MacBookでDQ10を遊びたいと思った。ゲーム用のデカいWinPCはとても使いづらい部屋に置いてあるからだ。
実はDQ10、最近ブラウザ版が出た。じゃあこのブラウザ版をMacBookで遊べばいいじゃんという話になったが、うちの回線は夜になるとスピードがガタ落ちになるため遊びたいときにまともに使えないことがわかった。ゲームコントローラーはPS4用のDualShock4。これもUSBで接続しなければ使えなかった。MacBookの本体にあるのはUSB-Cで、DS4にあるのはmicro-Bなので、アダプタをかまさないとMacBookに繋がらない。ここも面倒だった。
なので、ブラウザ版は諦めて家のWinPCにリモートデスクトップでつないでドラクエ10を遊べばいいじゃんと思ったのだが、今度はリモートデスクトップだとコントローラーが使えない。
まぁ、そこら辺が全部解決したので記録しておく。
まず、リモートデスクトップは諦める。その代わりにMoonlight（https://moonlight-stream.org/）を使う。
まずWinPCがnvidiaのグラボを積んでいることが条件。ゲーム用に組んだPCだったのでここはクリア。

ここも調べてみたら、プレイステーションの公式ブログにCatalinaなら直接Bluetoothで使えるようになったよとあったので、MacBookのOSをCatalinaにアップデートする。すると使えるようになった。

そのときは「金融機関への調査はできないけど、相談には乗る」って言ってたけど、
いざ金額が確定したら、とにかく払うか自動引き落としだよの一点張り。ちなみに振り込んだほうが数百円安いくらいだった。
他の人の解決した例とかどういうふうに連絡をとるのがいいのかとか教えて欲しい！！と聞いたけど、
とコールセンターのお姉さんがすみませんを言う機械みたいになっちゃったので電話を切って呆然とした。。。
そもそも今回、金利分を早めに支払いたいので金額教えて下さい〜と帰国後すぐにカード会社に電話したところからエラー分が発覚。
確かにショッピングモールにて、エラーで５分くらいカードが出てこなかった時があったことをうっすら思い出し・・・！
そして隣のATMに移動して、キャッシングをしたということまで思い出した。
カード会社の言い分としては、カード所有者である私がATM機にPINコードを打った後にエラーになっているはず、

フィリピンの銀行口座があるわけでも無いけどとにかく電話した。
日本語ができる方を出してもらい、
その人に本当に困っている旨を伝えたところ、
どのATMにもカメラがついてるし、記録ものこってるはずだから、
お客様がお金を引き出したか出してないかは比較的すぐにわかると思う、
と言ってもらいほっとする。
で、メールをその方に転送した。ちなみにメールはすべて英語でのやりとり。
その後フィリピンの銀行のしかるべき部署からは連絡は来たけれど、
今度は、あなたの銀行口座のある日本の銀行に直接言ってくれたら、あとは銀行同士でなんとかするね！
で、もうぶちギレて夜中にすごーーーーく長ーーーいメールを作った。
しかし日本の銀行は関係無くてクレジットカード会社がなにもしてくれないから個人で連絡している、ということをしつこく。
（銀行経由のクレジットカードならまた話は違うんだな〜とかいろいろ思った）
そのあと、カメラをチェックしてほしい、カメラが壊れてるなら、出入金記録をチェックしてほしい、
そしてわたしが引き出していない証拠を出して欲しい。
（もし最初にいくらあったら、引き出されたらいくら残るよね？みたいなミスマッチを調べて欲しいということをしつこく記述）。
日本の友達はこのお金が返ってこないなぜならフィリピンは発展途上で経済もしっかりしてないと言われたけど、私は信じてる！
という日本語だったら絶対書かないことまで付け足して、泣きのメールを送った。
で、ここまで送って、やっとこさ45日以内に調査の結果をお伝えしますということと、
そのときReference Numberの重要性とやっとここからスタートだということを知る。。。。
しかし、その後2-3日くらいで、確認したらお金引き出されてなかったね。
エラーだった。お金返したよ！というメールがきた。なんと！！仕事早い！！フィリピン人まじめ！！ほんとに信じてた！！

返金分を相殺して、金利払いたいから金額出せ〜と催促。すぐに振込し、終了！！

docomoは個体不良として新品と交換してくれるんですが
次のも同じです。
一応セキュリティーのため電源off時にonするとPINコード入力すように設定しているんですが、よくPINコード入力画面で止まっています。つまり勝手に切れて、勝手に電源が入ると言うことです。おそらく個体不良ではなく、so703iが欠陥品だと思います。PINコードを設定していなければ 勝手に切れて勝手に電源が入っても気づきませんから。

すると、ソニーエリクソンから不具合の連絡があるということでした。
具体的には、電池の裏蓋とバッテリーの間に隙間があって
バッテリーの電極が外れることがあるそうです。
さらに、simカードのプラスティックフィルムが引っかかることが
あるそうです。
結局、simカードの交換と、バッテリーの蓋の裏にシールを張って
がたつきを防止するそうです。

先月購入したばかりなのですが…
数日前に、携帯を閉じると通常はディスプレイパネルに時計等が表示されるのですが何も出ませんでした。
おかしいな？と思い、開けてみると電源が消えてました。
その後、毎回ではないのですが時々なります。
これは故障なのかどうなのか教えて下さい！
購入後しばらくして、カバンから携帯を取り出すとPINコード入力画面になっていることが時々あり不審に思っていた。インフォメーションセンターに問い合わせの電話をしたが、再起動の不具合の情報の提供はなく、仕方なくそのまま使用していた。
発生頻度にはむらがあるが、日に何度も起きるわけではないので、不便を感じつつもそのまま使用。
時間が取れたので、重い腰をあげてドコモショップに持ち込んだ。リアカバーと電池との間に隙間があり、接触が悪くて何かの拍子に再起動する場合があることを聞いた。原因が分かり、またその対策も施されたので、安心した。
しかし一方、ドコモショップに対策用の部品を常備しているくらいなら、なんで、連絡してくれなかったのかと残念に思った。
残念ながら、PINコード入力画面になっていることが時々ある。仕方なく、我慢して使用を継続。
時間が取れたので、ドコモショップへ。再起動が直ってないことを告げる。
最初修理を提案されたが、再び足を運ばなければならないなど、これ以上時間をかけたくないので、交換を希望。
同じ機種と取替えて貰った。
同じ機種でも交換してもらったのだから、再起動することはないだろうと思ったのだが、甘かった。
再起動する現象が発生した。
別機種への交換を希望したが、規則でそれは出来ないとのこと。
修理で対応することしか出来ないと言われたが、納得できない。
ドコモ故障相談窓口に電話し、ここまでの経緯を説明したが、同じく話は平行線で、責任者の方に話をさせてもらうようにお願いした。
故障窓口の責任者の方から電話があって、今までと変わらない内容(故障修理対応)を提示された。
この機種は使いたくないので、交換して欲しいと主張したが、らちがあかず。
お客様相談窓口に苦情を訴えようと思っている。
