Refuting the “Israeli” Claims Regarding Evading their responsibility for the Massacre of the Gaza Baptist Hospital
Today, the “Israeli” Occupation Entity is trying to evade their responsibility for the crime of bombarding the “Baptist” Arab National Hospital in Gaza City, which the Israeli” Occupation Forces (IOF) committed on the evening of Tuesday, 17 October 2023. This heinous crime was committed against innocent Palestinian civilians while taking the hospital as a shelter from the flames of the “Israeli” brutal aggression, which left nowhere safe in the besieged enclave. It is necessary to affirm that, the Baptist Hospital belongs to the Anglican Episcopal Church in Jerusalem, and was built before the occupation of Palestine.
It is obvious that the “Israeli” enemy has been spreading lies since the very beginning of his destructive war on our people, when he with no single evidence claimed that the Palestinian resistance killed children, cut off heads and raped women. In continuation of this series of lies, they tried to evade their crime, attributing it to one of the resistance factions. Accordingly, we present some of the conclusive evidence to prove the “Israeli” Occupation Entity responsible for this heinous crime:
1) It is no secret that the IOF, several days ago, threatened several hospitals in the Gaza Strip, contacting each hospital separately and requesting their evacuation and holding the hospitals directors responsible for the consequences of neglecting the threats. In fact, there are dozens of clear statements from the IOF spokespersons in this regard.
2) Since the beginning of the ongoing aggression, the “Israeli” army has ignored the principle of distinguishing between civilian and military targets. Thus, the bombardment has systematically targeted emergency services, ambulances, civil defense facilities, schools, mosques, and churches.
3) The IOF contacted the directors of 21 hospitals in the Gaza Strip, especially those are located in the Gaza and the North of Gaza governorates, most notably: (Al-Awda, the Indonesian, Kamal Adwan, the Kuwaiti, Al-Quds, and Al-Mamadani), asking them to evacuate immediately, given that the hospitals are located within the geographical scope of “Israeli” military operations. In this regard, the official spokespersons for the IOF plus a number of hospital directors conducted interviews live on Al Jazeera, revealing the premeditated intention of the IOF to target hospitals in the Gaza Strip.
4) On 14 October, 2023, at 20:30, the IOF fired two shells towards the Baptist Hospital, and the next morning they called the hospital director, Dr. Maher الصفحة 2 من 3
Ayyad, saying to him: “We warned you last evening with two shells, so why have you not evacuated the hospital until this moment?!” Following that call, The hospital director contacted the bishop of the Evangelical Church in Britain and informed him of the incident, who in turn contacted international organizations before sending the hospital a message reassuring them that they could remain in the hospital. Yet with no warning, the IOF airstrikes returned, on Tuesday evening, to carry out the massacre against the hospital and the shelter-seekers of the displaced innocent Palestinian civilians.
5) Immediately after the massacre, the IOF spokesperson quickly published a statement on his page on the “X” and “Telegram” platforms at 21:17, which stated, “We had warned the evacuation of the Baptist Hospital and five other hospitals so that the Hamas terrorist organization would not take as a safe haven”. That statement is a clear claim of this massacre, and it is documented with a “screenshot” image attached to his page on Telegram, but he quickly deleted the post after seeing the massive scale of the massacre for the large number of victims, and the angry responses of the Arab, regional and international communities. Later on, he disavowed it, publish another
statement denying that he had issued the first statement.
6) Before and during the event, the resistance factions did not fire any missiles at the occupied territories, the “Israeli” sirens did not activate, and the Iron Dome missiles were not launched. Moreover, dozens of reconnaissance drones do not leave the sky of the Gaza Strip (365 km2 ), photographing and monitoring every inch around the clock. If the massacre was due to the resistance’s missiles, as the “Israeli” Occupation Entity falsely claim, why would not they show one picture their claims?!
7) The “Israeli” Occupation Entity claimed that this massacre was caused by a missile launched by the Islamic Jihad. However, we would wonder how they could identify and distinguish between the missiles of the resistance factions immediately after they were launched?!
8) The IOF military system documents and records all their operations by day, hour, minute and second, and in all previous times their media outlets came out to announce or deny much less severe massacres than this massacre, so what made them wait more than 4 hours before declaring their irresponsibility other than weaving scenarios of falsification, lies and deception?!
9) It is obviously known that the resistance’s missiles are somewhat “primitive” and do not have the destructive power that kills hundreds at one time. And throughout the history of previous confrontations and the current confrontation, no resistance missile has caused a tenth of this number of “Israeli” deaths.
10) The only video scene documenting the moment of the explosion reveals that the mass of flame and the sound of the explosion are identical to other “Israeli” bombs throughout the days of the ongoing aggression, which with no doubt proves that the “Israeli” origin of the missile.

