日本ではあまり知られていないかもしれないが、英語圏では任天堂のアクセシビリティの欠如を非難する記事やコメントは珍しいものではなくなってきた。

C5/C6麻痺を持っているゲーマーの男がゼルダについて書いた記事だが、彼はTears of the KingdomがBreath of the Wildと比べてアクセシビリティの面でどれほど進化しているか期待していた。しかし期待しても無駄だったようだ。彼は2019年6月にKotakuが青沼英二にしたインタビューを引用して青沼を非難する。
青沼：ボタンを配置する時は、プレイヤーに感じてもらいたい特定の方法があるので、非常によく考えて配置しています。キーの割り当てなどのカスタマイズをプレイヤーに自由にさせてしまうと、ある意味、開発者としての責任をすべてユーザーに丸投げしているような気がします。私たちはゲームをプレイするとき、すべての人に楽しんでもらうことを考えているので、プレイヤーにもそれを体験してもらいたいと思っています。しかし、プレイヤーが自由なカスタマイズを望んでいることも理解しています。

これはかなり奇妙だ。テレビモードと携帯モードを切り替えられることはSwitchの最大の特徴の1つであるにもかかわらず、任天堂自身がその特徴を侮辱的に扱い、結果的に携帯モードを無意味にしているのだから。任天堂の経営者は「任天堂に関わるすべての人を笑顔にする」などと表明しているが、彼らが実際にやっていることはかなり軽薄なのだ。

いわゆる"伝統的な人"で、画一的なライフモデルが絶対、特定のコミュニティの評価が絶対の人に対しては、『そうですか😒』(伝統の尊重)としか言えないけど、
いわゆる"伝統的な人"ではないなら、年齢に役割を結びつけて、出来もしないこと・やりたくもないことはしない方が、QoLは上がると思います
いわゆる"伝統的な人"ではなではない場合、下記のようにライフステージという言葉の置き換えも検討したらいかがでしょうか？

お前らもSDGsが何の略蚊くらいは知ってるだろうと思うが、(S)ustainable (D)evelopment (G)oal(s) すなわち持続可能な開発目標と言ってるものだ。
俺の理解するところ、持続可能性、というのは、究極のとこ地球のリソースは有限に決まっているのだから、それを使い潰さず、人類が恒久的に存続し発展していける可能性を残している状態ということだ。
俺はその究極目標は気に入っている。人類が無限の未来までその足跡を残せるよう、俺たちは最大限努力すべきだろう。それが先祖と子孫と、人類が見つけてきたすべての叡智のために、現在の我々ができることだ。
6、7、8、9、11、12、13、14、15あたりはわかる。
公衆衛生、エネルギー持続性、経済と雇用、産業と都市のインフラ、マテリアルリサイクル、気候変動対策、生物多様性……
1、2、3、10、16もまあわかる。貧困だの飢餓だのを放っておくと人間が死ぬし、社会がある程度公正でないと戦争が起きたりする。
俺が意味わからんと思うのは、4と5だ。高い教育とジェンダー平等だ。これが人類の持続可能性に資するかどうか、まだ誰もわからなくないか？
いやもろちん、高い教育、ジェンダー平等、まことに結構だ。やったら良い。より良い社会のために、是非とも必要なことだ。
だがこれ、持続可能な開発目標か？？こいつら無理やりねじ込まれてないか？？
もちろんすべての目標は未だ人類社会で達成されてないことばかりだが、それにしたって、この4と5が持続可能な社会を作れるかは不明すぎやしないか？

また、正直なところ、俺は特にジェンダー問題については、このままやって本当に大丈夫か？と思ってもいる。
率直に言って、ここまでの人類の存続は、男女の役割という苛烈な人権制限の上に成り立ってるんじゃないだろうか？
特に女だ。狩猟の時代が終わって男の肉体の役割はずいぶんマシになったと言えるだろうが、女の肉体は相変わらずとんでもない無理をして次の世代を作っている。
