この指摘は、現代の音楽制作における問題にも通じるものがあるのではないだろうか。チームの肥大化と制作規模の拡大に伴い、個々のクリエイターの芸術性が発揮しづらくなり、音楽のおもしろさが失われていくのではないか？分業と専門化が進むほど、全体を見渡せる人材が不足し、音楽の芸術性が損なわれるという事態が、いま起こっているのではないか。

初めてのSteamゲーム。パッケージ買ったのにSteamをインストールさせ沼。
プレイ時間が長いのはクエストを全てこなしたからかな。乱殺までしてないです。
リマスターは出るんですかね。

北朝鮮は20世紀末に大飢饉に襲われ多くの餓死者を出した。その頃は日本のメディアでも頻繁に報道され、我々の北朝鮮のイメージはその頃で固定されてしまっていると思う。元増田もそのイメージのままなのではないだろうか。
北朝鮮だってその後手をこまねいていたわけではなく、年々農業の生産能力を向上させている。2006年の核実験の頃には輸入や援助が完全ストップしても何とかなるくらいには回復していたらしい。
農業生産量については国連に素直に信じて良いのかわからない数値が年1回報告がなされるだけで謎に包まれている。1990年代の飢饉以前は単位面積あたりで見ると、世界で最高に生産性の高い国を上回る量を報告していた。飢饉になってからは援助を引き出すために一気にその量を減らした。そして今はまた実際よりも多い量を報告していると見られている。そういう研究は衛星からのリモートセンシングなどを使って韓国のシンクタンクが行っている。その分析結果の報道は英語圏でもめったにないし、日本では多分全く無いのではないだろうか。日本語では救う会のホームページが一番詳しかった。
一昨年の春、北朝鮮での旱魃の報道が日本でも割とされていたが、その年は後半が豊作で、通年で見たらまあまあだったという。後半の豊作の報道は日本国内で全く無かった。去年も春先に旱魃が発生していたが、その後どうなったかの報道は見ていない。
農業生産量の改善については金正恩になってから特に改善が著しいらしい。もともとたいして工夫されていなかったので灌漑用の池を作ったり、肥料の流通を良くしたりしただけでかなりの改善が見られるという。あと金正恩は農家が収穫の一定割合を自分のものにできるようにしたとかで、農家のやる気を引き出しているのだそうな。
2年前、韓国のシンクタンクは全国民を養うのに十分な生産量には1割ほど足りないが、輸入が全量ストップしても困るほどではないという感じの見立てをしていた記憶がある。中国から肥料の輸入が止まると困るかもしれないという分析もあったかも。
