そんでスイッチを自分で好みのやつを選べるから海外のYouTuberあたりがアホほどレビューしてる色んなブランドを漁って参考にするわけね
スムーズな感触でいい音がするリニアスイッチにするもよし、丸いひっかかり感がある人気のタクタイルスイッチを見繕うもよしよ
スイッチがついてこないなんて、はんだ付けが必要なんでしょう？と思いきや基盤にホットスワップソケットが装着されてるものがあってズブリと差し込むだけでいいのもあるんですわ
キーキャップもついてこなくてそういうのもキーキャップセットで買おうとすると中々良いお値段がするのもあったりして沼が深いんですわ

At first, I would like to introduce myself, I move to overseas due to the ordering of my company about 2 years ago when my TOIEC score is just 400, but I don't know it now.

I forgot that this is a diary, today, I went to laundry shop via the car by my drive.
After, I went to the Japanese restaurant and ate the Karaage-teishoku(this is the Japanese-style fried chicken with steamed rice and miso soup, Teisyoku meaning is a meal set, like a salad and soup for main dish.). It was very delicious, I was sure that it can be supplied in Japan.
And, I tried to the credit card that is new one, but it was not working. This country's infrastructure is not good then I assumed that that is a cause, but I met same problem other places then I think this card or my information have a cause, I went to the bank, but it is closed, I'm too late.

Python 情報サイトの老舗である Python Japanの初心者向けコンテンツ。若干覚える量が多いので挫折が心配になる分量ではあるが、普通の初心者を意識した内容であり、初学者にもおすすめできる範囲の内容と考える。
勿論、有償の書籍のほうが充実したものも多いだろうが、無償の中では比較的初心者向け。

動画で学べるのとそこそこの範囲を網羅しているのと、環境はサービスが提供しているのでインストール周りを気にしなくていいのがメリットとなる。
逆にいうと説明が音声のみなので自分のペースで進めたい人には少しもどかしいかも知れない。
有料サービスに申し込むとエンジニアに質問ができるということなので詰まった時にいいのかも知れない

特に第一回目はわからないところは無視してスルーしないと、難しそうな資料だと勘違いされそうなので、構成もう少し考えればいいのにと思う。
このレベルの情報が無料公開されているのは純粋に素晴らしいと思える。

「Python ゼロからはじめるプログラミング 」の著者が、著書の副読本的にまとめたPDF（スライド）が公開されたページ。網羅性も高く、図解もありそれなりにわかりやすい。
ただし、著書を教科書として授業する際に便利な資料として想定したものと思われ、詳細な解説は著書を参照という内容になっているため、初心者向けかと言われると少し悩んでしまう。
プログラムに関する知識がまったくない人であれば、先に紹介している ゼロからのPython入門講座、paiza ラーニング 、 @IT 等のコンテンツで基本を押さえて、その後で振り返りとしてスライドを参照するのが良いかと思う。
あるいは、著書を買うかどうか参考にするためのサマリーとして割り切って読み進めるのが良いかも知れない。

これは Python というよりAI関連の話が中心となった資料で、7章におまけ程度にPythonの基礎も扱われている。
機械学習をやりたくて Pythonを始めようという方も一定数居るだろうから、Pythonをある程度押さえた上であれば有意義なコンテンツと思われる。
コメント時は軽く眺めた程度だが、後でちゃんと精読しようと思える程度にはまとまっている。

既に元増田に書いた通りだが、東京大学の学生向けの資料であり、遊びがなく、万人向けとは言い難い人を選ぶ資料である。
よって、最初の講座としてこの資料を選ぶのは、学校の教科書・学業が大好きで、読むのが苦にならないという人だけが推奨で、それ以外の人は避けよう。
とはいえ、よくまとまっているいい資料なので、ステップアップの際に復習を兼ねて目を通す分には悪くない。

例の3000ブクマは2019年の資料だったが2021年の資料が掲載されているので、掲示はこちらを採用した。
イラスト等も交えて丁寧に解説しているが、本題の前にコンピュータ史のようなコンテンツがあったりするのがアカデミックな資料だけあるなという印象。

Python の初学者に平方根の計算という問題を与えてもなぁと。元々は現役の大学生に渡す資料なので普通に解けるでしょうけども。人を選ぶというのはこういうところを加味しての発言である。

Python 早見帳も必要なものを一通りまとめたコンテンツになっていて東大のコンテンツに近い。既に東大のコンテンツを試した人であれば新しく試す必要性は薄いと感じる。
機械学習のコンテンツはそれなりにボリュームがあるが、やはリファレンス的な使い方がおすすめで、別の資料で基礎を学んだ後に、知識の定着度を確認するために使うと良いだろうと思う。