こんな状況では、ジェンダー平等なんてのは土台無理な話なんではないかと思っている。
何万年前と同じように、俺たちは女たちの本能に期待する以外に種としての持続可能性を持っていない。
ジェンダー平等が達成された世界で、古い男女の役割（女の役割）をやってくれる人間たちだけで人類を持続させられるのだろうか？

Windows 10 (22H2 19045.4170) 上のEdgeを、数十のタブを開いたまま新バージョン (123.0.2420.53) に更新したらハングアップしたため、タスクマネージャーで強制終了させた
その後Edgeを起動させようとすると、更新時に閉じたセッションを復帰させる段階で強制終了するようになり、使用不能になった
Edgeに導入していた拡張機能には、Session Budy (4.0.2。GoogleのManifest V3に対応するため、最近大規模改修を実施(1。増田の最終節の同番号を参照。以下同)) やuBlock Origin (1.56.0。新規のマイフィルターを多数追加中だった) 等があった
「Edgeが起動しない」と直截な語句で検索していくつかの解説ページにたどり着いた
いくつかの解決策(2・3)を実行したところ、有効ではなかったが次の知見が得られた
数日程度では修復できないだろうと判断し、別のChromiumブラウザを使いつつ、片手間で修復方法を調べることにした
Windowsの設定画面等にあるリンクが有効になるよう、デフォルトのwebブラウザをEdgeから変更した
パスワードは別ツールで管理してたため無くてもそんなに困らなかったが、uBlockの設定とSession Budyで雑に保存してた閲覧履歴は必要だったので、Chrome拡張の復旧作業をした
"Default\Local Extension Settings"以下のフォルダと、念のために"Default\IndexedDB""Default\Local Storage\leveldb"の中身を移植(8)して作業完了
アイテムの履歴データ破損が問題の原因ではと考えてその修復や初期化方法を検索したが、これは徒労に終わった（ただし、このアプローチが完全に無効だとは言い切れない。参考ページ5は、復旧作業完了後に見つけた情報で、今回の問題に活用できずに終わった）
「コントロールパネル→システムとセキュリティ→セキュリティとメンテナンス→信頼性履歴の表示→問題レポートをすべて表示」で確認できた、Edgeの問題の要約やイベント名等で検索したところ、再インストールを勧めるページが数点引っかかった
既に何日も経ちWindowsの再インストールかユーザーアカウントの作り直しをしようかと考えかけていたが、もう少し努力してみることにした
Edgeを (アプリファイルを手動で削除したりするのではなく) なるべく安全にアンインストールすれば、正常に再インストールできるのではと考え、検索結果通り(11・12)に作業してみた
それでも「アプリ」のアンインストールメニューは無効なままで操作できなかったが、他に事例が無いか、"IntegratedServicesRegionPolicySet.json"等の関連語句で再検索した
コマンドラインでアンインストールを試みた事例(13)が見つかり、実行したらEdgeが削除された (ただし、コマンドプロンプトでもポップアップウィンドウでも実行結果の表示がされなかった)
そして参考ページ4のインストーラを実行し、念のために修復とOSの再起動をかけ、Edgeの起動を確認した
Microsoftアカウントにログインしていたため、パスワードは簡単に復旧できた
拡張機能は全て死んでいたが、仮に使っていたChromiumブラウザからコピペしたりエクスポートしたりして終了
