（追記）それでも読みづらかったので改行を入れまくった。
それを満たせるだけの大物という意味では、やはり池田大作はひとかどの人物であったのだろうとは思う。
しかしそれだけで内閣総理大臣名で追悼文を出すレベルの文化人だったと言えるだろうか。多分言えないんじゃないかな。
結論終わり。
この結論になった経緯を以下にだらだらと書いているので、暇な人は読んでみてほしい。

岸田首相が内閣総理大臣名で池田大作への追悼文を出し、賛否両論を浴びている。特にX上でこれを擁護するポストには大まかな類似性があり、興味深い。
彼らの言い分はこうだ。
池田大作は世界中の著名な大学からおびただしい数の名誉博士号を、そして国連から国連平和賞を授与された世界的な文化人であるからして、総理大臣が追悼文を出すのは妥当である。
このうち名誉博士号についてはしばしば「金で買った」という噂が飛び交っている。ディプロマミルと呼ばれる詐欺的な学位授与団体が現実に存在することを踏まえての推測だろうが、真偽は判然としない。
そもそも池田大作は創価大学の創立者ということになっているのだから、提携している大学に要請すれば名誉学位程度は手軽に得られるのではないか。正規の手段とまでは言わないが、少なくとも大手を振って見せびらかすことができるルートで手に入れた学位なのではないかと思われる。
とはいえ、いくら数百もの名誉博士号を持っていても、それだけで現役の総理大臣が追悼文を出すのは尋常なことではない。
そのシンプルな文字列からは権威性がほとばしってやまない。誰がどう見たって「国連が平和活動の関係者に対して贈る賞なのか」とひと目で分かる。
X上では「国連平和賞だけはガチの実績がないと取れない」「国連平和賞が金で買えると思ってんの？w」等のポストが散見される。
ただ引っかかるのは、私が「国連平和賞」なる言葉を知ったのは今回が初めてだということである。
俺が知らなかったのにネットで逆張りイキりしてる有象無象が知ってたわけねえだろ。
そう思ったので少し調べてみた。

実質的にwikipediaくらいしかまともな情報源がないので眺めてみる。

まあ共産主義と戦うことは、広義の平和活動なのかもしれない。国連は立場的にそれでええんか？
冗談はさておき芸術家系の受賞者はあまりそういった政治色はなさそうなので、そういった政治性のある賞ではないようにも見えた。
海外の受賞者にもそういった激烈な党派性は見当たらないので、やはり仲良しグループでコネコネしたという方がしっくり来る。
日本語ではこれ以上まともな情報が出てこなかったので英語で検索することにした。
幸いなことに日本語版wikipediaには "United Nations Peace Medal" という英語表記が載せられている。これで検索すれば国連公式の受賞者リストや受賞基準などが出てくるかもしれない。

メダルの図柄が記載されているほか「国連の職員は20%割引があるよ！」とか書いていて少し笑える。どうも注文書らしいフォーマットだ。

この記事は「堅実な投資先としてコインって案外良いんじゃね？」という少し頭の悪そうな内容の記事だが、そこでUnited Nations Peace Medalについての記載があった。

結論:
「国連平和賞」は賞ではない。普通に買えるし、コネがあると貰える。
「国連平和賞はマジで実績が必要」は完全な間違いであることが分かった。何故ならそのような賞がないので。
「国連平和賞が金で買えると思ってんの？」はジョークとして奇跡的な完成を見せている。United Nations Peace Medalはまさしく金で買えるものだった。インターン生も含めた国連職員にはディスカウントもあるよ！
「池田大作は国連平和賞をもらえるほどの文化人だった」という主張には一考の余地がある。というのも、United Nations Peace Medalを「もらう」ことは一般人にとって極めて難しい。それを可能にする人脈と知名度、そして最低限与えても問題ないだけの外面が要求されるだろう（A級戦犯被疑者の岸信介と笹川良一がもらえるんだから大抵の瑕疵は何とかなるのだろうが）。それを満たせるだけの大物という意味では、やはり池田大作はひとかどの人物であったのだろうとは思う。
YouTubeでパレスチナとイスラエルの歴史を学ぼうと思ったら、英語で検索するに限る。
(本当はアラビア語とヘブライ語もわかれば最善なのかもしれないけど、ハードルが高すぎる)