Pythonそのものを掘り下げた書籍。オライリーの同書籍の日本語訳版である。
端的に述べれば中級者向け教材。簡単にPythonを修めた人が更に知識を深めるために利用すると良い。
解説画像などが一切なくてもコードを読めばわかるというレベルの人におすすめ。
オライリーと聞いて内容の想像がつくような人であればまず間違いないだろう。
他言語を学んだ人がPythonを新たに学ぶ際には申し分ないと思う。一方で初心者が最初に手をだすべきとは思えない。

自分は公開されたという話があった時に読んだが速攻で挫折した。Python 初学者には必要のない資料と考えてOK。
分析をやっていきたいという人も取り敢えず P14 の練習問題を読んでみて、こういう資料で学んで行きたいと思えなかったら素直に積読しておけばいいと思うの。
ある程度分析問題をこなしたあとのステップアップに使用するのが良いかなと思える資料である。

ひやかし程度にぶくましてるだけなら別にいいのだけども、本当に Python を習得したいのであれば、ある程度「初学者」のためのコンテンツをあたって挫折しないように学習するべきだと思っている。
Python 自体は習得しやすさとかライブラリの充実度とか結構バランスがいい言語だと思ってるので、沢山の人に普及するといいなという思いから、このようなコンテンツをまとめてみた。
誰かの役に立てばいいなぁ。
Kinzaのパッチが当たった正式版が公開されたので、引き続きこき下ろす。
この間 https://anond.hatelabo.jp/20210828113740 を書いたが、DuckDuckGo経由で無事作者に見つかってしまったらしく、ここで指摘を入れた誤字、インストール場所、公開ソースコードのREADMEが全てではないが直ってた。ここ以外にもアンチがそれなりにいるみたいで、作者のTwitterを見る限りメンタルが削られていたようだ。(あれだけTwitterでアンチコメントがあったのを知ってたのに、中途半端な覚悟でエゴサしたからじゃないの？と言いたいが)
アンチがあんなにいるのは人気がある証拠ではないか。もっといろんな人に知ってもらうまたとないチャンスだ。
誤解しないでほしいのは、こき下ろしているのは学生の合間に作った革新的で軽量なブラウザーが自称ではなく価値あるブラウザになることも期待しているからである。ブラウザ作る奴なんてほとんどいないから。
以前利用規約での遊びがひどすぎてふざけてんのかと書いたせいかは知らないが、アップグレードはちゃんとアップロードになっている、個人の感想がなくなっているなど、おふざけはなくなった。しかし、利用規約が以前と比べて長すぎる文章になってしまっている。しかも利用規約に書くべきではない内容はそのままどころか増えているし、もう少し整理できたのでは？
以前、「Ablazeの利用規約に沿って」という文に対してAblazeの利用規約をここに載せろと言ったが、掲載されたのはその利用規約ではなくプライバシーポリシーだった。「Ablazeの利用規約」は「Albazeのプライバシーポリシー」のことなのか？「Ablazeの利用規約」はホームページにも掲載されていないので、結局の所それに何が書かれているのかわからない。何が書かれているかわからない「Ablazeの利用規約」に同意しようがないので、この利用規約に真面目に従えばAblazeの関係者と同団体に盲信する人を除いてFloorpブラウザは規約上誰も使えない代物である。どうせ誰も見ないでスルーして使っているだろうが、きっちり書くべきところがきっちりできていないのは問題である。
所々「書いとけばいいんでしょ」感が出てしまっていて、ただでさえ読まれない利用規約をさらに読む気のしないものになっている。ここまで長くなったのなら、規約本文の見直しをした上でその中にあるプライバシーポリシーを分けた方が良くないか？工夫・配慮が足りない。リリース予定日に追われて、利用規約に割く時間がなかったのだろう。
それにしても、あれだけ長くなってもChromiumのライセンス情報が未だに書かれていないのはどういうことだろうか。著作権表示と許諾表示をドキュメントに書くことが条件になっているので、「BSDライセンスに従って」という書き方ではダメ。その表記で済ませるなら、ドキュメントファイルとかURLとかを明記しないと。Kinzaのパッチのことよりも憂慮するべきことではないのか(これも結構長いのでChromiumと同じようにすればよいのでは？)。
Kinzaのパッチをそのまま当てられるようにしたことで、バージョンがDevチャネル相当の95から89に大幅ダウン。Kinzaのパッチが公開されてからわずか2週間でリリースできたのはこれが理由だろう。Kinzaの言ってるとおり古いバージョンのままでは危険で、常用は避けるべきである。
ちなみに、https://developers-jp.googleblog.com/2021/04/chrome.htmlの通り、Chrome94からメジャーバージョンアップの頻度が6週間から4週間になるらしいが、メジャーバージョンアップについて来られるのかが疑問である。メジャーバージョンアップした正式版に期待が寄せられると思ったが・・・(次節に続く)
というツイートが。あれ？このブラウザって「Kinza派生系ブラウザ」だよね？たった1年ちょっとで終わりなの？
Chromiumのメジャーバージョンアップにかかる手間のことを全く考えていなかったようだ。Kinzaが終了した理由に開発継続に対するコストの問題があるって書いてあったのに。その意味が理解できていなかったのか。2022年まではやると言っているようだが、パッチ適用時のエラー量が多すぎて挫折しているのではないか？本業が学生なんだし、本業を優先するゆえにKinzaの後釜になれないのも仕方のないことだろう。というより、ブラウザ開発は本業と両立できるほど甘くないのでは？
2022年までの理由は、受験を控えているかららしい。受験は作者の人生を左右する大事なことなのでしょうがない面もあるが、Ablazeという非営利団体(?)にはそれをカバーする人が今はいないということも言える。要するに、2022年を過ぎるとメンテナンスする人が誰もいないことになる。早くもFloorpの将来性が危うい。
Fireminによる見せかけのメモリ使用量しか見ていないのは相変わらずのようで、大変残念。あれだけこき下ろしたのに懲りないね。

