2020年3月3日 ビックカメラ.comにて予約注文を無断キャンセルされました。
キャンセルされたのはバンダイから発売されるフィギュア「S.H.Figuarts（真骨彫製法） 仮面ライダーオーズ タジャドル コンボ」です。
仮面ライダーシリーズを観始めたのもオーズからでそれ以降のシリーズは通して視聴していますが、それ以前のシリーズはYoutubeの東映チャンネルで配信されたシリーズで気になった物を観る程度です。所謂にわかファンというやつです。
それでもオーズは仮面ライダーを視聴するきっかけとなった大好きな番組でタジャドルコンボはお気に入りのフォームの一つです。
仮面ライダー(オーズ)ファンの中でもタジャドルコンボは人気があり最終回のアンクが自身のコアメダルを映司に託す展開に胸が熱くなった方も多いでしょう。
ライダー玩具も沢山コレクションしている訳ではありません。好きなライダーのCSMドライバーを購入したり、Figuartsも欲しいと思った物を時々購入している程度です。
そんな私も真骨彫のタジャドルの情報(画像)を見た時は「絶対欲しい！」と思いました。
しかし販売方法は一般店頭予約・・・数に限りがあるということです。
真骨彫シリーズに限った話では無いですが、子供やコレクターに人気のある玩具は転売屋の商材としてよく狙われます。
そういった人気の玩具はネット予約だと予約開始1分足らずで完売することもあります。
ネット上では争奪戦になることが予想されており私も覚悟しました。
人気商品の予約はこれが初めてでは無くできる限りの準備をしておこうと、購入候補のいくつかのネットショップに予めログインしておき16時を待ちました。(会社のPCでこっそりやりました)
ビックカメラ.comにて商品をカートに入れて決済しようとしますがやはり混雑している為中々進みません・・・。
見切りをつけて別のショップで購入しようと思った矢先に購入完了の画面が！
心底ホッとして注文完了メールを確認した後にブラウザで開いていたショップのタブを閉じました。
複数買いは必要ありません。複数欲しくなる気持ちは分からなくはないですが、１つあれば十分です。
翌日3月3日 15:02。ビックカメラからメールが届いていました。

血の気が引きました。
キャンセルされたのは3月2日の16：01注文の商品、つまり真骨彫タジャドルです。
サポートセンター「お客様自身でキャンセルした訳でなく勝手にキャンセルされたということですね。調べて折り返し連絡いたします。」
きっと何かの間違いだ、キャンセルは取り消されるだろう・・・そう思ってました。
サポートセンター「お客様の登録情報や購入履歴を参照して判断しキャンセルさせて頂きました。」
私「キャンセルされる意味が分かりません。キャンセルされた理由を教えて下さい。」
サポートセンター「これ以上お答えすることはできません。利用規約にも記載されています。」
こんなやり取りを何度も繰り返しました。納得できる回答を得られないので当然でしょう。
そのやり取りの中でいくつかの回答が得られました。
・氏名や住所等の情報に偽りがある為のキャンセルではない(登録情報を見直しましたが全て正しく情報が登録されていました)
・特定地域への発売を制限するものではない(私は両親共に日本人の日本生まれ日本国籍持ちで日本在住の純粋な日本人です)
ビックカメラ系列の店舗で複数予約していたり、自動購入ツールを使用すると購入がキャンセルされる場合があるとのこと。
両方共私に当てはまりません。会員情報や通信ログを調べてもそういった事実は出てこない無いと言い切れます。
ではなぜキャンセルされたのか？
そういえばサポートセンターは「購入履歴を参照して判断しキャンセル」とも言っていました。