The deliberate attack on hospitals is a war crime, stipulated in Article (8, 2, b, 9) of the Statute of the International Criminal Court. Accordingly, Hamas officially calls on the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to open an investigation into this crime, which falls within the framework of a genocidal war, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Basic Law. These bloody acts are also based on the policy of denial pursued by the “Israeli” Occupation Entity, as they deny the existence of the Palestinian people.
There is no doubt that impunity fuels crime, and investigating crimes is a way to protect people. Furthermore, if a legal and judicial response is necessary, it is above all that the response to this crime must be humanitarian and global. Such actions must shock the conscience of the world, or else there would no longer be a reliable international community if the “Israeli” Occupation government free to decide to bomb hospitals!
In conclusion, we are facing a genocidal massacre committed by IOF against children, women, and the elderly. The “Israeli” Occupation Entity is the only responsible for the crime, no matter how much they try to weave lies and fabrications to get away with it, as they always do.

序盤で脱落した。
とにかくストーリーがつまらない。先行きに何の期待も持てない。
自由にロールプレイすることができない。開発陣が敷いたレールに沿って走らされている感じがする。
そして致命的に操作性が悪い。歴史上最悪のゲームUIだと思う。
グラフィックだけは良い。
中盤で止まっている。
他のオープンワールドゲームの要素を寄せ集めて平均点を狙いましたって感じ。
原始時代みたいな町並みに安っぽいSF設定。もっさりしたアクションに自由度の低いゲーム性。
この美しいフィールドを自由に駆け回れたらよかったが、段差も壁も登れず、騎乗できる機械獣も限られていては…。
中盤で止まっている。
小島秀夫という人はめちゃくちゃレトロスタイルのゲームクリエイターなんだろうな、と思った。
デスストは、極めてシンプルなルールを真ん中にぶち立てて、そこに肉付けしたような作りになっている。
美麗なグラフィックや物理演算で飾り立てているだけで、やっていること自体はファミコン時代と変わっていない。
それはフィールドという巨大な器を物量で埋め尽くす他のオープンワールドゲームとは正反対の思想だ。
デスストのそうしたゲーム性も面白いとは思うのだが、中盤までいくと「もう十分に味わったかな」という感じになってしまった。
中世日本の時代考証、美麗なグラフィックとアートワーク、軽快なバトルシステムは素晴らしい。
しかし壁のぼりやロープアクションが決まったところでしか出来ないという自由度の低さは大きなマイナス。
またストーリー面での自由度も低く、ほとんど分岐がない上に、主人公の行動にも納得ができない。
叔父上の言うとおりに正々堂々と戦っていたら強制イベントで暗殺を強いてくるし。
叔父上に従うつもりで選択肢を選んでいたらいきなり主人公がブチキレて喧嘩別れするし。