なんて書いたら某動画で「変なこと言ってる」と言われたが、その動画でもやっぱりWindowsタスクマネージャーの一部分しか見てなくてお前もかよ。恥ずかしい人は作者だけじゃなかったわけだ。まあ仕方ないよ。Floorp軽い！って先に体感してしまってろくに検証せずそれで終わりにしたんだから。
たしかにメモリ圧縮の効果はあるからメモリ不足気味な低スペックPCなら有効かもしれない。けどな、Fireminを他のブラウザでも有効にしたら同じ効果が得られるぞ。ChromeなんかもWindowsタスクマネージャーのメモリの所を見たら数MBになるから。実際そこまで減らないけどな。
某落書きに書いてある
は全くその通り。そう思い込む奴が出てきた一因はこの間裁判に負けたギガなんとかが記事を書いたせい。あと前に言い忘れたけど、ページアウトするってことは、ページファイルへの書き込み頻度が上がってディスクの寿命を縮めるからメモリに余裕がある人はFireminは止めとけとだけ言っておく。
FloorpにはFFmpegのH.264とAACのデコーダが入っているが、それらは特許技術で保護されている。特許の入ったコードをバイナリで配布することに関して、FFmpegは特許侵害の責任は一切持たない方針をとっているので、一部の例外を除いて特許のライセンスを管理しているMPEG LAやVia Licensingとライセンス契約を結ばなければ特許侵害になる。
非商用ならライセンス料がかからないが、個人もしくは非営利団体だからライセンス料がかからないとは限らない。広告収入を得ている場合は非商用と見なされない可能性がある。将来ライセンス管理会社からライセンス料を請求される、最悪の場合特許侵害で裁判沙汰になるので覚悟しよう。ちなみにこれがKinzaが当初はH.264とAAC(と当時はまだ特許が有効だったMP3)の再生ができなかった理由であり、独自実装となった理由である。
以前言ったことが直ったものもあるが直ってないのもいくつかあって、特にhttps://github.com/Ablaze-MIRAI/Floorp-Browserの一文
が象徴的。「大部分の」は直ったが、どうやら「一番軽量」は直す気がないらしい。その誇大広告を直す気が無いのなら、なぜ一番軽量と言い切れるのか証拠を出しましょう。まさかあのメモリカスタマイザーが同梱してるからどの派生ブラウザよりも軽いんだよ、とか言い放つ気ではないだろうな？他のブラウザにFireminを入れてもなお軽いことを示してみてね。頑張って♪
Chromium派生ブラウザを初めてインストールした時に軽いとかほざく奴がいるけど、あれ何も入ってないまっさらな状態のせいだからな。履歴とかクッキーとかキャッシュとかがたまりにたまったブラウザと比べるから軽いって錯覚するだけで、地道なChromiumのコード改造とかしない限りメモリの使い方もパフォーマンスもほとんど同じ。改造以外に差があるとしたらビルドの仕方ぐらい。比べるのはプロファイルを全部コピーして同じにしてからだ。
Floorpは他のブラウザに拡張機能をインストールする！！危険！！！
って意見を持つ必要はありません。FloorpはChromeウェブストアの審査を通過した場合のみ、その機能を採用します。Googleの厳しい審査を受けている為、安全です
というTwitterの発言。大事なことを忘れている。Chromeウェブストア経由でインストールするのはGoogleの審査があるという意味では安全だが、ストア外からのインストールが安全とは言ってない。審査の通ったファイルが変化なくFloorpに入っている保証ができるのか？Floorpを信用するならインストールすればいいと思う。ソフトウェアに署名がないから改ざんされてないかが検証できないけどな。サーバーが乗っ取られて偽ファイルをダウンロードされるような事態を想定できている？何のためにストア外の拡張機能のインストールに管理者権限が必要になったか理由わかってる？
まあ学生が作ったブラウザを信頼するかしないかの問題だな。どうなっても誰も責任は取ってくれない。
今の段階だと、Chromiumのバージョンが古くてセキュリティが怪しいFloorpをわざわざ入れるまでもないんじゃないのか？FloorpSyncというxBrowserSyncベースのブラウザ同期の機能はxBrowserSync拡張機能さえ入れればどのブラウザでも使えるし、そんなに(見せかけの)メモリ使用量削減効果を見たいならFireminを入れればよいわけだし。
FloorpSyncはxBrowserSyncから名前変えただけじゃないの？まあ日本語対応はブラウザの作者がやったらしくそのことは評価できるが、Floorp自体はまだこれといった特徴がない。特徴がないのは開発が始まったばかりで仕方のないことだが、Kinzaのパッチを適用した後どうするかが特になく、将来どうしたいのかがよくわからない。挙げ句の果てにKinza派生系は2022年までという期限が付いてるし。
まあめんどくさがりにはいいんじゃない？同期やらメモリ節約やらを勝手に入れてくれるんだから。
何で批判多いのか自覚がないのは痛い。そういう厚かましさと根拠のない自信がアンチを生んでるんじゃないのか。もうエゴサしてないらしいからこれを見ることはもうないだろうがな。これを書いた屑なアンチを乗り越えてこそ本物だから。メンタル崩壊してる暇はない。しっかりしろ。
オープンソースソフトウェアの名前を変えて、それらを寄せ集めただけのブラウザで終わるのか、このブラウザならではの特徴を持ったブラウザに成長するかは作者次第。今のところは前者で開発終了になるのが目に見えている。いろいろな人から期待されている割には軽い気持ちで作っているように見受けられ、ブラウザ開発の覚悟が足りていない。

