著作権法とは別に、新たにAI法を作り、AIから著作権利者の権利を守る法整備を望みます。

そして二次創作した作家のPCが押収されると、EdgeにImage Creatorが付いてるし、Windows11を使っていたらペイントに生成AIが付いている。
誰がこれを使っていないことを証明できるのか。
なんで違法にアップロードされた動画のストリーミング再生が違法となっていないのか考えたことは無いのだろうか。
上記の非親告罪はこれに対して行おうとしているのだろうが、生成AIに限定していないのがヤバい。
例えば児童ポルノを検出して非公開にするAIの学習をするためには児童ポルノを学習していなければならない。
また情報がすべて開示されるので医療AIとか学習に使われた患者のプライバシーが守られなくなる。
影響が大きすぎる。
アホが作ったか、賛同するアホをあぶり出すために作られた署名としか思えない。
せめて弁護士とかまともな人に添削してもらえなかったのだろうか。
書いてないだけで全て生成AIについてで、他のAIについては別だという反論もありそうだがそうではない。
なので著作物を学習した生成AI以外に対しても法律の対象にしようとしている……またはそういうつもりでなくてもそうなってしまっている。
しかもこんな無茶苦茶な内容を「罰せられる法律」と書いてあるので刑法にしようとしている。
学習された著作者の救済が目的であれば民法にして「賠償を求めることができる」にすると思うのだが。
著作権法を改正して無断で学習できないように求める署名であれば、著作物でないデータなどは含まれないのでまだ賛同の余地がある。
しかし求めているのが著作権法とは別である以上、全てのAIの学習に対して規制できる法律となってしまう。
この署名を元に左翼政党が本気でこれを実現させるために動き出したらどうしてくれるんだろう。

Prentis Hall is a building in New York City, where I spent a year (2015-2016) living in a sleeping bag and taking showers in the toilet. Prentis was built in 1909 and was initially designed as a pasteurization facility and milk bottling plant, then later used as a Heat Transfer Research Facility, conducting nuclear research and experiments, during the Manhattan Project. Columbia University acquired the building in 1949, and the building has housed Columbia’s Computer Music Center (then Columbia-Princeton Electronic Music Center) from the 1950s onwards. During my time there at the Computer Music Center, I have spent my days and nights exploring stimulating sounds using both analog and digital synthesizers, tape recorders, CTR monitors, and other equipments unfamiliar to me back then. Aside from the Computer Music Center, the building also housed studios for visual artists, and so I was able to meet many eccentric artists, where we ended up having long conversations every night on both significant and insignificant issues surrounding us.
Located on 125th Street in Manhattan, the “residents” of Prentis Hall were constantly harassed by the rumblings of the New York City Subway (which runs aboveground for 125th Street Station), the traffic from the highway nearby, the bustling of the streets of New York, and the construction noises from the nearby building sites. At nights, the screeching noises from the metal shop and the wood shop constantly rang throughout the building. At one point in time, the noise inspired me to imagine a gigantic pink elephant running through the narrow corridors of Prentis. The head and front half of the body was seemingly a normal elephant found in the wild. However, as I scanned my eyes further back, the body of the animal seemed to become more and more pixelated, and small 3D blocks were clearly visible on its back and hind legs, as if molded by an amateur creator in a Minecraft game. As the elephant advanced, some blocks fell onto the floor like water droplets falling from an animal soaked in water. I rubbed my eyes and shook my head, certain that I have entered a dream at some point during the night. The pink elephant walked past me and wandered into one of the many rooms the building offered. I timidly peeked into the room where the pink elephant disappeared into. The pink elephant seemed to have collapsed on the floor, its body, both the organic front and the pixelated back, expanding and shrinking as it sluggishly inhaled and exhaled oxygen.
After hours of staring at the pink elephant, I jumped back at a sudden startling noise from behind, which woke the pink elephant from its deep slumber. Furious, the pink elephant stood on its two pixelated hind legs, and stomped out into the corridors again, this time shaking off more 3D blocks from its back than when it first arrived. The organic front seemed to start to bloat up like a balloon for reasons unknown to me, and the pixelated back grew smaller and smaller due to its parts crumbling down on the floor. In a blink of an eye, the inflated front side split from its pixelated rear, then with a deafening pop, exploded into thin air like a burst balloon. What was left were the pink 3D blocks of all sizes, scattered around on the corridors of Prentis Hall.