それ以前には2015～2017年に実店舗でPCサプライの購入履歴が数点あるだけでした。
頻繁にショップを利用しないと予約の優先順位を下げられたりするのでしょうか？それとも過去に真骨彫及び仮面ライダーの玩具を購入していないと駄目とか？
ビックカメラはポイント分他のショップよりお得だったりするので予約競争率が高く過去に何度か予約に失敗したことがあります。
同じような方や新規でアカウントを作って購入履歴の無い方もキャンセルされたのでしょうか？
アカウントへの不正アクセスによるキャンセルは無いでしょう。ビックカメラのサポートセンターがキャンセルしたと言っているのですから。
仕事場から予約したのが関係している？一般光回線で普通のWindows10PCです。自宅から予約しているのと何も変わりません(就業規則的には問題有ですが)。
サポートセンターの対応は私に明らかな非があるような物言いでした。
改めて言いますが、私は不正行為に手を染めず正規の手段で商品を予約しました。
にも拘わらず予約を無断で、理由の説明も無くキャンセルされたのです。
大企業特有の融通が利かない、と言うべきか一度決まった事を絶対に覆さない様な対応に私はビックカメラからの購入を諦めました。
こんな散々な対応をされて今後もビックカメラで商品を購入する訳がありません。
貯まっていたポイントを消化してビックカメラのアカウントは削除します。
まさかポイントの使用すらキャンセルされないでしょうね・・・。
当然他のネットショップの予約は終了しており、行ける範囲のお店に確認しましたが予約は行っておらず当日発売のみとのことでした。
始めからビックカメラで予約に失敗していれば他のショップで予約できていた可能性はありますが後の祭りです。
転売屋から購入する気など更々無いので当日朝から並ぶしか方法はありません。競争率が低いことを祈るばかりです。
予約できて一安心していた所を勝手にキャンセルされたショックは大きいですが、にわかファンなのが幸いしてかメンタルブレイクはしていません。
フルコンプ目指している方がこんな目に合ったら絶望してファントムを生み出してそうです。
長々とビックカメラについて書きましたが根本的な問題はバンダイの商品予約方法や供給量の問題であったり、ネットオークションでの転売が横行している事にあります。
バンダイは増産決定やその告知を早急にすべきですし、商品を転売目的で大量購入し定価の何倍もするような値段で出品する行為は法規制されるべきです。
マスクやトイレットペーパーといい転売屋は一度痛い目に合わないといけませんね。というか転売屋は一人残らず死滅して下さい。来世は寄生虫がお似合いです。
怒りのような悲しみのような複雑な心境で何か形に残しておこうと思って拙い文章で書き記しましたがこんなこともあるんだなぁ程度に思って下さい。

エラーバー幅はSDです。粒子数20で完全均一濃度、均一分散でもSDは図より大い。
また、20と120のSDが同じはあり得ません。手描き捏造以外あり得ません。そもそも原データがないでしょう

日本人は時間の観念に優れていると言われてきた。時間管理のもっとも重要なのは体感時間の精度を高めることだよ。キミィ。かのナポレオンが時間意識と称したもの。
日本男児たるもの女性といんぐりもんぐりしてる間にも時間の観念を持たねばならない、と。つまりだ、ここで時計をこまめに見て予想時刻とのズレを算出するのだ。
いま7:28かなと思ったら7:28:50でした。誤差50秒。どんなもんだい。誤差が30秒以内なら10点、1分以内なら5点、3分以内なら1点、10分以内なら0点、それ以上ならマイナス3点。まず100点から。
いやはや我々が現実と思っているものは、仮構の現実、歪められた現実だったのだ。それはリアリティのワンノブゼムに過ぎないであるから個人や集団にとって最良の選択はいわんや世間一般で言う現実とは相容れない部分も少なくないのであるからして。
これまでの現実観念を抜本的に捨て去り現実そのものを再定義・再ルール(re-rule)せねばなるまい。これが我々の結論。
そして時間の観念を再構築する手っ取り早い手法がこれ。いま流行のゲーミフィケーション(gamificationゲーム化)。
時間の観念を形成する最大のメリットは期限を守れることにあるのではない。そんなものは副産物にすぎぬ。本当の効果は時間のつぶさな分割化にある。
「ゆっくり反省する」と我々は言うがそれは間違いだ。下手をすると不毛な思考の連鎖に陥る。役に立つ反省の仕方を教えよう。正確には「ゆっくり行動しながら内省的な気分で反省する」が正しい。
ネットノマドにも分かりやすい言葉で言うとプログラミングにおけるステップ実行だ。つぶさな分割という視点は時間の観念ひいては人生そのものをも揺るがすことを覚えておこう。