ワクチンを受けていない人への圧力が強まる いくつかの国では、ワクチンを接種した人たちが、コヴィドの介入によって奪われた自由を取り戻しつつありますが、ワクチンを接種していない人たちはそれほど恵まれていません。彼らは差別の対象となっています。公共の場へのアクセスや旅行が難しくなっています。一部の国では、職業によってはワクチン接種が義務付けられているところもあります。
しかし、なぜ政府は予防接種キャンペーンをそれほど重要視し、これほどまでに圧力をかけているのでしょうか。また、誰が世界的な予防接種キャンペーンに関心を持っているのでしょうか？
これらの疑問に答えるためには、普及しているワクチン接種に関する物語を分析し、そこから誰が利益を得ているのかを問う必要があります。
その際には、国家、メディア、製薬業界、超国家的機関の間の利害関係の連合を取り上げなければならない。
ワクチン接種キャンペーンには、明らかに経済的な利害関係があります。ワクチン接種の普及によって莫大な利益を得ることができるからです。
コビド19の危機において、政治家は恐怖とヒステリーを組織的に増幅させた。これは偶然ではなく、当然のことなのです。国家は、内外の危険から国民を守るという主張の上にその存在意義を築いているのですから。国家は恐怖の上に成り立っているのである。国家の助けがなければ、国民は飢餓、貧困、事故、戦争、テロ、病気、自然災害、パンデミックに対して無防備になってしまうという物語である。したがって、国家は、起こりうる危険に対する恐怖心を与え、それを解決するふりをして、その過程で権力を拡大することが利益になるのである。比較的最近の例では、9月11日の同時多発テロや第二次イラク戦争の後、テロの脅威に対応するために米国で市民的自由が制限されました。同様に、平時には考えられないほど国家権力を拡大するために、市民の基本的権利を犠牲にして、意図的に恐怖心を煽り、コヴィド-19を特異な殺人ウイルスとして描写することは、政府の利益となった。
コロナ危機が始まったとき、ウイルスの潜在的な危険性についてあまり知られていなかったため、政治家は非対称な報酬に直面した。政治家が危険性を過小評価して対応しなければ、過小評価の責任を問われることになる。選挙も権力も失うことになる。特に、死者の責任を問われることになればなおさらだ。集団埋葬の写真はさておき、危険を過小評価して行動しなかった場合の結果は、政治的に致命的なものとなる。対照的に、危険性を過大評価して断固たる行動をとることは、政治的にはるかに魅力的である。
もしそれが本当に前例のない脅威であれば、政治家はロックダウンなどの厳しい措置をとって称賛されます。そして政治家は、彼らの断固とした行動がなければ、実際に災害が起きていただろうと主張することができる。しかし、その対策が大げさであったことが判明した場合、その対策がもたらす可能性のある悪影響は、集団埋葬の写真のように政治家と直接結びつくものではなく、より間接的で長期的なものであるからです。ロックダウンによる間接的かつ長期的な健康コストには、自殺、うつ病、アルコール依存症、ストレス関連の病気、手術や検診のキャンセルによる早死に、そして一般的な生活水準の低下などがある。しかし、これらのコストは、思い切った介入に直接関連するものではなく、政策のせいにされるものです。これらの結果の多くは、次の選挙の後、あるいはそれ以降に発生し、目に見えません。例えば、生活水準が上がれば、平均寿命がどの程度伸びたかを観察することはできません。また、ロックダウンをきっかけに発症したアルコール依存症やうつ病で6年後に誰かが死んだとしても、ほとんどの人はおそらくロックダウンを行った政治家の責任にはしないでしょうし、もし責任にしたとしても、その政治家はすでに退陣している可能性があります。このように、脅威を過大評価して過剰に反応することは、政治家の利益になるのです。
政治家にとって魅力的なロックダウンなどの厳しい措置を正当化し擁護するためには、恐怖心をあおることが必要である。19年のソ連危機の際、政治家が恐怖とヒステリーを煽り、ロックダウンなどの高度な制限措置を実施したことで、経済や社会構造に与えたダメージは計り知れないものでした。しかし、社会は永遠にロックダウンすることはできません。どこかの時点でロックダウンを解除し、正常な状態に戻さなければならないのです。しかし、殺人ウイルスの脅威に対する恐怖心を煽ると同時に、正常な状態に戻すにはどうすればよいのだろうか。
ワクチン接種キャンペーンにより、国家は大きな危機からの救世主としての役割を果たすことができる。国家は国民のために予防接種を組織し、その予防接種を国民に「無料」で提供するのである。この「予防接種レスキュー」がなく、永久にロックダウンされた状態では、市民の権利を制限することによる経済的・社会的な悪影響があまりにも大きいため、国民の間で恨みが募り続け、最終的には不安が脅かされることになります。だから、遅かれ早かれ、ロックダウンは終わらせなければならない。しかし、国家当局が、それ以上の説明もなくロックダウンや制限を撤回し、「結局、危険はそれほど大きくなかった」「制限は大げさで間違いだった」などとほのめかすようなことがあれば、住民の支持と信頼を大きく失うことになるだろう。したがって、政府の立場からは、最も厳しい規制から脱却するための、面目躍如たる「出口のシナリオ」が必要であり、それを提供するのが予防接種キャンペーンである。
国が提供するワクチン接種によって、国家は大きな脅威の物語を保持し続け、まだロックダウンから抜け出すことができる。それと同時に、ワクチン接種によってある程度正常な状態にしている救世主のように見せかけることもできる。そのためには、できるだけ多くの国民が予防接種を受ける必要がある。なぜなら、国民のほんの一部しか予防接種を受けていなければ、予防接種キャンペーンを開放に向けた必要なステップとして売り込むことができないからである。このように、国民の大部分にワクチンを接種してもらうことが国の利益になるのです。