Dalle3を使っている(とされている)bing image creatorの調整がトンチキで、「anine female」って入れると乳首が出てくるメチャメチャな時期があった
今は検閲が正確になって出力されない(生成しても乳首センサーが働いて代わりにゲロ犬が出る)
で、redditにキツネザルのメスが人参でオナニーする画像を生成することに成功した人がいて
「Dalle3は少なくとも動物の性器の位置に関する知識がある」と結論していた

The Sacrament—and the Sacrifice
Of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles
I pray for your faith and prayers that my utterances will be received and understood “by the Spirit of truth” and that my expressions will be given “by the Spirit of truth” so that we might all be “edified and rejoice together.” (See D&C 50:21–22.)
As I stand here today—a well man—words of gratitude and acknowledgment of divine intervention are so very inadequate in expressing the feelings in my soul.
Six months ago at the April general conference, I was excused from speaking as I was convalescing from a serious operation. My life has been spared, and I now have the pleasant opportunity of acknowledging the blessings, comfort, and ready aid of my Brethren in the First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve, and other wonderful associates and friends to whom I owe so much and who surrounded my dear wife, Ruby, and my family with their time, attention, and prayers. For the inspired doctors and thoughtful nurses I express my deepest gratitude, and for the thoughtful letters and messages of faith and hope received from many places in the world, many expressing, “You have been in our prayers” or “We have been asking our Heavenly Father to spare your life.” Your prayers and mine, thankfully, have been answered.
One unusual card caused me to ponder upon the majesty of it all. It is an original painting by Arta Romney Ballif of the heavens at night with its myriad golden stars. Her caption, taken from Psalms, reads:
“He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
“He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.
“… His understanding is infinite.” (Ps. 147:1, 3–5.)
As I lay in the hospital bed, I meditated on all that had happened to me and studied the contemplative painting by President Marion G. Romney’s sister and the lines from Psalms: “He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.” I was then—and continue to be—awed by the goodness and majesty of the Creator, who knows not only the names of the stars but knows your name and my name—each of us as His sons and daughters.
“When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;
“What is man, that thou art mindful of him? …
“For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.” (Ps. 8:3–5.)
To be remembered is a wonderful thing.
The evening of my health crisis, I knew something very serious had happened to me. Events happened so swiftly—the pain striking with such intensity, my dear Ruby phoning the doctor and our family, and I on my knees leaning over the bathtub for support and some comfort and hoped relief from the pain. I was pleading to my Heavenly Father to spare my life a while longer to give me a little more time to do His work, if it was His will.
While still praying, I began to lose consciousness. The siren of the paramedic truck was the last that I remembered before unconsciousness overtook me, which would last for the next several days.
The terrible pain and commotion of people ceased. I was now in a calm, peaceful setting; all was serene and quiet. I was conscious of two persons in the distance on a hillside, one standing on a higher level than the other. Detailed features were not discernible. The person on the higher level was pointing to something I could not see.
I heard no voices but was conscious of being in a holy presence and atmosphere. During the hours and days that followed, there was impressed again and again upon my mind the eternal mission and exalted position of the Son of Man. I witness to you that He is Jesus the Christ, the Son of God, Savior to all, Redeemer of all mankind, Bestower of infinite love, mercy, and forgiveness, the Light and Life of the world. I knew this truth before—I had never doubted nor wondered. But now I knew, because of the impressions of the Spirit upon my heart and soul, these divine truths in a most unusual way.
I was shown a panoramic view of His earthly ministry: His baptism, His teaching, His healing the sick and lame, the mock trial, His crucifixion, His resurrection and ascension. There followed scenes of His earthly ministry to my mind in impressive detail, confirming scriptural eyewitness accounts. I was being taught, and the eyes of my understanding were opened by the Holy Spirit of God so as to behold many things.
The first scene was of the Savior and His Apostles in the upper chamber on the eve of His betrayal. Following the Passover supper, He instructed and prepared the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper for His dearest friends as a remembrance of His coming sacrifice. It was so impressively portrayed to me—the overwhelming love of the Savior for each. I witnessed His thoughtful concern for significant details—the washing of the dusty feet of each Apostle, His breaking and blessing of the loaf of dark bread and blessing of the wine, then His dreadful disclosure that one would betray Him.
He explained Judas’s departure and told the others of the events soon to take place.
Then followed the Savior’s solemn discourse when He said to the Eleven: “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33.)
Our Savior prayed to His Father and acknowledged the Father as the source of His authority and power—even to the extending of eternal life to all who are worthy.
He prayed, “And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.”
Jesus then reverently added:
“I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.
“And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.” (John 17:3–5.)
He pled not only for the disciples called out from the world who had been true to their testimony of Him, “but for them also which shall believe on me through their word.” (John 17:20.)