ゲームとしては面白いが「オープンワールド」としてはいまいちだったという評価だ。
小型ロボットを遠隔操作し、監視カメラやドローンのハッキングを駆使して敵拠点に潜入する、というゲーム性は特異で面白い。
ひとつのミッションをクリアするのに無数のやり方があり、オープンワールドらしい自由度の高さを味わうことができる。
街中のNPCを仲間にできるというのが売りだが、各キャラの性能にはそれほど差異がなく、あまり面白さにはつながらなかった。
ただ、ゲーム中で売られている服が豊富で、キャラごとに着せ替えを楽しめたのは良い点だった。
ストーリーも及第点だが、決まった主人公がいないのはやはり短所だと思う。
行動と選択肢による分岐。スキルを選んで作り上げるキャラメイク。街中を飛び回り壁を駆け上がる自由度。
もちろん都市を舞台にしたヒーローアクションとしてみれば「スパイダーマン」には劣るのだが、
2014年発売のゲームだと考えると、むしろこの完成度は驚異的だと言える。
残念だったのは、善ルート・悪ルートどちらかを最初に選んだら実質的に一本道である点と、
せっかくスパイダーマンでは実現しえない「複数の超能力」だったのに、自由に使えずいちいち切り替えないといけない点だ。
とにかくどこにでも登れる、どこまでも行けるアクションの自由度の高さはピカイチ。
アサクリシリーズらしい時代考証のしっかりしたストーリーも素晴らしく、もちろん選択肢と分岐もあって没入感がある。
また取得したスキルの効果を実感しやすく、レベルアップに従って新しいアクションが解放されていく点も良い。
武器・防具の少なさと、それに伴う鬱陶しい課金要素はご愛嬌…というには大きすぎる瑕疵か。
とはいえ、これぞオープンワールドのスタンダードだと言える完成度である。
今後オープンワールドRPGを作るならこのアサクリを最低ラインとしてほしい。
オープンワールドの最大の弱点は「通常移動しかないと面倒くさい」「ファストトラベルばかりだと味気ない」というジレンマにあるが、
スパイダーマンシリーズはそれを「通常移動が超高速で爽快感バツグン」というだけで克服してしまった。
本作にはいちおうファストトラベルもあるのだが本当に一度も使わなかった。
天井に潜んでひとりひとり敵を吊り上げていくステルスプレイの楽しさもスパイダーマンらしく題材を上手く活かしている。
しかしスパイダーマンという固定されたキャラクターを使っているために、
装備やスキルを取得してもプレイの幅はそれほど変わらないのが残念と言えば残念。
先述した「オープンワールドの最大の弱点」を克服するために取ったFF15のアプローチは革命的だった。
そして他のゲームであれば車は「速い通常移動」でしかないが、FF15における車は「遅いファストトラベル」として設計されているのだ。
自動運転で目的地の近くまで行き、最後の数百mだけ徒歩で移動する。「えー、こっから歩くのー？」という仲間のボヤきに共感。
移動中も絶え間なく喋り続けるパーティメンバー。割り込んでくるミニクエスト。
写真撮影。夜間行動の禁止により生まれる冒険と宿泊のサイクル。そして食事。
最高の雰囲気だ。他の何物にも代えがたい。
ただし――FF15は後半に入ってこの長所の全てを投げ捨てる。
車は壊れる。パーティはギスギスして無言。クエストは一本道。オープンワールドですらない。
最悪の雰囲気だ。もうやめようかと思った。
それでもラストは感動的だった。途中でやめなくてよかった。
もしFF15に無限の予算があり、開発人員がいて、最後までオープンワールドとして開発できていたら。
もっとクエストに密度があって、ついでにパーティメンバーも変更できて、戦闘システムももう少し改良できていたら。
本当にオープンワールド史を塗り変える神ゲーになっていたと思う。つくづく惜しい。
FF15のエッセンスを継いだ新作ゲームが出ることを願う（Forspoken期待してるぜ）。
まさに神ゲー。
質の高い膨大なシナリオ。行動と選択肢に応じたストーリーの分岐。
義体の改造とスキルの取得によるキャラメイク。次第にできることが増えていく快感。
段差の端に手が届きさえするなら、どこでも登れるようになっている。
アサクリやスパイダーマンほどでは無いにしても、少なくともここに「透明な壁」は存在しない。
オープンワールドに求めるもの全てが圧倒的なクオリティで詰まっている。

In his act, he made malicious and anti-Semitic jokes including “Let’s play Holocaust.” Kobayashi is reported to have made distasteful jokes about disabled individuals.