今でもユダヤが盛んに引用する、かつてのスローガン「土地のない人々のための、人々のいない土地 (A land without a people for a people without a land)」は、シオニストによる幻想である、というのが動画の主題だろう。パレスチナで健全な経済活動が発展していた証として、1934年の地元のアラビア語の新聞で「鉄道が5分遅れた」ことが報道されているというのが興味深い。
また、「パレスチナ人は国家を持ったことがない」との主張もよく見られるが、それには「今のイスラエルがしているような土地の奪取や抑圧がなかったからだ」という反論もまた定番で、この動画内でもオスマン帝国時代にパレスチナが議席を持っていたことが紹介されている。

イスラエルの建国をイギリスによるお墨付きとしたバルフォア宣言の、但し書きとも言える「もちろん、パレスチナにもともと住んでいる非ユダヤ人の市民的・宗教的な権利が侵害されるべきではないことは明白である」という一節が、現代にむなしく響いている。
ドイツならホロコーストへの負い目があってもおかしくないとも思えるが、番組としてはユダヤ人のシオニズムに批判的である。もっとも、「ユダヤ人の排斥」という共通の関心の元に、パレスチナとナチスドイツに親交があったという歴史の側面も紹介されている。
なお、動画の公開は今年の5月だったが、ハマスの奇襲攻撃を受けてなのか10月13日に動画のタイトルが「Birth of a state (国家の誕生)」から「Story of a contested country (論争を呼ぶ国の物語)」に替えられたあと、10月20日にふたたび元に戻されたという経緯があるようだ。

アメリカ新興メディアVoxによる、今も進むイスラエル人による西岸地区への入植の解説と当事者インタビュー。
大きく分けて、イスラエル政府やアメリカ資本の支援を受けた大規模な入植事業によるものと、宗教的信念に駆り立てられた個人・家族レベルの草の根入植が同時に進んでいる。エルサレムを含む西岸地区全体が「神が我々に与えた土地なのだ」という理念が、世俗的な入植動機の建て前としても、シオニズム信奉者の原理主義としても、お上から下々まで一貫していることに恐怖さえ感じる。
アメリカ新興メディアVICEによる、エルサレムにおける強権的な入植活動の実態。
いわゆる「入植地」とは違って、エルサレムにおいては一軒一軒の家単位での入植が進んでいる。一等地にはパレスチナ人に対して大金を提示することもあるようだが、この動画で紹介されているのは、入植者に都合よく作られた法律と軍隊に守られて、パレスチナ人を追い出してユダヤ人が住み着いてしまうという事例。
イスラエル側の副市長が、悪びれもせず「(イスラムの聖地である)岩のドームのある場所に、(ユダヤの悲願である)エルサレムの第三神殿を建てるのが夢だ、我々の世代のうちに」と語っている。

ヨーロッパを中心に各国を旅する人気番組。この回では現代のイスラエル・パレスチナの各地を訪れ、ガイドや地元の人々との会話を交えながら、歴史と文化を紹介している。
近代の戦争の歴史やヨルダン川西岸地区での入植や抑圧の問題にもしっかり触れているが、全体としてはイスラエルとパレスチナの人々の活気にあふれた明るい側面を見せてくれる点で、YouTubeの中では貴重な資料。しかしいっぽうで、このイスラエル・パレスチナ回だけコメント欄が閉じられているのは、動画に暗い影を落としている。

文化的で明るく楽しい街の一面もたくさん紹介されていて、イスラエル軍による監視や抑圧と自治権や移動の自由の制限さえなければ、よい街のよい市長だったはずだろう。市役所の幹部には女性も多く、先に紹介した旅番組でもパレスチナの大学は女子学生のほうが多いと語られていたが、日本より女性が社会に進出している感がある。
オスマン帝国時代の法律のなごりで、イスラム教徒が多数派の中にあって市長はキリスト教徒と定められているというのも興味深い。(もともとはオスマン帝国時代からキリスト教徒が多数派の街だったらしい)
なお、本題とは関係ないが、映画内の音楽は武満徹や芸能山城組による日本の曲が多用されていて、特に脈絡もなく日本語の子守歌が流れてきた(30:32)のには驚いた。

