この手の話題になる度にブコメでも毎回補足されていていい加減学習しろって感じなんだが、海外でこの手のライブ配信といえばまずTwitchなの。
Twitchの投げ銭は中抜きありのCheerと中抜きなしのDonationってのがあって、トータルだとトップ配信者はTwitchの方が稼いでるんじゃないかな。（要出典）
一方日本ではライブ配信でもYouTubeが人気なのでこうなる。「日本のVTuberがすごい」というより「日本以外の配信者にYouTubeのライブ配信機能がそこまで使われていない」と言った方が正確。
確かシェア的にはTwitch : YouTube = 3 : 1くらいだった気がする。前にざっくり調べただけだから違ったらごめん。ちなみにYouTubeはGoogleのサービスだけど、TwitchはAmazonのサービス。
ホロライブは海外のファンが多い。1, 2年くらい前からRedditでミーム的に流行り始めて登録者数や再生回数が急増した。つまり、基本国内で完結してるバーチャルYouTuber業界の中でホロライブだけ飛びぬけてパイがでかくなってる。
それと、ランクインしてるカリオペとキアラは「ホロライブEN」所属でそもそも日本人じゃないし配信も英語圏向け。当然英語圏ファンが多い。
要するに今のホロライブ人気は国内市場だけで成り立ってるわけじゃないってこと。よく知らんのにいっちょ噛みして「馬鹿な日本人が外資に金を～」ってやってるのマジで恥ずかしいぞ。面の皮の厚さ5mくらいある？あるなら仕方ないが…

自分の興味が向かない分野で外資サービスに金を使う人を亡国の民みたいに言うのって戦時中の非国民呼ばわりと何が違うん？
まあそれはそれとして、ライブ配信ならTwitCastingあたりは国内企業だし、ゲーム配信ならOPENREC.tvっていうサイバーエージェントの子会社がやってるサービスがあって、過疎ってること以外は高画質低遅延の神プラットフォームだからよろしくな！
あとGoogle税はお前らに言われるまでもなく当然皆認識してるわけで、物販でBooth使ったり自サイト作ってやったりしてる。ただ結局のところ新規を取り込み続けるには人の多い場所（YouTube）でやるのが一番効率的なので、現状そこはプロモーション料と思って割り切ってやっていくしかないんだろう。
ちなみに、Streamlabsとかのドネーションツールを使えば中抜きなしで投げ銭できて、TwitchやYouTubeでの収益化がNGでも使用が容認されてる。じゃあなんで使ってる人が少ないかっていうと、わからん。
わからんが、事務所所属の場合は権利関係の管理がややこしくなるとかそんなところじゃなかろうか。識者求む
つかこの大YouTube時代に簡単そうに言うなあ…作ったところで既存を連れてこれても新規はYouTubeから引っ張ってこなきゃならんし、トータルで見たら現状そこまでする旨みって薄いんじゃないかな。（そして維持費をAWSに吸われる）
これも毎回馬鹿の一つ覚えのように言う奴が湧くけどさ、推しVだの何だのってどう見てもアイドル文化の延長線上にある界隈なのに、そこらへん全部無視していきなり水商売の話にしたがるのってただの馬鹿じゃん。浅すぎる。
ここ10年くらいVTuberに限らず色々な配信者を同時接続1桁の人から数万の人までたくさん見てきたけど、ライブ配信って常に一対多だから基本一対一の水商売とはそもそも毛色が違うんだよね。
それこそ路上ライブとかアイドルの握手会とかの方がずっと実態に近い。握手して二言三言喋って終わり、投げ銭して読まれて終わり。
視聴者側はまあ時々気合の入ったしょうもない奴もいるが、実際見てると結構ドライというかあっさりしてる配信者が多いよ。視聴者が増えれば尚更一人一人に構ってられんしな。まあでもこの辺の雰囲気は実際に見てないと分からん機微なのかなとは思う。仕方ないよね、見てないんだから。
ところでバーチャル水商売的なものだとユメノグラフィアってのがかつて存在してえ…（サ終）チケット制でキャストと一対一で話せるサービスなんだけど、こっちの方がずっとキャバクラなのに言及する人が殆どいないんだよね。
まあそういう人たちはそもそも知らないし知ろうともしないんだろうね。そのくせして自分は賢いですけど？みたいなツラをするのがはてブしぐさだから救いがない。
ただまあ、えにからがユメノグラフィアを畳んだってことはこの界隈でキャバクラ的な一対一サービスみたいなものがそもそもあまり求められていないという説もある。俺自身あまり求めてないし。キャストさんのYouTube配信は時々見てたけど。
単純に推しをひっそり応援したいだけ、みたいな人が多いのかなって感じ。一応言っとくけどROM専の方が遥かに多いからな？
あと俺は詳しくないが17LIVE（イチナナ）あたりはキャバ的雰囲気があるかもしれん。でもあそこはバーチャル界隈ほとんど関係ない場所だからVTuber全体に当てはめるのはさすがに乱暴すぎるだろう。識者求む