ちょっと調べてみたところ、やはりそうだった。具体的には『タクティクスオウガ』(1995)のスタッフで『ファイナルファンタジータクティクス』(1997)にも参加しているのは、松野、皆川、吉田という中核スタッフ3人と、外部のサウンドスタッフである岩田、崎元だけだった。
私がFFTから感じていた「タクティクスオウガ感」は、お話、絵、音楽という表層的なものだったのか（もちろんスクウェアのスタッフもタクティクスオウガに“寄せて”作ってただろうけれど）。
件の中核3人以外の『タクティクスオウガ』スタッフは、その後ニンテンドー64で任天堂より発売された『オウガバトル64』(1999)に参加している。
クエストはそこからGBAで『タクティクスオウガ外伝 The Knight of Lodis』(2001)をリリースするのだが、そこに『タクティクスオウガ』のスタッフはほぼ残っていない。 ここに至ってクエスト閥とスクウェア閥で完全に道が分かれたように見えるが、実はここからまた一捻りある。
その後クエストはIPをスクウェアに売却するのだが、そのときにスタッフもスクウェアに移籍したようだ。その結果、『タクティクスオウガ』(1995)にも『FFタクティクス』(1997)にも未参加だった『タクティクスオウガ外伝』(2001)の若いスタッフの中から、スクウェアに移籍後『FFタクティクスアドバンス』(2003)に10人、『FF XII』(2006)に11人ものスタッフが名を連ねている。ていうか『FFタクティクスアドバンス』ってこれもう実質『タクティクスオウガ外伝』じゃん、というメンツで作られている。『タクティクスオウガ外伝』の村澤裕一ディレクターは現在もスクエニでデザイナーとして『FF XIV』の開発に関わっているようだ。そして、その『FF XIV』のアートディレクターは皆川裕史。タクティクスオウガの遺伝子はまだ息づいている。
死ぬほどSteamの積みゲーが増えてきたので次にやるべきゲームを教えて欲しい。

Il suo è un curriculum molto qualificato: Professore ordinario di Ortopedia e Traumatologia e di Medicina Fisica presso l’Università di Bologna dal 1989, direttore della Clinica I presso l’Istituto Ortopedico Rizzoli e del Laboratorio di Gait Analysis, partner in progetti europei e in programmi di ricerca nazionali e internazionali, autore di più di 600 presentazioni a congressi nazionali ed internazionali e più di 400 articoli in riviste Science Citation Index. Il suo messaggio dà grande speranza. Leggiamolo:
“Non vorrei sembrarvi eccessivo ma credo di aver dimostrato la causa della letalità del coronavirus. Solo al Beato Matteo ci sono 2 cardiologi che girano su 150 letti a fare ecocardio con enorme fatica e uno sono io. Fatica terribile! Però, di quello che alcuni supponevano, ma non ne riuscivano a essere sicuri, ora abbiamo i primi dati. La gente va in rianimazione per tromboembolia venosa generalizzata, soprattutto polmonare. Pertanto, in Italia ospedalizzazioni si riducono e sta diventando una malattia che si cura a casa. Curandola bene a casa eviti non solo ospedalizzazione, ma anche il rischio trombotico. Non era facile capirlo perché i segni della microembolia sono sfumati, anche all’ecocardio. Ma questo week end ho confrontato i dati dei primi 50 pazienti tra chi respira male e chi no e la situazione è apparsa molto chiara. Per me si può tornare a giocare e riaprire l’attività commerciali. Via quarantena. Non subito. Ma il tempo di pubblicare questi dati. Vaccino può arrivare con calma. In America e altri stati che seguono la letteratura scientifica che invita a NON usare antinfiammatori e’ un disastro! Peggio che in Italia. E sono farmaci vecchi e che costano pochi euro.”