マスメディアは一線を画し、予防接種のシナリオを積極的に支持している。
国家とマスメディアは密接につながっている。有力メディアによるフレーミングと、国民をターゲットにすることには、長い伝統がある。すでに1928年にエドワード・バーネイズは、その名著『プロパガンダ』の中で、大衆を知的に操作することを提唱していたのである。現代の国家では、マスメディアは、covid-19のような政治的措置に対する大衆の承認を構築するのに役立っている。
マスメディアが国家を支持するのにはいくつかの理由がある。国が直接所有しているメディアもあれば、規制が厳しく、国の免許が必要なメディアもあります。さらに、メディアハウスには国家教育機関の卒業生が常駐している。さらに、特に危機的な状況下では、政府との良好なつながりがメリットとなり、情報へのアクセスが優遇される。また、ネガティブなニュースや危険性を誇張して伝えることで注目を集めることができるため、国家の恐怖物語を伝えようとする姿勢も見られる。
コロナ事件では、ソーシャルメディアで拡散した一方的な報道が批判的な声を封じ込め、恐怖とパニックを引き起こし、国民に大きな心理的ストレスを与えた。しかし、メディアにとって魅力的なのはネガティブなニュースだけではなく、国家が国民を大きな危機から救い出すという物語もよく売れる。このように、ワクチン接種という物語は、マスメディアの思惑通りに動いているのです。
国民国家、メディア、製薬会社に加えて、超国家的組織もまた、世界の人口が確実にワクチンを接種されることに関心を持っている。
超国家的な組織は、世界的な予防接種キャンペーンが重要な役割を果たすようなアジェンダを積極的に追求している。これらの組織には、世界経済フォーラム（WEF）、国際連合（UN）、EU、国際通貨基金（IMF）、世界保健機関（WHO）などがあり、これらの組織は相互に密接に関係しています。