When they had sung a hymn, Jesus and the Eleven went out to the Mount of Olives. There, in the garden, in some manner beyond our comprehension, the Savior took upon Himself the burden of the sins of mankind from Adam to the end of the world. His agony in the garden, Luke tells us, was so intense “his sweat was as … great drops of blood falling … to the ground.” (Luke 22:44.) He suffered an agony and a burden the like of which no human person would be able to bear. In that hour of anguish our Savior overcame all the power of Satan.
The glorified Lord revealed to Joseph Smith this admonition to all mankind:
“Therefore I command you to repent …
“For … I, God, … suffered … for all, that they might not suffer if they would repent; …
“Which suffering caused myself, even God, the greatest of all, to tremble because of pain, and to bleed at every pore, …
“Wherefore, I command you again to repent, lest I humble you with my almighty power; and that you confess your sins, lest you suffer these punishments.” (D&C 19:15–16, 18, 20.)
During those days of unconsciousness I was given, by the gift and power of the Holy Ghost, a more perfect knowledge of His mission. I was also given a more complete understanding of what it means to exercise, in His name, the authority to unlock the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven for the salvation of all who are faithful. My soul was taught over and over again the events of the betrayal, the mock trial, the scourging of the flesh of even one of the Godhead. I witnessed His struggling up the hill in His weakened condition carrying the cross and His being stretched upon it as it lay on the ground, that the crude spikes could be driven with a mallet into His hands and wrists and feet to secure His body as it hung on the cross for public display.
Crucifixion—the horrible and painful death which He suffered—was chosen from the beginning. By that excruciating death, He descended below all things, as is recorded, that through His resurrection He would ascend above all things. (See D&C 88:6.)
Jesus Christ died in the literal sense in which we will all die. His body lay in the tomb. The immortal spirit of Jesus, chosen as the Savior of mankind, went to those myriads of spirits who had departed mortal life with varying degrees of righteousness to God’s laws. He taught them the “glorious tidings of redemption from the bondage of death, and of possible salvation, … [which was] part of [our] Savior’s foreappointed and unique service to the human family.” (James E. Talmage, Jesus the Christ, Salt Lake City: Deseret Book Co., 1977, p. 671.)
I cannot begin to convey to you the deep impact that these scenes have confirmed upon my soul. I sense their eternal meaning and realize that “nothing in the entire plan of salvation compares in any way in importance with that most transcendent of all events, the atoning sacrifice of our Lord. It is the most important single thing that has ever occurred in the entire history of created things; it is the rock foundation upon which the gospel and all other things rest,” as has been declared. (Bruce R. McConkie, Mormon Doctrine, Salt Lake City: Bookcraft, 1966, p. 60.)
Father Lehi taught his son Jacob and us today:
“Wherefore, redemption cometh in and through the Holy Messiah; for he is full of grace and truth.
“Behold, he offereth himself a sacrifice for sin, to answer the ends of the law, unto all those who have a broken heart and a contrite spirit; and unto none else can the ends of the law be answered.
“Wherefore, how great the importance to make these things known unto the inhabitants of the earth, that they may know that there is no flesh that can dwell in the presence of God, save it be through the merits, and mercy, and grace of the Holy Messiah, who layeth down his life according to the flesh, and taketh it again by the power of the Spirit, that he may bring to pass the resurrection of the dead, being the first that should rise.
“Wherefore, he is the firstfruits unto God, inasmuch as he shall make intercession for all the children of men; and they that believe in him shall be saved.” (2 Ne. 2:6–9.)
Our most valuable worship experience in the sacrament meeting is the sacred ordinance of the sacrament, for it provides the opportunity to focus our minds and hearts upon the Savior and His sacrifice.
The Apostle Paul warned the early Saints against eating this bread and drinking this cup of the Lord unworthily. (See 1 Cor. 11:27–30.)
Our Savior Himself instructed the Nephites, “Whoso eateth and drinketh my flesh and blood unworthily [brings] damnation to his soul.” (3 Ne. 18:29.)
Worthy partakers of the sacrament are in harmony with the Lord and put themselves under covenant with Him to always remember His sacrifice for the sins of the world, to take upon them the name of Christ and to always remember Him, and to keep His commandments. The Savior covenants that we who do so shall have His spirit to be with us and that, if faithful to the end, we may inherit eternal life.
Our Lord revealed to Joseph Smith that “there is no gift greater than the gift of salvation,” which plan includes the ordinance of the sacrament as a continuous reminder of the Savior’s atoning sacrifice. He gave instructions that “it is expedient that the church meet together often to partake of bread and wine in the remembrance of the Lord Jesus.” (D&C 6:13; D&C 20:75.)
Immortality comes to us all as a free gift by the grace of God alone, without works of righteousness. Eternal life, however, is the reward for obedience to the laws and ordinances of His gospel.
I testify to all of you that our Heavenly Father does answer our righteous pleadings. The added knowledge which has come to me has made a great impact upon my life. The gift of the Holy Ghost is a priceless possession and opens the door to our ongoing knowledge of God and eternal joy. Of this I bear witness, in the holy name of Jesus Christ, amen.