I recently go to the streaming on Reality.
Probably some one knows the app that everybody get the body of 2D and do the streaming easily.
In that world, someone act a anime character, someone sing a song, someone chat with listener… etc
I was visited hers streaming and that main topic was chatting of hers life.
It's no especial, no comical, and so general, but she has good opinion, it is difficult to explain, but it has a Reality.
I don't have the feeling of love for her, but I am respecting her.
Today, we were talking long time and the topic was moved to the culture（教養）.
I searched "教養" in English at first time after hers streaming, I haven't known that meaning.
I didn't graduate the university then I don't have a school career, but she said "you have the culture（教養）".
I am not sure why she said that, I can use English a little than other Japanese people, or I can think reasons of other people.
Anyway, the topic was moved to culture.
However, I didn't know the 教養 in English. I assumed that culture has only ”文化” and if that word has other meanings, that is similar "文化".
I felt I touched "culture" in the real sense.
Maybe, all people better to think about opinion of other people beyond the scope of us opinion.
その中で、REALITYというアプリを運営をする人もいた。最初はREALITYってメタバースじゃなくない？という違和感があった。話を聞いていると、REALITYもメタバースに含まれるらしい。REALITYってスマホのインカメラを使って画面内のアバターを動かす子供騙しみたいなサービスだと思っていたので、ええ〜〜〜これがメタバースなの〜〜？と椅子から転げ落ちた。つまり、このイベントでの「メタバース」とは「モーションキャプチャを使ってユーザ同士でコミュニケーションが取れるプラットフォーム」を指す言葉らしいのだ。facebookは、オキュラスを買収したりヘッドセットを開発して、本来の意味に近しいメタバースを作ろうとしているので、先日のイベントにいた特にREALITYはメタバースの皮を被ったただのSNSのようにしか見えないんだ。クラスターもメタバースじゃないじゃん。VRな空間を提供するただの場所貸す業者でしょ。VRChatはVR酔いに克服できた猛者だけが集まるモナチャットでしょ。
何が言いたいかというと、メタバースというインターフェース・抽象は存在しているが、実装・具象であるメターバースはまだないってことだ。
良くも悪くも「戦闘美少女を好む男性オタク」と同じですわよね。
わたくし女ですけど(大嘘)、戦う女の子も手芸する男の子も好きですわ。どちらも萌えの対象として。
もちろん、結果的にはそれらが「呪いからの解放」としての役割を果たしてきたという側面は無視できない程あると思いますし、そうした役割こそが「萌えのスパイス」になるという感覚も理解できますけれど。
ただ、そこに「使命感」的なものを持ち始めると、傲慢というか、一部の男性オタクが「巨乳キャラを排除するのは巨乳差別」などと仰いますのと同レベルでしかないとも思いますの。
ゲイの理解者ヅラする「おこげ」が嫌われるのと一緒ですわね。(「おこげ」が引っ付くのは「おかま」ですけれど。)
わたくしも対人性愛を持たないフィクトセクシュアルなのですけれど、ゲイやアセクシュアルの男性を「草食系男子」の亜種見たいな感じで性的消費するのも別に悪いことじゃない(それ自体が彼女らのセクシュアリティであって、他人がケチをつけていいものでもない)と思いますけれど、「私たちは立派な意識を持っています」って体でそれをやられると流石に近寄ってきて欲しくはないですわね。