利用していた拡張が少なかったので、プロファイルフォルダの内容の移植よりもその方が簡単だった

1999年に埼玉県で発生した桶川ストーカー殺人事件を追った週刊誌記者のルポルタージュ。事件が事件だけにこういう言い方は不適切かもしれないが本当にとんでもなく面白い。こんな酷いことができる人間が本当に存在するのか、警察はここまで人間の命を軽んじるのか、マスコミは面白おかしく報道できれば事実なんてどうでもいいのか……、とにかく最初から最後までずっと衝撃を受けっぱなし。この世界の見え方がぐわんぐわんと歪み、最終的に気持ち悪くなってくるほどの恐怖や憤りを覚えた。また、文庫版あとがきにも言葉を失った。打ちのめされる読書体験がしたい人は読むべき。
「人間って生き方下手すぎるだろ、ちょっと動物見習ってみろよ」みたいな本。半分漫画、半分解説文で猛烈に読みやすいから気軽に何度も読み返すうちに大好きになっていた。゛「生存戦略」がテーマのビジネス書”と紹介されているが、バリバリのビジネスマンから完全なる無職まで、老若男女誰もが普遍的に楽しめて勇気づけられる内容になっているのがすごい。
世の中なんてクソくらえ、と思っている人にはこれを読んでほしい。世の中には「世の中なんてクソくらえ」と思っている人が割と大勢いて、その中でも哲学者中島義道はかなりクソくらえパワーが強い人間。中島が嫌いなのは「常に感謝の気持ちをわすれない人」や「自分の仕事に誇りを持っている人」、「けじめを大切にする人」など。普通だったら良いこととされる考え方の中にある欺瞞や建前を丁寧にあぶりだしてすさまじく罵倒する。「わが人生に悔いはないと思っている人」に対して「ああ、そう思いたければそう思いなさい！そう思って、さっさと死んでいくがいい！」とブチギレまくっている。中学生の頃にこの本を読んで価値観を根底からひっくり返されるような衝撃をうけた。
はいきました、直木賞作品。小説には゛奇妙な味”という、まあ今ではほとんど死語になりつつあるジャンル？があって、阿刀田高はその名手。なんとも後味の苦いブラックユーモア満載の短編が13話入っているのだけれど、文章とオチのキレがすごい。ありふれた日常風景から導入して途中に「おや？」と思い、その違和感がいつの間にかとんでもない事態になっている。やっぱり短編小説は読みやすいよね。作品世界に慣れて没入し始めた時に終わってしまうので物足りないこともあるけれど、これはどの作品も大体最後は破局的な結末でスパっと終わるので読後感が爽やか。
めっちゃふざけたタイトルだが、中身はめっちゃ理系！マジで想像以上に理系。文系の私にはさっぱりわかりませんし、もはや何が書いてあったのかすら全然覚えておりません！しかし何というか、宇宙人と出会った時に恥をかかないためにはどういう教養を身に着けどんな会話をすればよいのか、その会話の先に何が待ち受けているのか。そんな考えたこともないようなシチュエーションを解説してくれる宇宙会話ハウツー本として不思議な魅力がある。講談社ブルーバックスという自然科学、科学技術系の新書シリーズの中の一冊。
光文社古典新訳文庫。その名の通り『カラマーゾフの兄弟』とか『方丈記』とか古今東西の古典的名著を、今生きている言葉でとても読みやすく出版してる神シリーズがあり、その中から出会った一冊。一言でいえば若い男女が愛の炎に燃えて駆け落ちする話、なのだがとにかくエネルギーがすさまじい。ああ、お互いのことが好きで好きで堪らないけどとにかく金がないから親から金借ります、その金使っちゃったので友人騙して金借ります、だめだ金足りないから詐欺します、どうやら彼女が浮気してるぞこのビッチめ、ごめんやっぱり愛してるよチュッチュ♡、そうこうしてるうちにまた金なくなったから人殺します……、最初から最後までやりたい放題でものすごい疾走感、最高に面白い。驚くのはこれが300年前の小説だということ。