社長がホームページ・ビルダーで作成したプロトタイプを元に、HTML5/CSS3で再構築した自社コーポレートサイト。
プロトタイプのコードは全く利用せず、スタイルデザインのみを参考にいちから構築しました。
また、その2年後にスマートフォン対応も行っており、SCSSやflexboxを利用したモダンなHTMLコードを構築できたと自負しております。

What's the difference between "general" and "teen and up" or "mature" and "explicit"?

トワイライトコイン(TWC)を販売して、C2C(Creator to Customer)制作方式のプラットフォーム開発資金を調達するICOプロジェクトの検討を昨年12月より進めてまいりましたが、この度、本プロジェクトの正式名称をTwilight-coin.ioに決定、公式サイトなどを以下の通り開設し英語にて運営開始いたしました。

ふと、C言語でテトリスでも作りたいなぁ、GTKがいいなぁと思い、どの環境が一番適しているか調べてみたが
意外にもLinux＆Qt Creator＆CMakeの組み合わせが最強であった。
・Windows（MinGW）…pkg-configの出力がc:\msys2\mingwではなく/mingwになりIDEへのライブラリの設定に難儀するなど、何をするにもトラブる。
・Qt Creator…CMakeでプロジェクトを作って読み込んだらビルド設定やインテリセンス、補完、デバッガがすべて完璧に動作した。MakeFileプロジェクトでも、AutoToolsでも何でもうまく行く気がする。
・Vim…めんどくさすぎる
・Anjuta…AutotoolsでGTKのプロジェクトをデフォルトでサポートしていて何も設定が必要ないが、
ウィンドウの縦分割ができない、ブレークポイントの設定がマウスで出来ない、定義への移動のショートカットがデフォルトで設定されてないなどつらすぎる場面が多い
・Geany…補完をするのにctagsコマンドで辞書ファイルを作成する必要がある。このことから補完以外でもマトモな支援は期待できなそう
・Eclipse…ビルドツールの設定に難あり。依存ライブラリの追加が一個ずつしか出来ない。"."や":："を入力するか、Ctrl+Spaceを押さないと補完が出てこない。
こういうのマジでありがたい...

px,em,remの使い分け
px → borderなどの環境設定によって1px未満になる可能性のある箇所
em → 親要素のfont-sizeによって変動させたい各サイズ。それとletter-spacingとメディアクエリのwidth
rem → 固定値

昔はhook（サビ）にシンガーを連れてきて歌わせていた。あるいはdrakeのように”誰かに書いてもらって”歌ってるやつもいた。こういったフロウ(うたい方)の変遷が、扱えるトピックの幅を広めた一面もある。しかめっ面でラップしてなければいけなかった昔と異なり、メンタルイシューだとか、センシティブな内容も歌われるようになった。加速度的にヒップホップは柔軟になりつつある。

また、多分にホモフォビックだった90'sとは異なり、近年はLGBTのプレイヤーも増えた。Kodie Shaneや、YOUNG M.A、Taylor Bennet（Chance The Rapperの実弟）など。こういった動きを牽引したのは、ゼロ年代後半に登場したOdd Futureである。後述する。

今年一番売れたrap songはLil Nas X "Old Town Road"である。彼は最近、ゲイであることを告白した。そのことについて、お友達のラッパーのyoung thugが”大丈夫？やな奴もおるでな”などと心配したりもした。