東京都（新型コロナウイルス感染症対策本部）が、その日の感染者数等の発表の際に、参考値として３日前の検査実施件数を掲載していることから、しばしば、①陽性判明数÷３日前検査実施件数を「検査陽性率」と捉える人がいる。
そのような捉え方をした者からは、たとえば12/30は陽性判明数944人に対して3日前(12/27)検査実施件数が2084人だったことから、「検査陽性率」が45.3%であった、というようなコメントがなされる。
他方、これに対して、②東京都新型コロナウイルス感染症対策サイトの「モニタリング項目(4)検査の陽性率」を引き合いに、12/30の検査陽性率が10.1%であるなどと主張する者がいる。（2021-01-15追記：なお、モニタリング指標(4)の12/30の値は当記事投稿時である1/4更新時点では10.1%だったが、1/14更新時点では10.0%である。）
どちらも誤りである。
1/4更新時点のデータによれば、同日のPCR陽性798, 抗原検査陽性164, PCR陰性5262, 抗原検査陰性1062より、陽性962÷検査件数7286 = 13.2% であるから、検査陽性率は13.2%となる。
【2021-01-09追記】 1/8更新時点のデータによれば、同日のPCR陽性873, 抗原検査陽性177, PCR陰性5970, 抗原検査陰性1191より、陽性1050÷検査件数8211 = 12.9% である。（追記ここまで）
検査しても必ずしも当日中に結果が出るわけではない。３日前検査実施件数の注釈に※2 検査から結果が出るまでは3日程度要する。なお、この検査結果と本日の報告数が一致するものではない。（陰性確認を含む）
と書かれているとおりである。
もっとも、実は都の注釈にいう「検査から結果が出るまでは３日程度要する」という記載が、どうやらあまり正確ではないようだ。
この検査実施件数はPCR検査と抗原検査の件数の合計らしい。しかし、PCR検査は検査機関に検体を送る等の都合から結果が出るまで数日かかるのに対し、抗原検査は簡易検査キットがありその場で数十分程度で結果が出る。
そこで、３日前のPCR検査件数と当日の抗原検査件数の和を分母にすると、当日の陽性判明数を分子としたときに、もう少し現実的な値が出る。
たとえば12/30の陽性判明数944人に対し、(12/27のPCR検査2761)+(12/30の抗原検査1226人)=3987人を分母にすると、陽性率的なものは23.7%になる。なお、ここでの「12/27のPCR検査」や「12/30の抗原検査」の人数は、都のモニタリング項目(4)の「テーブルを表示」すると出てくる、12/27のPCR検査陽性者数326・同陰性者数2435、12/30抗原検査陽性者数164・同陰性者数1062をそれぞれ足した数である。
ただし、このような修正を加えてもなお、後日確定する検査陽性率とは乖離がある。
この乖離の原因は、「３日前の検査実施人数」が、発表時点までに報告された未確定の数であることにある。3日前だった日の検査実施件数は、後日、増える。
たとえば1/2の報道発表における「検査実施件数１２月３０日」は3816人だが、現在の都サイト(4)のテーブルにある12/30の(PCR|抗原)検査(陽性|陰性)者数の総和は、1/4更新時点で7286人である。おそらく1/3以降も検査報告が届いたためだろう。
検査が陽性だったものから優先的に報告されているのであろうか、検査数の伸びに比べると、陽性判明数の伸びは少し緩やかな傾向がある。そのため、ある日の検査陽性率は徐々に下がる傾向がある。
結局のところ、たとえ検査日と判明数の日付を対応させたとしても、速報値ベースでの陽性率的なものは、後日確定する真実の検査陽性率と比べると高いものとなる。
モニタリング項目(4)は7日移動平均であって、「その日の検査」における陽性率ではない。このことは、都のサイトに陽性率：陽性判明数（PCR・抗原）の移動平均／検査人数（＝陽性判明数（PCR・抗原）＋陰性判明数（PCR・抗原））の移動平均
と書かれているとおりである。
実際の12/30の検査陽性率は前述の通り13.2%であるから、移動平均を用いたモニタリング指標(4)の10.1%より高い値である。
たまに誤解している人がいるが、「検査陽性率」について移動平均を用いなければならないという決まりは無く、むしろ、統計を取る目的に応じて任意の期間について計算するものである。都が７日移動平均を用いているのは、「モニタリング」という目的に照らして、集団感染発生や曜日による数値のばらつきにより、日々の結果が変動するため、こうしたばらつきを平準化し全体の傾向を見る趣旨から、過去7日間の移動平均値をもとに算出
しているのである（via 都サイト）。
（したがって、「７日移動平均にしないと誤り」という意見は誤りである。）（さらに細かいことを言えば、「当日検査陽性率の７日分の平均」ではなく、「７日分の検査数に対する７日分の陽性数の割合」なので、「検査陽性率の７日移動平均」という言い方は不正確だろう。）
曜日によるばらつきについて実際に、（移動平均では無く）当日の検査数と陽性判明数検査数をもとに当日の検査陽性率を計算すると、日曜日のたびに検査陽性率が前後の日の１〜２割増の値となっている。おそらく、日曜日は検査数が少ないため、事前確率が高い患者（新型コロナ感染の疑いがより強い患者）を優先的に検査しているのであろう 。
都のモニタリング項目(4)は、7日間移動平均を用いているがゆえに変動がそれまでの動きで打ち消され遅行指標となる。
加えて、前述のとおり検査数・陽性判明数は数日かけて報告が上がるにつれて増えるため、近い日ほど小さな数となり、平均をとった際のウェイトが小さくなる。より古い日の検査結果に引き摺られる。
そして、計算期間内の陽性判明数・検査件数は未確定なので、同じ「1月3日」のモニタリング項目(4)の値であっても、1/4時点の値と1/10時点の値は異なる。
このように「当日の」モニタリング項目(4)の値は現実の検査陽性率の変化に対して数日遅れる鈍い指標なので、陽性判明数が急増した特定の日の当日にモニタリング項目(4)の値を持ってきて何かを語るのは、賢明とは言えない。
速報値と真の検査陽性率との乖離は概ね一定の法則に従って生じるため、速報値の変化は真の検査陽性率の変化を反映している。
また、検査陽性率は、水が溢れたり沸騰したりするのとは異なり、何か劇的な変化をもたらす閾値に関わるものではない。そのため0.1%単位の正確な数値は不要であるし、1日単位の変化も重要ではない。
したがって、7日間移動平均を用いた速報値をモニタリングすることで、真の検査陽性率や、感染の蔓延状況・検査体制の充足性の参考とすることができる。
業界人です。お盆休みに帰省できず暇を持て余した友人から急にSkypeがかかってきて、「そういえば日本の半導体産業って衰退してるってよく言われるけど今どんな感じなん？やっぱり人件費で中国韓国に勝てないの？」みたいなことを聞かれて、日本の半導体産業の規模感って一般にあまり知られていないと思ったので、備忘録的に日本で半導体を製造している主要メーカーとその工場について書いてみる。