小学生の頃図書館で読んで不思議な気持ちになった漫画。猫と人間が同じことをしゃべる世界で、性格が終わってるデブ猫ヒデヨシとその友達のテンプラやパンツたちの日常の話。最近久しぶりに読み返しているがヤバい、毎回最後のコマで泣きそうになる。降る雪の上を歩ける靴を履いて「ほんとうに・・・粉雪は冬の散歩身だね」って……(´；ω；`)。別に感動的な話ってわけでは全くないんだけれど美しくて。余韻って言葉はこの漫画のためにあるんじゃないのかってくらい、毎話余韻がすごすぎる。
無人島に一冊だけ持っていくとしたらこの本を選ぶ。40年近く前の本だが、この本はそれだけ長い間日本全国津々浦々、大都会の本屋で、片田舎の図書館で、おじいちゃんちの本棚で、様々な人にひっそりとけれど強烈に衝撃を与えてきた名著。「ものぐさ精神分析が本当に面白くて」みたいな話を、全く別々の３人から聞いたことがある。日本人について、歴史について、性について、すさまじい筆力でぐいぐいと独自の理論が展開されていく気持ちよさ。今読み直してもその理論が社会にピタッと当てはまってしまうような鋭さ。今後もずっと読み続ける一冊。
甥がもうすぐ中三になる。高校受験の話題も既に学校や親から何度も出ているであろう。偶々会話する機会があり、甥は進路についてこう語る。
「やりたいこととかない」
大変覚えのある感情だ。
ブラックジャックを読んで医者になりたいと言い出し、WILD LIFEを読んで獣医も良いなと嘯き、もやしもんを読んで酒蔵への興味を湧かせる。しかし勉強は何一つしない。そういう子供だった。
大人は子供に夢や目標を持てと言う。あらゆることに興味を持て。経験をしろ。本を読み、ボランティアに参加し、つまりまぁ社会勉強から世の中を知り己を知り夢を見つけろとそういう訳だ。
大人になった今なら解る言だ。目標がなければ努力はできない。目標のない子供に親が勉強しろと言うのは一先ずの目標として大学を目指せという意味もあるだろう。志望校は数字で解り易く自分がどこまで手が届いているかわかるからだ。
さて、甥である。彼はゲームが好きだ。書籍の類いはあまり読まない。最近の若者には珍しくモテへの意欲がある。イケメンで性格も優しいのでそれなりにモテているようだ。(羨ましい限りである。)しかしそれも熱い情熱がある訳では無い。「大学に行ってモテライフを歩みたい」のような目標すらない。そしてそれは、かつての自分もそうであった。
夢のない子供だった頃、目標を持てと言われるのが嫌いだった。そもそも物事に強い興味が湧くタイプでもなかった。前述の漫画から着想を得てみたり、15歳からのハローワークを捲ってみたりと色々「夢」なるものを探したが、いまいちピンと来ない。今思えば無駄な努力だった。「興味」や「目標」は浅瀬でチャプチャプ遊んでいるような者に手に入るものではない。大体プロゲーマーだの小説家だの目標を持ったところで最終的にはスーツを着たサラリーマンになり、夢や目標が叶えられることなどないのだろうと斜に構えていた。スーツを着たサラリーマンになることの大変さも解っていなかったので、そこが大人の末路だと勘違いしていたのである。今の私に言わせるならスーツのサラリーマンはむしろ勝ち組だ。
就職活動の苦しみも労働の辛さや達成感も知らない子供に、夢のない子供だった大人から「夢を持て」以外に言えることはなんだろうかと考えた時、あなたはなんと伝えるだろうか。
私は「自分にとって何が一番楽に出来る事かを知れ」だと結論を出した。
仕事をするに当たって大切なことは何か考えた時、「ストレスなく結果を出せること」が最重要ではないだろうか。ストレスを溜めれば精神も肉体も蝕まれる。最終的に結果が出せたとしても、結果のために身体を壊しては本末転倒だ。仕事は生きている間は絶えず続けていくものであり、ランニングコストのかかる「結果」は命を縮めかねない。