Delete Facebook運動で炎上してもFacebook Messengerを含めてデファクトスタンダードの地位はなかなか陥落しない
Twitter黎明期ではAPIの自由度が高く、TwitterはそんなAPIを利用するIT系エンジニアと協力して育ってきたという歴史がある
そのため今でもIT系エンジニアが利用している傾向にあり、海外のIT系エンジニアを講演などへ招待する際Twitterを経由するのがデファクトスタンダード
ただし近年のTwitterの動きによりDelete TwitterしてしまったためコアなIT系エンジニアとは連絡付かないことがある
こういう人はGNU SocialかMastodonかDiaspora*かFriendicaに居る
あまりにも一気に流行しすぎる上に、Facebook傘下となってしまったことにより10代からはオジサンオバサンばかりと言われる始末
前述のInstagramがオジサンオバサンに乗っ取られてしまったため10代が移行したサービス
TikTokのノリは流石のキラキラ系のオジサンオバサンもキツいのかInstagramほどオジサンオバサンの参戦は少ない
ただ"つぶやき"先がTikTokかと言えばそうではないようだ
日本ではニコニコ動画が人気であったときに、ゆっくりと普及していったYoutube
Youtubeクリエイターのための収益サービスを展開したことにより日本でもニコニコ動画を駆逐した
動画投稿者のことを当初欧米ではYoutube CreatorやVideo Creator、Videographerなどと表現されていたが、Youtube自身のCMの影響により最近は欧米でもYoutuberという表現を見るようになるという和製英語の逆輸入パターンが起きてる
YoutubeのブランディングとしてYoutuberという語は丁度良かったものと思われる
欧米、特に北米ではCATVが強すぎるのでWebからも観れることが多い
日本では何でもかんでも動画はYoutubeとなっているが欧米ではゲーム動画と言えばTwitch
特にチャット/コメント欄がYoutubeよりも見やすく、ゲームと親和性が高いので評価されている
ただ近年は厳密に住み分けされているか？と言われるとそうではなく、Youtubeのみで活動しているゲーマーとTwitchのみで活動しているゲーマーを比較するとTwitchの方が多いかな？という程度
ただ２ちゃんねる(５ちゃんねる)と同様にユーザの高齢化が進んており、若年層も居るといえば居るがメインのユーザ層かと言えば絶対にそんなことはない
日本のスラド民と似たようなもの。10代はほとんど見ないしスラドに常駐している10代の将来を心配したくなる
コメント欄のないWebページやブログへコメント欄を追加できるサービス
サービス性質としてはコメントがメインの文化のため日本のはてなブックマークに近い
Disqusを設置する管理者側が有料プランに加入していないと広告が表示されてしまうため紛らわしい面もある
日本でもアンテナ高い人は使っている印象はあるが、日本支部の女性スタッフが知らなかったりすることがよくあるのでまだまだ日本では普及しきっていない印象を勝手に持ってる
日本ではInstagramあたりでデザインやファッションの流行を掴むことが多いらしいが欧米ではPinterestのほうが利用されている(Instagramはそういう用途でのノイズが多い)
ただPinterestが普及しているからと言って欧米人がオシャレかと言えば察する必要がある(サンフランシスコ住民IT系ブランドTシャツ好きすぎ問題)
欧米では実はインスタントメッセンジャー系サービスが乱立しており、送り先ユーザによって常駐しているインスタントメッセンジャーが違うというのはありがち
WhatsAppはFacebook Messengerでなければコッチで連絡付くだろうというポジション
利用者は比較的若年な傾向はあるが、絶対的にそうとは言い切れない
ポストWhatsAppか？と言われていたものののWhatsAppを超えることなく失速した感のあるチャットサービス
それでもTikTokに行かなかった10代はSnapChatを利用している傾向にある
職場がSlackを導入していてくれたらコチラで連絡を取るということも少なくはない
チームメンバーと気軽にやり取りできると高い評価を受けリモートワークの普及に貢献したが、気付いてみたら24時間働けますか？状態になってしまった
欧米では過労働が絶賛社会問題化進行中。欧米が日本に追い付いてきた。