半導体工場で使用される製造装置は寡占化が進んでおり、世界中どのメーカーでも使われる装置自体に大差はない。
この辺の記事 (https://eetimes.jp/ee/articles/2003/17/news048_4.html ) を見てもらうとわかりやすいけれども、各工程で使用する装置はどの分野も3社程度で寡占されている。
これらの装置の費用が非常に高いため(一番高価な露光装置で50億超、最新のEUVだと100億)、製造コストに占める人件費の割合は低い。
工場で働く人たちは装置のメンテナンスや、管理システムの構築、製造計画のプランナーとかで一般的な工場ブルーカラーのイメージとはタイプが異なる。
リーマンショック後の2010年あたりで新規の設備投資がほとんどなくなった。もはや質・量ともに諸外国と先端品で競えるレベルに無く、外資系企業の買収が進む。
経産省がTSMC誘致を企画しているようだが、現状の日本国内には先端品の需要が少なく、実現性は低いと思われる。
日立・三菱電機・NECのロジック半導体部門の流れをくむ日本を代表する半導体メーカーだが、
売上的には縮小均衡を重ねて 1+1+1=1 と残念な結果に終わっている。
かつてはSoC、マイコン、車載等様々な分野で世界一の売り上げを誇っていたが、現在では上記のすべてで世界一から陥落している。売れるものがなくなれば工場への投資はできないわけで…
■ ユナイテッドセミコンダクタージャパン (台湾UMCが富士通から工場買収)
かつてのフラッグシップスパコン、『京』のCPUを製造した工場。他にもSparcプロセッサや、VIAのGPU、各社デジカメのSoC等、地味にいろんな会社の受託製造をしていた。
が、プロセッサの需要はTSMCに流れ、デジカメは市場大幅縮小。車載分野に活路を見出そうとしているが先行きは大丈夫なのか…
■ タワーパートナーズセミコンダクター (イスラエルTower JazzセミコンダクタがPanasonicと合弁)
Panasonicが自社のデジタル家電で使うプロセッサを製造するために設備投資をしていたが、
台湾Mediatekのデジタル家電向けプロセッサに太刀打ちできず規模縮小。
一時期32nmの半導体を世界に先駆けて量産との報道が出ていたが、現在では作っていない模様。
Panasonicは半導体製造分野から手を引きたくてイスラエルの会社に51%の株式を譲渡。運営の主導権を渡す。
今は何を主力で作っているのだろう?
ちなみに。規模はともかく一般的に半導体のイメージがそんなにない下記の国でも、実は日本よりも進んだ製造プロセスの工場を持っていたりする。
先端ロジック半導体の製造に関しては、すでに勝負がついた感がある。

日系・外資含めた主要メーカーは3社。技術・設備投資ともに世界2位の水準。現在も年間数千億円が継続して投資されている。
20年ほど前、『メモリは装置があれば誰でも作れる汎用品』との言説が流行し、各社一斉にロジック半導体にシフトした時期があったが、結局は今に至るまでメモリ分野のほうが競争力を維持できているというのは何とも皮肉。
外資系の影響力は増したが日本に産業が残っており、お金も回っている。
■ キオクシア (旧東芝メモリ)
旧東芝メモリ(現キオクシア)のNAND型Flashメモリの主力工場。増設を重ねて規模だけでいえば全世界で最大の半導体工場だったはず。
2次元NANDの時代には微細化で世界トップクラスの技術を誇っていたが、3次元化に出遅れて技術的な優位がなくなってきている模様。
96層世代では辛うじてキャッチアップできたようだが、技術的には韓国サムスン電子・米Micronに先行を許す。中国メーカーYMTCの製造が急速に立ち上がる中、先行きは予断を許さないだろう。
上記四日市工場は確かに世界一の規模を誇っているのだが、これ以上規模を拡大すると人材募集が難しくなる(東海地方の理工系人材は自動車・化学とも取り合い)ことや、周辺の交通渋滞慢性化による物流の効率低下、地震等の自然災害で事業が壊滅するリスク等を踏まえて2019年に新設された最新鋭の半導体工場。
ただ、工場の規模がまだ小さいため、電気・水道・工業用ガスといったインフラの費用が割高になることや新規採用したオペレーターの習熟度等の影響で四日市工場よりも製造コストは高いと推測される。