WHO Director-General's opening remarks at the media briefing on COVID-19 - 16 March 2020

In the past week, we have seen a rapid escalation of cases of COVID-19.
More cases and deaths have now been reported in the rest of the world than in China.
We have also seen a rapid escalation in social distancing measures, like closing schools and cancelling sporting events and other gatherings.
But we have not seen an urgent enough escalation in testing, isolation and contact tracing – which is the backbone of the response.
Social distancing measures can help to reduce transmission and enable health systems to cope.
Handwashing and coughing into your elbow can reduce the risk for yourself and others.
But on their own, they are not enough to extinguish this pandemic. It’s the combination that makes the difference.
As I keep saying, all countries must take a comprehensive approach.
But the most effective way to prevent infections and save lives is breaking the chains of transmission. And to do that, you must test and isolate.
You cannot fight a fire blindfolded. And we cannot stop this pandemic if we don’t know who is infected.
We have a simple message for all countries: test, test, test.
If they test positive, isolate them and find out who they have been in close contact with up to 2 days before they developed symptoms, and test those people too. [NOTE: WHO recommends testing contacts of confirmed cases only if they show symptoms of COVID-19]
Every day, more tests are being produced to meet the global demand.
WHO has shipped almost 1.5 million tests to 120 countries. We’re working with companies to increase the availability of tests for those most in need.
WHO advises that all confirmed cases, even mild cases, should be isolated in health facilities, to prevent transmission and provide adequate care.
But we recognize that many countries have already exceeded their capacity to care for mild cases in dedicated health facilities.
In that situation, countries should prioritize older patients and those with underlying conditions.
Some countries have expanded their capacity by using stadiums and gyms to care for mild cases, with severe and critical cases cared for in hospitals.
Another option is for patients with mild disease to be isolated and cared for at home.
Caring for infected people at home may put others in the same household at risk, so it’s critical that care-givers follow WHO’s guidance on how to provide care as safely as possible.
For example, both the patient and their care-giver should wear a medical mask when they are together in the same room.
The patient should sleep in a separate bedroom to others and use a different bathroom.
Assign one person to care for the patient, ideally someone who is in good health and has no underlying conditions.
The care-giver should wash their hands after any contact with the patient or their immediate environment.
People infected with COVID-19 can still infect others after they stop feeling sick, so these measures should continue for at least two weeks after symptoms disappear.
Visitors should not be allowed until the end of this period.

Once again, our key message is: test, test, test.
This is a serious disease. Although the evidence we have suggests that those over 60 are at highest risk, young people, including children, have died.
WHO has issued new clinical guidance, with specific details on how to care for children, older people and pregnant women.
So far, we have seen epidemics in countries with advanced health systems. But even they have struggled to cope.
As the virus moves to low-income countries, we're deeply concerned about the impact it could have among populations with high HIV prevalence, or among malnourished children.
That’s why we’re calling on every country and every individual to do everything they can to stop transmission.
Washing your hands will help to reduce your risk of infection. But it’s also an act of solidarity because it reduces the risk you will infect others in your community and around the world. Do it for yourself, do it for others.
We also ask people to express their solidarity by refraining from hoarding essential items, including medicines.
Hoarding can create shortages of medicines and other essential products, which can exacerbate suffering.
We’re grateful to everyone who has contributed to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
Since we launched it on Friday, more than 110,000 people have contributed almost 19 million U.S. dollars.
These funds will help to buy diagnostic tests, supplies for health workers and support research and development.

We’re also grateful for the way different sectors of society are coming together.
This started with the SafeHands Challenge, which has attracted celebrities, world leaders and people everywhere demonstrating how to wash their hands.
This afternoon WHO and the International Chamber of Commerce issued a joint call to action to the global business community. The ICC will send regular advice to its network of more than 45 million businesses, to protect their workers, customers and local communities, and to support the production and distribution of essential supplies.

This is the defining global health crisis of our time.
The days, weeks and months ahead will be a test of our resolve, a test of our trust in science, and a test of solidarity.
Crises like this tend to bring out the best and worst in humanity.
Like me, I’m sure you have been touched by the videos of people applauding health workers from their balconies, or the stories of people offering to do grocery shopping for older people in their community.
This amazing spirit of human solidarity must become even more infectious than the virus itself. Although we may have to be physically apart from each other for a while, we can come together in ways we never have before.
We’re all in this together. And we can only succeed together.
So the rule of the game is: together.