動画自体は2020年の公開だが、前半は歴史の解説で、後半は本人による2013年のヨルダン川西岸地区への旅行体験記。イスラエル軍に抑圧された厳しい環境下のパレスチナ人の一般家庭に泊めてもらったりしていて、日本人のふつうの観光系YouTuberの動画とは一線を画している。
欧米は親イスラエルだと思われるだろうけど、実際、YouTube上で「再生回数順」で検索する限りは、パレスチナに寄り添った動画のほうがずっと多い。
数少ないイスラエル寄りの動画は総じて、聖書や2000-3000年前の歴史に触れたあとはパレスチナやアラブを悪や下に見ることに主眼が置かれていて、もっとユダヤ人の悲しい歴史や難しい立場で同情を誘うほうが戦略としても優れるのではないかと思うのだが、そうした意味でのプロパガンダにはイスラエルとして興味がないか、成功しているとは言えない。
なお、聖書を持ち出すのは非キリストのイチ日本人としては全く理解できないどころか、2000年掛けの土地の所有権の主張にはどん引きさえするのだが、イスラエルを支持するアメリカのキリスト教福音派に対してはこういう話が最も好まれるようだ。なのでこの点は戦略としては正しいのかもしれない。
いっぽう、パレスチナの側は、古い映像では聖戦の主張や過激な言動が目立っていたが、2004年にPLO議長がアラファトからアッバスに替わったあたりからは、PLOやファタハはもちろんハマスからさえ、宗教的な主張はほとんど聞かれなくなり、抑圧からの解放と自由を主眼に訴えるようになってきている。どれほど意図しているのかはわからないが、これは第三者(特に非イスラム圏)の同情を得るという意味では、戦略としてとても成功しているように思う。
しかしイスラエルに対してミサイルを撃ち込み続けるハマスも、精度が悪いとはいえ目標を軍事施設に限ることはどうしてできないのだろうか。民間人を狙うことの効果が、差し引きでプラスになるとはとても思えないのだが…。

Воистину это ужасное событие, которое влечёт за собой тысячи и тысячи жертв с обеих сторон конфликта. Цель "Спецоперации на Украине" - Денацификация Украины. Если вам в новостных каналах и в средствах массовой информации говорят, что цель спецоперации - не денацификация - значит таковы новости, таковы их источники, ничего не поделать. Каково моё мнение на этот счёт? Начну с того, что лично я против любой войны. Для меня война - это зло, это насилие. И то, что всю Россию и россиян в целом считают агрессором и просто ужасными людьми - это плохо, потому что ужасные люди и аггресоры - это те люди, которые ведут себя подобным образом и хотят тем самым разжигать пламя войны ещё сильнее дабы получить с этого удовлетворение в виде ещё одного убийства, прощения со стороны жертв, которые молят о пощаде и прочего. В России и так находятся миллионы людей, которые категорически против войны и которые не хотят, чтобы их считали последними тварями только потому, что так всё получилось. У меня, например, есть несколько друзей с Украины, которые сейчас находятся там и переживают эти взрывы, бомбы, ракеты и всё остальное, что перечислять не хочу. Я продолжаю держать с ними контакт и мы, слава богу, не думаем обо всём этом и стараемся поддерживать друг друга благодаря весёлым мемам, смешным видео, просто хорошим новостям из разных индустрий, чтобы хоть как-то разрядиться. Ведь самое главное, самое главное - война не изменила наши умы потому, что мы знаем что война не должна быть тем препятствием, благодаря которому наша дружба должна рухнуть. За это я их и ценю. Что держатся и не падают духом даже в такие тяжёлые дни и не "ищут предателей среди своих друзей, только потому что они русские", так сказать. Конечно же, есть и обратные примеры, что с начала войны некоторые мои знакомые начали отстаивать свою позицию как русских, что украинцы не люди и вообще спецоперация всё сделает к лучшему, что "мы сравняем города с землёй" и "денацифируем всё"... К сожалению, с такими людьми уже и общаться стыдно, что уж говорить, всё очевидно. В моём городе, например, я пока не наблюдаю сильной пропаганды, что "мы должны верить в то, что мы следуем справедливой цели", что всё образуется именно так как надо. Ну, даже если пропаганда и существует у нас, то я её и не наблюдаю. Да и не хочу наблюдать, потому что, как мне кажется, такую информацию стоить игнорировать и жить дальше, следуя своей цели в жизни. Я никогда не считал себя патриотом своей страны. Это звучит странно, да, но и врать мне нет смысла в этом. Я родился в России - значит так должно было случиться. Тем более я б хотел, что бы один из моих друзей на Украине, вот как раз один из них, смог пережить эту войну и смог поиграть в ту же самую Kingdom Hearts 4, т.к. я его с этой серией игр и познакомил. Я бы очень хотел, чтобы он увидел продолжение данной серии игр, чтобы он смог это вё увидеть. Я очень на это надеюсь. Ведь я, он, и многие другие такие же обычные люди - ходим на работу, спим, едим, играем, отдыхаем. И также я просто хочу, чтобы те, кто слушает меня сейчас не считали всех русских и россиян плохими, потому что я в вас верю, абсолютно всех. There are three levels at which we may communicate about things: object, experience and concept. As we go up the levels of abstraction, ideas increase and reality recedes.