人には向き不向きがある。座り仕事に向く者、向かない者。体力のあるなし。記憶力、忍耐力、頭の良さやファッションセンス。あらゆる自分のスペックを知り、「そこそこの結果が出せて」「努力してもストレスになりにくい」そういった職業に就くことで、その後の人生をより良いものにできる。
強い情熱は持っているだけで武器になる。やる気のある奴というのはそれだけで強い。しかし突出した情熱がなくとも、社会に参加できない訳では無い。
「夢を持て」と言われるのが嫌だった当時の私に、話の通じない大人になったものだとため息を点かれないような答えに辿り着けただろうか。
他人軸で生きている・常に他人の承認や賞賛が必要な人は、たとえ高学歴・高所得でも、仮にガチセレブでも、永遠にチラチラやってるし、下手したら自死する
親になっても碌な振る舞いはしないし、平気で『夫が望んだから産んだ』『子を持たないと友達や親親戚に馬鹿にされるから産んだ』ってのたまう
いわゆる"伝統的な人"で、画一的なライフモデルが絶対、特定のコミュニティの評価が絶対の人に対しては、『そうですか😒』(伝統の尊重)としか言えないけど、
いわゆる"伝統的な人"ではないなら、年齢に役割を結びつけて、出来もしないこと・やりたくもないことはしない方が、QoLは上がると思います

AI画像生成自体は罪になりません。上記のやりとりではインスタグラムの写真を勝手に学習に使われたということで、著作権侵害として対処しようとしています。
ただし日米で法律が異なるのに注意です。
日本ではよく知られたように著作物のAI使用は広く認められています。ただし
第三十条の四
著作物は、次に掲げる場合その他の当該著作物に表現された思想又は感情を自ら享受し又は他人に享受させることを目的としない場合には、その必要と認められる限度において、いずれの方法によるかを問わず、利用することができる。ただし、当該著作物の種類及び用途並びに当該利用の態様に照らし著作権者の利益を不当に害することとなる場合は、この限りでない。
とあります。『著作権者の利益を不当に害することとなる場合』に該当すると良いのですが。そうじゃないと困る。
また、プライバシーの侵害という観点から見れば「宴のあと事件」「石に泳ぐ魚事件」などの判例をみるに民事で訴えることは可能なように思えますね。
さらにいえば、もともと日本ではポルノの扱いが厳しくてポルノ画像を公共の場に送信するのは禁止されています（猥褻物頒布罪）
なので上で話題になっている男は日本なら刑事罰で捕まるはずです。
こんなわけで、アメリカで起こっている問題がそのまま日本ですぐさま問題になるわけではありません。
日本における表現規制の厳しさに救われたようなちょっと不思議な状況ですね
あくまで現状においてですが、LoRAによるAIポルノ被害は日本では全然耳にしません。
アメリカ人はフォトリアルなポルノを作るのに対し、日本人は萌え絵を作る。
萌え絵のおかげで日本人女性はあまり被害に遭わないというちょっと不思議なおはなし。
もちろんこれはあくまで傾向です。例外はありますよ。アメリカ人にも萌え絵を生成する萌えオタはいます。また、古くはグラビアアイドルでコラ画像を作る日本人もいました。
昔はコラ画像を作る技術を持った人たちはごく一握りだったのに対し、技術を持たないアホが画像生成AIを手にしてしまったということが数々の問題を引き起こしています。
アメリカでは大量のアホがフォトリアルなエロ画像を生成しているせいで出てくる問題なわけです
逆に言い換えれば、日本にも知人でLoRAする知人の写真で追加学習させるアホが探せばいるかもしれないけれど数が少なすぎて表面化しないということですね
念のためAI画像生成絵師さん達の名誉のために書いておきますが、Pixiv等でルールを守って投稿されている方々は何のトラブルも起こしていません。生成している絵もこだわりが込められていて、使う道具が違うだけで愛があるのだと感じます。まともな人ほど静かで目に入らない、問題のあるやつほど悪目立ちするというのが話がこじれる原因ですね