Webサービスかと言われれば悩むが、詳しい人なら現在のSMSは大きな括りで言えばWebサービスだと知っているはず
欧米でなぜここまでインスタントメッセンジャーが乱立しているか？といえばSMSの存在があったから
電話番号を知っておりどうにも連絡付かない場合はSMSを使うのがド定番
Gsuite(Google Documents)ユーザを中心に使われており定番と言えば定番と言えるポジション
欧米の教育現場ではGsuite無双と表現しても良いくらいGoogleがシェアを持っている
Microsoftもそこそこシェアを持っているがGoogleと比較したら数段落ちる
Appleの教育現場でのシェアはゼロと言っても良い。Appleが悪いのではなくGoogleが普及しすぎてAppleが不便になっちゃってるだけ
学生は学校の宿題を友人間でシェアし、共同編集で宿題を進めるなど、10年前では考えられない宿題ハックが流行している(共同研究と表現するとアリっちゃアリかな？)
ビジネス現場では主にスタートアップでMicrosoft Office代替として利用されている
Gsuiteを導入している企業では非常に細かなオフィススイート機能を使う際はiWorkやLibreOffeceなどを使う傾向にある
当のMicrosoftもAzureなどのサーバサイドサービスへビジネスの主軸を移しつつあるので、そこまでMicrosoft Officeでの収益は期待していないように思われる
大手からスタートアップまでプロジェクト管理ツールはたいていコレ
欧米ではMicrosoft OfficeよりもむしろJIRAのほうがヘイトを集めているような気がしなくもない
Gsuite(Google Documents)と比較すると厳しい面が捨てきれないオンラインノートサービス
Evernoteのコンセプトが自身のスタイルに合えば非常に有用なサービスなのだが、大半の機能は他のWebサービスで代替できてしまうため立ち位置が微妙
ちなみにこのエントリの下書きはEvernoteで書かれている
Evernoteが苦戦する理由がGsuite(Google Documents)とこのDropboxにあり、共同編集やスクラップブック的な用途はこの2つのサービスで代替出来てしまう
UNIX/Linuxへ対しても公式的にサポートしているというのもDropboxの優位性
Foursquare/Swarmのような位置共有やレビュー機能も強化され、待ち合わせや情報収集に関しても隙がなくなった
Googleが出資しているドライビングナビゲーションサービス
ただYoutube Musicが登場したことによりSpotifyの充実したプレイリストという優位性が少なくなったので注目されている
個人的にもYoutube Musicに移行しても良いかな？と検討中
ハードウェアも売っているのでWebサービスか？と言われると微妙だが、ホームマネジメントではNestが圧倒的シェアを持つ
Google傘下であり、Amazonもここ最近は頑張っているが、インターホンや空調管理などのハードウェアは結局NestなのでGoogleは上手いことやったなという印象
Appleは教育と同じようにこの分野ではゼロと言っても間違いない
圧倒的コストパフォーマンスを持つクリエイティブ系サービス
ここまでAppleがボロクソだったがAdobe CCのためにiPadが手放せないという人も多い
一時期クリエイティブ系のWindows移行が進んでいたが、Adobe CCのお陰でクリエイティブ用途のAppleが延命された
ゲームデベロッパーの中にはSteam依存を下げようとする動きがあるものの、やはりユーザ数として魅力が高く、その地位は揺らぎにくい
アダルトゲームの開放タイミングなど時流の読みが上手い印象がある
配車サービス
日本でも展開しているが、本来のUberは白タクになってしまうので日本ではほぼ別サービス
特にカロリー計算が有用で飲食店や商店を含む料理・食材の栄養情報が既に登録されており、自身の健康管理が便利にできる
ちなみに日本の情報もそこそこあり、情報に不足があればデータベースへ追加して拡充できる
欧米では年齢関係なくVLOG(VideoLog)によって自身の日常をシェアするのが流行している
顔出しに抵抗のない文化を歩んできたこともあって、そういう点が日本とは大きく違う
その動きは動画の自動編集ツールやGoProなどのアクションカム、ドローン、先日発表されたDJI OSMO Pocketなどのハードウェア製品にも現れている
商業店や公共施設・公官庁・政治家に至るまで積極的にスタッフ・本人の日常的な動画を作成し公開する動きもあり、ポジティブな印象形成に役立っていると思われる
例えば日本だと教師や政治家が休日に開いたホームパーティーの様子を動画で公開してしまうという肌感覚は理解しにくいように思う
WindowsなのかMacなのか、iOSなのかAndroidなのかはぶっちゃけ当人によるという感じになっている
IT業界ではMacbookのシェアが高いのは事実だが、クライアントがMacやWindowsなだけで実質Linuxで仕事しているという人も珍しくはない
CG業界ではWindowsが主流と言われてきたが、近年では研究だと当たり前ではあったが、(レンダリング用途に)Linuxが小さな企業にも台頭し始めていることもあり、状況によるところが大きい