韓国を訪問したオバマが「慰安婦はとんでもない人権侵害だ」と発言した。
それに対して安倍総理は「筆舌に尽くしがたい思いをされた慰安婦の方々のことを思うと本当に胸が痛む思い」だとし、
「２０世紀は女性を始め、多くの人権が侵害された世紀であった。人権侵害が起こらない21世紀にするため、日本も大きな貢献をしたい」と述べた。
これはちょっと意外な発言で、日韓のメディア、右派左派ともにちょっと戸惑った感じがしたように思える。
安部首相の真意がどういうものなのか、これからの行動を見ないと分からないが、
これは、慰安婦に対する人権侵害を認めつつ、「慰安婦制度をやっていたのは日本だけでなかった」という文脈を作ろうとしているのかなと思えた。
それはオバマの発言に対して、「米軍慰安婦はどうなんだ」「朴正煕の韓国軍慰安婦管理はどうなんだ」という反応が多く見られたものを反映していると思う。
「20世紀」という一般化といい、正直なかなかうまい手というか、慰安婦問題に対して右左をなだめる、これまでにないスタンスになるかもと思った。
そうなってくると、戦後の韓国の慰安婦制度が本当にあったのかという話になってくる。あったなら、慰安婦像を海外に建てるキャンペーンが別の意味を持ってくる。
別に「あいつらもやってから、俺らは悪くない」という意図ではなく、
実際問題として、日本が謝罪もし、アジア女性基金も設立した一方で、韓国自身が実は同じ問題を抱えていたのに黙殺するという事態は、事実を明らかにする上でも好ましくないと思う。
まとめサイトではソースがあいまいなものも含めてよく目にするが、いくら内輪で盛り上がっても意味は皆無で
海外でどのようにどのように研究されているか、というのが重要になると思う。
残念ながら、メディアという点では海外では概して「20万人の韓国人が日本に性奴隷にされた」「日本はその歴史を否定しようとしている」という文脈で報じられているのがほとんどだ。
しかし、アカデミズムの分野では、ここ最近韓国自身の慰安婦制度に目を向けられているものも増えているように見受けられる。
おおよそ中立的な立場であると見受けられるC.Sarah Sohという研究者の2009年に出版された"The Comfort Women"という本は海外でも評判が高いようなので、色々調べようと思った。

検索すると、Google Readersで一部内容が見ることができ、その部分にちょうど韓国の慰安婦制度について記述しているところがあったので、メモ代わりに引用しておく。
もちろん、この本は、日本の慰安婦制度、および人権侵害にも厳しい目を向けているが、
この部分の結論としては、韓国は慰安婦生存者を日本の抵抗のシンボルとして英雄扱いする一方で、韓国自身の慰安婦制度含む性の人権侵害には目を向けてこなかったということを言っている。
「韓国が戦後慰安婦制度を使用してきた」という事実は、単なるネット右翼のデマではなく、海外の研究者にも裏付けられている事実であり、もっと注目されるべきではないかなと思う。

After its liberation from Japanese rule in August 1945,the Korean Peninsula was divided into two: Soviet troops occupied the northern half and the US military the southern half. The ongoing US military presence in South Korea led to the formation and maintenance of “Camp towns” (kijich’on, in Korean) around the military bases, a development that has had a striking social impact on Korean communities. Kijich’on (literally, base or camp [kiji] village [ch’on]) refers to the civilian world of commercial establishments and residential buildings that have sprung up around the US military bases and cater to the needs of the American GI’s. It is “ a place where Koreans and Americans- mostly male military personnel- meet in an economic and emotional marriage of convenience”. As of the end of 1996, 37,000 American troops supported the economies of ninety-six kijich’on. The estimated number of kijich’on prostitutes over the first four decades of the American presence ranges between 250,000 and 300,000.

The kijich'on sex trade consolidated and expanded during the second phase, which began with the Korean War. In her testimony, Pak Sun-i who had laboured at three different comfort startions in Japan 1944 to the end of the war, recalled:
"At twenty-seven years of age, I was having a hard time making ends meet in Tongduch'on (the largest kijich'on just outside Seoul). I ended up cohabiting with a staff sergeant of the USArmy for about two years... One of my friends from the days at a comfort station in Japan also worked as yang-gonju, but she passed away."
An American veteran who served in Korea in the 1950s after the end of the Korean War recounted that on Friday nights half-ton trucks would bring into the base a few hundred women to stay the night or the weekend with the soldiers. In 1958, five years after the armistice, the majority of about 300,000 prostitutes in Korea reportedly served American soldiers. Some of them, like their earlier Japanese counterparts(RAA), married and emigrated to the United States as wives of servicemen.
The fact that the Korean military also availed themselves of the "special comfort unit" during the Korean War has received little public attention even after the Korean women's movement in support of the "comfort women" began in the 1990s. Only piecemeal anecdotal materials on it had come to light from memoirs written by retired generals and generals and the testimony of soldiers who fought in the war.