NEC・日立・三菱電機のDRAM部門が統合してできたエルピーダメモリの破綻後、米Micronが買収。
米国企業になり財務に余裕ができた影響か設備投資が増額されており、昨年には世界に先駆けて1Znm世代のDRAMを量産に成功。
ちなみに1Znm世代とは何ぞやという話だが、DRAM業界ではプロセス基準のサバ読みがもともと横行していたのだが、20nmを切ったあたりで微細化のペースが落ちた結果、具体的に何nmといえなくなってアルファベットで世代を表している模様。
なお、リクナビの新卒募集要項を見ればわかるが、待遇は日系メーカーよりはるかに良い。
上記キオクシアの半導体工場を共同運営していた米SANDISKを米Western Digitalが買収。
投資を折半しているだけでなく、日本に開発拠点や製造の人員も擁しており、何気に日本国内での事業規模は大きい。
余談だが、日立がフラッシュメモリから撤退したときに人員が旧SANDISK日本法人に流れ、日立はHDD部門もWestern Digitalに売却していることから、管理職クラスは旧日立系が多いとの噂。
日本法人社長も日立出身だしね。なお、キオクシアとWestern Digitalは同じ分野の仕事をしているにもかかわらず、上記Micronと同様、リクナビを見ればわかるように日系メーカよりも良い待遇となっている。

III. RESTRICTIONS ON WHO CAN USE THE APP
In order to download, install, access or use the App, you must (a) be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the App, so if you are between the ages of thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) years and you wish to use download, install, access or use the App, before doing so you must: (a) assure and confirm (if needed) that your parent or guardian have read and agree (get your parent or guardian’s consent) to this Agreement prior to you using the App; (b) have the power to enter a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws.
Parents and guardians must directly supervise any use of the App by minors.
Any person under the age of thirteen (13) years is not permitted to download, install, access or use the App.
You affirm that you are either more than eighteen 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement.
IV. GENERAL TERMS
The App is a utility program designed to enhance your device experience. The App allows to scan any types of document to high quality PDF or JPEG; to save and store any scan copies of documents on your mobile devices; to share your scans via email; upload scanned documents to cloud services like box, Evernote or Google Drive (see the full performance list on the App’s page on itunes.apple.com). All documents shall be stored locally on your device and shall never be sent to any third-party unless you export them to other apps or devices by means of the App.
The App is intended only for your personal non-commercial use. You shall use the App only for the purposes, mentioned above.
V. PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed the Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how we process, use and store information including personal data. Access to the App and use of the Services is subject to the Privacy Policy. By accessing the App and by continuing to use the Services, you are deemed to have accepted the Privacy Policy, and in particular, you are deemed to have acknowledged the ways we process your information as well as appropriate legal grounds for processing described in the Privacy Policy. The App is available for downloading and installing on handheld compatible mobile devices running Apple iOS Operating System 11.0 with minimum system requirements.
We do not warrant that the App will be compatible with all hardware and software which you may use.
We make no warranty that your access to the App will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Neither does Apple have an obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

Negli ultimi anni, mi sono sempre preoccupata di procurare delle candele che illuminassero l'angolo di strada su cui affacciava la finestra della camera da letto di mia sorella, il punto in cui sorgeva il cumulo di macerie in cui mio padre iniziò da subito a scavare e da cui il suo corpo, abbracciato dal piumone e dai soccorritori, in gran parte amici, dopo 13 ore, tornò alla luce. Era giorno, dopo 13 ore, e faceva anche caldo. Eppure, il buio di quella notte e di quella strada resta inciso nella mia memoria, insieme a tanti altri particolari che spesso ho condiviso, senza che le parole mai bastassero né riuscissero ad essere definitive. Quest'anno, a causa di quel che tutti stiamo vivendo, non potrò illuminare quel pezzetto di strada, né dare spazio a quel gesto simbolico che mi dà serenità. Va bene così.
Illuminerò le mie finestre con le candeline che sempre ho in casa e alla cui luce spesso mi cullo e, nel farlo, mi farò aiutare da quel figlio adorato che ha per la zia pensieri di affetto che riescono sempre a stupirci, nella loro disarmante spontaneità.