おすすめの同人エロゲはグール×グーラ、SEQUEL blight、フランと罪人の島、nursery Slime、DT MAGICAL SCHOOL、セックス&ヴァーデンリッテ、外道勇者一行、赤首の闘技場、魔界洞ルル・ファレア、Ideal Reality、うさみみボウケンタン、サキュバステイマー、ゆきいろクエスト、灯影に沈むノスタルレイパー、破戒シスター、シズミルクなどです。
海外ファンタジーはなかなか翻訳されることがなく、翻訳されてもシリーズが途中で止まることも多い（マラザンみたいにね）。
ということで必然的に原書で読むことになるんだけど、同好の士の参考になればと思い、近年読んだものも評価をまとめた。
ファンタジーに限らず、出版社からちゃんと出版されるものと自費出版とがあって、近年は自費出版ものも質が大変向上している（とはいえ玉石混交）。ざっくり言うと、自費出版の大半はライトノベルのような内容とクオリティ。
アポカリプスものが大流行したSF界のような大きな傾向がファンタジーにあるかというと、ちょっとよくわからない。エピックファンタジーよりもダークなものが売れているように思う。
てことで近年読んだ本の中からいくつか紹介。あくまでも個人的な趣味です。

Rukaという主人公はここ10年で読んだ小説の登場人物でトップクラスに好き。

母の教えに従いRukaは自分が殺した相手の墓を心の中に作り埋めてあげる。そのうち、心の中の墓場に幽霊が出てきて……
ダークでグロテスクなラヴクラフトを思わせる独特の世界観。とても良い。
「One hundred years ago Nall's Engine was fired on the enemies of the Republic, and in its wake it left a blackened and scarred landscape known as The Misery. Beyond The Misery, a wasteland of corruption and dark magic, reside the even darker entities known as The Deep Kings. They want nothing more than to destroy the Republic, the realm of men」
「誰かが俺たちがくることを忠告しやがった。信者たちは空の部屋と違法の経典をいくつか残して姿をくらました。食べかけの皿、開きっぱなしの箪笥の引き出し。持てるものだけ持ってThe Miseryに逃げ込んだ。制服を着てたころ司令官が言ってたな。The Miseryに好き好んでいくのは追い詰められてヤケクソになってるか馬鹿野郎か欲に駆られた奴だけだって。あいつらはそれだけヤケクソになってるんだ。俺は10人くらいの馬鹿で欲深い男たちを集めて奴らを始末しに出かけた。」
武侠／ドラゴンボール／RPGの影響感じさせるシリーズ。とても好き。
madraというエネルギーを使えるものだけが様々な武力や能力を向上させることができる世界で、madraの適性がない少年Lindonは「空」と書かれたバッヂを胸に下げている。
ある日、天上人に命を救われた彼は、未来を見せてもらうが、そこで見たのはなんとかmadraを使えようになり幸せに生きる自分の姿だった。しかし、同時に村が神獣に破壊される運命であることも知ってしまう。村を救うために、死に物狂いの特訓が始まる。
・Founders 三部作（未完結）：魔力をベースに構築されたスチームパンク世界。

ゴミを漁って生活しているRachelが、馬鹿でかい熊の化け物Mord（空も飛べたりする）の毛にくっついていた変わった生き物を発見してBorneと名付ける。Borneはすくすくと成長していき……
これまたダークな作品。
魔力を持ってると殺されてしまう世界で生まれた少年の話。ありがちだけどよくできてる。
「押しよせる帝国軍. 迎え撃つは空に浮かぶ要塞―― 女帝ラシーンが帝位に就いてから七年。以来マラザン帝国は多くの自由都市に侵攻し、大陸をまたぎ、海を越えて版図を拡大してきた。そして侵攻作戦がジェナバキス大陸に及んだ今、若き貴族将校パランは、秘められた魔道の力を知ることになる……空中要塞や異種属との攻防、兵士たちの野望と葛藤、そして渦巻く神々の思惑――猛り狂う運命の波濤を荘厳かつ凄惨に描き、現代最高との呼び声も高いファンタジイ群像劇」らしいよ。
少しだけ翻訳されてたけど、原書は完結済み。キャラクタードリブンではなく世界観を見せていくやつなので、合わない人には全く合わない。あと一巻が読みにくいので、そこを過ぎれば、なんとか行けるかな。
ちなみに、８巻まで読んで今は休憩中。
賛否あると思うけど、４巻の「House of Chains」までは読んで欲しい。
シリーズ名の通り、次々と登場人物が死ぬ。しかし、死んだ人物が普通に活躍したりもするので、その辺が後半になると弱い感じがしてくるところか。

結構読ませる。