Characterizing the Korean military comfort system as an "unfortunate offspring" of the Japanese colonial legacy, Kim Kwi-ok called for victimized women, civic organizations, and scholars to come together and confront the unresolved issues of this historical injustice. The media reports of Kim's work, however, have generated little response. There has been no public outcry regarding the Korean military's use of "comfort women" during the Korean War or its violation of women's human rights. Korean silence over these issues is reminiscent of earlier societal indifference toward survivors of imperial Japan's comfort system, It mirrors the reticence of many Japanese to come to terms with the history of their country's wartime comfort system. As in the case of Japan, many in Korea, including retired military leaders, apparently regard the women's sexual labour simply as the performance of gendered customary sex labour in order to meet the needs of fighting men. However, when it comes to the issue of Japan's wartime "comfort women" system, which has been redefined by the international community as a prominent case of violence against women in armed conflict, no social critic or public intellectual in Korea would dare to take the customary masculinist position that such a system benefits the economy or promotes national security. This is because the comfort women issue has been redefiend as military sexual slavery and a war crime by the international community owing largely to women's collaborative movement for redress in Japan and Korea.
Still, little critical public discourse has occurred on the legacies of that historical institution or the social structural dimension of Korea'S comfort women tragedy. Few are willing to consider the unsavoury fact that, accustomed to indigenous public institutions that have granted customary sex rights to men, and licensed by the colonial government, many Koreans did not hesitate to collaborate in recruiting and runing comfort stations by trafficking in girls and young women. Rather than deal with the messy and unpleasant complications of the historical record, Korean public discourse has simplistically elevated the survivors to heroic symbols of national suffering under Japanese colonialism and its imperialist war of aggression.
By contrast, Japan, which is unavoidably seen as the perpetrator nation, has been in turmoil over contested representations of the comfort women phenomenon and its responsibility in the matter. Meanwhile, the international - as well as domestic - trade in public sex prospers in capitalist economies of Japan and Korea despite endless incidents of criminal abuse of women so employed by both foreigners and compatriots. The social historical legacies of masculinist sexual culture and political economic realities in the two countries continue to help construct women'S sexual labour as stigmatized yet customary care labour for masculine "need".

Webでキラキラ輝く企業に勤めている人が「坂口さんも僕らもこれが出来ればもっと多くの学生が救える、とただそれだけの想いでやっただけなんだ。合宿もしたし徹夜もしたし。見返りなく」って言っちゃうような、そんな素敵な彼女が、
一年半以上もかけてバイトで学費稼ぐでもなしぷらぷらしていているわけない。
まるでクズなボクみたいに（いや四年留年してますが社会人です）
暇に飽かせてSNSやってるのを、「就職活動の準備の為にSNSやって日本一になりました☆SNS怖いです」みたいに記者にしゃべるわけない。（自分の場合はゲームだったけど。）
「SNS頑張って成績下がる→奨学金下がる→バイトをして成績が下がる→奨学金下がる→学費寄付してくれ(今ここ) 」って2chとかで出回っているみたいだけどさ、そうじゃなくて、「なんかしらんが成績さがる→奨学金さがる→バイトをして成績がさがる→奨学金なくなる→SNSやる→来年分の学費を今募集する（今ココ）」みたいな話になるじゃない。
そんなのありえないよね。
それに、そんな話なら、来年度に再入学してさらにその後三年は大学に行くことになるんだよ？
そんなだったら、あと三年分も支援して貰わなきゃいけないのに。
有名な記事普通の女子大生がなぜ、Google＋で「日本一」になったのかは2011年11月21日に行われている。早大生としてインタビューにこたえている。
しかし、11月21日より前の、7月1日か9月20日には彼女は退学となっているので、早大生を名乗るのは、学歴詐称に該当してしまいます。

了解です。でしたらフォローの件も伝えておきますが、フォローを大量に仕掛け大量に外すを繰り返す手法でフォロワーを集めた挙げ句Googleからペナルティを受けターゲットを海外アカに移したって話が当時から有り、現在少なくともG+を始めた切っ掛けはヨシナガと確定してます。
