチを招きやすくなる。
だからこそ僕は、カオス型の幸福論――『矛盾を愛する、混沌を愛する、狂気を愛する』、そんな姿勢を磨き上げて、ぐちゃぐちゃな日々に突入しても、それを全てネタにして物を書き、腹の底から喚き散らして、己が生きている全時間を、無条件で肯定してゆきたい。
ちなみに、僕がハマっているお笑い芸人、ヘッドライトの町田（50歳/男性/独身）は、寝る間を惜しんで、バラエティ番組を片っ端から録画し、DVDの整理整頓をし続けている。
しかも、バイトとダビング作業で忙しいゆえ、録るだけ録っておきながら、ろくに視聴していないらしい。
もはや録画の為の録画であり、ただの惰性というか、「きっと将来に役立つんだ」「大事な物なんだ」と固く信じて、心の安定を得る為の、儀式みたいなモンなのだろう。
こうやって頭をバカにせねば、売れていない現状で目が痛い……

Eventually, an investigation came to Cinderella's house. That's when we all looked at her mother and child after she was discharged from the hospital, and of course her sister didn't fit.
So all that was left was Cinderella. Then, her sister said to Cinderella, ``Hell suits you better than this world.''
She was of course the perfect size for Cinderella.
However, she protested her innocence, saying that I hadn't gone to the ball and there was no dress anywhere in the house to prove it.
However, the prince showed him an empty pack of cigarettes that had been discarded in a trash can and said, ``This is the same brand that the criminal was smoking that time.Why?''
I unbuttoned all the buttons on her jacket.
