■人権救済機関設置法といっているが、正体は、人権擁護法案である

人権委員会を内閣府に設置したうえで、人権救済機関設置法案の実現を図る。

人権救済機関設置法といっているが、正体は、人権擁護法案である。これは、人権に名を借りて令状無しの強制捜査や身柄の確保、裁判によらず、証拠や反論を認めない一方的な罪状の公開といった、事実上の恐怖政治の道具でしかなく、しかも、中央政府の人権委員会はお飾りで、地方に置かれる実務団体の職員は、同和団体や民潭の関係者が就任するということで、さんざん批判された挙句に、廃案になった。この法案を提出していた政治家自らが、廃案になりそうになった時に、私の人権を守ってくれと泣きを入れ、背後関係のどす黒さが明らかになり、法案は廃案、政治家は引退となったという、曰くつきの法案である。

現行法で十分に対応できるのに、わざわざ法を作るのは、人権委員会の恣意的な捜査と証拠認定と判決とで、気に入らない人を幾らでも国外に逃げ出さざるを得ないようにできるという悪法であり、日本から日本人を追放して乗っ取ることを目的とした法律だからである。

法案が廃案になっているのに、それを運用する人権委員会が設置されるというのは、根拠法が無いのに人事を動かし、給与予算をひねり出すという事で、法治国家のルールを、法務大臣自らが破ろうとしている。さらに、機関設置法という組織を定義する法律が、組織が為すべき仕事を定義する法律よりも先行するという異常事態を異常と思っていないらしい。
